SON OF MAN AS A PROPHET
Acts of the Apostles chapter 7 verse 56. [56]And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and THE SON OF MAN standing on the right hand of God. KJV
2And the Psalmist also saw Him in Psalm 80 from verse 17. Is it not true? Strengthen the man at your right hand.
3 [17]Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, upon THE SON OF MAN… Upon who? …The SON OF MAN whom thou madest strong for thyself. KJV
HIS STRENGTH IS NOT FROM ANY OTHER PLACE BUT FROM GOD. THE RIGHT HAND. THAT IS AUTHORITY. THAT IS POWER.
A man you refer to as your right-hand man is one that is indispensable. An indispensable partner is your right-hand man. Is it not true? Your next of Kin. A dependable and reliable partner. My right-hand man. So, we will see Him sitting in the right hand of power.
6The Bible called it, “Right hand of majesty and power.” [Matthew 27:64, Mark 14:62]
[This is] so that when you want to talk about Son of Man or THE SON OF MAN, [1] you apply reverence. [2] you cast your mind back, [for] He is not a man you can introduce in few words.
He is not a man anybody can introduce using a passage or a statement. In other words, His introduction speaks volumes. [Hebrews 10:7]
7That is why I love this “Paradox”. He is a Paradox in our day that delights Himself in making paradoxical utterances and even [displaying] paradoxical actions. The more you look, the less you see.
8The Man whose wisdom you cannot comprehend. That is a paradox. A man you cannot underestimate or overestimate. You cannot even predict what He can do at any given time.
9This is why, if you are not acquainted with Him the same way Moses was acquainted with Him, you can never come boldly to claim that you know Him.
10John chapter 3 verse 14. [14]And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: KJV
11What was the serpent that was lifted? Christ the Rock. [1 Corinthians 10:4] So, must THE SON OF MAN be lifted up. [John 3:14 – 15; John 12:32 – 34]
12Deuteronomy 18 verse 15. Son of Man as a Prophet. [18]The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;
[16]according to all that thou desiredst of the Lord thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the Lord my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.
13 [17]And the Lord said unto me, They have well-spoken that which they have spoken. [18]I WILL RAISE THEM UP A PROPHET FROM AMONG THEIR BRETHREN,…
14I will raise them up a Prophet from who? From among their brethren, who speaks their language.
15 [18]I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, AND WILL PUT MY WORDS IN HIS MOUTH;… 16I will do what? Put My words in His mouth.
THE MOMENT HE PUTS HIS WORDS IN HIS MOUTH, THE WORD BECOMES THE SPIRIT. HE TABERNACLES IN HIM. HE BECOMES A VERITABLE INSTRUMENT IN THE HAND OF GOD TO MINISTER LIFE TO AS MANY AS WILL HEAR AND BELIEVE HIM. AND [HE WILL ALSO] BE A FAITHFUL WITNESS AGAINST ALL THAT WILL NOT HEAR AND BELIEVE.
CONVINCED AND BE CONCERNED.
17 [18]…and will put my words in his mouth; AND HE SHALL SPEAK UNTO THEM ALL THAT I SHALL COMMAND HIM.
18And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name,…
19Which He shall speak in My Name. 20…I will require it of him. KJV
21You must answer for it. Whether they will hear it or not. OVER FAMILIARITY MEANS NONSENSE. THIS PERSON GOD WILL RAISE FROM AMONG YOUR PEOPLE MAY BE YOUR HUSBAND.
22HE MAY BE YOUR SON; HE MAY BE YOUR IMMEDIATE [JUNIOR] BROTHER OR SENIOR BROTHER.
But He must be your townsman [and] somebody you know even His genealogy. You are very much acquainted with him to the point of knowing his parents, his family background, his occupation [and] everything.
23If because of that, you say, “I will not pay attention. We were classmates. We were this. I know when He was this and that”, surely, you will perish, for there is no other way salvation can come to you if not through Him.
HE HAS BEEN GOD’S APPOINTED VESSEL FOR YOUR SALVATION. TO BE ACQUAINTED WITH HIM IS GREAT GAIN.
24TO AVOID HIM IS A GRIEVOUS ERROR THAT LEADS TO DISASTROUS CONSEQUENCES. TO BE ACQUAINTED WITH GOD IS TO BE ACQUAINTED WITH HIS PROTECTIONS AND BLESSINGS.
CONVINCED AND BE CONCERNED.
25To be far from Him is to be far from His protections [and also] far from His blessings, for God is far from the wicked. God is far from the wicked. 26BUT HE HEARETH THE PRAYERS OF THE SAINTS. [Proverbs 15:29]
“Ask and you shall be answered. Knock and it shall be opened unto you.” [Matthew 7:7]
It is when you are one who hears and obeys His word. He will bless you in everything but not in unbelief, not in disobedience. Every willful disobedience is naked unbelief.
27….It is like I am treating you as in the very beginning. It is a revival of this Faith. SON OF MAN AS A PROPHET. …
Is it not necessary to put you in remembrance, seeing that all families are now in their homes? It is better I refresh the minds of everybody so that it will be impossible for any to depart from the Faith, and so that your faith will no longer be hanging on mere words of men, but on the revealed truth from the Throne of Grace.
So, whether you are in your home or away from your home, you must be found in Him, for nothing, even COVID and its block-down or lock-down or lock-up can never take away your conviction.
Even if you are only one in your room, worshipping God will be easy, for you will worship Him upon the revelation of who you know Him to be. CONVINCED AND BE CONCERNED.
28Ezekiel chapter 21 verse 1 through 3. [1]And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, [2]Son of man, set thy face toward Jerusalem, and drop thy word toward the holy places, and prophesy against the land of Israel, [3]And say to the land of Israel, THUS SAITH THE LORD;
29Behold, I am against thee, and will draw forth my sword out of his sheath, and will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked.
30You can imagine the level of iniquity that could make God to come out to destroy both the wicked and the righteous. When God had already vowed a vow, “Let it be an abomination unto Me, if I will destroy the righteous in the midst of the wicked.”
31But this time around He is angry, I mean, the anger was so hot that even the righteous, He said He will not spare.
32Now watch! Tell Me: Was there any other means the people could have known their relationship with God, if not by sending THE SON OF MAN?
If THE SON OF MAN never appeared to them, they never knew they were in error. They never knew they were in enmity with God, for no sane man born of a woman will volunteer deliberately to be against God.
