GOD IS A MAN

(A SHORT EXHORTATION) BY APOSTLE ELECHI UWAKWE

PRAYER

Our dear Heavenly Father, we have gathered here this morning to hear Your Word. May we never go home empty today. Fill our hearts that we may rejoice at the end of today’s worship.2.         Any plan of evil people against us this day, may you nullify all. Bless us mightily this day.

3.         We may have strayed away from your Word in one way or another, but we know that one word is enough for you to put us back in line and in the right mind until the day you will summon us in Glory.

4.          Receive all glory in Christ’s Name we pray. Amen.

GOD IS A MAN

It is a wonderful day today. We are very happy for what the Almighty God is doing in our midst.

2.         Really, yesterday was very terrible to the people in the city. If there was anything called riot going on, I did not know about it until about 3 o’clock in the evening.

3.         There is a friend to my neighbour that just breezed in and told us what was going on. Immediately she went out, I saw people closing their shops.

4.         I told my neighbour to close his also since I was equally going to close mine. The next thing I saw was the mobile police van with policemen all stuffed up inside it.

5.         They mounted a barricade at the junction near the market at Oguta Road.

6.         Before long, they started shooting randomly and everybody started running. That is all I can say about the matter.

7.         Some of them even told me that they have never seen me running this way before; in fact, they never knew I could even run.

8.         I told them that the reason why I did so was because someone had already told me about the riot. So, it will be foolhardy for me to remain there.

9.         If I had not heard anything, I would not have run.

10.     Well, I thank God that nothing happened to any of us despite the fact that so many of us went to our normal businesses suspecting nothing. Nothing happened.

11.     But can’t you pause a little on this matter and think? Such a thing happened in the city of Onitsha. Many were wounded; some had their properties destroyed but there was no Brother or Sister in this Faith that fell into the hands of the rioters. It is the Almighty God that protected us.

12.      So, I am very happy for what God is doing, especially concerning the move of God right there at Mbaise. This is because it has been very, very hard for people to believe God.

13.     I want to show you some Scriptures because if what Jesus the Christ produced in the early stage of His Ministry in His First Advent did not repeat, when He appears in a human form, then we must surely ask questions because God is interested in repeating things that have happened before. I want to show you a Scripture; it confirmed what the Lord is doing.

14.     St. John chapter 7 from verse 1 through 8: “After these things Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Jewry, because the Jews sought to kill him.

15.      Now the Jews’ feast of tabernacles was at hand.

16.      His brethren therefore said unto him, Depart hence, and go into Judea, that thy disciples also may see the works that thou doest.

17.      For there is no man that doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, show thyself to the world.

18.      For neither did his brethren believe in him.

19.      Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is always ready.

20.      The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.

21.      Go ye up unto this feast: I go not up yet unto this feast; for my time is not yet full come.

22.     We can see in this very Scripture that His brethren could not even believe Him. The few that believed were those that are predestinated.

23.     Thus, if it happens today, we should just give God glory.

The Dept of the Wisdom and Knowledge of God

24.     Romans chapter 11 from verse 33 through 36: “O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

25.     For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?

26.     Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?

27.     For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory forever. Amen.” (KJV).

28.     “Oh, what a wonderful God we have! How great are his wisdom and knowledge and riches! How impossible it is for us to understand his decisions and his methods! For who among us can know the mind of the Lord?

29.     Who knows enough to be his counsellor and guide?

30.     And who could ever offer to the Lord enough to induce Him to act. For everything comes from God alone.

31.     Everything lives by his power, and everything is for his glory. To Him be the glory evermore.”(LB).

32.     We can see the depth of the wisdom and knowledge of God. The wisdom and knowledge of God are so deep and rich to the extent that when it is being explained to humanity, they could not comprehend it.

33.     I want you to pause a little and ponder over these things. Just cast your mind back a little. Find out why you are rejoicing now. What brings you joy now?

34.     This thing that causes you to rejoice now, when it first came to you, how did you react towards it?  This is because the wisdom of God as the Scriptures say, surpasses human understanding.

