Cross-Check Your Standpoint
as we wait at the gate
BY
BISHOP CHIDUBEM JONATHAN
HOUSEHOLD OF GOD PORT HARCOURT
ON 18TH JULY, 2020
Until you have taken it in the same way you take your daily food, the power in the Word cannot be made manifest in your life. GOD’S POWER OF TRANSFORMATION IS VESTED IN HIS WORD. What am I saying? We take in the Word of God as food for man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that comes out of the mouth of God. If you take in the Word of God as your necessary food, the same way you take the natural food to enable you get enough strength to live, so you take the Word of God to get spiritual strength which will enable you to live right with God. Am I making sense?

FIND OUT WHAT THE LORD WANTS AND DO IT
Remain blessed everyone. I want to talk to us on a little topic I titled “Crosscheck your Standpoint as we wait at the gate” Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines standpoint as a position from which objects or principles are viewed and according to which they are compared and judged.
2. Matthew 16:21-23 (KJV): “From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.
3. Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee. But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men”.
4. Matthew 16:21-23 (LB) “From then on Jesus began to speak plainly to his disciples about going to Jerusalem, and what would happen to him there—that he would suffer at the hands of the Jewish leaders, that he would be killed, and that three days later he would be raised to life again.
5. But Peter took him aside to remonstrate with him. “Heaven forbid, sir,” he said. “This is not going to happen to you!” Jesus turned on Peter and said, “Get away from me, you Satan! You are a dangerous trap to me. You are thinking merely from a human point of view, and not from God’s.
6. Matthew 16:21-23 (GNB): “From that time on Jesus began to say plainly to his disciples, “I must go to Jerusalem and suffer much from the elders, the chief priests, and the teachers of the Law. I will be put to death, but three days later I will be raised to life.
7. ” Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him. “God forbid it, Lord!” he said. “That must never happen to you!” Jesus turned around and said to Peter, “Get away from me, Satan! You are an obstacle in my way, because these thoughts of yours don’t come from God, but from human nature.”
8. Matthew 16:21-23 (AMP) From that time on Jesus began to show His disciples [clearly] that He must go to Jerusalem, and endure many things at the hands of the elders and the chief priests and scribes (Sanhedrin, Jewish High Court), and be killed, and be raised [from death to life] on the third day.
9. Peter took Him aside [to speak to Him privately] and began to reprimand Him, saying, “May God forbid it! This will never happen to You.” But Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to Me; for you are not setting your mind on things of God, but on things of man.”
10. From above scripture apostle Peter who had the highest revelation of the Son of God was called Satan. Satan means one standing in opposition to God’s plan. Peter’s expectations that Jesus being the Son of God could never be killed or die was paradoxically shattered.
11. You see why you should always crosscheck your standpoint. He said you are a stumbling block, a trap, an obstacle, why? It is because he was thinking from human side and not God’s side.
12. Nothing breeds disagreement between two persons more than their standpoint. Wherever there is disagreement, contention, dispute, etc two things are involved: either that one party is setting his mind on things of man and the other on things of God or both parties are setting their minds on the side of man.
13. Peter took Him aside [to speak to Him privately] and began to reprimand, rebuke, oppose, remonstrate Him, saying, “May God forbid it! This will never happen to You, this must not happen to You.” Maybe Peter forgot his Master’s commission or he could not believe it because it was contrary to his expectation of what could become of the Son of God.
14. How can the Son of God suffer in the hand of mere men? How can He even die? Can God die? I can see so many things going on in Peter’s mind about Jesus. People’s preconceived ideas have always been the bane of people believing God in their day.
15. This is similar to what happened to John the Baptist when he was caught and put in prison. The expectation of every natural mind would be that Jesus should set John free from the prison.
16. Yes, much more when John was not just the one who proclaimed and commissioned His ministry but also His cousin. Afterall “setting the prisoners free was one of His commission”
17. Luke 4:18 (NIV)“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free”.
18. This is why the scripture warns us not to act thoughtlessly but to find out the Lord’s will.
19. Ephesian 5:15-17 (NIV)“Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore, do not be foolish but understand what the Lord’s will is”.
20. Ephesian 5:15-17 (LB)“So be careful how you act; these are difficult days. Don’t be fools; be wise: make the most of every opportunity you have for doing good. Don’t act thoughtlessly but try to find out and do whatever the Lord wants you to”.
21. Don’t act thoughtlessly but first of all try to find out what the Lord wants and then do it. It is our responsibility to make every effort to discover and understand what God’s will for us is then adjust accordingly.
22. This is because there is always a way that seemeth right in the eyes of a man but the end is that of destruction. Things are not just the way they appear superficially.
23. Looking at how ugly and wild a bush carrot looks on the outside you will never believe that within lies a perfectly smooth, beautiful and colourful edible substance.
24. What a sharp contrast! Likewise, what one thought as blessing could end up being a curse and that presumed as a curse can later turn out as a blessing when attained.
25. This is why we should allow ourselves to be guided to enable us to guard our thoughts, guard our words and guard our actions at all times.
26. From the foregoing, we can see that being a highly placed and honoured member of the church or any religious organisation does not immune the person from becoming Satan.
27. When you are in the church and the parameter for evaluating everything is from human perspective, the human senses: what you can see, what you can hear, what you can touch and feel, what you can taste, what you can smell surely you will be in opposition.
28. You are depending on your senses that can even fail you at any time. A little catarrh you find it hard to perceive smell you hardly tell the taste of anything.
29. John 12:1-8 (NIV)“Six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany, where Lazarus lived, whom Jesus had raised from the dead. Here a dinner was given in Jesus’ honour. Martha served, while Lazarus was among those reclining at the table with him.
30. Then Mary took about a pint of pure nard, an expensive perfume; she poured it on Jesus’ feet and wiped his feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.
31. But one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, who was later to betray him, objected, “WHY WASN’T THIS PERFUME SOLD AND THE MONEY GIVEN TO THE POOR? IT WAS WORTH A YEAR’S WAGES.”
32. He did not say this because he cared about the poor but because he was a thief; as keeper of the money bag, he used to help himself to what was put into it.
33. “Leave her alone,” Jesus replied. “It was intended that she should save this perfume for the day of my burial. You will always have the poor among you, but you will not always have me.”
34. Mark 14:1-8 (NIV) “Now the Passover and the Festival of Unleavened Bread were only two days away, and the chief priests and the teachers of the law were scheming to arrest Jesus secretly and kill him.
35. “But not during the festival,” they said, “or the people may riot.” While he was in Bethany, reclining at the table in the home of Simon the Leper, a woman came with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, made of pure nard.
36. She broke the jar and poured the perfume on his head. SOME OF THOSE PRESENT WERE SAYING INDIGNANTLY TO ONE ANOTHER, “WHY THIS WASTE OF PERFUME? 5 IT COULD HAVE BEEN SOLD FOR MORE THAN A YEAR’S WAGES AND THE MONEY GIVEN TO THE POOR.
37. ”AND THEY REBUKED HER HARSHLY. “Leave her alone,” said Jesus. “Why are you bothering her? She has done a beautiful thing to me. The poor you will always have with you, and you can help them any time you want. But you will not always have me.
38. Matthew 26:6-8 (KJV).“Now when Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper, there came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat.
39. BUT WHEN HIS DISCIPLES SAW IT, THEY HAD INDIGNATION, SAYING, TO WHAT PURPOSE IS THIS WASTE? For this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor.
40. When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? For she hath wrought a good work upon me.
41. For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.
42. For in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial”.
43. You know the meaning of indignation for you to know the level of anger and condemnation levelled against the Jesus for allowing such to happen.
44. Dictionary.com defines indignation as strong displeasure at something considered unjust, offensive, insulting, or base; righteous anger.
45. Cambridge Dictionary says it is anger about a situation that you think is wrong or unfair. Merriam-Webster posits that it a very intense anger that likely suggests a desire or intent to punish or get revenge.
46. You can see that is why while other disciples tried to contain theirs after the Master’s intervention Judas Iscariot could not bear it any longer. He bolted away to plan for revenge with the Chief Priest.
47. To him that was the height of Jesus unfair treatment to them. How could Jesus have allowed such amount to be wasted just like that when they were suffering?
48. “Does it mean this man is just pretending to be caring for them when every opportunity that would have been used to better their lot he converts to His own useless gain with flimsy reason?
49. Does he think everybody is like Peter, James and John that He deceives? Thank God I witnessed this one I will show Him that I am an intelligent man that cannot be fooled. I will give it to Him hot this time around”.
50. Let’s go down a little and see the outcome of the indignation. Remember all the chief of the apostles were involved in this matter. They were all indignant at him.
