PREACHED ON SUNDAY 23RD OCTOBER, 2016 @ HOUSEHOLD OF GOD ONITSHA BY APOSTLE PETER ODOEMENA THE SON OF MAN THE SUPREME INTELLIGENCE

1

WHAT A GLORIOUS DAY!

You can be seated. All we are passing through now will be nothing, if we can get to the end safely. When we shall see ourselves in that promised paradise, we will no longer remember all we passed through on earth.

2.           When you get to the land where there will be no death, no suffering, nothing to offend you, you cannot offend anybody, nobody will offend you, nothing to dodge and nothing to be afraid of.

3.           So, you do not begin to go about looking for food or struggling to get money. These things are completely absent there, for the Lord will be the light. No more electricity. The Lord will be everything.

4.           The same way He fed the people in the wilderness, so He will feed us. We will be taking manner from heaven every now and then. Has He done it before?

5.           Feeding multitudes. Have you forgotten how He took good care of multitudes? The same way He will be taking care of His own in paradise. The food is ready. The mansion is ready.

6.           No more malaria. No more typhoid. No hepatitis. No appendicitis. No no! Nothing nothing!

7.           Nobody will be crying for education, for education will come to an end. You cannot labour to go to school again. School days are over.

8.           Nobody will talk of school again. No need, for these things are for material existence.

9.           But when we put on immortality; when we enter there, nobody will be talking about material or non-material existence.

10.        For the King of kings and Lord of lords, the Great provider, the God of the universe will take control and administer everything.

11.        There would not be any hospital anywhere. No clinic. No laboratory. These things will be completely over. They are here because of evil. They are here for material existence. But there, everybody will be spiritual. Everybody will be spiritual.

12.        YOU CANNOT TALK OF INVENTION AGAIN. INVENTING WHAT? NO AEROPLANE. NO TRAIN. NO SHIP. YOU TRAVEL AS A THOUGHT.

13.         ANYWHERE YOU WANT TO GO, YOU GO. WHEN YOU WANT TO APPEAR, YOU APPEAR. WHEN YOU WANT TO DISAPPEAR, YOU DISAPPEAR.

14.        IT IS A MATTER OF COMING OUT IN THE MORNING IN HUMAN FORM, “I WANT TO ENTER JERICHO” AND YOU ARE ALREADY IN JERICHO.

15.        YOU SEE YOURSELF WALKING IN JERICHO. YOU WANT TO GO TO JERUSALEM? YOU ARE IN JERUSALEM ALREADY.

16.        YOU WILL BE HOVERING THE WHOLE UNIVERSE. AS GOD OCCUPIES THE WHOLE UNIVERSE, SO YOU WILL BE OCCUPYING THE WHOLE UNIVERSE.

17.        YOU WOULD NOT BE STATIONED IN ONE PLACE. YOU WILL BE LIKE HIM IN ALL REALMS. YOU WILL BE IN HEAVEN AND ON EARTH AT THE SAME TIME, DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU WANT TO BE AT ANY GIVEN TIME. YOU WOULD NOT LABOUR.

18.        YES! LOOK AT THE CLOTH HE IS WEARING THERE. WHO CAN TELL ME THE TAILOR THAT MEASURED HIM? WHO PREPARED THAT DRESS THERE? YOUR CLOTH CAN NEVER GO TREAD BARE. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER.

19.        YOU CANNOT BE TALKING ABOUT CHANGING THIS ONE, FASHION THIS OR FASHION THAT. NO! EVERYTHING WILL BE ETERNAL. EVERYTHING WILL BE ETERNAL. YOUR OUTLOOK, ETERNAL. YOU ENJOY LIFE IN ITS FULLEST.

20.        THE TROUBLES WE ARE PASSING THROUGH NOW WILL NO LONGER BE REMEMBERED. THE GLORY THAT IS SET BEFORE US IS BY FAR GREATER THAN WHAT WE ARE PASSING THROUGH NOW, IF ONLY WE CAN COURAGEOUSLY GET TO THE END.

21.        AND I KNOW WE ARE THERE ALREADY. I KNOW WE ARE THERE ALREADY BECAUSE WE ARE FACING THE CLIMAX STEP BY STEP. AMEN.

It is corruption that eroded away completely the quality of our educational system. Operators of our educational system now lay great emphasis on money acquisition: what we see there, if it is not checked, that will be the end of education in our own generation-recycling of antiquated, mundane information; relics of the colonial era! That’s what we are seeing there.

CORRUPTION

WHERE WE ARE NOW, I BET YOU, NOBODY THAT EVER WORSHIPPED GOD EVER GOT THERE. THEY SAW THE THING COMING. THEY PROPHESIED ABOUT TROUBLOUS TIMES, BUT NOT EVEN ONE WITNESSED THE TROUBLOUS TIMES.

2.           WE ARE INDEED INSIDE THE TROUBLOUS TIMES WHERE CORRUPTION HAS REACHED ITS ZENITH. THE ZENITH OF CORRUPTION IS WITH US.

3.           THE CLIMAX OF VIOLENCE IS WITH US. THE CLIMAX OF FAMINE IS WITH US. THE CLIMAX OF EARTHQUAKE IS WITH US.

4.           CLIMAX OF ALL FORMS OF DISASTERS. NATURAL DISASTERS, THEY ARE ALL WITH US. IS IT NOT TRUE? WE HAVE REACHED THE CLIMAX OF MORAL DECAY, ALL ROUND. EVERYTHING HAS FAILED. EVERY SECTOR HAS COMPLETELY COLLAPSED.

5.           A SITUATION WHERE A NATION THAT WAS GROOVING IN ABJECT ILLITERACY HAS PRODUCED MORE GRADUATES THAN IT CAN TAKE CARE OF. WHAT CAN YOU SAY?

6.           I want you to see where we are now. Look at the rate at which we are producing them. To you, you may not know.

7.           At twenty years, many of us were not yet in the secondary school, but at eighteen now, they have become graduates, coming from the citadel of learning. The highest place of learning in the whole world is university.

8.           When we were coming up, only aged men and women were found in the university.

9.           Too many headmasters left the classrooms and secured admissions into the universities with grey hair and the communities were celebrating their admissions.

10.        They were paying no kobo. No dime. Federal Government was sponsoring them all round.

11.        But today, we pay through our noses to make sure our children will get qualitative education but how qualitative is the qualitative education? It is qualitative by our own assessment or going by what we are witnessing, but it is below standard.

12.        Yes! My pivotal teacher of the early 50’s is by far preferred to a PHD holder today. I mean my Pivotal teacher. You know what it took them to become a higher elementary teacher.

13.        A higher elementary teacher of those days is better preferred to a professor of today.

14.        I am telling you the truth I know. If you are doubting Me, you can download information about your people that sat for their Cambridge examinations in those days to see what they suffered.

15.        Some remained studying for over twenty years without passing either Cambridge or Oxford. Under that Union Jack [British flag], all these lawyers you see with LLB London, not even one visited UK. They read at home. They read intensively at home for three years.

16.        It is because of the troubles we are seeing, the falling standard that has compelled the government to be uplifting the number of years to see whether they can measure up.

17.        Before now, nobody was admitted in the university for long. You would stay in your home and read your law for three years. You stay in your home and read economics for three years.

18.        London universities would give you your degrees, but you must be thoroughly tested. They have their examination centres.

19.        A HSC [Higher School Certificate] holder in those days is more or less a professor today. If you see somebody that succeeded in passing upper six that time, HSC (Higher School Certificate) because he could not make grade one or grade two, he must be subjected to two HSC’s. It is a must.

20.        Just like when you make a lower degree in the university, you will be subjected to do post graduate diploma, if you must proceed for your M.Sc [masters in science] or M.A [masters in arts] or whatever.

21.        In those days, if you make your grade three, you will be subjected to two higher school certificate for one year and six months and then write HSC together with Advanced Level General Certificate of Education, London. Too many things are happening in our day.

22.        If you must step out, you must stay in Nigeria and pass your Test of English as a Foreign Language. A must! Otherwise, you are not going anywhere. But today, “Do you have money?” Once you have money, “I am travelling”

23.        So, it is a global problem. Who is adequate to address it? Of course, nobody is adequate except He that initiated it.

24.        For we were told ahead of time that when this trouble will start, we should not expect it to subside. So, it will increase in tempo. It will keep on increasing and increasing until every facet of life will be frustrated.

25.        Can you imagine a situation where government does not know where to start again? Yes! The president exploded a bomb. He detonated a bomb he cannot control the influence.

26.         The effects of the bomb have started ravaging everywhere. He is now confused. This is pure truth. The biggest bomb he detonated is here. The Bomb named Corruption.

27.        He tampered with it and the thing exploded. The smoke is now everywhere. Every organization is now engulfed with the smoke and he cannot stop midway again, because he has detonated the bomb. If he starts with the judiciary, he will be queried, recognizing that he must go further.

28.        BUT I GIVE GOD THE GLORY. IF YOU CAN GO BACK TO THE MESSAGES I HANDED DOWN HERE SOME MONTHS AGO OR ABOUT A MONTH AND WEEKS AGO BEFORE THE ARREST OF THE JUDGES STARTED.