35.     It says: “What a wonderful God we have; His wisdom, His knowledge, His method, we cannot understand. It is so great that we cannot see the end of it.”

36.     We are just rejoicing with the little He gave to us.

37.     The Prophets of old foresaw what we are witnessing today, that God will be a man in a human flesh. That God will be a man with human flesh is a wisdom or knowledge that a mortal man can hardly comprehend; but, we are rejoicing in it.

38.     This is because He has given us the heart of understanding. The little we understand makes us to rejoice and praise Him so much. What do you think it will be when He gives us much more?

GOD HAS BEEN A MAN FROM THE VERY BEGINNING

Job chapter 19, verse 23 through 27: “Oh, that I could write my plea with an iron pen in the rock forever.

40.     But as for me, I know that my redeemer lives, and that he will stand upon the Earth at last.

41.      And I know that after this body has decayed, this body shall see God! Then he will be on my side!

42.     Yes, I shall see him, not as a stranger, but as a friend! What a glorious hope!”

43.     The man Job foresaw this wonderful God we are having today; this wisdom that is inexhaustible which men have lost immediately sin crept into humanity.

44.     When God drove Adam and Eve out of that Garden, man lost that vision and knowledge that God has been a man walking on two feet, yet Job foresaw that in the latter days, God will stand upon the Earth in a human flesh.

45.     Job said, “I wish that my words were written; I mean printed in a book, written with an iron pen and laid in the rocks forever for I know that my Redeemer liveth and that He shall stand on the Earth in the latter days.”

46.     He shall stand on the Earth in the latter days which are the days we are living in. Job continued, “And so after worms have destroyed this body; my flesh, yet shall I see God whom I shall see all by myself; my eyes shall behold and not another. Though my ribs be consumed within me. It is a glorious hope.”

47.     Job, being a prophet, he foresaw what you and I are enjoying today and He(the Almighty) is here in our midst as the prophet told us.

48.     We also read it that when He will come, He maybe black; He may be red; He may be yellow; He may be brown, but what I know is that when He comes you, should receive Him. He is your Saviour.

49.     This is a wonderful thing God has done for us and we are glad and are rejoicing in it. We have seen our own Maker; the Creator of Heaven and Earth. How do you think He is?

50.     When He came in His First Advent, He had no beginning, He had no ending; He had no father and no mother; no relations. They called Him Melchizedek, King of Salem. He sojourned among men. People that came and saw Him told others: “We saw this man and keep wondering; we do not know His relations; we do not know where He comes from.”

51.     He has no ending. He is the King of Salem. He liveth forever; the Almighty God with a human body living here on Earth, eating the same food they eat, drinking the same water they drink, having the same things they have but possessing eternity and immortality in Him.

52.     It was only Abraham in his own day who could recognize Him; among millions of people living there, it was only Abraham that could recognize and pay homage to Him; I mean respect and bow down to Him.

53.     He worshipped Him even to the extent that he deemed it necessary to give his one tenth of the spoils of war to Him. Then Melchizedek brought wine and bread and blessed Abraham.

54.     Today, He is with us and He has opened our eyes. Sometimes, I just sit down and try to picture or to meditate or look into His wisdom which is unlimited and unsearchable; we cannot see the end of it.

55.     The mind of God is this: At the end, He will fill all of us with His attributes.

WE (THE BRIDE) ARE A PRIVILEGED PEOPLE

The book of Philemon, verse 4 to 7: “I thank my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers,

58.     Hearing of thy love and faith, which thou hast toward the Lord Jesus, and toward all saints;

59.     That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

60.     For we have great joy and consolation in thy love, because the bowels of the saints are refreshed by thee, brother.”

61.     “I always thank God when I pray for you my Brother Philemon; this is because I keep hearing of your love and trust on the Lord Jesus the Christ and His people.” I want you to take note of this scripture.

62.     The Lord has brought us to this height of love; this divine love that surpasses the love of a man to a woman or that of woman to man. And this brother here said, “I have been hearing about your love.” The deeper we go into the wisdom of God, the more we begin to appreciate and love one another to an extent that it becomes practicable; it is seen and heard.