33People fight God ignorantly. They were living in flagrant disobedience to the truth. And yet, they were jubilating, calling themselves sons and daughters of Abraham, Jews, Christians, peculiar people, royal priesthood until God came.
34When God came, He came in the person of Son of Man. BEFORE SON OF MAN WILL PARDON YOU OF INIQUITY, HE MUST JUDGE YOU OF THAT INIQUITY. IF YOUR SIN IS NOT JUDGED, IT CAN NEVER BE PARDONED. Sure!!! LET HANDS JOIN HANDS, INIQUITY MUST BE JUDGED.
35God must first judge iniquity. He is of a purer eye than to behold iniquity. When did God select this man? I will know.
36Jeremiah 2 from verse 1 through 3. [1]Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying, [2]Go and cry in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the Lord; I remember thee, the kindness of thy youth, the love of thine espousals, when thou wentest after me in the wilderness, in a land that was not sown.
37 [3]Israel was holiness unto the Lord, and the first fruits of his increase: all that devour him shall offend; evil shall come upon them, saith the Lord. KJV
38Jeremiah 1 from verse 4 through 5. [4]Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, [5]Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a Prophet unto the nations. KJV
39Period! I say, period. NO MAN DOES THE SELECTION BUT GOD. When was the selection made? When he was even in his mother’s womb. Was he sanctified? Yes! When? Before he was born. Thus, The Captain of our Salvation was made perfect before He was sent.
Does it agree with the prophecy of Prophet Enoch? One that was born to righteousness. Righteousness can never depart from him. [The Ethiopic Book of Enoch 71:14] Through him, we will attain our own righteousness. CONVINCED AND BE CONCERNED.
40EVERY SON OF MAN IS JUDGED ACCORDING TO HIS COMMISSION. HIS ABILITY TO STAY THROUGH TO THE END WITH HIS COMMISSION MARKS HIS SUCCESS.
HE IS NOT ACCOUNTABLE TO YOU. HE IS NOT YOUR SERVANT, BUT HIS SERVANT. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO JUDGE HIM.
41Who are you to judge another man’s servant? It is His master that makes Him succeed or fail. But He will succeed, for His master will make Him succeed. Is it not so in the Bible? [Romans 14:4]
WHY SHOULD SOMEBODY REMIND YOU OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY? DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT YOUR GOD DEMANDS? IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE DEMANDS OF YOUR GOD, YOU DO NOT KNOW YOUR GOD. YOU ARE FOOLING YOURSELF. HOW CAN YOU SERVE THE GOD YOU DO NOT KNOW HIS DEMANDS? THERE IS A PRICE TO PAY. IN EVERYTHING IN THIS LIFE, THERE IS A PRICE TO PAY.

ATTACK ON THE SON OF MAN IS A DIRECT ATTACK ON GOD
WHO IS THIS MAN [THE SON OF MAN] PART 1 VOLUME 2; Page 92 from verse 42 down. 42Thus, if it is not the amazing hand of God that is holding THE SON OF MAN because He is the Man in His right hand, by now, He would have fallen;
43The attacks on Him physically and spiritually, diabolically [and] otherwise, by now, He would have been seen no more.
True or false? You are My witnesses. SO IT HAS BEEN WITH EVERY SON OF MAN. AND THE GREATEST ATTACK COMES FROM PEOPLE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HIS FRIENDS; THE PEOPLE HE IS LABOURING FOR; THE PEOPLE HE IS DYING FOR.
NO HEATHEN ATTACKS HIM. NO PAGAN ATTACKS HIM. HE IS ATTACKED, VICTIMIZED, EVIL SPOKEN OF, ONLY FROM AMONG THE PEOPLE THAT CALL THEMSELVES HIS “BRETHREN”.
That was the fate of THE SON OF MAN, David. The people that were on him, were they drawn from outside? They were those that entered the Temple every Sabbath day with him. They were the people that were conspiring against him.
Did the heathens kill the Lord, Jesus. Who killed him? The same people He called his own people. The people He came to save. The people He was trying to help. They were entering the same Temple every Sabbath day.
They were the people that condemned Him to death. They were the people that killed Him. The Roman soldiers never killed Him. The Jews killed Him.
[Concerning THE SON OF MAN, the more they are trying, the more they are failing because He is at the right hand of Majesty.] Sure!!!
44GOD PROTECTS HIS GIFT IN A MAN. WHEN GOD SENDS A MAN, HE BACKS HIM UP. OPEN ATTACK ON THE SON OF MAN IS A DIRECT ATTACK ON GOD. How many believe that?
EVERY ATTACK! EVERY ATTACK! IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE IT, IT IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE BEEN AN UNBELIEVER FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. EVERY ATTACK ON ANYBODY GOD SENDS IS A DIRECT ATTACK ON GOD.
If our President, Muhammad Buhari, sends Osinbajo, or anybody to Anambra, and the person is attacked, who are they attacking? Is it not the man that sent him?
A day came when the Honourable Minister of Transport, Chibuike Amaechi, was sent to a foreign land. Nigerians there claiming to be MASSOB Members attacked him. Who were they attacking? The President.
The Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, also went to Germany and the so-called Igbo community made up of MASSOB and IPOB attacked him there. Who were they attacking? The President.
They were also indirectly attacking their nation because whoever that represents your country Nigeria, I mean, is the Nigeria there.
Every Ambassador to a country represents the nation that sends him, for he could not be there if the nation never sent him.
A representative of Nigeria was attacked by Nigerians. Are you attacking him? You are attacking Nigeria. You are attacking your home. You are attacking the leadership. Would you not come home again?
And these are the people that Nigeria is now bringing back so that they would not die abroad. They have no money to come down. Tax-payers’ money in Nigeria is being used to bring them back as destitute who are empty-headed and empty-handed.
WHATEVER TREATMENT YOU ARE GIVING THE SON OF MAN, GET READY, YOU ARE GIVING IT DIRECTLY TO GOD, FOR HE IS THE VISIBLE REPRESENTATION OF THAT INVISIBLE GOD IN YOUR DAY. Yes!!! [Colossians 1: 15]
45WHATEVER TREATMENT, WHATEVER REFERENCE, WHATEVER REBELLION, WHATEVER GOSSIP, WHATEVER YOU LIKE, IT IS GOING DIRECTLY TO GOD. …
Whatever service; Whatever offering; Whatever vow; Whatever pledge. Name it.