51. They concluded His action as unfair, wrong, shameful, selfish, unrighteous, wasteful, oh no! Why not pause a little here. More than a man’s annual salary and emolument spent just like that by a woman not even a man in a village.
52. Something if it were sold would have given each of them one full month salary. Remember there was a day they did not have money to pay their taxes that they had to go and look for a big fish to catch.
53. You know how much your one year salary is. Maybe the woman and Jesus did not know the use of money or how it should have been invested to make it grow.
54. The disciples allowed themselves to be carried away by material possession. The disciples did not recognise the hour they were living in. that’s why they were still quarrelling about money and investment.
55. When his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, to what purpose is this waste? However, when the Master spoke others started to crosscheck their standpoint, but Judas Iscariot said “enough is enough” he would not allow such injustice to continue so immediately he went out to look for Jesus’ enemies the religious leaders.
56. At a time when they ought to be concerned much about what lieth ahead of them being that their Master was rounding off His earthly ministry. Just as we are now praying saying that God should please transform our mortal bodies that there is nothing to be enjoyed again in this whole world.
57. That everything has finished; all system has failed man with violence everywhere that even if the so called rich can hardly enjoy their wealth.
58. The whole world has been shut-down; money has become useless, cars are grounded, those that have mansions cannot go to them: a sign from above, if only they knew.
59. Verse 14-16: Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests, and said unto them, what will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver.
60. And from that time, he sought opportunity to betray him. For Judas to have accepted as ransom of just thirty pieces of silver which is less than a tenth of the worth of the perfume shows the extent of his anger.
61. Imagine accepting less than a tenth of what a woman sacrificed as part of her devotion to the Master. By worldly and generally accepted standards, ethics, values, ideals, morals, principles name it Judas may be adjudged right and Jesus wrong that time but only time would tell.
62. 2 Corinthians 5:16 (AMP).So, from now on we regard no one from a human point of view [according to worldly standards and values]. Though we have known Christ from a human point of view, now we no longer know Him in this way.
63. So from now on we should regard no one, we should judge nothing from human point of view according to worldly standards and values because if we do we are likely to become satanic.
64. Begin now to understand what it means to be satanic, to work in opposition to God. Tell me who has escaped this. It requires one to be converted, leave human side, leave human way of assessment and come over to the side of God.
65. “Get away from me, you Satan! You are a dangerous trap to me. You are thinking merely from a human point of view, and not from God’s. Showing compassion when it against God’s will for the hour.
66. Consider what happened in the Wilderness Deuteronomy Chapter 1:6-8. The Lord our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount: turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all the places nigh thereunto, in the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great river, the river Euphrates.
67. Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them.
68. Above is a clear instruction Moses received from God. He said behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land. Let us go down a little bit, verse 20-21.
69. And I said unto you, Ye are come unto the mountain of the Amorites, which the Lord our God doth give unto us. Behold, the Lord thy God hath set the land before thee: go up and possess it, as the Lord God of thy fathers hath said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged.
70. Moses transmitted the message exactly without any distortion. However, something followed this. See verse 22 And ye came near unto me every one of you, and said, We will send men before us, and they shall search us out the land, and bring us word again by what way we must go up, and into what cities we shall come.
71. And the saying pleased me well: and I took twelve men of you, one of a tribe: the people came up with an idea that became pleasing even to Moses because by all human standard and principle the idea appeared wise and plausible. By this they succeeded in nullifying and setting aside God’s own clear command using human intelligence.
72. They failed to apply Faith. These are people that left Egypt by Faith not knowing where they were going but immediately they sighted their destination, there was joy in the camp that it would soon be over many leaders and advisers emerged with various teachings and ideas and they were derailed.
73. It was towards the end that Peter scolded Jesus being that he lost faith in what He said. It was at the end that all the disciples became indignant at Jesus which culminated into His betrayal and crucifixion.
74. Are we not at the end? This is why we should continually cross-check our standpoint. Stop complaining that the message is harsh that we always preach war, war, war. Yes it is more than war, for the greatest battle that has been on since the creation of man is about to be decided.
75. That’s why Joshua pulled his sword ready to strike: are for us or against us. You must declare your standpoint no matter who you are. That was the beginning of his ministry.
76. Towards the end when he was concluding he gave a little consideration to the Gibeonites contrary to the revealed word of God their power was diminished. When Moses lowered it a bit by considering the people’s opinion they suffered defeat.
77. This is the last of all, all the angels, all the creatures, all the saints gone before are waiting hanging their hope on the Son of Man for He is the last hope of all that worshipped God. No other person is coming.
78. This is why we pray according to David in Psalm 80:17-18. Saying, Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, upon the son of man whom thou madest strong for thyself.
79. So will not we go back from thee: quicken us, and we will call upon thy Name. Turn us again, O Lord God of hosts, cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved.
80. The Son of Man is the only possibility of our salvation. From Adam till date who has escaped this hour? Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, upon the Son of Man whom thou madest strong for thyself. So that we will not go back from Thee.
2
THE ONLY HOPE OF SALVATION
You see it. The Son of Man, the Man at the right hand of Majesty, He is our only hope of salvation. but the question we should ask ourselves is have we recognized this fact that Apostle Peter Odoemena who happens to be our father, brother, friend, kinsman as well is the very Son of Man?
2. We have seen all the supernatural vindications: the Bow of His covenant, the Pillar of Cloud, the Pillar of Fire, the Godhead, the Resurrected Body. What else remaineth? We are no longer waiting for His appearance like John stated in his epistle for we have seen Him as He is.
3. The only thing remaining is for us to be like Him and that is translation. That is God’s supreme success. This is the hour when Adam lost it. Why?
4. The fruit was beautiful and desirable for gaining wisdom. They wanted to wise and become independent so that nobody can control them again. They wanted absolute freedom.
5. Genesis 3:6 (NIV). “When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it”.
6. Why didn’t they go for the Tree of Life in the garden? Why didn’t they go for the Tree of Life all along? The Tree of Life was standing there too according to the scripture in Genesis 3: 22
7. And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever.
8. So the Tree was there within their reach but it was not attractive. It was not fanciful. It was not sophisticated like the tree of death. It was not classy. It was not beautiful, pleasing and desirable of course.
9. There is nothing to make them desire it but therein is Life Eternal. Just like this Faith: it is not classy, looks like old-school. That’s why people hide their identity and deny the Faith like Peter.
10. But that is Eternal Life. Do you think that given the option you would choose this Faith, this Man as your father, husband, and brother? If you are carnally minded it will be hard because there is no beauty that we should desire Him. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
11. Isaiah 53:2-4 (KJV)“For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
12. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
13. Surely, he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
14. Oh no! May God help us this hour! There is no beauty that we should desire Him but the Tree of Death was full of beauty, worldly beauty with much to be desired. Can you see the difference?
15. Isaiah 53:2-4 (LB) In God’s eyes he was like a tender green shoot, sprouting from a root in dry and sterile ground. But in our eyes there was no attractiveness at all, nothing to make us want him.
16. We despised him and rejected him—a man of sorrows, acquainted with bitterest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way when he went by. He was despised, and we didn’t care.
17. Yet it was our grief he bore, our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, for his own sins!
18. It has been like this from creation. If we are not careful we will start desiring the denominations and their way of life. We will be saying, “we want to grow, let us modernize” and things like that.
19. Just like the people complained of eating only manna in the wilderness, everyday manna only one food, one thing every time.
20. Numbers 11:6 (KJV). But now our soul is dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna, before our eyes.
21. You may be tempted to say we are just running round, round, round all the time, everyday it is God is a Man. What else do you want us to tell you? When Jesus was asked the ultimate question saying, what are we to do, so that we may habitually be doing the works of God?” Habitually be doing. Present continuous tense.
22. Jesus answered “This is the work of God: that you believe [adhere to, trust in, rely on, and have faith] in the One whom He has sent.
23. If you are the one declare it, otherwise, never rest until you identify Him, adhere to, trust in, rely on, and have faith on Him.
24. He said in John 6:33-35. For the bread of God is HE which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world (KJV).
25. Let us see Living Bible translation. The true Bread is a Person—the one sent by God from heaven, and He gives life to the world.” (TLB).
26. The bread of God, the true Manna is a PERSON. Have you identified and recognized this PERSON. The Bread of God is a PERSON.
27. Thus, as they were instructed not to carry it over that there is fresh manna for every day, there is a PERSON meant for every day, every generation; if you carry it over it will rotten.
28. Exodus 16: 19-25 (KJV). And Moses said, Let no man leave of it till the morning. Notwithstanding they hearkened not unto Moses; but some of them left of it until the morning, and it bred worms, and stank: and Moses was wroth with them.