29.        I HAD EARLIER SPOKEN CONCERNING CORRUPTION, THAT IF IT MUST BE CHECKED; IF I AM TO COME TO THE SCENE TO CHECK CORRUPTION, I WILL START WITH THE JUDICIARY; THEN POLICE, ARMY AND ALL THESE UNIFORMED MEN. AFTER THAT, I WILL ENTER THE BANKS FOR THERE CAN NEVER BE FINANCIAL CORRUPTION WITHOUT THE BANKS AIDING AND ABATING IT.

30.        YOU CANNOT DO MONEY LAUNDERING WITHOUT BANKS. THERE IS NO FRAUDULENT ACT ANYBODY CAN PERPETRATE FINANCIALLY WITHOUT COLLABORATION WITH ANY BANK. SO THE BANKS ARE GUILTY.

31.        ALL BANK MANAGERS, ALL BANK DIRECTORS, CHAIRMEN OF THE BOARD SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND INVESTIGATED BY DSS (Department of State Service). THEY ARE THE PEOPLE AIDING KIDNAPPING.

32.        THE BANKS CANNOT DENY IT. THEY AID AND ABATE KIDNAPPING BECAUSE BEFORE THE POLICE CAME ALL OUT TO CHECK KIDNAPPING, RANSOM WAS PAID INTO BANK ACCOUNTS AND THEY COULD NOT ARREST BOTH THE PERSON THAT DEPOSITED THE MONEY AND THE PERSON THAT WITHDREW THE MONEY. AND THEY NEVER ALERTED THE SECURITY AGENTS BECAUSE THEY ARE COLLECTING HUGE COMMISSIONS.

33.        EVEN NOW, CHECKING THIS CORRUPTION; IN SHORT, WE ARE STILL APPROACHING IT COSMETICALLY.

34.        Who is the beneficiary of the fruits of corruption? Who are the benefactors of corruption? Who and who are benefitting from corruption.

35.        For there can never be corruption without somebody benefitting. If a judge is bribed, what was he bribed for?

36.        If a high court judge is bribed, who bribed him and for who? There must be a sponsor. No lawyer will volunteer his money [personal money] to bribe a judge for any case without his client giving him the money.

37.        Who and who are their clients? Financing the lawyers to bribe the judges is a chain effect. If we must fight and succeed, we must be courageous. Everybody is involved.

38.        All the Inspector Generals of police past and present should be investigated.

39.        DSS should be investigated. It is only now that we are beginning to feel the impact of the DSS. Before now, they were in the cooler because previous administrations placed them in the cooler.

40.        For they will only act on command. They dance to the tune of the man that is on the throne at any given time. If Buhari did not come with anti-corruption measures, we would not have seen DSS in action.

41.        We would not have seen the police, the army and all law enforcement agencies coming all out. But they will start the cleansing with themselves. Yes! Anti-corruption begins with you and me.

42.        Let the police sanitize the police; Let the army sanitize army; Customs sanitize the customs; Immigration sanitize immigration and civil defense sanitize civil defense. After all, they are all uniformed people. They know what corruption is all about.

43.        Then, we come to the education sector. Nobody should make any case with anybody. The Nigerian bar association has withdrawn their rash statement. They have now taken side with the Government even supplying more information.

44.        Yes! Their representative came all out last week to tell the whole Nigeria that the Nation should be blamed, and that it was wrong for them to be appointing judges indiscriminately because of their close relationship with them.

45.        That if they had collaborated with the Nigerian Bar Association, that they would have told them who is who. They [the NBA] said that they knew that most of them were corrupt lawyers who were not even learned enough to defend a case in the higher court.

46.        Appointing them to such positions will make them to consolidate their corruption and that they were not surprised that these things are happening.

47.        It is applicable to senior advocates (SAN’s) that spear head the bribery scandal ravaging the judiciary.

48.        Now what can we say about the Education sector? Last week “Transparency International” came up with their own figures. Everybody was running helter-skelter.

49.        It rated corruption in the health sector at fifty-four percent (54%). Corruption in health sector! Both the federal ministry of health and state ministry of health. Of course you know it is truth.

50.        All Doctors are now pharmacists. In every Government hospital, you cannot go to the pharmacy department to get medicine. A doctor will prescribe the medicine and insist that you must go to his own stand and buy the medicine.

51.        They now have their own nurses they placed there who will dispense the drugs and issue receipts. They are running their private business in a Government hospital.

52.        Who can obtain medical treatment without bribing a doctor? Tell me the hospital you will go, whether federal medical centre or teaching hospital, where you will go and receive attention without seeing the Doctor privately. Refuse to see the nurses and nobody will attend to you.

53.        The bribery will start from the gate. You bribe the gatekeeper. You bribe before you can get your folder. For everything, you must pay money. No money, no service. Sixty-four (64%) is not even enough. Bribery and corruption in the health sector is more than ninety percent (90%).

54.        They said the police is ninety-six (96%). Public office holders ninety-eight (98%); which means, for every ten persons, nine are corrupt.

55.        Education sector, they say eighty-five (85%); which means, for every ten universities or every ten schools, eight are corrupt. It is even more than eight

56.        They carried it to the banks. Check a situation where banks cannot issue out loan. No bank manager can give you loan without signing a secret note.

57.        If it is proposing five million (#5,000,000.00), you will give him five hundred thousand (#500,000.00). The borrower has started spending the money without first of all investing it.

58.        At the end of the day, you will still be paying the interest. The borrower has started losing five hundred thousand naira (₦500,000.00) of the deal. That is how they make their money.

59.        All of them are criminals. They need to be investigated, if we must survive. This is because there is widespread corruption.

60.        The vice President came up last weekend and published it saying, “Every organization in Nigeria is corrupt.” The vice president, Professor Osibanjo is a renowned lawyer and a university Don. So, we have a sound vice president. His judgement is perfect.

61.        Now what can we say about the corruption that is in the churches. Is there anybody that is living a life of affluence greater than church owners and they are the greatest tax evaders.

62.        They evade taxes and they even encourage their members to evade taxes. Yet, they are crying wolf. The churches should be investigated.

63.        Government should know how they make their money and the means from where they are riding aeroplanes. Many of them have jets. They fly about. They have mini aerodromes.

64.        They have projects that give them billions. They have the best of the most highly prized universities in the world.

65.         In Nigeria, check all the Universities owned by churches; only rich people can afford to train their children there. Am I not making sense?

66.        Where did they get the money which they are using to float first class universities, furnish the universities and pay lecturers? Of course, they are the worst employers. Yes! Such employers are the worst employers of labour. They exploit their staffs. They sap their strength and pay them less.

67.        The churches should be investigated. We shall like to know their sources of revenue. They are living in affluence while their members are living in penury. Even the highly organized churches, they know I am speaking the truth.

68.        REVEREND FATHERS NOW HAVE INDUSTRIES. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN PRAYER ORGANISATIONS AND CRUSADE GROUNDS AWAY FROM THE CHURCHES.

69.        SOME REVEREND FATHERS ARE RICHER THAN THE PARISHES THAT EMPLOYED THEM. THEY HAVE THEIR PRIVATE INDUSTRIES. SOME OF THEM ENGAGE IN THE PRODUCTION OF ICE CREAM, PURE WATER AND EVERY KIND OF THING. THEY INDULGE IN TRANSPORTATION.

70.        THERE IS NO BUSINESS THEY ARE NOT INTO. YET, THEY ARE STORING THEIR RICHES IN HEAVEN WHERE THIEVES CANNOT GET TO.

71.        They have their private bank accounts, which the church has no right to look into them. Yet, they do not pay tax. They tell you that churches are non-profit-making organisations, while the church is richer than the state. It is not making profit. Where is he getting the money?

72.        They are floating industries, employing workers with meagre salaries, exploiting the masses, evading taxes of all sorts. They are not even patriotic. They are not philanthropists.

73.        Check all the roads that lead to those churches. No matter how dilapidated they may be, they can never volunteer to effect repairs. They will still wait for the government to come and do it.

74.        We have not started checking corruption until government will enter the churches.

75.        A good number of them do money laundering. I mean church owners and general overseers of churches are involved in money laundering.

76.        They will tell you they are going to America for evangelism; they are going to Casablanca; they are going to Czechoslovakia. Have they finished evangelizing Nigeria? They have not evangelized Nigeria and they have rushed to the uttermost part of the world.

77.        Any church that does not have a branch in America has not started. What is the brain behind it? I know I am trailing on a dangerous ground like Buhari, but God will vindicate the just.

78.        ARE WE REALLY ALL OUT TO HELP HIM CHECK CORRUPTION? BEGIN TO CHECK YOURSELVES, YOU ARE EQUALLY CORRUPT.

79.        YES! YOU ARE CORRUPT. YOU ARE CORRUPT. YES! DO NOT EXCLUDE YOURSELF. CHECK YOURSELF VERY WELL, AND YOU WILL SEE ONE FORM OF CORRUPT PRACTICES IN YOU OR THE OTHER. I AM TELLING YOU THE TRUTH.