It never started with Apostle Peter Odoemena, THE SON OF MAN [Blessed be His Most Holy Name]. It has been like that from the very beginning.
From Genesis 1, there has always been One God presented to the people in their own day from where God receives His praises, His worship, His exaltation, His thanksgiving and everything.
There can never be a shrine without a high priest. It is from the hand of the high priest that every shrine receives whatever [sacrifice].
Is there a deity without a chief priest? Is it not through the hand of the chief priest that sacrifices are made to the god?
There must be One standing in the stead of Almighty God. Through Him, sacrifices of praise, offerings and everything are received by God.
If He turns them down, God has turned them down. When you reject that person, you are rejecting God. If that person has rejected you, God has rejected you.
If that person cannot cope with you, God cannot cope with you. If He turns down your offering, God has turned it down. If He says, “You are welcome”, God has welcomed you. That is the rule.
It has been like that from the very beginning. Not two at a time, but One at a time, for God is One and His Name one. CONVINCED AND BE CONCERNED!
45…When they rejected Samuel, what did God say? God said to Samuel, “Samuel, give them a king after their choice, for they have not rejected you but Me.” [1 Samuel 8:4 – 7]
46Rejecting a man that is sent by God for any reason at all, means rejecting God. … CONVINCED AND BE CONCERNED. … Receiving Him means receiving God. Whatever treatment you are giving to Him, you are giving it to God.
True or false?
47Whatever service, you are giving it to God, not to Him. And when you see Him by revelation as such, it is there that you will benefit from His coming. … AMEN!
If you see Him from that revelation that you are not receiving a mere man, no mere man is talking to you, no mere man is in your house, you are not serving a mere man, you are serving the Creator of heaven and earth, who created you, brought you into existence and has permitted you to stay alive healthy;
If you see Him from that perspective, truly speaking, from that moment, you begin to benefit from Him. But until then, whatever you are gaining is condemnation.
No matter whatever He is doing, He is trying to open your eyes to know whether you can recognize who He is and who you are having dealings with, so that your attitude will change for the better.
That is why He is patient with people peradventure along the way, they will recognize who they are having dealings with. But will it linger till eternity?
Sometimes, God runs out of patience. That is why, the perseverance of God, the longsuffering of God is not from everlasting to everlasting. It has a limit. There is a limit to God’s endurance. [Psalms 103:17]
Is it not Scriptural? So God does not endure people till the end. Never! Never! So if you think God will endure you till the end, you are fooling yourself. There is a limit.
Did He endure them in the wilderness till the end? He ran out of patience. His longsuffering did not even bring them to Canaan again. He smote all that were found in naked disobedience.
47Whatever service, you are giving it to God, not to Him. And when you see Him by revelation as such, it is there that you will benefit from His coming. It is there that His coming will profit you eternal life.
Do not think that this Message is a common one, for many, up till today, even our so-called Ministers, Elders, do not have this revelation. If they had this revelation, there was no way Apostle Kelechi would be very very happy to hear that THE SON OF MAN does not know where he is living.
Yet, I am paying his rent, taking care of his family over the years. But whether he is living in the sky or in the moon or in the river, THE SON OF MAN has not stepped His feet in his house. And he feels very happy.
The day I came to see his landlord, he was in his house. In the day, his wife saw Me. The wife of Brother I.K. Obasanya saw Me. I went there, saw the landlord, had My transactions with him, and went away.
I never entered any of their rooms, for I do not know any. And they were there. Apostle Kelechi said he was there at 10 o’clock in the morning. He was lying in the bed at about 10 o’clock in the morning, when the wives told him that they saw Me.
One saw Me while she was going to the market. Another one saw Me while she was coming back from the market. Two of them saw Me. And they saw Me at the same spot, as if it was planned.
The wife of I.K also saw Me while coming down from the stairs and then wanted to embrace Me. I said, “No No No!”
Upon the noise that greeted My coming to the landlord, Apostle Kelechi did not hear it. So it is with many. How many can believe it?
Throughout the time Brother Vincent Obidimma, the Deacon, who followed from 1997 till date, wherever he lived in Omagba, I knew it not. Now, he is living near Me for many years. Whether he is living in the sky or in the moon, I do not know. Is it not a shameful thing?
Here in Nsugbe, apart from two families, I do not know where the rest are living? And they feel very happy. Does it mean that I am desiring to see them in their homes? God forbid. Who gives Me the strength?
I am saying that many do not know who THE SON OF MAN is. That is exactly what I am saying. If you know who THE SON OF MAN is, you are the one that will be praying for His visitation.
The Son of Man will not pray that He will come and visit Bro Elias. Bro Elias will be praying to be with THE SON OF MAN even if it is possible, every day.
Why are they avoiding THE SON OF MAN’s presence? They are all hiding something. They are not free with the Faith. They are still limping between two opinions. They do not believe that THE SON OF MAN is what He is claiming to be.
Do not worry. Any moment from now, everything shall be made manifest. For the door of the heaven’s gate is about to be opened.
It is not locked so much. The key is with Me here. I know the day. I know the hour. And I know how I will do it. I do not go to the sky to collect the key. It is with Me. I say, it is with Me.
We read it in the address of Friday. You saw it. It is not coming from the sky. The key is here. We have even read it from here, “He that holds the keys of both heaven and hell is not coming from anywhere. He is here.”
Heaven is not in the sky. Hell will not be in the sky. The new heaven and the new earth God had already spoken about in the book of Isaiah, is it in the sky? It is here. Bottomless pit is here. Everlasting life is here. Paradise was not in the sky. Paradise is here.
Do not worry, any moment from now eyes will see. He that did not believe will regret. I have My reason why I am revisiting this Message, and the address I gave on Friday. Two of them are one. Two of them are one.
You see why the Son of Man said, “Criticize Me. It is your right. Criticize Me constructively, destructively. It is your right. You have no right to subscribe to My Faith until you are convinced that I am He.” It is an individual conviction and it is a divine operation. Conviction is divine. You must be sure and certain that the attributes of the Deity are traceable to Me. More so, His more sure Word of prophesy which can never fail (SELAH)……

YOUR REVELATION IS YOUR SUPERVISOR
CONVINCED AND BE CONCERNED. When you are sure and certain, you can now show interest. You can now show commitment, you can now be devoUted. True or false?