29. And they gathered it every morning, every man according to his eating: and when the sun waxed hot, it melted. And it came to pass, that on the sixth day they gathered twice as much bread, two omers for one man: and all the rulers of the congregation came and told Moses.
30. And he said unto them, This is that which the Lord hath said, tomorrow is the rest of the holy sabbath unto the Lord: bake that which ye will bake to day, and seethe that ye will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept until the morning.
31. And they laid it up till the morning, as Moses bade: and it did not stink, neither was there any worm therein.
32. And Moses said, Eat that today; for today is a Sabbath unto the Lord: to day ye shall not find it in the field.
33. Wait a minute, in a week it is only one, one manna, one Person for each day. Next day another one until that for the penultimate (sixth) day that remained valid till the next day, the last day of the week, the Sabbath day, the Day of Rest; only One Person.
34. He is the One with the everlasting Gospel. He will hold sway in the millennium. He is the Son of Man. Why? Because
35. Hebrews 4:8-9 (KJV) says that, if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.Hallelujah!
36. You see why He always tells us that if you avoid Him here you cannot avoid Him at the other side. Whether hell or heaven, He is the One that will put you there. All ancient manuscripts confirm this truth. All religious teachings substantiate it.
37. So, we have no excuse to give. It is the same message that is taking us to paradise. Begin now to cross-check your standpoint as we wait for time. When you have a certain mindset, a rigid stance that you are not ready to even reconsider you are an illiterate.
38. Alvin Toffler once wrote: The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.
39. Have you learned? Who has taught you? All God’s children must have Him in Person as their Teacher. Henry Thoreau said, when any real progress is made we unlearn and learn anew WHAT WE THOUGHT WE KNEW BEFORE.
40. Have you even recognised the PERSON the true bread of your own day let alone allowing Him to teach you? If you have any gray area, why not seek for clarification. But in our eyes there was no attractiveness at all, nothing to make us want him.
41. Nothing at all to make us want Him. But for you and I, we have no option. For others it may be optional but you and I, we better adjust ourselves. That is the only way we can enjoy peace of mind.
42. Job 22:21-22 “Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee. Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart. (KJV).
43. “Quit quarreling with God! Agree with him and you will have peace at last! His favor will surround you if you will only admit that you were wrong. Listen to his instructions and store them in your heart. (TLB)
44. Now, Job, make peace with God and stop treating him like an enemy; if you do, then he will bless you. Accept the teaching he gives; keep his words in your heart (GNB).
45. Job! You are the Job of today. Put your name there. Let us see Job’s response in Chapter 42:1-3 “Then Job replied to the Lord: “I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted. You asked, ‘Who is this that obscures my plans without knowledge?’ Surely I spoke of things I did not understand, things too wonderful for me to know”.
46. No purpose of God can be thwarted. If Job whose righteousness was testified to by God Himself was humble enough to accept that he was ignorant who are we? Surely, I spoke of things I did not understand.

WE BETTER FEAR GOD
J |
ob’s wife was opposite of the husband. Who knows why all Job’s children perished? Could it be that Job’s wife was in opposition and never allowed his children to follow the ways of righteousness like their father.
2. The only mention about them was in celebration of birthdays and merriment after which their father will apprehensively atone for them. Not that the sons would join their father in performing the sacrifices.
3. Remember that the celebrations and merriment lasted for several days for each of Job’s children and these were yearly events. Going by their number: seven males and three females do you think they had time for God? If they were not in celebration, they would be in planning and preparation for the next.
4. God being a righteous judge could not wait forever for them to change their ways. They remained rebellious. They felt they were smarter than their father. When tragedy struck it was while they were partying.
5. We better fear God. He knows how to keep the righteous in the time of adversity. God cleared that generation and raised an entirely new generation for Job: now double of what he had before maybe with another woman.
6. Then, do you think Job ever lived in regret after? This should be a call for serious concern to all ministers, ministers’ wives and their children. Even if you say you want to draw back, somebody somewhere will spot you as they spotted Peter.
7. No matter how you disguise yourself you will be identified. You cannot fit into the world again. They will plot to kill you as they plotted to kill Lazarus that was raised from dead. They will say let us get rid of him lest he repents and goes back to those his people again.
8. It was the same people that fooled Judas Iscariot that frustrated him into committing suicide. Courage brother, courage sister, courage father, courage mother, do not stumble.
9. The journey will soon be over. Do you think that if Mary had option she would have accepted to be the mother of somebody like Jesus?
10. To what extent did Jesus take care of her especially when He was cut off in His prime? What was her special gain if not heartbreak: watching her son die like a criminal among criminals?
11. All she got at the end was woman, behold thy son yet she humbled herself and not only believed her son but told the people Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it. Whatever means whatever, no exception.
12. Over-familiarity never beclouded her even when His life was not going as she earlier expected. Let us begin to sink our opinion, sink our ideology, sink our principle, sink our values, sink our propositions and be ready to do whatever He says for we are living in a crucial hour.
13. Mary had to share in His suffering so that she will also share in His Glory. This is why Paul said in 1 Corinthians 15:19 that, If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. (KJV).
14. If our hope in Christ is good for this life only and no more, then we deserve more pity than anyone else in all the world. (GNB).
15. We better be very careful. I am showing us scriptures so that you will know that I am not talking out of mere obsession. I am talking to you out of my personal acquaintance and experience with Him.
16. I cannot keep quiet; even if I want to keep quiet it will burn inside me like it did to Jeremiah. Paul said that he can do nothing against the truth but for the truth. Even if the whole world should rise up against the truth it will be an effort in futility because ordinary breeze can exterminate them as it is happening now.
17. It is the truth because the mouth of God said it. He is the one that creates rivers in the desert. He is an expert in doing that thought to be impossible. We are at the gate of paradise.
18. We already have a forestate of the glory to be fully revealed in us that believe for we have seen Him as He is. The fruit of the Tree of Life is already in our hands ready to be eaten and that will be the end.
19. Let us not behave like Eve that abandoned life and was romancing with beauty and desires not knowing that it was death. Rather let us behave like Mary that counted everything loss for the sake of the glory that will be revealed in Christ.
20. Let us beware of the folly of sophistication for all that glitters is not gold. Before now, everybody desired sugar: you are the sugar in my tea, sugar this, sugar that to the point that we have an Igbo adage that says nobody spews out sugar put into his mouth.
21. But today the reverse is the case: sugar has become diabetes, sugar is now death, people are running away from sugar; people are now looking for bitter leaf, neem tree leaf (dogoyaro) and the likes.
22. Why? It is because people have realized that sugar can give you temporary satisfaction, temporary sweetness that will not last more than one minute but leave you with a life-long ailment.
23. Looking at how a dead body is dressed, beautified and laid in state, one would think that it will remain there forever. However, no matter all the tribute, drumming, dancing, and all that, the body will be disposed like rubbish interred to earth.
24. That is how the wealth of this world is. It is full of illusion.
25. Let us cross-check our standpoint at this hour, you are either on the side of God or on human side with human values, principles, ideology which automatically make you Satan. If with your human ideology you evaluate the Word of God, you must fault God, adjudge Him unfair, inconsiderate, inhuman.
26. You can rebuke Him like Peter. Then, you will be indignant at Him like the disciples. You will become tired of Him even though you are still hanging on. Yes, hanging on, in unbelief, waiting for Him to die like some of the disciples.
27. Could that be the reason why they refused to pray with Him at Gethsemane. Their Master told them that He was sorrowful unto death that they should watch and pray with Him.
28. But instead of praying they all slept off. Yes! Let us be free from this man’s trouble. Ah-ah! Praying to which God again. Are you not the one that said you are God? Let us begin to reconnect with our business colleagues so that immediately He dies we go back to business.
29. In fact, let us strategize for a massive fishing investment that will bring us to limelight. It is because they lacked the knowledge of the hour. They did not know that the little respite, the little comfort they were enjoying was because of His presence.
30. Maybe they did not also believe that He would resurrect as He told them. Otherwise, Peter would not have been planning of going a fishing just few moments after His Master’s death. They never cared about what became of their Master.
31. It was Mary and her fellow woman that sneaked out early hours of the morning, took the risk, when it was still dark that came back to alert the men that they did not see the body of Jesus in the tomb.
32. The men were only afraid of the Jews thinking of how they would fit in when they go out. What a pity! You see why Jesus said Father forgive them for they know not what they are doing?
33. He said Peter when you are converted strengthen your brethren; at another time He asked Peter do you love me more than these things? Feed my flock.