80.        IF NOT FOR CORRUPTION THAT IS IN YOUR MIDST, YOU WILL BE FLOURISHING VERY WELL.

81.        YOU ARE CORRUPT IN DIVERSE WAYS! WHAT IS HINDERING YOU FROM PUTTING THE MESSAGE INTO PRACTICE IF NOT CORRUPT MINDS? YOUR MINDS ARE CORRUPT.

82.        YOU CAN HARDLY COME UP WITH GOOD IDEAS. WHEN THE MIND IS CORRUPT, THE ACTION IS ALSO CORRUPT. THE HOME IS ALSO CORRUPT. SHARP PRACTICES, LAZY PRACTICES AND EVERY KIND OF EVIL IS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR HOMES, INCLUDING DISOBEDIENCE AND STUBBORNNESS.

83.        IT IS AS A RESULT OF YOUR INABILITY TO SUBJECT YOURSELF TO RULERSHIP. IS THERE ANY CORRUPTION GREATER THAN THAT? CORRUPTION IN EVERY HOME! CORRUPTION IN EVERY HEART!

84.         IF WE MUST CHECK CORRUPTION ALL HANDS MUST BE ON DECK.

85.        THIS IS OUR COLLECTIVE RESOLVE HERE THAT WE CANNOT STAND TO SEE ANYTHING CORRUPT PRACTICES REIGNING IN OUR MIDST. IT IS RAMPANT IN ALL THE CHURCHES. IT SHOULD NOT BE MENTIONED AMONG US, EVEN ONCE BECAUSE WE ARE SAINTS.

86.        LET CORRUPTION NEVER BE ASSOCIATED WITH US. SO WHEREVER YOU FIND YOURSELF, IF YOU ARE A PART OF THIS CORRUPTION, BEGIN TO CHANGE. OTHERWISE, GOD IS GOING TO EXPOSE YOU IN YOUR OFFICES, IN YOUR HOMES AND IN YOUR MARKET PLACES. CORRUPTION EVERYWHERE! CORRUPTION HAS ENTERED THE MARKETS.

87.        IS THERE ANY CORRUPTION GREATER THAN FAKING OF DRUGS? FAKING OF REAL ITEMS! COUNTERFEIT GOODS EVERYWHERE. EVERYWHERE COUNTERFEIT, COUNTERFEIT.

88.        WHO IS FAKING ALL THESE THINGS? COUNTERFEIT DRUG, COUNTERFEIT GARRI, COUNTERFEIT CUP, COUNTERFEIT MEASUREMENT. EVERYTHING COUNTERFEIT.

89.        Before our eyes, the normal measuring cup has vanished from the market. You can never see anything normal size again. Even the small tomato tin has been reduced.

90.        I went to buy peak milk one day. They gave me the sample, I was watching the thing, very small with a lid like that of can beer or can malt. I said, “No, this cannot be peak.”

91.        I went further. All of them the same. I then enquired, “Madam Do you mean to say that peak has reduced the size?” And the response was, “Oga, things are no longer how they were. The way we bought it in the market is the way we are selling to the masses.

92.        Am I the person that produce peak milk?” Even the condensed tin, the condensed milk, the size of the tin has narrowed like needle.

93.        Check all the drugs in the market. Counterfeit! Corruption everywhere. Anybody you ask, the person will swear “True to God, may God punish me if I tell you lies” as if taking oath does not kill a businessman. But now, taking oath will start to kill business men.

94.        Do you know what you are suffering from? It might be as a result of all the oaths you have been taking.

95.        You do not know that both spirits and human beings in the market hear all the oaths you have been taking against yourself.

96.        Let me tell you. We are in trouble. The nation is in trouble. If we must fight and succeed, all hands must be on deck.

97.        Go to the highway, you can hardly drive about freely. The police will try to rake up something that does not exist, just to extort money from an innocent fellow.

98.        Road Safety will make laws on the spot, instant laws that cannot be traced anywhere. Before you know it they will give you a paper to go and pay in into their own personal account. No receipt! And if you do not obey, they will hold you hostage and spoil the day for you. Money, money, money!

99.        I TOLD YOU, THIS IS A SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION THAT HAS BROUGHT ABOUT A SYSTEMIC FAILURE.

100.      BECAUSE WHEN A SYSTEM COLLAPSES, IT IS NOT EASY TO REVIVE IT. IT IS NOT EASY TO REVIVE A COLLAPSED SYSTEM.

101.      SYSTEMIC FAILURE HAS BROUGHT US TO THIS TOTAL SYSTEMIC COLLAPSE. EVERY AREA HAS COLLAPSED AND WE ARE INTENSIFYING OUR EFFORTS IN MAKING SURE THAT WE RESURRECT THE DEAD. HMM!

102.      Well, we better go and do another research. The highest thing a Morbid anatomist can do is to preserve the corpse and not to bring the corpse back to life. I think you are getting my analogy of the whole thing. The highest thing we can do is what we are doing now. If you can understand what we are doing, you will be happy.

103.      WE ARE USING FORMALIN TO PRESERVE CORRUPTION. HOW DO WE USE FORMALIN? WE ARE TOUCHING THE CELEBRATED UNTOUCHABLES AIMING AT INSTILLING FEAR IN SOME PEOPLE WHILE THE THING WILL REMAIN ENDEMIC.

104.       VERY SOON WE ARE GOING TO DEVELOP ANOTHER WAY OF PRESERVATION OF CORRUPTION. WE WILL USE RADIOACTIVE RADIATION, SO THAT ON THE SURFACE EVERYWHERE WILL LOOK CALM, GOOD AND DANDY, BUT INSIDE IS ROTTEN.

105.       THIS IS THE WORK OF A RADIOACTIVE RADIATION IN PRESERVING SOMETHING. IT LOOKS NEAT AND FRESH, BUT IT IS ROTTEN INSIDE.

You can control your future if you want to. This is so because you have the power to control and manage your thoughts to your own advantage or disadvantage.    As you think in your heart, so you are. You can change the direction of your whole   life if you wish.   You are your own self driver with your brain as your steering and your mind as your eyes.  Just like the vehicle driver, if you lose consciousness of yourself or lose control of your steering, you are bound to crash.

THE SECRET OF WEALTH CREATION

{INTODUCTION 1}

This morning, before we go to the business of the day, I will like us to rehearse this Message. I am interested in this Message. I do not know the contents, but I believe it contains something that is edifying.

2.           After this Message, I will like everybody to sit down. I want to call for a meeting with the graduates. I have seen too many of them.

3.           In no distant time, all of them will join us. There, I will make their results public and then you will know the number of graduates that will be involved.

4.           I want to summon them from all our Local Assemblies. I want to have a day with them.

5.           Let Me talk to them. Otherwise, they may stay long at home roaming about looking for white collar jobs that do not exist. And for that reason, I have decided to talk to them on a topic that they know very well but they do not have the in-depth knowledge that can give them a leverage.

6.           That is the secret of wealth creation. I will make it open for everybody. Even those that do not belong to this faith are free to come. “THE SECRET OF WEALTH CREATION”

7.           You have been hearing the students making mention of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship. It has been inculcated into your school curriculum. Entrepreneurship studies.

8.           At what level should Nigeria inculcate it? At what level should it begin, if it must bear fruits? Must it be at the tertiary institution or must it start from the cradle?

9.           We must know who the entrepreneur is. Who is that entrepreneur? We must know who the entrepreneur is.

10.        We must know whether the entrepreneur is the one doing buying and selling or the one hawking or the one that is being paid for giving out his labour?

11.        OFTEN TIMES, WE THINK THAT THE LABOURER IS AN ENTREPRENEUR. NO MATTER YOUR CLASS, AS LONG AS YOU ARE COLLECTING THAT PAY EVERY MONTH, YOU ARE A LABOURER.

12.        IT IS TRUE THAT YOU ARE ONE OF THE FACTORS OF PRODUCTION, BUT YOU ARE NOT AN ENTREPRENEUR.

13.        A labourer is paid money. An entrepreneur creates money. Am I making sense? Do not worry. It is not everybody. When we shall gather, those that will understand Me will understand me and they are the people the Message will be directed to.

14.        It is going to be a one-day lecture that will last for five hours. I will make announcements. It will go wide. You are not paying a dime. Only transport yourself down here. I will give you food only once. Latest four o’clock, everybody will disperse.

15.        Whatever you will gather, you can use it, if you want to use it. This is because we are living at a time where everybody is focusing attention on the net, downloading vacancies until they have started being duped. Many are now duping them using vacancies that do not exist.

16.        Some now collect money from you, issuing you forms with ten thousand naira or five thousand naira. Your fellow students duping you, using those problem Apps to make both ends meet.

17.        If such vacancies actually exist, they will not be published there, for there is no family that does not have a people who are looking for such jobs.

18.        Whether they are in the government circle or not, do not lose the fact of this truth. That every official in the government has somebody in his family who is looking for a job opportunity. Vacancies are filled before they are made public.

19.        Often times, an internal memo is passed. Those standing in that office will nominate their relations to fill those gaps, after which you see the thing in the net.

20.         For you to pay the cost of whatever that transpired between them and the interviews, and so you the user will bear the cost.

21.        Those that are going to be employed are not interviewed. They do not go to those rigours. Some even start working before filling the forms. Some get appointment letters before vacancies are made public.