Your attitude will now change for the better. Nobody will police you about. You become your own policeman.
Nobody will be putting you in remembrance. PUTTING YOU IN REMEMBRANCE MEANS YOU HAVE LOST FAITH. YOU ARE NO LONGER INTERESTED. IS IT NOT TRUE?
Do I remind you that you are hungry? Do I remind you to go and eat? Once you are hungry, you are desiring food; you know what to do. Good!
So, putting you in remembrance is a sure sign that you are tired, you have grown weak, you have backslidden and you want Me to come and wake you up? No No No!
No student that is desiring the best for himself expects anybody to be waking him up from the bed. The challenges ahead of you will always keep you awake. You do not need to program your handset.
Do not behave like Promise who does not have any challenge. So, he can sleep anywhere, anytime, any day. And will not wake up until you shout on him.
So do not be another Promise. He has become a reference point as far as sleeping indiscriminately is concerned. The reference point is Promise.
Hear Me very well. He that has respect for the Master, does he sleep when the Master is away? The Master is away and He told you “I am coming back. I am coming back soon.” And then, you go to bed and sleep. Does it show respect? Does it show respect? You are telling your Master to dismiss you, and to send you packing.
If the master will come back and meet you awake, doing the work he assigned to you, you will receive his commendation. Is it not the Scripture? [Matthew 25:14 – 30; Luke 19:12 – 27]
What if he comes back only to meet you snoring and the work is left undone, what will you receive? “Take your bag and leave My house. You are a shrewd servant.”
Hear Me very well. A good workman is one that works without supervision. For you to be a good servant or a good steward, you must operate without supervision.
IN OTHER WORDS, YOU KNOW WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING AT ANY POINT IN TIME. FOR THAT, TIME IS ALLOTTED TO EVERYTHING.
A time to go to bed, a time to wake up. A time to sweep the house, a time to wash the dress. A time to cook, a time to eat. A time to sleep, a time to watch TV. A time to study and everything.
But one that is a shrewd servant, oh no! He does not allot time to anything. To him time means nothing. He turns things upside down. He can do the right thing at the wrong time. He can go to bed to sleep when he should be working. Is it not true?
That is doing the right thing, because by right a human being should sleep. But there is a time allotted to sleeping. You cannot use the time you should sleep to work.
That is why the Bible said, “Those that will sleep will sleep in the night.” [1 Thessalonians 5:7] Awake thou that sleepeth for the night is far spent. [Ephesians 5:14; Romans 13:11 – 12]
It takes a lazy man to sleep in the day. What will you be doing in the night? It takes a foolish man to get drunk in the day. What will you be doing in the night? It takes a foolish man to be walking about in the streets in the night. What will you be doing in the day?
You have to allot time to everything and make sure it will suit your own purpose and the purpose of He that sent you, for something is expected from you at any point in time.
Just like Bro Eli. You cannot use the time you should be keeping watch to be sleeping upstairs. You cannot use it to be in the farm. If you must be in the farm, you must alert people, “Gentlemen, I am in the farm. Take care till I come back.”
When you come back, they will open the gate for you. If you open the gate from outside, you register your presence that they may know you are inside. You work with time. That is what it takes to be a servant that works without supervision.
But when you are still working and somebody is still pulling you about, reminding you, “is it not time for you to sweep? Is it not time for you to do this? When will you do this? Are you not pumping water? Are you not doing this? Go and do this.” You become a robot.
A robot that is manipulated using a remote control. Remote control controls a robot. If you press stop, it will stop. Move, it will move. Jump, it will jump.
What makes you a human being? You are not a human being until you have the spirit of Christ. And when the spirit of Christ possesses you, your action is of Christ. All your actions will be of Christ. Amen.

Remember that Faith is revelation. Faith is revelation. Believing this Faith is by the revelation you have that it is truth and nothing but the truth.
It is not ordinary truth, but truth that will change your life; Truth that will give you eternal life. [Titus 1:1 – 2 Living Bible] It was upon that backdrop that they said, “To whom else do we go to, seeing that you alone have that Word of eternal life, which we could not get from our temple every Sabbath day, and our so called churches could not provide it. [John 6:68 – 69]
We have seen the man, and we have seen the star. [Matthew 2:2] And we are not drawing back from Him again. We are not drawing back. [Hebrews 10:39] All He said we should do, that we must do. Wherever He is, there we shall be. Period!
THEN, NOBODY WILL SUPERVISE YOU AGAIN. YES! YOUR REVELATION BECOMES YOUR SUPERVISOR. I SAY, THE REVELATION YOU HAVE ABOUT WHAT YOU BELIEVE BECOMES YOUR SUPERVISOR.
All your actions will be tele-guided by what you believe. You have the revelation. I know whom I have believed. I am persuaded that life and death can never remove me from my conviction. I am showing concern because this is my Faith. Nobody can do otherwise than to leave you alone.
Am I making sense? But when you are just saying what others are saying, you are following the crowd. You are following the crowd. “They say He is THE SON OF MAN. They say He is God. They say He is coming to take us home.” You are quoting what they said.
You can quote what the Bible is saying, without having the revelation whether it is true or false. I hope I am making sense?
When the written word has been made manifest, and we see it with our eyes, it ceases to be written. It ceases to be written. It becomes practical. I say, it ceases to be theory. It is now practical.
So when you read the Bible, you are reading theory. When you are in the Faith of THE SON OF MAN you are in a practical Faith where everything is made plain.
48Whoever that has this revelation which is scriptural, which has been the only force propelling all that worked with God …
Which has been what? The only propelling force compelling all that worked with God. Propelling force. Motivational force.
So you are working with Him relentlessly because of the revelation of who He is, which they heard, for they were convinced and they showed great concern. Even if it remains one man, you cannot take his conviction away from him.
That is why the Bible said, “Be very sure that nobody lures you away from the conviction of the truth that has been set out clearly before you. [Galatians 3:1]
Do not believe anything that runs contrary to your conviction of the truth. Do not believe something that counters the truth you have, if you have actually believed.
Many do not have the revelation of who THE SON OF MAN is and what He has come to do. I am telling you the truth. Many are milling around Him because of food and drinks. Because they think He is coming to better their lot materially.
48Whoever that has this revelation which is scriptural, which has been the only force propelling all that worked with God even while receiving people that God sent; even the people you call heathens, most of them were widows that received the Prophets, and they received the Prophet’s reward.