34. But when we claim that we know what we are doing while still quarrelling with God, quarrelling with and disobeying one that we call Daddy we are contradicting ourselves.
35. The scripture says in Proverbs 30:11-13.There is a generation that curseth their father, and doth not bless their mother. There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness.
36. There is a generation, O how lofty are their eyes! and their eyelids are lifted up. (KJV)
37. There is a generation (class of people) that curses its father and does not bless its mother. There is a generation (class of people) that is pure in its own eyes, yet is not washed from its filthiness.
38. There is a generation (class of people)—oh, how lofty are their eyes! And their eyelids are raised in arrogance. (AMP). Cross-check your standpoint.
That is why the Bible said, “Woe unto the man or the woman who is clothed with a covering but not by My spirit.” [Isaiah 30:1] AS LONG AS YOU ARE NOT COVERED BY THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST, BEFORE THE ALMIGHTY GOD, YOU ARE WALKING NAKED. YOU ARE POOR. YOU ARE MISERABLE. AND YET, YOU KNOW IT NOT. WHAT A PITIABLE CONDITION? Let your hair grow from head to toe, wear Maxi and even wear Bubu, but as long as you do not have the Spirit of Christ as your covering, you are naked.
IMPACT OF THE WORD OF GOD, NEW YEAR MESSAGE, 2020 PG: 24:29-31
4
YOU ARE NAKED AND KNOWS IT NOT
There is a generation, a class of people that curses its father and does not bless its mother. A generation, a class of people, people that have class, that is pure in their own eyes, they are smart in everything they do, they claim intelligence: they know more than their parents.
2. They are filled with pride; they raise their eyelids in arrogance: who are you to correct them, yet they are filled with filthiness. This is the generation that says, in Revelation 18:17-19. Revelation 18:17-19 “I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
3. I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
4. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. (KJV).
5. I am rich and increased with goods. My consignment is on the way when I take delivery everybody will bow. I don’t have need of anybody. I can stand on my own.
6. Words of arrogance. You are naked and knows it not. Cross-check your standpoint. Let us look at the Living Bible translation “You say, ‘I am rich, with everything I want; I don’t need a thing!’ And you don’t realize that spiritually you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked.
7. You say, ‘I am rich, with everything I want; I don’t need a thing!’ And you don’t realize that spiritually you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked.
8. “My advice to you is to buy pure gold from me, gold purified by fire—only then will you truly be rich. And to purchase from me white garments, clean and pure, so you won’t be naked and ashamed; and to get medicine from me to heal your eyes and give you back your sight. You are sick.
9. You are suffering from something greater than virus attack. It is known as unbelief, so you better get medicine from the Lord now.
10. I continually discipline and punish everyone I love; so, I must punish you unless you turn from your indifference and become enthusiastic about the things of God. (TLB).
11. How enthusiastic are we about the things of God? Remaining indifferent about the God that is revealed in our day attracts punishment. Is it not scripture?
12. To wrap it up follow me to the message No Hiding Place Chapter 3:59-61 (23/03/2003) God said “I want them to laugh at us more and more. Let them continue to mock and God will continue to work. God is at work and they are mocking.
13. It has always been like that. It was not easy for Noah; it was not easy for Lot, neither was it easy for Rehab. Jesus Christ did not find it easy for too many mockers appeared.
14. All the Prophets and Apostles, not even one of them found it easy. They were made laughing stocks, but at the end, they were vindicated.
15. Will it not be foolishness on the side of anyone who carelessly allowed himself to experience such a terrible day which the Prophets and even Jesus Christ Himself foretold in order for mankind to run into God’s own provided place of safety?
16. Let us not be found among the mockers of what God is doing today. If He never warned us ahead of time, we may claim ignorant, but we have been informed of all these things long time ago.
17. Peter never challenged Jesus until he felt he had known Him very well more that every other person, then took him for granted to the point of rebuking Him. In the message CHRIST’S NATURE IS YOUR ASSURANCE OF ETERNAL LIFE (POSSESS YOUR VESSEL IN HONOUR OR IN DISHONOUR) PART ONE Preached On 30th December, 2016 Chapter One let us look at the following verses 23-25; 42-46
18. “Remember the scripture made it clear that in a race there are many that run the race but one wins the trophy. Every group is included in this race, it is a marathon race.
19. 24In a marathon race nobody will predict accurately who will come first or second. You see people falling by the way side, others will continue; you see some joining along the way; dropping along the way; yet in there, are some people that took off from the very beginning.
20. Courageously they are moving on and because of what is set before them, because of what they will get at the end, they are focused.
21. 25The reward became their strength just like the Lord Jesus Christ. Because of the joy that was set before Him He endured all things. At the end the day he was crowned. Of all He got crowned.
22. 42We are celebrating the presence of God in our midst who found it convenient, Who deemed it convenient not counting it robbery, picking his Mask from among us, because He wanted to, He loved us, He wanted us to be saved.
23. 43If He had picked his Mask from somewhere else we might be cut off. This is why we can now say salvation has come into our homes. Salvation has come to our homes – as many as are found in Him, connected to Him, united in the Godhead – He is pulling all of them along. That is what we are celebrating.
24. 44If you are celebrating any other thing than this, your celebration is absolutely useless. You are celebrating outside the will of God. You are celebrating amiss.
25. 45It is just like this worship. Many worshipped a miss. Many are still worshipping amiss. Many will still worship amiss.
26. 46It is very very easy for people to be sincerely wrong. Many had been sincerely wrong in the past. Many are sincerely wrong today. Many will be sincerely wrong tomorrow.
27. The same message Chapter Two: “8That is why I am telling you, if you have a problem money will solve you have no problem; if you run around, by the help of God your fellow human being will help you to solve that problem.
28. 9But when you have a problem money cannot solve, that is where you have the greatest problem. That money will be there and the problem is starring you in the face, because money cannot solve it – that person has developed the greatest problem in the world. Do you understand what I am saying?
29. 10And the greatest problem money cannot solve I can identify for now is Eternal Life. Whoever that doesn’t have that hope of Eternal Life has problem money cannot solve.
30. 11Begin to see it from that perspective and that will help you to begin to adjust your minds. That’s why God said, what shall it profit a man if he will gain the whole world and yet forfeit Eternal Life? Because it can never be purchased with money.
31. That is why we must be serious with what we are hearing. 25Note the naked truth, He told them clearly to note what happened in the days of Noah and Sodom and Gomorrah.
32. They builded, they married and were given in marriage, some that were not married and were not given in marriage were troubled over it, commercial activity in its peak, every kind of evil bedeviled the two ages, people went about with life as usual, crave for materialism was in its peak to the neglect of God’s word.
33. 26Only those that were conscious of the hour, conscious of the promise were everyday preparing themselves by doing all those things others were doing in the fear of God, believing that anything could unfold.
34. 27The Bible said they (others) gave themselves holistically over to their normal everyday activities putting God behind and that day came upon them unawares. They could not escape except the righteous Noah.
35. 28What made him righteous? The Bible said he walked with God. Because he walked with God he became the wisest man that raised the wisest family that obeyed God. He became the only family that towed the footsteps of Abraham.
36. That was the only family where the faith of Abraham was upheld. He never paid lip service to it, he was serious with his family.
37. 29That was why without murmuring, without complaining, without argument the entire family entered the ark at the command of the Lord seeing that God could not withhold anything good from him and could not withhold even any secret.
38. As He did to Abraham so He did to Noah. 30On that day, the Lord hissed into his ears for them to enter; “Look at what I am going to do in seven days’ time.” They obeyed. If they had disobeyed, what happened to others would have happened to them.
39. 31He gave us another illustration that when the people of the Jews were asked to leave Egypt not all of them left. Many remained in Egypt; the attraction of Egypt held them captive; positions they were holding there societally held them captive, pinned them on the ground.
40. Were they elect? Yes! Were they Jews? Yes! Were they saved? No! 32What can you say about those who said because they were Jews they believed more than Moses and refused to apply the blood at the lintel of their doors.
41. Death angel came. Were they spared? They were not spared. Why? They were living in disobedience. I hope I’m making sense.35That is why in every nation whosoever that feareth and honoureth the Lord, the same is made acceptable unto him.
42. Is it not true? The Bible said; the same is the word of God sent and, the same is made acceptable unto God.
43. 36Thus, you are not made acceptable unto God because you are in the family of the Son of Man. if you become a stubborn fellow in my family; a disobedient fellow in the Church, automatically you have made yourself worthless; unprofitable in all things you have declared yourself a sinner.
44. 37Nobody is saved because of his birthright. Nobody is saved because of his birthright. This is why you must live the life of obedience to the truth. 38You must live your life in conformity with the doctrines of Christ, which has come to you in your own day.