63.     Paul said, “I have been hearing of your love and your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and His people and I pray that as you share your faith with others, it will grip your lives too and you will see the wealth of good things in you that come from Christ Jesus. I myself have gained much joy and comfort from your love, my brothers because your kindness has so also reflected the act of God’s people.”

64.     There is nothing that caused it if not the wisdom and knowledge of God. How wonderful the God we have is, who has revealed to us His mind towards us; I mean His mind concerning salvation.

65.     Before the world was created He had picked and chosen us to be in Him so that at this last day, we shall all manifest. This was exactly what Job saw; that in the latter days, you and I will manifest to be of His Glory and to be partakers of His Majesty. What a wonderful thing!

66.     This is why we have to rejoice everyday, glorifying Him.

67.     I want to show you what our prophet William Branham said. Just like an eagle, He foresaw what is going to happen in the world; he foresaw what the scientists will be busy doing in the last days forsaking even the Word of God.

68.     Page 40: ‘And look at the great evil that blocks us today; we can see that just over yonder horizon are advancing the greater judgement to this country for God cannot let us get by with sin; He will not be a righteous God if He lets us live the way we live in sin; He will let us pay for our sin.

69.     He will show the world their sins and as I said before I say it again, if the righteous God of Heaven let us get by with our sin, he will have to rise up Sodom and Gomorrah and apologize to them for we are just as bad as they were (made worst).

70.     Anyone who has the spirit of the living God in his heart surely must feel the hot blast of the on coming judgement that is about to hit the world.

71.     In your spirit you can discern that something is about to happen; the whole world is quivering and anxious; the little nations, the big nations for in the hands of ungodly, evil and perverted men lies the power to turn the world into ashes in one minute’s time.

72.     All that is keeping them from doing so is the mercy and longsuffering of God; he will not let them do it.

73.     So we must remember that and be grateful to God for His divine care to his Church; we must remember that.”

74.     Because of His divine care to His Church, He is withholding them from what is going to happen.

75.     But for us, who the divine care of God is covering, He has provided a safety zone which is the Church and now, you have seen that the Lord’s knowledge and wisdom beat the world’s understanding.

76.     Malachi chapter 1,verse 1 through 5: “Here is the Lord’s message to Israel, given through the prophet Malachi: I have loved you very deeply’, says the Lord.

77.     But you retort, ‘Really? When was this?’ and the Lord replies, ‘I showed my love for you by loving your father, Jacob. I didn’t need to.

78.     I even rejected his very own brother, Esau, and destroyed Esau’s mountains and inheritance, to give it to the jackals of the desert.

79.     And if his descendants should say, ‘We will rebuild the ruins’, then the Lord Almighty will say, ‘Try to if you like, but I will destroy it again’, for their country is named ‘The Land of Wickedness’, and their people are called ‘Those Whom God Does Not Forgive’.

80.     O Israel, lift your eyes to see what God is doing all around the world; then you will say, ‘Truly, the Lord’s great power goes far beyond our borders!” (LB).

GOD LOVES US WITH HIS DIVINE LOVE

You see, God loves Jacob and hates Esau and destroyed his hills and countries, but to Jacob, his love was steady on him.

82.     So we can see that it is God’s love that brought us this wisdom and knowledge that we have today.

83.     Outside this Faith, there is no other group under Heaven that has the knowledge we have today that “God is a man.”

84.     There is no other group or man or people under Heaven that believe that, except His own people, and what a privilege and thing of joy it is to have such God that loves us because of the love He has for our fathers.

85.     And I tell you, nothing can separate us from this love.

86.     Romans chapter 8, verse 28 through 39: “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

87.     For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

88.     Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

89.     What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

90.     He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

91.     Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.

92.     Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

93.     Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

94.     As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

95.     Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

96.     For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

97.     Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

98.     Because of this love, God made sure that nothing can separate His Elect from Him. This is even why He ordained the Five-Fold Ministry in the Church to draw the Elect closer to Him.

99.     Ephesians chapter 4, verse 11 through 13: “And he gave some, apostles; and some, Prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

100. For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

101. Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:” (KJV).