22.        So stop looking for jobs that do not exist, thereby ridiculing yourself. Often times, placing yourself in danger of being humiliated, assaulted in one form or the other. Do not ever do it. Settle down very well.

23.        WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IS ALREADY IN YOU AND AROUND YOU. AM I MAKING SENSE? THERE IS A PROBLEM FACING US. IF WE CAN RECOGNISE THAT PROBLEM, WE SHALL BE HAPPY.

24.        SEPARATE BETWEEN THE TWO; INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY. SEPARATE BETWEEN THE TWO; INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. SEPARATE IT FROM INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY, THEN YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE A HEADWAY AT ONCE.

25.        IF YOU CAN DEFINE WHAT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IS ALL ABOUT, DEFINE WHAT INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY IS ALL ABOUT, THEN NOBODY WILL TELL YOU THE LINE YOU WILL FOLLOW.

26.        YOU CAN HAVE THAT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, YET YOU ARE NOT AN INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY. INTELLECTUALLY, YOU ARE SOUND. EMPHASIS IS BEING LAID ON CERTIFICATE OR ACADEMICS NO, NO, NO, NO, NO!

27.        WE ARE SHIFTING EMPHASIS. WE ARE SHIFTING EMPHASIS. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY EVIDENCE THAT THOSE THAT MADE IT TO THE TOP WERE ACADEMICALLY UP-TO-DATE.

28.        THERE ARE TOO MANY PH.D HOLDERS THAT ARE STILL ROAMING ABOUT THE STREET. THERE ARE THOSE THAT ARE FARMING, BUT THEY ARE LIVING FROM HAND TO MOUTH.

29.        SO WE ARE GOING TO LOOK INTO THE AREAS YOU CAN ADD VALUE, NOT ONLY TO YOURSELF BUT ALSO TO THE SOCIETY AROUND YOU.

30.        YES! THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN SETTLE DOWN AND THINK OF CREATING A PROBLEM AND ITS SOLUTION WITHOUT BEING COMFORTABLE. IF YOU CAN CREATE A PROBLEM AND CREATE ITS SOLUTION, YOU CAN LIVE A COMFORTABLE LIFE.

31.        IF YOU CAN CREATE A CHALLENGING PROBLEM AND THEN COME UP WITH A SOLUTION, THEN YOU WILL BE GAINFULLY EMPLOYED AND THE BEST FORM OF EMPLOYMENT IS SELF-EMPLOYMENT.

32.        THIS IS THE REASON WHY YOU SEE TOO MANY PEOPLE RUSHING INTO SOME GREY AREAS. BUT THEY DO NOT SETTLE DOWN TO CHECK WHAT IT WILL TAKE TO ESTABLISH THEMSELVES.

33.        If you are a medical doctor from school and you do not have good sponsors, there is no way you can float a clinic. I am not talking about hospital. You cannot float a clinic successfully.

34.        Secondly, for you to practice medicine and succeed, you must be privileged to go into employment in a big and reputable hospital owned by a big organization or government from where your professionalism will be recognized.

35.        If you do not make patients there and dares jump out, you are going to raise a scarecrow as a hospital.

36.        This is why many that just jumped out fresh into it, stayed there until they developed grey hair without making any headway.

37.        So I will touch on too many areas and I will touch on the most important area where you can even stay in your house, use your one room apartment as your office and then render services to the general public without paying rent.

38.        This is because I know why we are complaining. You see, there is one amazing truth that we hide away. No matter how they hide it away situations can make it open.

39.        AS LONG AS WE ARE TALKING ABOUT ACADEMICS, FIRST NOTE IT THAT IT PROFITS YOU NOTHING IF YOU DO NOT COME OUT WITH A NICE DEGREE WHICH YOU CAN DEFEND EFFECTIVELY.

40.        THIS IS BECAUSE WHEN I WANT TO TALK ABOUT THIS EMPLOYMENT OF A THING, WEALTH CREATION, CREATING PROBLEMS AND CREATING SOLUTIONS, ADDING VALUE, I AM INDIRECTLY CHALLENGING YOU TO COME AND DEFEND YOUR ACADEMIC CERTIFICATE PRACTICALLY.

41.        COME AND PRACTICALIZE WHATEVER THAT KEPT YOU AWAY FROM HOME FOR YEARS, FOR THAT PERSON YOU ARE WRITING YOUR APPLICATION TO, MIGHT NOT BE PRIVILEGED TO GO TO WHERE YOU WENT.

42.        He might not be a graduate. He might be an ordinary fellow. He maybe someone who through dint of hard work, honesty of purpose and personal discipline, harnessed himself, harnessed his resources and he is feeling comfortable.

43.        You being a graduate, at the end of the day, will like to come and be the general manager. Managing what? Stop turning things upside down.

44.        IT BEHOVES ON GRADUATES TO EMPLOY NON-GRADUATES. IT IS IMPROPER FOR A NON-GRADUATE TO EMPLOY A GRADUATE WHO WILL ALWAYS COME AND DUPE HIM. A NON-GRADUATE EMPLOYER LOOKS AT A GRADUATE EMPLOYEE SUSPICIOUSLY.

45.        HE FEELS THAT YOUR INTEREST IN HIS BUSINESS IS HIS MONEY, AND WHICH IS PURE TRUTH. THERE IS NO OTHER THING THERE. BUT ARE YOU COMING FOR APPRENTICESHIP? YOU ARE COMING BECAUSE OF HIS MONEY, FOR YOU WANT HIM TO PAY YOU.

46.        We want to narrow down many many things. I am giving you the highlights of what our proposed one-day seminar or meeting or workshop is likely to hold.

47.         IT BAFFLES ME THAT MANY CAN HARDLY TAKE MY ADVICE. BUT THOSE THAT TOOK MY ADVICE ARE NOT REGRETTING. LET ME USE ONE.

48.        Some years back during My missionary outings, Pastor Goddy of Opi was pestering Me all round. The wife (Our sister Chiamaka) whom he married from Onitsha here was pestering Me over employment.

49.        I called them one day, in the house of our brother Abraham, that is father Abraham. I sat both down. I said, “Bro. Goddy, as poor as you are, you can start something for your wife.”

50.        “Sister, as poor as you are, if you can just come up and tell yourself the truth, you can start something and stop looking for jobs. Go and improve your certificates, register under NTI (National teacher’s institute).”

51.        Our sister agreed, the husband agreed. A leverage from TTC [Teachers’ Training College]. While they were doing it, I commanded them to use one room in the three rooms they were occupying inside the village, they were paying rent.

52.        “Now sister, instead of staying idle, print flyers and circulate in the neighbourhood. Begin to run a nursery using that room. Begin to take care of their little infants at the rate of two thousand naira or one thousand five a month. Make it negotiable. Before you know it, it will metamorphose into a big school.”

53.        They two agreed. After two years they came to me with progress reports. I commanded them to hire a place and erect something. They did it, used old zinc.

54.        The thing has changed from one room to four rooms, from nursery to primary. Bro. Goddy came up with progress reports. Sister has already graduated with NCE. Bro. Goddy graduated with NCE.

55.        I said, “Bro. Goddy, can you see. While preparing for your retirement you are already settled. Go and begin to build your own house.” He started his house with the help of the wife and completed it.

56.        I opened the house. A comfortable house. Adjacent it, he built a modern school. Do you know we have rolled into JS (Junior secondary)? We have more than two hundred pupils and students in that school now.

57.        Bro. Goddy is no longer preparing himself to go and teach in another man’s private school on retirement. He is now a head master over his school and also serving the state and preparing for his retirement.

58.        The wife is also a head mistress over the school and at the same time serving the state. What can you say about it? In the next two years they will be writing their Junior Secondary Exam.

59.        Gradually, now what is more? They are now employers of labour. Bro. Goddy now has a payroll that runs into hundreds of thousands of naira monthly.

60.         People are now depending on Bro. Goddy and the wife. The school is being noised abroad. It has been registered.

61.        Why looking for employment when you can create employment? It is because you have not sat down to evaluate yourself, access your potentialities and your capabilities.

62.        WHY DO WE PREFER SERVING OTHERS INSTEAD OF SERVING OURSELVES?

63.        If you go to the Message EXALTATION AFTER TRIAL, I narrated My ordeal from the civil service to the local service where I am now.

64.        What compelled Me to resist all offers that came my way from private employers? I served their interest while I was in the service because I created my own job, from where I was making almost ten times my salary every month, which helped me to take care of my family.

65.        Immediately I left the service all of them rushed trying to buy Me over. I announced it here. You know many of them. I even met two at Umuoji. That was on Friday.

66.        I greeted them warmly, I never knew that this boy could recognize me. He said, “Odoemena! Are you the one as big as this? You are a strong man. Wonderful! I know you have your own industry by now. You refused to work for anybody. This man! You are too much!

67.        “Like father like son. Come and see o. I hope you were trained at Nnewi and you are still agile and strong like a young man”. Then I said, “Sir, I saw you the other day.” Then the man asked, “What is in your eyes?”

68.        Then I answered, “Sir, it is what work brought about.” He went on to say that he knows that I have some workers which I pay. I said, “No sir. I am still looking for employment”.