45. In there is your salvation; in there is your peace; in there is your success; in there is your wisdom, your knowledge, your understanding, your prosperity, your everything you are looking for.
46. 39But reject Him, reject the message, treat it with contempt, you are doing it to your own regret. For by and by you must regret it in the end. That’s why we encourage you to be serious with the message you have heard.
47. The same message Chapter 3: “1God warned even scripturally, 2nd Corinthians 13, that we should from time to time re-examine our lives, re-examine our faith and know, find out whether we are progressively holding on to the faith which we are professing.
48. 2We should scrutinize; evaluate; it says, don’t we know by continuing experiences whether we are in him or not, whether the spirit of Christ is in us or the spirit has left us and we do not know.
49. 6For the Lord Jesus Christ who was the initiator of whatever we are holding here today went about doing good and obtained favour from God and from humanity. So be very very careful everybody.
50. 7He went further to warn, that if we are not careful, if we are not conscious of ourselves, of our surroundings, of the people we are having dealings with, in agreement with our faith; use your faith; use your belief to scrutinize everything.
51. 8If we are not conscious, we might be shocked in the end to see heathens, people coming from the East, West, North, South to occupy the kingdom of heaven with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. We that are meant to be there, children of the kingdom shall be locked out. Is it scriptural? Is it in the scripture?
52. 10The Bible made it clear that God saved his people from the land of Egypt; brought them out; took them across the red sea, he led them across the red sea; He fed them with manna from heaven; protected them in the night; healed them of the serpent bites; did all forms of miracles; scared their enemies away as they progressed, they lacked nothing good in the night and in the day; the Lord stood there as their Defense; as their Provider; as their Healer; as everything but at the end of it all, He destroyed all that believed not.
53. 11For God said, with many of them He was not pleased; their characters were very noxious in the sight of God. God could not stand their wicked behaviours because it is still an act of wickedness to pay back evil for good.
54. 12In spite of all that God did for them, He expected them to praise Him the more, to walk right, to walk with Him, but He saw another thing all together. He numbered them without their knowledge.
55. 13The Bible said He brought them out from the land of Egypt across the Red Sea, did everything to make them feel comfortable but at the end He destroyed all that believed Him not yet, they were Jews.
56. 14He saved them from destruction in Egypt; he saved them from destruction in the Red Sea; saved them from destruction by their enemies but He never allowed them to enter Canaan.
57. They could not enjoy paradise and the Bible said He destroyed all. 15What is more, the Bible said it is written in the Bible for our learning; preserved there in the scriptures for our admonition that we should not pattern after evil, that we should learn our lessons from what befell them.
58. For we were not and we are not the first people that served this God and he has not changed even, his method of doing things and he will never change because of me.
59. 16Thus, whatever you are believing be very careful, you are believing the truth that proceeds out of the mouth of God not your own interpreted truth, not the truth you coined out after your evil interpretation, truth you coined out that will give you liberty to do whatever you want whether they be good or evil in the sight of God, you don’t care.
60. You are bound to lose your ticket straight away if you had at all obtained a ticket. It can be canceled. Another name can be used to replace you even without your knowledge. So, be very careful everybody.
61. 34Can you imagine somebody who has labored to the extent of coming to the gate of paradise but could not stay faithfully there until the Master will open the gate for them; immediately the person went away, it is a spiritual affair, immediately your spirit draws back the Lord will no longer be pleased with you for every character is a manifestation of what the spirit is all about. Is it not true?
62. 35Whatever is your character tells the whole world the spirit that is controlling you for behind every character there is a spirit.
63. That is why you have to, as an individual, do what the scripture said, says scrutinize, investigate, examine, evaluate don’t say God examine me that’s what the Bible said, don’t say God examine me; it says, examine yourself.
64. 36Don’t you know by your ever progressing experience whether the spirit of Christ is in you or not? Or else you will be a reprobate a counterfeit who must be disapproved disallowed disqualified in the end.
65. 44Absalom was the first son of David, but a rebellious son. Did he earn a ticket to paradise? He earned condemnation for being rebellious. So it happened to many.
66. 45You can be the children of a priest and you perish. Hophni and Phinehas were sons of the high priest Eli and the Bible says they were sons; they were children of Belial that’s children of the Devil.
67. For they allowed the Devil to use them as tools, they became children of the Devil.
68. 46Any spirit you yield yourself to is the spirit that will govern you – either the spirit of Christ for your salvation or the spirit of the Devil for your destruction.
69. 47For that reason, at any point in time, you must pause. For that cause God gave us a message Stop and Think. Stop and think, find out why things are happening the way they are happening: whether you are the one attracting those things; whether you are the one that should be blamed or God.
70. But in all you go back to the message titled Blame Yourself and not God. In the message CHRIST’S NATURE IS YOUR ASSURANCE OF ETERNAL LIFE (POSSESS YOUR VESSEL IN HONOUR OR IN DISHONOUR) Part Two Preached On 30th December, 2016 Chapter 3 verse: “1What is inspiring you? Is it the Devil or God? If it is God, God will inspire you to obey His word, if it is the Devil, the Devil will inspire you to disobey, to continue to do wrong.
71. 4Whoever that continues to do wrong is pleasing the Devil, who is his father. A child of God strives daily to please his father, to be in good relationship with his father, so that whenever he presents his request, his father will honour it. He walks himself into the heart of his father.
72. 5The father does not need to walk Himself into the hearts of the children, for he produced the children. But the children owe it as a responsibility to walk themselves into the hearts of their father so as to earn his confidence.
73. 6But a child that cannot walk himself into the father can never win the approval of the father.
74. Even if the father had earlier reposed a little confidence in him, he may regard that confidence as a misplaced one. He will withdraw it immediately.
75. 7Thus, I want to cancel that “once saved, always saved.” No. One can forfeit his birthright. One can foolishly sell off his birthright because of material possession, just like Esau, and become a fornicator.
76. 8Thus, be very careful where we are now, we are now on a dangerous ground, where God is about to signal the last blast of the whistle, and we are about to be rewarded, and everybody, every man, including myself, shall be rewarded according to what he has done; spiritually and physically.
77. 9You must be rewarded. After the race, the miles are accounted, after the race rewards are presented. At the end, everybody shall be crowned. We are not crowned along the way; it is when we get to the end that we expect to be crowned. Now the end is very close.
78. 10Events around us speak clearer than any other thing. Whosoever that goes about to be propagating any other thing other than this is that antichrist, is the deceiver we should be afraid of.
79. 11There is nothing in this world we shall enjoy again. Even the generator you use in your house is not enjoyment; is it easy to buy the fuel or gas, is it easy to maintain it? What makes it enjoyment? Is it the noise?
80. 12There is nothing anybody can enjoy again, even if you buy the best car in the world, you cannot enjoy it. Nobody is enjoying aeroplane again, how many can afford to purchase the flight ticket that is now 300%? How many can afford to fly in the air, going by the way things are going, hijackers can be there, I mean, insurgents can be there, to blow the plane in the air.
81. 16Tell me what you think you would enjoy? Is it the houses that are collapsing every day? Tell me the enjoyment people can say they have in this world again, and every day, things are getting worse.
82. 17The money you are holding is valueless, you go inside the market with one million naira, you come back with ordinary waterproof bag, you will be feeling that somebody has stolen your money, but when you sit down to crosscheck, nobody stole even a dime, simply because, you went there with your so-called money and came back empty handed, to show you that you went there empty handed.
83. 18A situation where scraps are considered more than new parts, scraps, used parts and abandoned after usage, we now bring them into our country, and prefer them to new ones. Scraps are better, serving better than new ones, why?
84. 19Your money is rubbish, what your money can fetch is absolutely rubbish. Tell me what you can enjoy again? What is that thing that will distract our attention from our target when we have gone thus far, where we are now?
85. 20More so, when all that God promised us have been made manifest. Is God indebted to us again? We are indebted to ourselves now. Everybody is owing him or herself.
86. 21If I should have my final word, I will tell you to save yourselves from this untoward generation. Strive, that you may enter. THE GATE IS NARROW BUT STRIVE THAT YOU MAY ENTER.
87. 22You won’t say you don’t know the road, it has been revealed to you. No matter how narrow, no matter how hidden, it has been revealed to us
88. 26If we are not careful, we are likely to forfeit our birthright. Our inordinate ambition, our mad crave for materialism, unbridled tendency for corruption and corrupt practices can deny us this promised Eternal Life.
89. This is the much I want to share with you. 27Be on guard, be on guard. Gird up your loins. Awake thou that sleepeth, for the night is far spent, for our salvation is closest, even at our door steps, now, than when we first believed.