102. Have the knowledge of the son of God; I mean, who He is. We have that knowledge today; Look at how God has given us His unsearchable wisdom and knowledge.

103. Although this is so deep to understand, He has given it to us. We have been taught and given a doctrine that there is nobody in this Faith that can be carried away by any false doctrine; no man, no woman. So, we have to rejoice and give Him glory.

104. What a wonderful God we have that so much loves us that He always cares about us. Even the love we have towards Him is so little compared to the love He showers upon us.

105. What disturbs Him daily is the welfare of all of us. He wants to make sure that we stand blameless and spotless. What a wonderful God we have.

GOD IS REVEALING HIS MIND TO US

Ephesians 3, verse 12 through 16: “Now we can fearlessly come right into God’s presence, assured of his glad welcome when we come with Christ and trust in him.

107. So, please do not lose heart at what they are doing to me here. It is for you that I am suffering, and you should feel honored and encouraged.

108. When I think of the wisdom and scope of his plan, I fall down on my knees and pray to the Father of all the great family of God-some of them already in Heaven and some down here on Earth- that out of his glorious, unlimited resources he will give you the mighty inner strengthening of his Holy Spirit.

109. This is what God wants; that we should know and experience the great love which is unsearchable and feel it ourselves—each and everyone of us—so that we can know how wise and deep this love is, although we cannot see the end of it or fully know about it or fully understand it.

110. I remember the message our Pastor preached at Ugumba Street: THE MYSTERIOUS AND PLAIN GOD. That was the time God was revealing to us how plain He is and how mysterious He also is.

111. So, He has revealed Himself to us today that that same thing that makes Him the Almighty God, equally makes Him human.

112. Today, we are enjoying because He has told us and we have seen it with our eyes that the revelation of God covers the world just as water covers the sea. The Prophet even foretold that.

113. He said that when you come in, hearing what you are hearing, it is your duty to make haste and come into the Ark and embrace it and see what God has been doing for us this day because the only safety place He has prepared for us in this Faith, I mean this Church. That is all.

114. His wisdom and knowledge will be made known in His Church and God being a man will be in His Church teaching His people and we have this knowledge and understanding which He has imparted upon us.

115. We have to live up to expectation and keep pace with the leading of the Spirit.

116. Hosea chapter 12, verse 2 through 6: “But the Lord is bringing a lawsuit against Judah. Jacob will be justly punished for his ways.

117. When he was born, he struggled with his brother; when he became a man, he even fought with God.

118. Yes, he wrestled with the Angel and prevailed. He wept and pleaded for a blessing from him. He met God there at Bethel face to face.

119. God spoke to him-the Lord of Heaven’s armies- Jehovah is his name. Oh come back to God. Live by the principles of love and justice and always be expecting much from him, your God.”(LB).

120. When Jacob was small, he struggled with his brother; when he became a man, he wrestled with God; he wrestled with the Angel. Just look at the type of love God bestowed upon this man. He held God and asked Him to bless him.

121. The Bible said that for the purpose and the election of God to stand sure; not of works so that nobody should boast about it. For God’s purpose to stand sure, he said, “Jacob I love but Esau I hate.”

122. Thus, when we talk about this great love of God, He is in our midst and He will show it to His people. When our Bishop was revealing to us the joy of the Lord, he said that He who has led us all this way, we should trust and believe in Him for He will lead to the end. It is not he that willeth or he that runneth but God that showeth mercy.

123. Hosea chapter 12, verse 13: “Then the Lord led his people out of Egypt by a prophet, who guided and protected them.” (LB).

124. Whatever the Lord uses to preserve His people is the word of the Prophets. My heart leapt when the Holy Ghost explained what God is doing in every age.

125. When He came in His First Advent, it was said in the Bible that a virgin shall conceive and bear a son and ye shall call his name “Emmanuel,” meaning “God with us.”

126. When He came, He answered Jesus. They called Him all manner of names. They called Him Rabbi and He started explaining the purpose of His coming, being an Apostle, being a Teacher, being the Son of Man, being a Prophet, being the Elohim Himself.