69.        He burst into laughter and asked, “Are you looking for work and you are as big as this?”

70.        I know what I am saying. I settled down, organised myself, assessed my experiences, and evaluated myself.

71.        That which I was doing for them, for which cause they needed Me that goes to show that I was adding value to what they were doing.

72.        Now let Me see whether I can stay on my own. My brain started running up and down. IF I CONTINUE IN WHAT OTHERS ARE DOING I WILL FACE DRASTIC COMPETITION. Let Me go to narrow area. It is going to be daily need, but not too popular with the people.

73.        I will go into production, but look at the way I will go into it. Since I have no money to buy my own equipment, I will be doing chemical processing. That was before Me. I went into it and with time I discovered the secret of success.

74.        Even if I do not gain anything, that I can go out at will and come back at will means a lot. I do not shuttle Lagos or Abuja again. I do not shuttle Enugu or anywhere again.

75.        Nobody sends Me to ITF and this thing. No! No! No! I am on My own having My time, everything. If I do not want to go out, I will stay at home. I know what I want, I know how to get there.

76.        WHAT AM I SAYING? MANY DO NOT KNOW THE SECRET OF RECOGNIZING FIRST, WHERE THEY ARE COMING FROM, WHERE THEY ARE NOW AND WHAT STEPS IT WILL TAKE TO GET TO THEIR TARGET.

77.        DO YOU KNOW THAT EVEN THOSE THAT ARE STILL IN THE SCHOOLS AND OTHER MINISTRIES, YOU MIGHT BE THERE AND EVEN UPDATE YOUR EDUCATION TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL WITHOUT GETTING CONVERTED? CONVERSION IS NOT A MUST. IT IS NOT COMPULSORY. IT IS NOT AUTOMATIC.

78.        YOU CAN OBTAIN YOUR PH.D AND STILL REMAIN IN THE SAME RANK AND RETIRE IN THAT SAME RANK. IS IT NOT TRUE? YOU MAY NOT BE THE ONLY PERSON THAT OBTAINED IT. THERE MIGHT BE TOO MANY THAT OBTAINED WHATEVER YOU HAVE BEFORE YOU. SO YOU ARE IN A QUEUE SUBJECT TO EXISTING VACANCIES. SOMETIMES VACANCIES ARE FILLED FROM OUTSIDE.

79.        VACANCIES ARE FILLED INTERNALLY FROM OUTSIDE. QUALIFIED HANDS ARE THERE.

80.        Yes! Those that are responsible for filling the vacancies will bring people from outside and fill the gaps. You cannot drag them to any court. They can only use you when they want. If they do not want, they pack you there and stagnate you there.

81.        When you understand all these things, you will always be happy. To the craftsmen, though I have been hammering on it, but many do not take it serious. Until the flood has come to carry away their structures.

82.        This is the time they have recognized the need for them to update with changing times.

83.        Go to the Message titled TIME FOR CHANGE. You will do well to go back to those ancient Messages as you come up in life, with a view to finding where your problem is solved.

84.        You may know your problem without knowing the solution, but God has already solved all.

85.        YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE A PERMANENT DECISION IN A CHANGING WORLD. IT IS A CRIME AGAINST ONE’S SELF AND AGAINST HUMANITY. YOU TAKE A DECISION THAT YOU WILL NOT CHANGE WHEN THE WORLD IS CHANGING, YOU WILL REMAIN WHERE YOU ARE TILL ETERNITY.

86.        FOR YOU TO MAKE A HEADWAY, YOU MUST FIRST OF ALL KNOW THE NEEDS OF THE SOCIETY AT ANY GIVEN TIME.

87.        WHERE IS THE SOCIETY HEADING TO? WHAT IS THE NEED OF THE SOCIETY NOW?  WHAT IS THE MATTER AT STAKE?

88.        WHAT AND WHAT ARE THEIR PERPLEXING PROBLEMS FOR NOW? WHO AND WHO HAVE THE REMEDIES FOR NOW? CAN I COME OUT WITH THE REMEDY?

89.        FORGET ABOUT MONEY. DO NOT PLACE MONEY FIRST, FOR THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN ADD VALUE TO THE SOCIETY WITHOUT MONEY ACCOMPANYING IT.

90.        THERE ARE TOO MANY THINGS A MAN CAN DO IF HE DOES NOT PLACE HIMSELF OR HERSELF ON A NARROW PATH.

91.        THE IDEA OF SENDING YOU TO THE UNIVERSITY IS NOT TO PLACE YOU ON A NARROW PATH BUT TO WIDEN YOUR HORIZON SO THAT YOU CAN LOOK AT YOUR ENVIRONMENT, STUDY YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND COME OUT WITH SOMETHING AWAY FROM THE COURSE YOU READ. AMEN

Thus, you can therefore effect a positive change in your life by thinking success, dreaming dreams bigger than your present condition, being diligent, having a strong belief in yourself to succeed come what may, striving earnestly to be above average, inculcating and developing the right attitude to life’s situations and circumstances—you can change your situations from bad to good, worse to better and better to best.

THE SECRET OF WEALTH CREATION

{INTODUCTION 2}

IF YOU TIE YOURSELF TO A PARTICULAR OCCUPATION, WHETHER IT IS MOVING OR NOT MOVING, YOU HAVE TIED YOUR FUTURE, YOU HAVE TIED YOUR CHILDREN, YOU HAVE TIED YOUR ACHIEVEMENT AND EVERYTHING! IN SHORT, YOU ARE DEAD. YOU ARE DEAD.

2.           That is why anybody that is worshipping his white collar job, will end it writing queries to those you think you are senior to.

3.           You will end it wearing big suit, so that they will know that you are the Oga of that office.

4.           Sometimes the big signature will end in swinging on the swivel chair. One day you will get a note “Carry your file and drop that pen. It is all over.” Then you will be hearing “Retired, but not tired.”

5.           It is just like a fowl that was chased away from the place it lays egg. By and by, it will go back there.

6.           This is pure truth. I remember when I left the service. Too many that left the same time with Me refused to leave the office.

7.           Every morning, they would still go back to the office, sit on their seats o, until those that were serving were offended. No matter how they spoke to them, they said they would not leave the office anyhow.

8.           What were you looking for? And nobody was paying them. It is simply because they were used to going out and coming back in the evening. They got acquainted with that habit over the years. So, to flush them out of that seat became very difficult.

9.           But to me who was just jumping out as early as possible, finish My own private assignments and jump into the office. By three thirty, I am again in the field.

10.        I mean, staying in the office was very, very burdensome. That is why, if you are calling Odoemena, they will tell you, “If you want to see him, look at the day you will come. Look at the hour.”

11.         “He does not stay in the office. In fact, he is running too many businesses for himself.” Some even concluded that I was not even gifted in the civil service. And I knew it was not My field, but poverty pushed Me there to enable Me gain experience.

12.        SO, WHAT AM I SAYING? YOU MUST BE VERSATILE. VERSATILITY IS A MUST IF YOU MUST SURVIVE IN LIFE. ARE YOU GETTING WHAT I AM SAYING? GOOD!

13.        Look at our Sister Umezurike here. Some of you know her as a professor. You know her only in the classroom. A good number of us that are acquainted with her, know her as a trader.

14.        She traded in crayfish, clothing’s. At a time, she opened a very big shop where she was selling soft drinks and yet she was a lecturer in ESUT, running business in Abakpa Market. Am I bearing false witness?

15.        To crown it all, she was a farmer. Many times, I went to Enugu, I saw her peeling the cassava she harvested from her farm, even there at Umuahia now.

16.        I have not been to her place, but reports reaching Me confirmed that she is a carpenter, she is a painter, and she is equally a bricklayer, and a farmer.

17.        She has all the carpentry tools. That is why sometimes she will sack workmen and then complete the work. Reports reaching Me confirmed it.

18.        Her own younger brother Onyi called Me saying that God made a mistake. He said that she is a mistaken woman, and that she could have been a man. That, she climbs the upper chamber where they placed water tank. I still imagine who climbs that thing?

19.        I said, “Okay, one day she will fall down there.” He said, “Daddy better talk to her. She handles hammer. She can use machete and then begin to cut everywhere.”

20.        Talk of farming, I know it is true. Most of the vegetables we collect from her, I mean, must be harvested from her farm.

21.        What am I saying? She is not doing it because of the fun of it. She is doing it to reduce the cost of running her family and she has been acquainted with it.

22.        Even if she leaves the classroom tomorrow, it means nothing to her.

23.        Besides, she never limited herself to her school. Even at ESUT, she still engaged herself in some other schools. In Jos, she was lecturing in Pankshin, in one federal government teachers training college. At Enugu, even right now she shuttles Enugu, lecturing in a school.

24.        I MEAN, YOU MUST COME ALL OUT. WHAT IS SHE TRYING TO DO? YOU MUST HAVE WHAT I CALL JOB SATISFACTION.

25.        MAKE SURE THAT MAXIMUM USE IS MADE UP OF YOUR CAPABILITIES WHEREVER YOU FIND YOURSELF OTHERWISE YOU ARE UNDERUTILIZED.

26.        YOU MAY HAVE CAPACITIES, CAPABILITIES THAT ARE UNDERUTILIZED. THIS IS THE BASIS FOR REDUNDANT SIN. YOU CAN DECLARE YOURSELF REDUNDANT.