For when you receive the Prophet in the personality of a Prophet, because of who He is, His rewards must surely follow you. It is a must!
49Whatever He proclaims must surely come to you. If He says, “God, because he has welcomed Me this way, this is what I pray for him”, 50surely it will happen that way. Sure!!! [This is] Because he does not speak of his own. He speaks as the Spirit gives Him utterance. …
Do you believe that? Now I know that thou art a Man of God. That the Words of God that come out of your mouth are according to truth. That is, when He makes a proclamation and then it comes to pass.
But He must be received first, accorded that honour and respect as THE SON OF MAN, God’s own personal representative. Amen.
Let Me tell you. The way any state receives the president determines the promise he will make to that state, whether the state belongs to his party or not, for the president does not belong to any party. The president belongs to Nigeria, and Nigeria should receive him as a Nigerian.
If Anambra State will accord him that respect irrespective of the party inclination, give him the honour due to the president and Commander-in-Chief of Nigerian Armed Forces, give him that honour, I bet you, if he says, “This road is going to be tarred. I am awarding the contract”, nobody will cancel it. Am I making sense?
If he says he is awarding scholarship to all students in that state, that the federal government will pay. Nobody will challenge it. It depends on the way the state received him.
But what if they see him as an enemy and accord him a very shabby reception? He may close his mouth, carry out His assignment and go back without making an offer.
Who cheated who? The state has cheated itself because whatever he is promising to do has nothing to do with the budget. Budget does not contain it. This is a presidential pronouncement. He will use the Executive Order to execute it. Did you get it?
It is upon that backdrop that even the Vice President can visit a state and make such a proclamation; such a promise on behalf of the president and Commander-in-Chief, put the president in debt and the president must surely honour it because he [the vice president] represented him.
You cannot say, “Why?” The president cannot query Osinbajo [The Vice President] on that.
“Man, you sent me to go and represent you and then the people accorded me a very warm reception. Moved by the way they received me, and then you know you were the one I was representing, I honoured them by volunteering to do so, so and so within one year. And look at how much it is going to cost. Be courageous. Pay the bill and redeem your promise. I made the promise in your name, so you will redeem it.”
51I can even promise something that will make God to be a debtor. …
Is it there? Pay attention. As God’s representative, for God can do all things. There is nothing impossible for God to do. Upon that backdrop I can promise something, even without consulting Him.
You must have your own revelation of who He is. He gave Me a blank cheque. My duty is to write.
51I can even promise something that will make God to be a debtor and He will surely pay it, because I made the promise in His name. When His servant makes such a promise, God is bound to honor it. …
Whether He likes it or not, He will honour it. When He vested His authority upon King Hezekiah under the blood of animals, Hezekiah came and said all the sacrifices for cleansing, rituals; they are unnecessary today.
“If I should wait until you do all these sacrifices for seven days, when are we going to celebrate this thing? Quickly, everybody, clean or unclean, get inside! Get inside! Get inside! And I stand upon the Authority conferred on Me and proclaim all of you cleansed, without rituals, without animal, without blood, without water. Enter. Partake of the sacrifice.”
Nobody died. God was just nodding His head, for He was using conferred Authority. [2 Chronicles 30:17 – 20]
THE SON OF MAN has been revealed from all scriptural and prophetic manifestations. We are sure and certain that He is the Promised Christ that will come in the end-time and no other. However, where you do not believe in Him, He does not hold it against you. Keep on waiting for one that will come who might be greater than Him. But as for Me, I have looked everywhere, I can see no other coming. If one is coming, I will inform you, but no other is coming. And you can never go higher than where you are. For that reason, where you are now calls for sober reflection.

THE POWER OF COVENANT
WHO IS THIS MAN [THE SON OF MAN] PART 1 VOLUME 2; Page 95 from verse 51 down.
51… Do you not know that Caleb and Joshua made a promise in the name of Almighty God to Rahab and the family, being heathens? Though it brought trouble to God after the destruction, did God not honour it?
52Heathens multiplied in Jericho from there and started tormenting Israel till this day. And the Bible said, “Because of the covenant Caleb and Joshua made with Rahab, Jericho reproduced.”
53Yes! Joshua knew the consequences, he covenanted with a vow, binding his soul and he did not draw back. Sure!!!
Do you know that even the covenant Saul broke in the days of David, the price was to be paid? I read it here, “THE POWER OF A VOW. THE POWER OF A COVENANT.”
Good! So do not take a vow to mean a light thing. Vow is not tithe. Vow has no law. There is no law against vow. When you are making a vow, make sure you honour it.
When you are making a pledge, make sure you honour it. A pledge is not a vow. A vow is not a pledge. They are all there. They were there from the very beginning. When there was no law, they were there. Thy were there.
They are not tithe. Tithe was abrogated because tithe is a part of the law, but vow is not a part of the law. Vow was there under grace. Pledge was there under grace.
That is why when you come to the Lord and make a vow make sure you pay your vow. You make a pledge, redeem your pledge. Pledge is redeemed. Vow is paid.
They were there before the law. So the law that came 430 years later never tampered with it. They were attached to the promise. No matter how horrible it can be. [Galatians 3:17. GNB, NIV].
Can you imagine Jericho? They were told to destroy all, but the woman showed them pity. And then they made an everlasting covenant with the woman.
They entered into it, not minding that those people that will be saved were Jerichans – the people of Jericho – and that they will reproduce. And they later reproduced. Then the trouble started even till today.
Yet, God did not condemn Joshua. God did not condemn Caleb. But whenever they remember Jericho today, with what Jericho is doing, they remember Caleb and Joshua who spared them by covenant.
By a covenant entered into as a reward for saving their lives by a woman, they saved all that ran into the woman’s house for refuge. From there, Jericho came back again.
If God had not reproduced through them, they would have been like Sodom and Gomorrah. There would not be Jericho again. But they reproduced. Hence, there is Jericho till today. And Jericho has not changed. They are still doing that which they did in the beginning. THE POWER OF COVENANT.
54When you are entering into a covenant be very careful. A day came, people started dying. [An] enquiry was made. It was as a result of the covenant Saul broke. Members of His family were used to pay the price.
55If it was so with them, what do you think [it] will be when you are in a new covenant; an everlasting covenant with THE SON OF MAN?