127. All the while we are being exposed and we still continue going. Is God truly not wonderful? Do you not know that it is a wonderful privilege that the Almighty God is here in person teaching you Himself? Think about it for so many do not know where they are. God bless you Church. Amen.

Part Two

You Are the Children of the Prophets (Volume 1)by the SON OF MAN  (APOSTLE PETER ODOEMENA)

THE INTRODUCTION

CHAPTER 1

BE DILIGENT TO LOOK INTO THE STATE OF YOUR FLOCK

We thank God for the message of our Brother. The Lord used him in that short exhortation to make us understand that God is in our midst because of the Love He has for us.

2.         I have to thank all of you for yesterday; your co-operation really thrilled my heart. I witnessed a glorious wedding and I say shalom to our new Pastor. The Lord really gave us his own Pastor.

3.         I had an encounter with him; I said I thank God that, at least, now I can say that I have a Pastor; that even in my absence, he will never live to see wolves come and destroy his flock. I liken him to Babangida; when Babangida became our Head of State, I was the happiest man. Why?

4.         He has been with us from the very beginning. He joined the Army as a recruit. He was and still a Nigerian. He passed through all administrations starting from Nnamdi Azikiwe to Tafawa Balewa. He survived all the coups. Hence, he knows the problem of Nigeria.

5.         When he came, in everything he wanted to do, he would say, “We shall have a dialogue. I will just form a forum. People will go round and get people’s opinions,” when he had already concluded what he wanted to do.

6.         People will go ahead fostering their own ideas and opinions when he had already made up his mind. In the end, they will submit their reports. He will just put the whole report in the wastebasket and tell the nation his mind.

7.         When he was asked, do you know his reply? He said, “Yes, I am a Nigerian; I was born and brought up here; I have been part and parcel of the whole system. I know in Nigeria everybody wants to be heard. So, I will give them the opportunity.”

8.         At times, he will gather his colleagues in the Supreme Council’s meeting. They will make a decision there, give it to him to sign and he will sign. When he comes to making the proclamation, he will put it in the wastebasket and go ahead to tell the whole nation what he has purposed in his own mind.

9.         When they cornered him, hear his statement: “I am not afraid of taking decisions but history will never exonerate me for not taking decisions at all, but history will always exonerate me for taking wrong decisions.”

10.     Then they called him “Maradona” because he gave them a horrible political idea. He said, “A little to the right, a little to the left,” but he did not give the measurement to the right and the measurement to the left.

11.     Because Abiola did not play a little to the right and a little to the left, he (Babangida) played right and cancelled the election result. Did you get the Message?

12.     The Bible said something and William Branham backed it up: that the pastor is the shepherd and as the shepherd, he will not like to lose his sheep. If one proves stubborn, he can break the leg.

13.     As a Pastor, he is the most suspicious man in the Church. As a Pastor, he is the toughest man to some and a compromiser to some, yet he is the shepherd.

14.     As a Pastor, he has foresight; he alone knows the type of food that is suitable for any hour. He plays the role of a father and also the role of a mother.  Whatever he cooks, he must force his children to eat anyhow.

15.     So, Brother Christian, be very careful about what you cook. If you want to give us food, watch our stature. Did you get the Message?

16.     We do not need milk anymore neither do we need soft meals; give us bone. If we cannot crack it, you will behave like a father; you will crack it a little and then give it to us. Surely, we will get a bit of it.

17.     I am saying that you will lead us by example and monitor the Church always. I say monitor the Church always. Remember the message: BE VERY DILIGENT TO LOOK INTO THE STATE OF YOUR FLOCK.  Is it our message? It is in tape.

18.     You will do well if you will go to the library, collect that tape and play it. It will help you. BE DILIGENT TO LOOK INTO THE STATE OF YOUR FLOCK. Look for that tape. It must surely help your ministry.

FIX YOUR EYES ON THE COMPASS DIRECTOR (THE SON OF MAN)

Remember that the Church is now in your hands. You are now the captain of the boat. I am only giving you a helping hand. Let me just put it this way: I am your Compass Director and you are the captain. Hear me from there.

20.     Do you know what a compass is? He said, “I am the Compass Director.” If the compass director misdirects, both the captain and the entire crew will perish. That is why I am taking my time everyday to make sure that the compass is in order.