27.        YOU CAN MAKE YOURSELF PRODUCTIVE WITHOUT ASKING FOR ANY WHITE COLLAR APPOINTMENT.

28.        REMEMBER THAT NOBODY DECLEARS YOU REDUNDANT UNTIL YOU DECLEAR YOURSELF REDUNDANT. WHEN YOU BECOME UNPRODUCTIVE, YOUR EMPLOYER HAS NO NEED OF YOU. WHY?

29.        YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO CREATE JOBS THAT WILL CONFIRM AND ALSO ENSURE YOUR SUSTAINABILITY IN THAT EMPLOYMENT, FOR WHICH CAUSE YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOOLS.

30.        A GOOD WORKMAN PROVIDES HIS OWN TOOLS.

31.        I have too many examples I can sight. Before you here is a progressive young man. Chinemezu stand up there. A young man who started where his father started, having his father’s philosophy. A self-made man. Look at him here.

32.        Immediately he jumped out of the school, he went to Nsukka and joined with Bro. Sam Beer. He had a motor accident.

33.        That did not deter him. He rushed back to Aba and regrouped. When the parents were excommunicated from the faith, he remained undaunted.

34.        First, he secured a job in PZ as their van salesman. While he was doing it there, he came to me and said, “Daddy, I do not want to use my salary to feed myself or anybody. I want to employ it to help myself.”

35.        I asked, “How?” He said, “Daddy permit me to pick form from Abia Poly.” I said, “Ok, go and pick it.” He picked the form, sat for the examination and passed.

36.        He started his OND program in marketing with Abia Poly and at the same time, retained his job as a van salesman in the PZ industry, Aba. He is still there. He has completed his OND.

37.         He is now doing his industrial attachment in the same company at the same time working for the company. He is going to continue with his HND, while still in the company, and even his NYSC, while still in the company.

38.        Apart from that, he is helping in the training of his siblings. Two months ago, he presented a blue van [a blue bus] here, which he purchased to enable the father to be mobile, and to begin to do something meaningful. Yet, he is still a student. Sit down!

39.        If you want to be something other than what you are today, it is all in your hands, if your brain is sharp, your mind is sharp, and you are versatile.

40.        You see! He is a driver. He is a salesman. He is now a marketer; a professional marketer in the making, with HND.

41.        Tell me who will stop him? When his mates are still running around women they will marry, promising this one, “I love you. I will marry you. Wait until I graduate.”

42.        IF YOU ARE WAITING FOR SOMEBODY WHO PROMISED YOU MARRIAGE, WHO IS STILL IN THE SCHOOL, LET ME TELL YOU, YOU ARE THE MOST PITIABLE IDIOT. YOU ARE THE MOST PITIABLE IDIOT.

43.        SEE A PROGRESSIVE YOUNG MAN WHO IS FOCUSED, WHO RECOGNISED WHERE HE IS COMING FROM, WHERE HE IS AND WHAT HE WILL DO TO GET TO HIS TARGET.

44.        HE IS NOT WAITING FOR HIS FATHER. HE IS NOT WAITING FOR HIS MOTHER. AM I MAKING SENSE?

45.        Bro Chizoba! Stand up there. Many of you were here when I brought him down from Nsukka. I saw him in the Fellowship at Nsukka. He was coming to Fellowship from his hometown Obukpa with bicycle, saddling the bicycle for a distance of over 17 kilometres. A student.

46.        At the end of the day, he failed his school certificate because of the way they managed him and the way he saw education.

47.        I saw him as a brilliant chap who needed help. I brought him to Onitsha and attached him to his brother. I sent him back to go and do private lessons with Victor Nnachor.

48.        He went and did it? I noticed that his people do not know the value of education, and they are not willing to help him. Victor [Ugwu] does not have that vision.

49.        The wife who had that vision had not the wherewithal to give him support. I now encouraged him, “Follow your brother. Establish this business centre at Iboku. Be there and manage it.

50.        Go and enroll in Anambra State University with my wife.” My wife purchased his form.

51.        He enrolled. Two of them continued. With the help of God and the proceeds of that business centre and then self-management, self-discipline, he maintained a very high discipline in that school. It is being noised abroad up till today. Thank God! When we went to Nnewi, brethren heard the report following him.

52.        THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN COMBINE MORAL EXCELLENCE WITH ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AND REMAIN REDUNDANT. He is versatile.

53.        Before we knew it, he completed his first degree with second Class Upper Division. He came to me again. Now, he is writing his M.Sc project without his father, without his mother, without anybody. This is simply because he is focused and determined to succeed.

54.        Now, he has been his own employer all these while. Do you think that he is aiming at writing application for employment, for you to come and employ him? Sit down.

55.        You can change your condition. You can change your future. You can make yourself employable by no other person but you. If you do not employ yourself, nobody will employ you.

56.        You must be versatile. You must be focused. You must be industrious. You must be morally disciplined so that you can manage yourself, manage your little resources, and manage your time.

57.        It is like the seminar has already gripped Me when I introduced the Message on the pulpit. Sorry, sorry, sorry.

58.        This is the much I want to say. It is not why we are here because we are coming to something. Yes! So I am saying that you are not an entrepreneur until you begin to manage something, you will create something you will manage.

59.        This is the area where I frowned at Pastor Dan. I met him hawking and up till today, he is hawking.

60.        A hawker is not an entrepreneur. A street trader is not an entrepreneur. If you are buying fish or buying vegetables, and you are selling it on the streets, you are likened to any other hawker because in your absence nobody can do that your work.

61.        Your son does not know it. Y our wife does not know it. Nobody knows it. So, nobody can officiate in it because it has no base, and you are not managing anything.

62.        What you are managing is from hand to mouth, which cannot be sustained.

63.        IT IS LIKE A FARMER WHO WANTS THE BEST FOR HIMSELF AND HE IS AIMING AT STOPPING HIS EFFORTS AT THE PEASANT LEVEL.

64.        WE HAVE PEASANT TRADERS. WE HAVE PEASANT FARMERS. YOU CAN BE A PEASANT ENGINEER.

65.        I MEAN, MOVE A LITTLE FROM PEASANTRY TO SUBSISTENCE. AND FROM SUBSISTENCE, GO FURTHER. THEN IT WILL ACCOMMODATE OTHERS.

66.        Look at another fool here I spoke to, who had all that it takes to be a man. Let Me tell you. What you have, the man who is causing waves in Anambra today does not have one-tenth.

67.        There is one man, we were together in the deeper life ministry. His name is Emma Obiora. He started gradually by manufacturing cosmetics.

68.        A little while, he expanded it at Nkwelezunaka. Today, he owns estates everywhere. He owns churches everywhere. He started in a little way, but today it has developed. He now has over one thousand employees he is paying every month.

69.        Look at this industry near headbridge. Cape Associated Industries that manufactured perfumes and cosmetics. Its own by people from Ndooni Osanakpo family.

70.        Their father started it as a very small scale business in one room. He was buying drums of oil from Benach, buying perfume mixing both the jelly and everything. Gradually, this man obtained a warehouse. From warehouse, he bought a land.

71.        Today, you can never talk of cosmetics without mentioning Cape Associated Industries limited, Onitsha. What can you say about Instant Distillers at Atani road? Oh no! The brain is there, but there is something. Sit down.

72.        YOU MUST FIRST OF ALL HAVE FORESIGHT. MANY OF THESE PEOPLE YOU CALLED ENGINEERS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS.

73.        THEY ARE CALLED ENGINEERS COURTESY OF THE INDUSTRIES THEY HAVE FLOATED. BUT TALK OF ENGINEERING, THEY DO NOT KNOW THE RUDIMENTS AT ALL.

74.        I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ENGINEERING, BUT I CAN FLOAT AN ENGINEERING FIRM BECAUSE OF MY VAST EXPERIENCES WITH ENGINEERING COMPANIES.

75.        IF I WANT TO GO INTO ENGINEERING, THERE ARE TOO MANY BRANCHES OF ENGINEERING, BUT FIRST AND FOREMOST, I MUST TO STUDY THE SOCIETY SO AS TO KNOW THE SOCIETAL NEEDS.

76.        OTHERWISE, I WILL PRODUCE SOMETHING THE SOCIETY DOES NOT WANT WHICH IS THE BANE OF OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM. THE TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS ARE CHURNING OUT ACADEMIC GRADUATES THAT ARE NOT IN TUNE WITH THE NEEDS OF THE SOCIETY. WE ARE PRODUCING SOMETHING WE DO NOT NEED. AMEN!

77.        So do not strangle Me because I veered off. BUT I BELIEVE IF YOU CAN HARNESS WHAT IS IN YOU THIS MORNING, TOMORROW WILL BE BETTER.

78.        Ye! One of the subheadings of my lecture, though all of them are packed in Me, for they are not documented anywhere. Yes! I have tagged it, “YOUR TOMORROW STARTS NOW. YOUR TOMORROW IS NOW!

79.        IF YOUR TOMORROW DOES NOT BEGIN NOW, FORGET ABOUT IT. THIS IS BECAUSE WHATEVER YOU HAVE MADE OF TODAY WILL DETERMINE WHERE YOU WILL START TOMORROW.