90. Finally, from the message Awake Thou that Sleepeth for the Night is far Spent Chapter 4 from verse 10: “10Anybody who is not strong spiritually must be an instrument in the hand of the devil to cause havoc in one way or the other. When we talk about our future we think we can protect our future with our hands. It is impossible.
91. 11No human being has ever protected his future with his own hands. It takes the hand of God to protect our future. God will give us the knowledge that is needed.
92. 12He will give us the needed wisdom that will help us to walk rightly so that our future will be preserved. For if God does not give us all these things, definitely we have no future.
93. We have no future and whatever we call our future is likely to be shattered with our hands. 13And let me tell you, first step in shattering our future lies in abandoning God.
94. Abandon God today, you destroy your future with your own hands. Once you abandon God you must become self-destructive.
95. Crosscheck your standpoint as we wait at the gate of Paradise. Thank you for giving me audience. Remain blessed in Him eternally.

Depart from any condemnable act, every condemnable act, whether in service or worship, in any form or shape. Once it is illegal in the sight of God, unapproved, runs contrary to his rules and instructions, it is a condemnable decision, condemnable action, condemnable worship, condemnable service; condemnable utterance, condemnable relationship. Today my people are daily mis-mating with the heathens taking them for wives. And tomorrow, they will look unto me for help, when they have flagrantly neglected my counsel, neglected my ordinances and instructions, treated my word with disdain
What is your spiritual stand point vol. 2 preached 16th Sept. 2018; pg 39:54-56

SPIRITUAL WORSHIP
Remain blessed brethren. We really give God the glory, we give God the honour who has ushered us before His presence again today. God said that any day we see ourselves alive that we should appreciate God for that day; for we may not have a tomorrow.
2. That is why He said that any day we see ourselves alive, that we should see that day as the only day we have on earth. Thereby doing whatever we can do to make sure that our stand in Christ stands sure. That there is nothing that will come in between us and God. For at any point death struck determines our eternal destiny whether good or bad.
3. So brethren, I want us to follow me to a little exaltation as I am being led. As we see the days approaching, there is no other thing that God demands if not to encourage one another with this already established truth. I am not going to say anything outside that which God has already led down for us at this present hour.
4. So brethren, I want us to go the scriptures. John chapter 4 verse 21 through 26. Living bible.
5. “Jesus replied, ‘The time is coming, ma’am, when we will no longer be concerned about whether to worship the Father here or in Jerusalem. For it’s not where we worship that counts, but how we worship.
6. That we are here now worshipping God is a prophecy which God told us even from the beginning. That this Faith started at home and a day is coming when all of us will go back to our homes and then be fellowshipping from there and it has come to pass before us today.
7. So to every elect of God, we are rejoicing and we are very happy to God. For God said that to every elect, once he sees any prophecy from God coming to pass, he (the elect) will be filled with joy. It makes him to glory God the more for we are living in God and God alone. Events are made clear by prophecy.
8. Seeing that this prophecy has come to pass, every other prophecy that are still lying down must definitely come to pass. For once it has come out of the mouth of God, it must achieve that purpose for which course it went forth.
9. Brethren, I want us to understand that as we are here, that whatever God has been saying from the beginning and at this point in time, God is only referring to the elects only. Whatever God is saying, all His advice, encouragement goes to the elect only.
10. This morning, my little topic is, “For the Elect Only”. If you go to all our messages, you must see it inscribed on the cover page. For the Elect Only. But many of us have not understood the meaning.
11. Whatever God is saying, He is not referring to the hypocrites, He is not referring to the make-believers, neither is He is referring to heathens. He is referring to His children and what qualifies us, what makes us elects of God are our ability to take the Word of God serious and to obey it at all times. Whatever that God says, our ability to imbibe on it and then do it just as He has said it. Hence, He told us, “At thou Word Oh Lord”.
12. So God is saying that it is no longer where we worship that counts but how we worship God. —is our worship spiritual and real.Do we have the Holy Spirit’s help? For God is Spirit, and we must have his help to worship as we should.
13. The Father wants this kind of worship from us. But you Samaritans know so little about him, worshiping blindly, while we Jews know all about him, for salvation comes to the world through the Jews.”
14. Follow me to the book of Romans chapter 12 verse 1 through 3.“I appeal to you therefore, brethren, and beg of you in view of [all] the mercies of God, to make a decisive dedication of your bodies [presenting all your members and faculties] as a living sacrifice, holy (devoted, consecrated) and well pleasing to God, Take it one after the other. Holy (devoted, consecrated) and well pleasing to God,which is your reasonable (rational, intelligent) service and spiritual worship. Which is our spiritual worship.
15. In other words, if you must worship God, this is the approved way to worship God. For God said that it is no longer where we worship that counts but how we worship. So, if all these attributes are not there, our worship is not made acceptable before God.
16. For whoever that must worship God must worship God in spirit. Your worship must be spiritually designed. For if it is not spiritually designed, it is now mechanical and God can never be part of that worship. God can never take glory in that worship, He can never take honour and due respect in that worship. Amen.
THE FEAR OF GOD AND THE KEEPING OF HIS COMMANDMENTS ARE THE FOUNDATIONS OF ALL HAPPINESS. NO MAN CAN WORSHIP GOD IN THE ACCEPTABLE WAY WITHOUT THE FEAR OF GOD IN HIS HEART. WITHOUT THE FEAR OF GOD IN A MAN’S HEART, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANY MAN TO OBEY THE WORD OF GOD; AND NO MAN CAN HAVE THE FEAR OF GOD IN HIS HEART WITHOUT FIRST OF ALL KNOWING THE MANNER OF GOD, KNOWING WHO GOD IS, KNOWING GOD’S CHARACTER. THE PROBLEM WE ARE HAVING IS THAT PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW GOD. THEY CLAIM THEY KNOW GOD, BUT THEY DO NOT KNOW HIM. IF THEY HAD KNOWN GOD, THE FEAR OF GOD WOULD HAVE BEEN IN THEIR HEARTS CAUSING THEM TO OBEY GOD’S WORD FOR THEIR OWN GOOD.
Conclusion of the whole matter 18th Jan. 1998; 34:16-17

1. Luke chapter 13 verse 23 through 30. Amplified and Living bible. Amplified: And someone asked Him, Lord, will only a few be saved (rescued, delivered from the penalties of the last judgment, and made partakers of the salvation by Christ)? And He said to them,
2. 24 Strive to enter by the narrow door Remember that whatever God is saying, He is referring to the Elect. And in every dispensation, elects of God has always been few. Watch what this person was asking the master. Will only a few be saved? Strive to enter by the narrow door.He said what? Strive to enter the narrow door.
3. The message we heard from our Apostle (Chukwudi) the other day, he said and I quote, “There is now stampede at the gate.” For all of us are now waiting at the gate. And God is saying that we should strive to enter. He is referring to the elect. For non-elects are those people that will be there, they will not enter and they will not allow any other person to enter. But the elects, seeing that God has inputted His own righteousness on us and we are now the elect of God in this dispensation.
4. God said that we should strive for it is not an easy road. If we remain at ease in Zion, for God said, “Woe is that man that stays at ease in Zion. So we must strive, we must be sincere to ourselves and to God, putting all efforts just to do the will of God. Having being bestowed His righteousness on us and we are now His elect in this age, we must strive to remain at this sanctified estate where He has placed us.
5. Strive to enter by the narrow door [force yourselves through it], Force yourself through it for there are many giants, unbelievers that are found in the midst of the Bride. But they are not the true elects. They are not part of whatever God is doing in this dispensation. God brought them in for if there are no difficulties, if there is no stumbling block (This people around us), then there is no way we can take the Word of God serious; knowing full well that it is not an easy way. For these brethren so called that are surrounding us are here to distract our attention.
6. So, if we do not take cognizance of this, taking the Word of God serious, noting them. For God said that a time is coming when the few that will make it will know themselves. They will identify themselves from what? From their characters, from their behavior. For our behaviours must be one. Our characters, one. Our voice, one. Whatever we are doing must be one. That is the only thing that differentiate us from the rest.
7. Though that all of us might be named, “Bride of Christ ministry”, but our character differentiate us. Strive to enter by the narrow door [force yourselves through it],for many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able.
8. 25 When once the Master of the house gets up and closes the door, and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the door [again and again], saying, Lord, open to us! He will answer you, I do not know where [what household—certainly not Mine]you come from. Brethren, let us pay attention. They will come but by the time they will come, the door is already locked. It is just like what we heard this morning.