For the covenant I have introduced to you is not a bloody covenant with animal blood, with [the blood of a] fowl [or a] turkey. No! It is not a covenant like that.
56This is a covenant of life, and not of death. A covenant of peace, and not of trouble. This is an everlasting covenant sealed with the blood of a human being. And no other human being but Christ Himself. An everlasting covenant. Who can break it?
CONVINCED AND BE CONCERNED.
57Is it God who had already justified you? Is it THE SON OF MAN who had already been sent to bring you home? Who will cancel the covenant?
Unless you never entered into it at all. Yes! You may know about it. You may get acquainted with it, but you never entered into it because of fear.
Yes! When you are covenanted with the Elohim through THE SON OF MAN, your covenant becomes an everlasting covenant. Whatever God does is from everlasting to everlasting.
59Let us go further. So, do not ask, “Why must it be Brother Odoemena?” If you were to make your choice, it can never be Brother Odoemena. He is what He is, because His Father chose Him from His mother’s womb and then sanctified Him [and] sent Him.
60Your angry resentment means nothing. Your rebellion means nothing, for you were not the one that chose Him.
And He is conferred with absolute authority in heaven and on earth, and given the key.
61Anybody He wants to save, He will save. If He does not want to save you, you are perishing. If you like, die in His house, you are perishing.
CONVINCED AND BE CONCERNED. You know many walk in a way suggesting that they want God to be pleasing them. From the disposition of people, they want God to be pleasing them.
Instead of looking for a way to make God to be pleased with them, they dispose themselves so that God will be pleasing them.
If they are not walking that way, why are they always angry at God? Why are they always demonstrating at God? Some even walk away angrily from the presence of God.
Like the young Jewish lawyer who came to ask for what he will do and get saved. When he was given the condition, he angrily walked away. Did he know who was talking to him? [Matthew 19:16 – 22; Luke 18:18 – 23]
He knew before he came, for he praised Him by calling Him Rabbi, Good Master, “I know you know all things and have no need that any man should teach you. Tell me what I should do to get saved”, when he never meant it. He came to test him.
So be very careful. If you are disposing yourself such that God will be pleasing you, it then means God will be worshipping you. You are higher than God.
You see! That is why the fear of God is not in many. I am telling you the whole truth. The fear of God is not in many.
MANY ARE CALLED BUT FEW ARE CHOSEN. THE CHOSEN FOR SALVATION ARE ALWAYS STRIVING TO PLEASE GOD AT ALL TIMES. WHILE THOSE THAT ARE CALLED BUT NOT CHOSEN FOR SALVATION ARE ALWAYS WAITING FOR GOD TO PLEASE THEM.
Watch all that were counting offences against Moses in the wilderness, bringing charges against Moses, “Were you not the one that called us out from Egypt? Were we complaining? You said your God sent you to come and bring us out.” Now, take care of us. Must you bring us out without taking care of us?”
You see! Do they have the revelation of where they were going? They never needed redemption.
Too many joined this race when redemption from sin is not their motivating point. They are not yet tired of evil. Their hearts are evil continually. So whatever God is doing, they lack the revelation.
The only thing they know is that God will take care of us. Carry our responsibilities whether He likes it or not. After all, we were in our house and He said He heard from His God and said we should come.
Do they have the revelation? I am saying that a good number of the people in this Faith are in that category. Prominently drawn from our so called Elders. Men are here; women are here, who could not be anything in their churches and in the denominations.
But they saw this Faith as an opportunity to come and showcase themselves. People that were unrecognized in the Roman Catholic came here only to be recognized, simply because they know that we are nothing. We have nothing to present.
They are the people that are greater than us. But if you go their former associations [Anglican, Catholic, Pentecostals], they cannot find their feet. Nobody will recognize them.
Now, when they come into this Bridal Faith made up of nonentities like Son of Man and these people hearing Him, they are kings. They are lords. They become elders.
How can somebody be parading himself as elder when his father is still alive. You have grown old, but your father is still alive and your mother is alive. And then, you are an old man or an old woman. Yes now!
So think about it. It can be applicable to you. Yes. I say, it can be applicable to you. Just look at the categories of elders that come here. And so they are taking the backseat as elders in the fellowship.
That is why God sent them home, “Go and be that elder in your house. Let your family worship you the way you want. Kings and rulers, lords. Go and be whatever you want to be in your own house, and not in the house of God again.”
62If He is convinced that He cannot live with you in peace eternally…
If THE SON OF MAN in your own day, as it happened in other previous dispensations; whoever God sends in your dispensation is THE SON OF MAN of your own dispensation;
If He is sure and convinced, certain that He cannot live with you in peace here, he cannot cope with your trouble in paradise, you are totally lost. I say, you are totally lost.
No man, no matter how blind he is, can take his money, carry his people, and then, go and marry a woman that will be a thorn in his flesh. Only for him to come and endure her as a wife. To what extent will he endure? To what extent?
It then means the man will raise a family without a home. The man will raise a family without a home. He will have a wife and children but without a home where he rests. He will be paying rent, but he can never sleep in the house.
He can only come to the house to take his bath, which he will take once in a week, or once in two weeks. He can hardly change his dress, for he is afraid of going to the house. How long will it last? Until death do us part. Will he drink poison?
So when THE SON OF MAN is convinced that He can never cope with your trouble in Paradise, you are lost. There is no need wedding you when I know I cannot cope with you. That coping begins here.
That is why God said, “Every family that will be with THE SON OF MAN in Paradise must first make their homes Paradise here on earth, for whatever you are here is what you are going to be there.
You cannot be a trouble shooter here and get to Paradise and be a Saint or an angel. It can never happen. If you are a criminal here, you are going to be a criminal there.
So, evil can never be reproduced in Paradise. That is why every man that is evil; every person that is evil must be dropped here. The person must be dropped here.
8… Whoever followed Seth would be saved by Seth, Seth was saved by Adam and Adam was saved by Allah. Whoever followed Shem would be saved by Shem, Shem was saved by Noah and Noah was saved by Allah. Whoever followed Asif would be saved by Asif, and Asif was saved by Solomon. Whoever followed Yusha‘ would be saved by Yusha‘, and Yusha‘ would be saved by Moses, and Moses was saved by Allah. Whoever followed Simon would be saved by Simon, and Simon would be saved by Jesus, and Jesus was saved by Allah. Whoever followed ‘Ali would be saved by ‘Ali and ‘Ali would be saved by you, and you are saved by Allah.