80.        IF YOU HAVE NO TODAY, YOU CAN NEVER HAVE A TOMORROW. BUT PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO HAVE A TOMORROW WITHOUT CREATING A TODAY.

81.        A TODAY IS CREATED. A TODAY IS NOT INHERITED. IT IS CREATED. CREATE A TODAY, YOU CAN BUILD ON A TOMORROW.

82.        IS IT NOT BASELESS TO BUILD A HOUSE WITHOUT LAYING THE FOUNDATION? IT IS AN EXERCISE IN FUTILITY. A WASTED EFFORT. AMEN!

83.        So those that have graduated, you are all welcome. We appreciate you. You have made us proud, for we have started hearing your results and so far they are Upper! Upper!! Upper!!! Upper!!!!

84.        I want to hear First Class because I told you that if you continue to present this upper! Upper!! Upper!!! I WILL STOP ANNOUNCING IT AND I THANK GOD IN NO DISTANT TIME, THIS BRIDAL FAITH, MUST PRESENT AT LEAST ONE FIRST CLASS.

85.        I DO NOT KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE, BUT I AM SURE THAT IF WE REMAIN HERE FROM NOW TILL FIVE YEARS, WE MUST BOAST OF HAVING AT LEAST ONE.

86.        WE ARE MOVING GRADUALLY, LET ME TELL YOU. ADVANCEMENT IS A MATTER OF INFORMATION, IF YOU RECEIVED SOUND INFORMATION AND IMBIBED IT. YOU CAN REJECT IT BECAUSE THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE THAT HAVE THAT SPIRIT OF REJECTING THE TRUTH THAT CAN CHANGE THEIR SITUATION BECAUSE OF THEIR LAZINESS.

87.         ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAVE LIVED LONG IN AN UNPRODUCTIVE STAGE, REDUNDANT AND BUSY DOING NOTHING. THAT IS A REDUNDANT STAGE. LIFE SHOULD NOT BE REDUNDANT.

88.        LIFE IS NOT STATIC. LOOK AT YOUR CLOCK. YOUR CLOCK IS TICKING. YOUR CLOCK IS MOVING. THE SAME WAY YOUR AGE IS MOVING WITH THE CLOCK, EVERYTHING AROUND YOU IS MOVING. YOU WERE NOT BORN WITH GREY HAIR, BUT WITH TIME, YOU DEVELOP GREY HAIR AS A SIGN THAT OLD AGE IS SETTING IN.

89.        ONE THAT IS GIVEN EMPLOYMENT TODAY, IF HE DOES NOT SEE TWENTY OR THIRTY YEARS WHEN HE WILL RETIRE, RETIREMENT WILL TAKE HIM UNAWARES.

90.        IT IS JUST LIKE A PREGNANT WOMAN THAT DOES NOT SEE THE EXPIRATION OF NINE MONTHS, TO HER IT IS LIKE THE DURATION OF HER PREGNANCY IS TWENTY YEARS.

91.        IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO MAKE A MOVE, PLEASE, DO NOT STOP PEOPLE THAT WANTS TO MOVE. DO NOT DISCOURAGE THEM AND IF THEY SUCCEED WHERE YOU FAILED, DO NOT ENVY THEM. NEVER ENVY THEM!

92.        WOE IS ME IF I WILL DISCOURAGE SOMEBODY I KNOW IS MAKING EFFORTS TO SUCCEED. MY DUTY IS TO HELP HIM SUCCEED. EVEN IF HE DOES NOT REMEMBER ME FOR ANYTHING, HE WILL REMEMBER ME AS ONE THAT OFFERED HIM THE INFORMATION THAT LEAD TO HIS LEVERAGE.

93.        So we better address these truths. Stop looking for money. Money is around you. Stop looking for money! You can create money.

94.        You can create money! Anything can be scarce. Money is not scarce. Money is not a scarce commodity.

95.        Simply sit down and check it. Money is not a scarce commodity. If it is a scarce commodity, infants cannot get money.

96.         I mean infants. We call them infants. Give him a bag of sachet water, he is coming back with money. Give him a head of banana, he is coming back with money. Buy some bottles of groundnut and hand it over to that infant, he is coming back with money. What makes money scarce?

97.        WHAT IS SCARCE IS INTELLIGENCE. THE HUMAN CAPACITY THAT IS NOT YET DEVELOPED. REMEMBER MY MESSAGE IN ONE OF THE MOTIVATIONAL MESSAGES TITLED “THE TIME FOR CAPACITY BUILDING”

98.        YOU MUST BUILD CAPACITY FIRST AND THE FIRST CAPACITY YOU BEGIN TO BUILD IS THE HUMAN CAPACITY, THE HUMAN CAPITAL, NOT THE FINANCE.

99.        WHEN YOU SEE PARENTS TRAINING THEIR CHILDREN OR TRAINING THEMSELVES, AND DENYING THEMSELVES OF EVERYTHING EVEN THEIR PLEASURE, THAT THEIR CHILDREN WILL GET QUALITATIVE EDUCATION, THEY ARE MERELY BUILDING CAPACITY, WHICH IF WELL-DEVELOPED WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM AT OLD AGE AND WILL ALSO TAKE CARE OF THE FUTURE OF THE CHILDREN.

100.     A MAN THAT LAID THE FOUNDATION FOR A BUILDING HAS NOT COMPLETED THE HOUSE. HE IS MERELY BUILDING CAPACITY. ONCE CAPACITY IS BUILT, ERECTING THE BLOCK CAN TAKE ONE WEEK. BUT TO BUILD CAPACITY CAN TAKE MANY YEARS. I THINK I AM MAKING SENSE.

101.      Have you wondered why students pass through rigorous nights, gruesome periods and hours to obtain their first degree? sometimes four years, five years, six, seven, eight depending on the course and the extent they had been disappointment with some courses. Then at the end, they are coming out with the foundation, which is first degree.

102.     Then after that first degree, for their masters, they spend only eighteen months or one year and six months.

103.     Have you wondered why? This one has shorter time to obtain a higher degree, but longer time, and much more labour to lay the foundation. This is capacity building.

104.      After doing the German floor, the amount used on the German floor will be greater than the amount used in constructing the building.

105.      All the blocks moulded and the stones and the rods all buried underground and nobody sees all. It is said that you have put more than ten million in constructing the building but nobody sees it.

106.       At the end only the German floor will be seen and people will be asking, this building when will it be completed, it has ended in German floor.

107.       When it will be raised up, with hundred thousand naira, you have moulded the blocks, And in less than one week, you have levelled it. Why? A capacity was built. The rest is to add the blocks. Amen!

108.      MANY OF US ARE BUILDING CASTLES IN THE AIR, HAVING OUR DREAM VEHICLES WITHOUT MAKING ANY FOUNDATION FROM WHERE WE WILL REALISE THE MONEY FOR OUR DREAM MANSION OR THE MONEY FOR OUR DREAM VEHICLE. AND THEN YOU PLACE YOURELF ON THE WAYS OF OTHERS WHO ARE MAKING MEANINGFUL EFFORTS.

109.      THERE IS NO WAY ANYBODY CAN SUCCEED IN LIFE WITHOUT UNDERGOING A PERIOD OF SUFFERING, A PERIOD OF SELF DENIAL.

110.      IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO DENY YOURSELF OF THE PLEASURES OF THESE PRESENT HOUR FOR THE FUTURE GLORY, FORGET ABOUT FUTURE GLORY.

111.      YOU MUST DENY YOURSELF OF THE PLEASURES OF THIS DAY, AND THE PLEASURES OF THIS PRESENT TIME FOR THE FUTURE GLORY.

112.     THAT IS WHY WE ARE STILL OF THE OPINION, I IN PARTICULAR, THAT I MUST LABOUR TODAY AND ENJOY TOMMORROW.

113.      There must be reasons for my enjoyment. I must produce cake before quotarizing it. Do not begin to quotarize cake that is still in the pipeline. Yes! No matter how the architect presents a practical picture of a structure in a drawing board, it is still an art work. It is still an art work. It is still in the paper.

114.      You can go about parading yourself with your building plan o, well decorated with ink and everything, and sometimes printed with the help of computer and it will be looking very fanciful.

115.      Anywhere you go, you show them your dream house. It is still an art work. You can never pack into it. Yes! You can never pack into it. It is still on the drawing board. It is still on the paper. It is still a building plan.

116.      MANY BUILDINGS END ON THE BUILDING PLAN. WHY? WHEN I AM TALKING ABOUT BUILDING, I AM TALKING ABOUT YOUR CAPACITY.

117.      Every day, “I will do this. I will do that. Nna what I will do tomorrow what I want now is money! Money!! Money!!!” If you are given the money, what will you do with it? The moment you are given that money, you forget that plan and bring another one because you are not yet organized. You do not know anything.

118.      You are only counting money. You do not consider the means of getting that naira. Amen.

The secret of attaining success of financial independence lies in shifting from the generally accepted work to generally rejected work.  Whatever that cannot sustain your future is not worth doing

CULTIVATE YOURSELF

A WISE MAN THINKS ON HOW TO CREATE WEALTH, BUT A FOOLISH MAN IS BUSY THINKING ON HOW TO ENJOY WEALTH. THESE ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. [1] WEALTH CREATION AND [2] WEALTH ENJOYMENT.