9. Remember that this ease of lockdown is prophetic. When this lockdown started, when this covid-19 started, everybody went into desperation, into sober reflection. Everybody trying to make his way right before God but it was suppression of feeling. It was not a sincere one. Are you getting it? so, God has told us that He is going to ease the lockdown to watch our reactions.
10. However to all those make-believers, I am trying to let us understand that whatever God is saying, He is directing it to the elect. So if you are numbered among the elect, you must take it very serious and stop considering what your brother or sister is doing. For the people that will attempt to distract our attentions are the so called brethren. We already know that the people in the world are under the hands of the devil.
11. So whatever they are doing, we do not regard them. But when you see your brother living a contrary life, if you are not solidly standing in Christ, you might be tempted to think that this is the approved way or what God said. So you must focus your eyes on, “Thus saith the Lord”. What God has said at every point in time. That is the only way we can succeed.
12. What has God said? Not what apostle said, not what Bishop said, not what prophet said, but what has God said? For God said that He can ordain somebody to destroy him. But you might be looking at the brother that he is a bishop, he is a pastor, not knowing that he has gone astray. He has out of the way of truth. So we must strive, we must force ourselves, for many of them will not know what is happening until the door again and for the last time.
13. And by that time, when they will be striving, God will no longer be taking recognizance of that for the door has been locked. For they will still not take it serious until they see it coming to pass, then they will realize, “Daddy words have come to pass oo.” Will there be time for repentance again? Never.
14. In our Friday’s fellowship, our pastor was letting us to understand that we should never misuse this last opportunity that is giving to us by God. For this is another last opportunity that is giving to whosoever that is wise and understanding to make his wrongs right and make his way straight before God.
15. Remember God said that any worship or obedience done under duress or obligation, maybe because of fear and trembling, you now obey. God said at that point it is done as a duty and no longer in love.
16. We can see things looking normal like what we heard this morning. People will now be compelled to rushing into business again activities forgetting the fact that this is prophetic. However, to every true elect of God, he will be cautious knowing full well that there is no change. For God is always mindful of His word.
17. 26 Then you will begin to say, We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets.
18. 27 But He will say, I tell you, I do not know where [what household—certainly not Mine] What? What household. Is this place not a household? This is a household of God. Our families has turned to our different household. So to those families that are not taking the Word of God serious, on that day, they will say, “God, we were gathering every Sunday, observing our Sunday worship. Observing our Friday worship”, but was their fellowship a spiritual one? No.
19. For it is no longer where we worship that counts but how we worship. If our fellowship, if our worship is not divinely oriented, it is not according to the will of God and can never be made acceptable before God.
20. So even if on that day, when they shall come, “God, you told us to be having fellowship on Fridays and we observed it till the end. We were observing our Sunday fellowship” and God will tell them, Get thee behind Me. Shut up your mind for you were doing the fellowship carnally, mechanically. It was not spiritually oriented. Amen.
21. 27 But He will say, I tell you, I do not know where [what household—certainly not Mine]you come from; depart from Me, all you wrongdoers!
22. 28 There will be weeping and grinding of teeth when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but you yourselves being cast forth (banished, driven away).
23. 29 And [people] will come from east and west, and from north and south, Brethren, let us pay attention here. Verse 29: And people from the east and west, north and south. Is it not what is happening now brethren? Go to the Bridal website, people are following the Son of Man.
24. For every elect of God in every dispensation, no matter where you are located, must come into acquaintance to the move of God in that dispensation. Hence, the person must be a part and partaker of it. And he can never joke with it.
25. Every week you see them clustering in the website. But we that have the privilege of having Him live here in our midst are now joking, playing away with His Word which is eternal life.
26. If God should turn tomorrow to cast as many as have refused to obey out and then bring people outside into the kingdom, will He be justified? He will be justified. For God is not mindful of whoever you are, He is only mindful with His word. And must count on all that have taking His Word serious. For that is the standard for judgment.
27. Hence on that day, we are not going to see Him physically there looking at you. “Bishop Nath, come in. brother Romeo, come in”, no, no, no. His Word will now be the standard.
3
THE HOUR WE ARE IN (2)
1. Hence, even in the school, no lecturer is interested in your name. What determines who you are is your reg. number.
2. So, once he sees your registration number and you wrote well, he passes you. He does not know you physically, he does not know your name. All he knows is that this registration number did well and the other one failed. Finish.
3. So on that day, our character, our behavior, Christ in us will be there to determine our eternal destiny. Whether we are going to His right hand side or to the left. So, this is what we must be mindful at. For we are all standing at the gate and there is stampede.
4. If you do not force yourself. If we do not force ourselves, if we do not scramble, if we do not pursue it gallantly, not looking back, not considering anything. Not looking at the early challenges, there tend to be a disappointment and our prayer is that we should not be numbered among such people. Amen.
5. 29 And [people] will come from east and west, and from north and south, and sit down (feast at table) in the kingdom of God.
6. 30 And behold, there are some [now] last who will be first [then], and there are some [now] first who will be last [then]. Brethren, is it not what God said that on that day, the first shall be the last and the last shall be the first. Amen.
7. Living Bible: Someone asked him, “Will only a few be saved?”And he replied, 24-25 “The door to heaven is narrow. Work hard to get in, for the truth is that many will try to enter but when the head of the house has locked the door, it will be too late. Then if you stand outside knocking, and pleading, ‘Lord, open the door for us,’ he will reply, ‘I do not know you.’
8. 26 “‘But we ate with you, and you taught in our streets,’ you will say.27 “And he will reply, ‘I tell you, I don’t know you. You can’t come in here, guilty as you are. Go away.’ Many brethren will not take cognizance that this hour we are in is prophetic. That God decided to ease the lockdown to watch us, to see how effective and how serious we will take His Word. How we will demand for this sincere Word of God.
9. Many will go into pursuing worldly things. Then by the time the door will be locked again which is now the final one, they will then try to recoil, but will there be time for them? No. for the door has been locked for the final. Thereby knocking when it is too late. Even if they knock, they will hear, “Get thee behind Me. Get out for I do not know you. When the opportunity was giving to you, you misused it into pursuing worldly affairs, material things that will end here with us. Amen.
10. 27 “And he will reply, ‘I tell you, I don’t know you. You can’t come in here, guilty as you are. Go away.’28 “And there will be great weeping and gnashing of teeth as you stand outside and see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets within the Kingdom of God—29 for people will come from all over the world to take their places there.People will do what? Come from all over the world. For this Faith has gone round the whole world. Amen.
11. 30 And note this: some who are despised now will be greatly honored then; and some who are highly thought of now will be least important then.”
12. So those big big names, big ministers will no longer be regarded for God will only be counting on His Word, the spirit of Christ in you and in me. For that is why God said that that day will spring surprises. And He is still saying it, that the drone He has been sending, that if we see the names that the drone is coming back with, that we will be amazed. For not all that are mighty, big names, apostles, bishops will make it.
13. That people we never expected, as many that takes the Word of God serious, they are the people that God knows and they are the people that are numbered among the elect of God. Amen.

WARNING FROM GOD
1. I want to read something from this message please. From the message, “Christ’s nature is your assurance of eternal life. Preached 27th December, 2016 & 30th December, 2016 respectively at the son of man’s family altar, Nsugbe by apostle peter Odoemena, the son of man. “The supreme intelligence”. Page 23:26-28.
2. Remember we are not the only people running the race. There are too many bride of Christ ministries here and there. What is more, the denominations, the orthodox Churches, Catholic, Anglican, they are running the race.
3. Everybody is running the heavenly race, there is no group that is not running the race, even the idol worshipers, their eyes (vision) is also in heaven: “God the creator of heavens and earth, the Creator of all creatures…”
4. We are also in the race but at the end of the day it behoveth the Almighty to vindicate the right group that is running according to the rule, the chosen group, the elected group.
5. The Bible called it the elected lady in the book of Revelation, the elect lady. It will take the Bridegroom to come and point who the Bride is among the multitudes of the ladies. That’s why the Elohim came down.
6. So it will take God to pinpoint those that are worshipping Him at the approved. For many local assembles, many families are worshiping but it will only take God to say, “This is the only person that is worshipping Me in spirit and in truth.
7. Page 38:17. My time is limited brethren. “You are now in the days of the Son of Man. You are no longer in the days of Jesus Christ. You are no longer in the days of the prophets. You are now in the days of the Son of Man, when God has veiled Himself in a man again standing upon the earth judging the earth.
8. Are we not receiving His judgment now? The judgment is going on. And so it will continue until everything will be wiped off.
9. Now watch that message, many thought that once they said they are saved because you are an elect and this and that—Jesus saw it. The Prophets saw it. The Lord Jesus Christ highlighted many things around it.