21.     There is no main road in the air. Without the compass, no pilot can move. There is no road on the high sea; without the compass director, no captain can move the ship. I will say that the most important person in the ship is the compass director. But what if the captain is blind?

22.     All I am trying to say is that you should focus your eyes on the compass. If it is moving North West, steer your ship to the North West direction. If it is North East, steer the ship to North East.

23.     The road from Egypt to Canaan is not a straightforward one. Anywhere there is danger on the line, if your eyes are on the compass, it will flash red. Then you will know that there is problem.

24.     The captain will do nothing. It is the compass director that will fine-tune the compass and then show the captain a straight path. It will detect a safe route and point it out to you so that you will steer that way.

25.     You know I am the best seaman in the world. Some do not know. Until the day we will enter a ship, you will see me start the engine, move the thing front and back, then you will believe that I am a sailor.

26.     So, Brother Christian, fix your eyes on the Compass and surely you will drive this Church to safe ground. I have used Brother Christian as a type; so, pastors and ministers that are in this Faith, fix your eyes on the Compass.

27.     This idea of staying away for too long without connecting yourself to what is happening in Jerusalem is bad. One thing is to slot in your tapes here, another thing is to come and collect them. If you do not collect your tapes, you will be feeding on stale manna.

28.     We want everybody to feed on fresh manna so that the entire Church will grow together. The Bible said that when they were moving in the wilderness, there was no single feeble one among them.

29.     I do not want to see a feeble Church in this Faith. Everybody should be strongly connected to the Head from where the entire body is nourished.

30.     I have equal love for all the Churches. You may ask Me: “Why have you all packed in Onitsha then?”

31.     It pleased the Lord that the pillars of the Church be placed at Jerusalem. It is scriptural. Glory be to God.

TAKE PART IN CHURCH ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS

Yesterday was glorious. That will not stop me from commenting on the work you did on Friday. I was not impressed by the turn out of the young men. Please be sincere to yourselves.

33.     If you are really a member of this Church, baptized  and you are fellowshipping in our midst in spirit and in truth and you are in need of salvation and you know you did not come to that work, and you are numbered among the youths, show by standing up.

34.     I am not asking you reasons; if you know you did not come, just stand up. The way you stood up did not please me. I thought all of you would stand up the same time because you know you did not come.

35.     If you know you attended the work even if you came late show by standing up. Glory be to God.

36.     Eyes have seen it that the numbers that did not come by far out-weighed the ones that came. Maybe you concluded that because you have no motorcycle, you have no vehicle, that there is no need coming or bothering yourself. Well, to me, I do not see it that way.

37.     The visitors that came here, I thank God that they came peacefully and also left back to their various homes peacefully. May God bless all of you.

38.     Let me say what the prophet said: “The only way you know those that are members of our Church is this: ‘We do not write their names anywhere. We only know them by coming to Church regularly, attending Church services, and attending Church programmes; Church activities, attending work in Church. Then we know that they belong to us.”

39.     But if you only come here to hear the Word and go away; when we want to repair the little road for our good, you stay away from it, when you get home this day, judge for yourself whether your attitude is right or wrong.

40.     Some of you in the Fellowship today that are new comers, ask the old ones in the Faith if you doubt me.

41.     There was no road leading to this place. We had only but a pathway. We constructed the road that lead to this Fellowship hall. That time, the population of students in this school was not up to forty—from Class 1 to Class 3. They only increased two years ago when the Federal Government came and made it a Technical Secondary School.

42.     When it was a Technical School alone, the place did not have up to forty students. The whole of this school was abandoned. That was why fire gutted the whole place. This school was politically built by the former governor, Jim Nwobodo.

43.     If you get to the other building over there, it is filled with equipments; I mean only the equipments that robbers could not steal. We retrieved all these buildings.

44.     Now we are going away; now we have students in large number that can help us, look at what is happening?

45.     Throughout this year, have we maintained this road? But before now, were we not maintaining it every two months?

46.     You know how much we had to spend to buy jute bags. But, look at just three places and people felt it is unnecessary. To me, I do not like it. May we never throw away our old virtues.