REMEMBER YOUR REWARD
WHO IS THIS MAN [THE SON OF MAN] PART 1 VOLUME 2; Page 98 from verse 62 down.
62If He is convinced that He cannot live with you in peace eternally, [and] that the trouble you are giving Him here, if you put on immortality, it will be worst, definitely, you are lost. If I cannot control your excesses here, I cannot control it there.
63For whatever you are here is what you will be there. You are the same you. THIS IS WHY YOU MUST GIVE YOURSELF A PLACE WHILE YOU ARE ALIVE. Sure!!! YOU MUST BE KNOWN FOR SOMETHING.
64Let God be identified with your character. You do not belong to the terrestrial creatures. [And] you do not belong to the [celestial] creatures. Do not be a bat. You have the leg of a rat, and teeth. Birds do not have teeth. Where do you belong?
Do not be a bat. A bat is a neither a celestial creature nor a terrestrial creature. What is a bat? When you look at it, you will notice that it has a head like that of a rat, with wings for it can fly. It equally has two legs. It has teeth.
It is neither a celestial nor a terrestrial animal. It runs on the ground. And it also flies in the air. Its bite is deadly to a human being. Have you ever seen a bird that has teeth? Good!
64…You are not hot. You are not cold. A lukewarm child of God. He will spill you out of His mouth. [Revelation 3:16]
65You must come out and let Me know where you belong. Yes! For he that is not with Me is against Me. He that is not gathering is scattering. [Matthew 12:30; Luke 11:23]
Where are you? If you see white, you turn white. [When] you see black, you turn black. You are a Chameleon. You have no colour.
66You are not a Christian. You are not a pagan. You are not Muslim. You are not a child of God. You are not a child of the devil. What are you? Is “ALL OF YOU” [the] name of a person?
67It is not a laughing matter. It is a serious case! If you go to some Churches, in the book of Revelation, they were lukewarm, they were neither hot [nor] cold. The Lord Jesus Christ in His Spirit indicted them to take their stand. [Revelation 3:14 – 19]
68This is not the Faith where somebody will sit on the fence. You must declare your stand and be ready to pay the price. Yes! I have made My stand known and nobody can change it. You cannot!
69This is the period the Word will shake not only the earth, but the starry heavens, that all these things without taproot, without formidable foundation, would be shaken away;
So that those things that have taproot will stand. You must have taproot in what you believe.
You must have what? Taproot in whatever you believe. You must know the root that is upholding you.
70Glory be to God. Time is My enemy. I am still on Son of Man and I classified this message in such a manner that by the time I will be through with it, it will be as if you started today.
71THE SON OF MAN will be a brand new Messenger. And whatever you documented in the Bridal Chronicle, you will feel like erasing all. But do not worry. I will do something.
72Let us move further. We can see Son of Man as Prophet. And it is expedient that as a Prophet, we must pay heed to His prophecies. Amen.
SON OF MAN AS AN APOSTLE [AND] THE HIGH PRIEST OF OUR PROFESSION: WHO IS THIS MAN [THE SON OF MAN] PART 1 VOLUME 2; Page 102 from verse 1 down.
1…The need for a Prophet among you should not be over emphasized. An indispensable personality. A voice we cannot avoid, if we must survive.

[20]And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the Lord your God, 4so shall ye be established; 6Believe his Prophets, 7Believe what? 8Believe his Prophets so shall ye prosper. 9…When Jesus Christ came, He saw only but the people who said they believed in the Father. Thus, He said, “Believe in My Father, believe also in Me, for I and the Father are one. [John 14:1; John 10:30]
10You cannot bypass Me and see the Father. Without Me, you can never see the Father. For without Me you can do nothing. And the Father cannot do without Me.” [John 14:6]
11Believe in My Father. Believe also in Me. Believe in the Lord God Almighty, believe also in His Prophets. What if you say, I believe in the Lord God Almighty, [but] forget about these Prophets? Your belief profits you nothing.
It is better you do not believe. I believe in the Father Almighty, [but] I do not believe in this man called Jesus. Your belief profits you nothing.
12I believe God is using Brother Odoemena, but I do not believe He is God, I do not believe He is THE SON OF MAN. You have not even believed one bit. You are a politician.
13Hear Me well. People that believe God, when they hear from the Prophet, they will say, “The Lord has spoken”, for there is no way God can speak to you without using a man as His mouthpiece.
For the Lord our God will do nothing, but revealeth His mind to His servants the Prophets, who in turn will speak to the people they are sent to. [Amos 3:7]
14JESUS WAS SENT TO ISRAEL. APOSTLE PETER ODOEMENA IS SENT TO NIGERIA AND THE ENTIRE WORLD. I AM SENT FOR THE UNIFICATION OF THE EAST AND WEST.
15I AM SENT TO UNITE, RECONCILE, RESTORE, AND REBUILD THE JEWS AND THE GENTILES. THE TOTALITY OF THE ELOHIM DWELLETH IN ME. I AM THE TABERNACLE TABERNACLING THE ORIGINAL BODY.

If you know the duty of a confidential secretary, no matter how confidential that parcel might be, the confidential secretary must open it and take it to the director.
What is marked “confidential”, nobody touches it. It goes to the confidential secretary because a great confidence is reposed on him by the overall boss, that he deputizes the boss in his absence. He signs for the boss. Did you get the Message? Good!
THE SON OF MAN is vested with the authority to attend to all mails designated to the Elohim in His day. Right from the very beginning, all that God sent in all dispensations, were given similar authorities, to attend to all mails. By mails, I mean prayers and petitions. [Hebrews 1:1 – 5 AMP]
To the point that when the people sinned in the days of Moses, they sinned against God. They did not go to the altar or anywhere. They went to Moses. They said, “Moses, we have sinned against God and against you, please pray for us to God. Ask God to forgive us.” [Numbers 21:7]
In the days of Job, He was the only one God listened to, for He was THE SON OF MAN. Any other person is making a noise; God does not pay attention to you. He listens to only but the voice of His Representative. Full stop! [John 7:28 LB]
That is why all that will be saved in that dispensation will be saved through their belief in the Representative; in Him whom He has sent, you have fulfilled all the demands of God. Amen.