2.           THE CLOUD IS HERE! Permit me to stop. Bro. Chukwudi from Umuahia I want you in this pulpit.

3.           Rush through this Message here. Let us use it to warm up ourselves and then divert your attention from this area that is hated by many. All non-progressives hate this side. All indolent people, non-achievers hate hearing anything from this side.

4.           It provokes them to wrath. There is somebody who, in his heart now, will be saying, “Because it is well with you, that is why you feel your fellow man does not struggle.” Yes, you do not struggle because if you struggle it will be well with you.

5.           WHEN YOU STRUGGLE AFTER AN HONEST SORT, GOD WILL REWARD YOUR STRUGGLING.

6.            SONG: [My God knows all about my struggles. He will guide till the day is done. There’s not a friend like the lowly Saviour. No not one. No not one.]

7.           You do not know the value of information because you do not pay for it here. But for students that pay for lectures that is not worth anything [I mean empty lectures], they know the value of sound information.

8.           From time to time, you will hear, “We are having a seminar. We are having a seminar.” And lecturers will come there only to fool themselves.

9.           Students will be forced to clap hands for them when they have delivered absolutely nothing. WHAT A MAN WILL GIVE IS WHAT HE HAS.

10.        YOU CANNOT GIVE WHAT YOU DO NOT HAVE. WHEN YOU ARE POOR MENTALLY, YOU ARE POOR. YES! WHEN YOU ARE POOR MENTALLY, YOU ARE POOR. NOTHING VALUABLE CAN COME OUT OF THAT POOR MENTALITY.

11.        Do not allow the devil to fool you into believing that we are displaying academic knowledge here. If it is academic, I am zero. I am merely sharing My own personal experiences with you which I have gathered practically over the years, and for which cause I am a consultant to many.

12.        If I am not adding value to what they are doing, they would not be hiring My services. So what they are hiring is My experiences. That is what they are paying for. And that is what I am sharing with all of them.

13.        Even ailing industries will come for Me to come and give them the remedy. And if they are prepared to work with Me, just with time, you see the already collapsed industry coming back to life. So it is with very human being.

14.        YOU MIGHT BE DEAD ALL THIS WHILE. YOU MIGHT BE LYING FALLOW. TODAY, DO NOT ALLOW ANYBODY TO CULTIVATE YOU, BUT CULTIVATE YOURSELF. AMEN! I SAY CULTIVATE YOURSELF.

15.         Imagine where somebody that is starving to dead will give his land to another man to cultivate for him and after cultivating, you share the profit.

16.        Somebody that is starving, took his land and gave to another man to cultivate so that they will share the profit after.

17.        Do you have broken hands? Don’t you see? This is how to know a lazy man. My friend, what is your handwork? My friend, we do this type of work o. My mind is in what you are doing-o. My share is there o. Is it a business?

18.        You have no business until somebody can come and sit down where you are doing your business and then you have negotiating power with him.

19.        Not when somebody is coming to you, he will dictate how much he will buy and you are on the pleading side “Sir, come let us do this thing. Sir, will we go empty-handed?” Somebody that does not have any goods to sell, will he complain of badmarket? You cannot complain.

20.        How will a tout complain of no business? Do you have your vehicle there? Did you park any vehicle there? If the driver is complaining, the owner of the vehicle is complaining, even touts will also complain.

21.        Does a tout have any say? His work only is to load the vehicle. Be it over load, he will load it. What business does a tout have with over load? After he had pocketed his own money, the next thing is to look for a drinking bar.

22.        He is only there to moderate what is happening in the country. He will talk of Dasuki. He will talk of Buhari. He knows all the stories happening in Nigeria. He reads all the newspapers.

23.        Does a busy man have time to read newspapers? You can only read newspapers at home. If you are going home after the day’s job, you buy a newspaper and put it in the vehicle. If you get home, your children will read it.

24.        Do I have the eyes to read newspaper? How can you ask a hungry man to blow the fireplace? Does a hungry man blow the fire? You blow fire with strength. If a hungry man blows the fire he will faint.

25.        If one says that I should read newspapers, is there anything I will read in the newspapers that will make Me to be a Minister or a Senator?

26.        Brother, go through the message, I want you to divert our attention away from what I introduced in my honest attempt to stir up pure minds in them so that on that day which will be made known to all of them any time from now, their parents will sponsor them to come down.

27.        MY ASSURANCE IS THAT THEY WOULD NOT SLEEP OVER. THEY WILL GO BACK THAT DAY. IT IS NOT COMPULSORY. IT IS FOR THOSE THAT HAVE NEED OF SUCH KNOWLEDGE.

28.        I MAY NOT COME ALONE, I MAY BRING IN SOME PEOPLE WHO WILL COME TO PRACTICALIZE CERTAIN THINGS BEFORE YOU, THEIR ACADEMIC BACKGROUNDS NOTWITHSTANDING.

29.        SO THAT YOU BEGIN TO THINK ON HOW YOU CAN CREATE WEALTH, YOU CAN BEGIN TO THINK HOW YOU CAN CREATE MONEY, AND NOT HOW YOU CAN EARN MONEY WHERE YOUR FELLOW HUMAN BEING WILL BE REGULATING YOUR ACTIVITIES.

30.        YOU WILL BE SIGNING ATTENDANCE REGISTERS, SIGN IN AND SIGN OUT THIS AND THAT.

31.        Why can’t you quit? “No salary! They have not paid us for two months” Who is going to pay you? Who do you want to pay you? Pay yourself! Pay yourself so that if you do not have, you know you do not have.

32.        You cannot use debt to pay debt. If you are hungry you will tell hunger to wait that somebody is owing you or you will tell the hunger to wait, that government is owing you salary. Hunger please stop.

33.        Where is Bro. Nath? I saw you today. You started very well but you want to end it as a big Oga. I knew you in Isialangwa. You were highly industrious. You were combining your work with poultry farming.

34.        You were a good farmer, even planting garden egg. We cherished you. We ate from your barn. I in particular. And I encouraged you to continue. But as you continued, government started promoting you. You feel armchair is better than what you were doing before.

35.        I am not condemning armchair. I sat down there but I never felt comfortable. Of all officers in my office, I was the only one that refused executive table, executive chair, the table I used was made in 1970 after the war, I made my own chair from post office. I rejected that big, big one.

36.        My friend Obinebor, whenever he entered his own he will be looking like monkey.

37.        I hated it. My table was the simplest table, and that was where the highest wisdom proceeded. The highest profitability was recorded on My table. The records are there till today.

38.        So it is not your big table that gives you your big knowledge or experience. It is big table without experience. So do not occupy big table. Occupy big house! Occupy big house!! In short, covet one bigger than that of Bro. Ojiakor’s house at Umuoji. A small man in a mansion.

39.        If you see Bro Ojiakor the way he moves in that house, you will think he is a house boy. Yes! I appreciated it. I am still appreciating it. That is how I move in my own-o. Let the lizards be there.

40.        Let Me have that air that I am a small man that built this big house. Small man moving in a big house.

41.        It is better you have smallest stature like Bro Ojiakor and I with high earning power than you have a body bigger than that of Deacon Vin Obidinma with no earning power.

42.        I will not use example far from you. I will use one you can look around.

43.        Yes! Those that feasted with Me in My house last night, you heard Me spoke to all of you. It has been my manner. If you want to know Me, know My belief, know everything about Me, and be a part of what happens here every Saturday.

44.        We do not gather to drink. We gather to tell ourselves the hard truth, calling everything by their names and that is why our homes are having relative peace.

45.        Things we cannot make public lest our wives will begin to rebel. We will rebuke ourselves openly, Men verses men.

46.        There is one that will come back and the wife by intuition will know that it was hot in Nsugbe. His behaviour and his manner of salutation and how he will relate with everybody will tell the wife by intuition that something happened in Nsugbe today and that the visit to Nsugbe bore a good fruit.

47.        If the man comes back, he will sit down and think about all he was told that day. Yes! If he insists, the Elders will think of the next step to take.

48.        If a matter becomes difficult, a man will call his fellow man to seek solution. Then the Elders will use their eye of wisdom to look into the matter and mention the person’s name.

49.        Igwe! You are the one we are referring to. Deacon Vin! You are the one we are talking about.

50.        It is just like this man that is behaving like Monkey, behaving like Chimpanzee, I mean Anthony Egbuna, with your glasses on your forehead, it looks as if you have four eyes. I hate it.

51.        If I am talking to you, you put your glasses on your forehead, I do not know whether he is looking up or down.

52.        If men come together they will look into each other’s face and say without hypocrisy, “Brother, the matter at stake concerns you. It is you.”

53.        If it means fighting, let us fight it out. Stop the evil you are perpetrating. It is not good. To some of the Elders, if they are being indicted once, they will disappear. You will not see them in our gathering again.

54.        They will be waiting for the day you will call for eating and drinking. If we keep quiet things will spoil.

55.            We will talk because if we keep quiet, things will spoil. Yes, that is why we are a family. Brother read the message. Bring Me out of this anointing. Use another Message. AMEN