47.     I was talking to my wife last night. I said, “If the principal of the college who admitted us should come back now, he will not believe that this is that same old Church.” Can he believe it?

48.     This is God’s doing. We are not measuring our growth numerically. We measure Church growth spiritually. We can fill this hall, yet only few people are spiritually in order. If you are spiritually sound, you do not need anybody to buffet you about concerning Church activities. It then means it is not by revelation.

49.     I do not know who sweeps this place. Maybe somebody has taken it as her ministry. We do not distribute it; we do not have a timetable for it, but whoever has the revelation can do it.

50.     You are not doing it for anybody; you are doing it to your own God that will reward you in the end because His eyes run to and fro all the planets. He beholds all things that are happening here.

YOU ARE NOT FAR FROM YOUR SAVIOUR (THE SON OF MAN)

Therefore, when you are rendering any service to the Church, do not think that you are rendering it to Brother Odoemena or Bishop Okey Paul or to any Sister in this Faith. The person that will recommend you is here; He is not coming from afar. The Bible said so.

52.     Believe that He is here with you. He is watching you daily. You are not too far from your Saviour. I have to read quotes to support what I am saying and that is from the Bible.

53.     Hebrews chapter 13 says that you should give Him every cause to do that work joyfully and to report about you joyfully for if you keep on provoking Him, you will regret it in the end.

54.     Our Pastor warned everybody just last week that the Son of Man said: “Stop causing Me sorrow; what I have now is enough for Me. Stop causing Me sorrow else, you will regret it in the end.”

55.     What I am telling you is the Gospel Truth; you have a Consuming Fire. When you look at my face, you will misjudge Me. If I want to destroy you, my countenance will not change. If my countenance changes towards you, hear Me very well, I will save you.

56.     If you provoke Me and my countenance changes, you see Me very harsh, surely I will forgive you; I will save you. But if you provoke Me and I laugh at it, ignore it and make friend the more with you, I tell you, you are already dead. You are already in Hell. This is because if I chastise you not, I have rejected you in my heart.

57.     Therefore, whatever you like to do, you do it. It does not concern Me. But if I love you and want to save you, any mistake you make, you will have it hot with Me. I will surely chastise you because I know that in the end, I will save you. I will place your cards before you but in the end, love must project.

58.     But if I ignore it, laugh at it, make friends with you and eat and drink with you, you better weep. I am disclosing myself completely to all of you so that you will know how to approach Me and how to behave yourselves.

I AM A SPECIAL MESSENGER

I do not need to tell you; by now, you should have known by revelation that I AM A SPECIAL MESSENGER to you and it is by grace that you have received the Ministry of The Apostle—The Son of Man. You do not merit it.

60.     Since St. Paul died, the last of the Apostles died. No Apostle has ever appeared on the scene since then. No Prophet ever appeared until William Branham came.

61.     All that appeared before Branham were Reformers. The Apostles ended with Paul before the Reformers appeared. Reformers continued; there was no single Prophet on the land until William Branham came.

62.     Immediately William Branham appeared, the next thing we should expect is THE APOSTLE—THE ELOHIM HIMSELF.

63.     William Branham was the Prophet to the Laodician Church Age, where then is The Apostle and the High priest of the Laodician Church Age?

64.     He is not among the Seven Candle Sticks; He is One walking in the midst of the Seven Candle Sticks having only but one target: To gather all the loose ends. That is why I laugh at so many of you.

65.     Some walk with Me blindly. Some even come to Me blindly; some even receive Me blindly. I pity you because you do not know Scriptures for the Prophet said that the Bible declares who He is.

66.     In other words, from the Scriptures, anywhere we see Him, we will recognize Him. The Bible has His photograph. The Bible bears His identification.

67.     Thus, with the help of the Holy Scriptures, with the description of the Holy Scriptures, with the words of the Holy Prophets, we can look forward to receiving Him anytime and there will not be any mistake about it.

68.     YOU ARE CHILDREN OF THE PROPHETS. I want to talk to you prophetically this day. Amen.