If you believe in THE SON OF MAN, you are standing in the Faith of THE SON OF MAN. You and THE SON OF MAN have become one.
So, in THE SON OF MAN, you are saved. In the Elohim, THE SON OF MAN is saved. So, through THE SON OF MAN, you have come where the Elohim is.
You must know whose immunity you are holding, whether you are holding your own conscience’s immunity, religious immunity, your own traditional beliefs immunity, or you are holding the immunity of THE SON OF MAN.
Remember, Rahab was holding the immunity of Joshua and Caleb. RAhab was not saved because of her righteousness.
But her Faith which she confessed, and her hospitality, brought her into making a covenant that saved the family and many other people that listened to her. Amen.

18We are going somewhere. We have seen that when we believe in the Almighty God, we shall be established. If we believe in His Prophets, we shall prosper. So, if we do not believe in His Prophets, we can never prosper.
19….We are treating THE SON OF MAN as a Prophet. 20Matthew 21 verse 10 through 11. [10]And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?
21Who is this? A question. Who is this? The whole city was moved. Everybody was curious in knowing who this Man is. …..
24 [10]And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?
25Who is this Man? This question must be answered by everybody, according to your own perception about Him.
What? He did not say this question will be attended to by your congregation. It is not a general voice or voice of the people. You must speak your own. Talk your own.
Who is this Man, Apostle Peter Odoemena? Who is this man, THE SON OF MAN in your day? You have to answer by your own personal conviction, which is revelation, for revelation brings about conviction. And conviction brings about concern.
CONVINCED AND BE CONCERNED.
If you are convinced and you do not show concern, it is because you were not convinced. Conviction is by individual. Once you are convinced, you become your own police man. You become your own supervisor. You will never be afraid of any amazement by day or by night.
CONDEMNATION WILL BE FAR FROM YOU, BECAUSE IT IS YOUR CONVICTION OF WHO HE IS THAT JUSTIFIES YOUR FAITH AND JUSTIFIES YOU IN HIS SIGHT.
That is why, both He that justifies, He that sanctifies, He that makes holy and perfect, and the beneficiaries, through their beliefs have become one, for which cause He identifies with them as His fellow Brethren. No more, no less. [Hebrews 2:11]
But anything outside it, you are deceiving yourself. You may be sitting in our midst claiming you are one of us when you are not. But you know who you are. And whatever that is hindering you is in you.
25WHO IS THIS MAN? THIS QUESTION MUST BE ANSWERED BY EVERYBODY ACCORDING TO YOUR OWN PERCEPTION ABOUT HIM.
26WHATEVER YOU PERCEIVE, WHATEVER IS YOUR OWN PERSONAL PERCEPTION ABOUT THIS MAN DETERMINES YOUR ALLEGIANCE TO HIM. IT DETERMINES THE WAY YOU WILL BEGIN TO TREAT HIM FROM TODAY.
Rahab, being a prostitute, had her own perception. She said, “I perceive very strongly that you are Jews. You came from Israel to Jericho. It cannot be for good. Our people are in trouble. I perceive that you are Jews, sent here as emissaries for the destruction of this city. Please, if I have found favour in your sight, I plead for one thing.” [Joshua 2:8 – 13]
Remember that they were asking the woman how much she would collect from them for harbouring them for that night.
But she said, “No No No No No! I do not need money from you. Do not pay me. Do not pay me for the intel. This is what I have. I have offered you accommodation. Please, promise me that when you are destroying our people, you will spare me and my family.”
They said, “As long as the Lord liveth and we live, consider this house secured. Consider this your family house secured and as the only house that will remain standing in Jericho after the destruction of all. Together with all your tenants. Do you have your father, your mother, your in-laws, everything, your relations or friends? Bring them in here. But look at what you will do. I would want to see the red scarlet from that window where you let us down. Do not close your door, leave it open. No calamity will come to this house. We assure you most solemnly in the name of Jehovah whom we represent in this city.” [Joshua 2:14, 17 – 19]
The door was open. The windows were open. Rehab and all the occupants were seeing the destruction of Jericho, but it never came near the house.
At the end of the day, they came out marching on the ashes of the wicked. Confirming that the righteous will see the destruction of the wicked. [Malachi 4:3]
What made them righteous? Accommodating the Messengers of God declared all of them righteous, for they were God’s Representatives. Stepping their feet into that house automatically made that house holy, pure and acceptable in the sight of God.
That is why God said, “Nobody who offers even a cup of water to any Man sent by God in that dispensation, will ever go unrewarded. That your labour of love in the Lord can never go unrewarded.” [Hebrews 6:10]
He has already said what He will reward you with. He said, “that Eternal life is your real reward.” [Roman 6:23] WHOEVER IS WORKING IS WORKING FOR A REWARD.
But look at this woman. Only a request. She made a request, and immediately, they accepted it, entered into it. Did they disappoint the woman? They made a covenant in the name of God who sent them and God marked it good.
Do not look at the woman as if it was easy until you read account. God saw them.
The Bible said “A battalion of soldiers were dispatched to her house and the woman asked them to go to the roof. When they went to the roof, she closed the roof.
They [the soldiers] ransacked the whole house. The woman [Rahab] said, “They came in here. I saw them. They are Jews, and they left. Look at the way they followed.” They went there until they got to the boundary. No way!
When they were going there, they said they were mounting road blocks, so they would not escape from Jericho, for Jericho was surrounded by a high wall, with only a gate.
The woman now led them across the fence. Pointed them to the mountain and said, “Continue with the valley, you will see a mountain, descend from there. From there, find your way.” And that was how they went. The woman did not only harbour them overnight. She also helped them to escape.
WHAT WAS SHE PROTECTING? SHE WAS PROTECTING THE WORD! THE WORD. FOR THE WORD CAME AS CALEB AND JOSHUA.
The same way, the Word came to Lot. They were two that came to Lot. The people rushed to defile them, but Lot volunteered his two virgin daughters.
They said “We have no need of any daughter. We need these men”. He said, “No No No! It is wickedness. They are My guests. You cannot try it.”
While he was struggling with them, the angels pulled him inside, blocked the door and struck them with blindness. [Genesis 19:1 – 10]
See the effort Lot made. First, he saw them at the main road looking weak, brought them to the house, gave the food, gave them shelter and protected them from the hands of infidels. Was it not enough? Was he rewarded? He was rewarded. Amen.