10. Let us be careful brethren. As many of us that are called the elect of God. For an elect can go to hell. God said that an elect can do what? Go to hell if he falls out from his sanctified estate.
11. Let me tell you something; I repeated it yesterday; I want to hammer on it: that even if you stumble into hell that God will stumble into hell and bring you out, many shouted yea-yea-yea; that even if you are this and that you are not a material for hell; many shouted yea-yea-yea!
12. You are not the only one that heard it. Jesus told them that, as many as would believe in him, even if they would die that they will live again. They rejoiced over that statement – fine!
13. But finally He settled down and began to explain the messages. He warned seriously that as it was in the days of Noah; as it was in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah, He was warning, not the world but the people that were with Him in the Upper Chambers, Upper Room.
14. So as we are here now, it is a very big privilege that God has co-opted us, adopted us into His own Family. And if we must remain in His very Family we must be very, very careful never to misuse this great opportunity.
15. The Upper Room Ministry is for the saved. The ministry of the Church is for the whole world. Parables are for the world; plain language is for the children of the kingdom.
16. If you believe it that, because you have believed you can be whatever you want to be, behave the way you want to behave – after all you are not a material for hell fire – you are already lost.
17. For you do not know the secret of being in paradise more than He that came from paradise. He that constructed paradise, He saw the way the people were jubilating, He came out to tell them the naked truth.
18. Note the naked truth, He told them clearly to note what happened in the days of Noah and Sodom and Gomorrah. They builded, they married and were given in marriage, some that were not marriedx and were not given in marriage were troubled over it,Are we getting it?
19. …commercial activity in its peak,..And we have seen it. We are witnessing it now. Everybody has fully gone back to business. The other day I was going to Agbani, (A town in Enugu State, Nigeria), within a spot, different activities are being held at the same time. It was just fence that was demarcating them. Different activities, this group conducting burial, another doing marriage ceremony.
20. Everybody is rushing to meet up with what they lost during the lockdown caused by the pandemic, corona virus. But to what extent will it last? And God is warning us. Even this morning we heard it. That we should not lose the sight of these things. That we should know that it is just for a moment. That it is what? Just for a moment.
21. So we should not allow this thing to becloud us, thereby forgetting the hour we are living in. We are living in a prophetic time that will end abruptly. Nobody knows when it will end. In as much as we are not going to tie God to any time. He is the one that will decide when to collect the ball. For we are now in His own one day which will end whenever He wants it to end.
22. But He is warning us to remain in our sanctified estate so that we will not make shipwreck when it will no longer be easy for us to wriggle out. For many will knock when the door has been locked. Amen.
23. …Every kind of evil bedeviled the two ages, people went about with life as usual, crave for materialism was in its peak to the neglect of God’s word.
24. Only those that were conscious of the hour, conscious of the promise were everyday preparing themselves by doing all those things others were doing in the fear of God, believing that anything could unfold.Like we heard it this morning, God did not tell us not to do business again.
25. He did not tell us not to marry. He did not tell us not to do anything. But He said in whatever we do, we should do it in the fear of the Lord, knowing the hour we are living in. We should not allow businesses to take all our times, to the point that we will no longer have time for God again.
26. The whole of twenty four hours will now be business, business, money, money, money. No! It should not be found among the elect of God. For if we do not take cognizance of that what befell those outside will still befall us and we say God forbid! Amen.
27. Believing that anything could unfold. Amen. Because of time brethren, I think I have to be summarizing.
28. Let us go to the message, “Seeing we have this Great Promise we Faint Not” Preached on Wednesday, 2nd November, 2016. At Apostle Ojiakor’s House Enugu. By Apostle Peter Odoemena. The Son of Man.
29. Page 48 verse 6: “WHEN GOD SAID THAT ALL THESE POLITICIANS MUST BE JUDGED, HE KNEW THERE MUST BE AN ADMINISTRATION THAT WILL BE COURAGEOUS TO GO TO NO-GO AREA.
30. Brethren, is it not happening today? It is happening. We can now see what is happening even in the government. The head of EFCC is now arrested and other people.Hence, it is prophesy coming to pass.
31. AND NOW IT HAS BEEN RIPPED OPEN THERE WILL BE NO GOING BACK UNTIL WE SEE ANARCHY. FOR THAT IS WHERE WE ARE HEADING TO.Now we are all here, I want us to pay strict attention. I am not talking to you because I delight in talking.
Since I can never take a pin from here, of what use is covetousness? Of what use is unbridled penchant for materialism that will lead us to nowhere. I have scrutinized every aspect of human life. I have come to a conclusion like King Solomon: All that are deceiving human hearts from trusting God, believing in Him, confiding in Him, relying on Him, depending on Him, having implicit faith on God, they are all things eyes can see and things that are temporary. All meant for temporary material existence. They fizzle out with time. They fizzle out even with the users. Things that perish with time.
THE HOUR TO PAUSE AND THINK PG 49VS1-2
5
BE MINDFUL OF THE HOUR
I want to talk to you using only but ten minutes. Let me nail something down in your heart. Experience has shown me that though we might be highlighting the need for us to be useful in life, for our children to be useful, inspirational messages here and there, encouraging you academically
2. And otherwise, even espousing you to job creation and things like that; coming up with ideas on how you can create job opportunities for yourselves. They are all fine.Do not lose sight of one fact: These things are temporal.
3. In as much as the lockdown has been eased according to prophesy, businesses are resuming again, economy is being resuscitated again, we should not lose sight that these things are temporal.
4. A day is coming when the door will still be shot again according to prophesy. God said that we should not lose sight that they are temporal.
5. Even if you own this whole World, eternal life is not attached to it. For this is the problem of many in this Bridal Faith today. When God spoke to us concerning the hour, He told us and reminded us that we should be very, very careful the way we go about pursuing material possessions.
6. Brethren, is it not what we heard this morning? It is in consonance. So, we should not lose that sight when we are seeking for money, doing business, marrying, we should not lose sight of the fact that all these things are temporal. God decided to ease the lockdown for a moment.
7. Remember the title of this message, “For the Elect Only. It is the Elect that will harken to this things. And what makes us, guarantees us to be the Elect of God is what? Our total obedience to these words we are hearing.
8. For every Elect of God takes God at His word. Once you remove your eye from the Word of God, though you might answer ‘Elect’ but you are going to hell.
9. For those virgins, what differentiated five to be wise and the other five to be foolish was the inability of the foolish ones to allow the Word of God to remain in their heart.
10. Hence when the time came for them to manifest that which God has given to them, there was no word in them again. They now started looking, searching when the door has been locked. Which many will manifest.
11. For a day is coming when this door will be locked again the second time and for the Last time. So when they will now come, knocking at the door, they will now hear, “Get thee behind me for I do not know you”.
12. There is no amount of material possession you will acquire that will replace Eternal life. Underline it.
13. Going by the way we are highlighting these things, I can see a situation where we are driven away from our focus. I am doing what? I can see a situation where we are driven away from our focus. That leads me to the book of Hebrew 13:5.
14. Amplified:Let us pay strict attention to this particular scripture, brethren. “Let your character or moral disposition be free from love of money. Be what? Free from the love of money.
15. For it is this love of money that will make people to forget God. “Let me acquire money, let me acquire wealth. Since the lockdown look at what I have lost. I could not achieve my plans again. Now the lockdown has been eased let me pursue it now and see what I will gain.”
16. God said what? Let our character, yes! Let your character or moral disposition. Our moral disposition. Remember that what speaks about us is what? Our character. Our character speaks more about us.
17. For God said that three things that define your personality is your mode of dressing, your mode of speech and your character.
18. What you display in your actions. Let your character or moral disposition be free from love of money [Including greed, including what? Greed. Just like what our Pastor told us this morning.
19. God might decide to provide for you what will sustain you for a whole week but because of greed, you will not remember that God has blessed you. You will still be scrambling.“Let me get this, let me get this.”
20. Let your character or moral disposition be free from love of money [Including greed, avarice, lust and craving for earthly possessions.
21. Brethren, can we hear it? Lost and what? Craving for earthly possessions. Did He say heavenly possession? No! Earthly possession. Things that will still end here on earth will now make us to lose sight of the weightier matter.
22. For God said that we should place whatever that will end here on earth here. Do not allow yourself to be beclouded.
23. Worldly things will now be directing your ways. Everything you will be doing for a whole day will now be directed to pursuing money. It might be education. It might be business, it might be anything.
24. God said that at that point, remember, our problems differ from each other. What I am going after is different from what you are going after.
25. We are youths. Let us not lose the sight of these things to the detriment of our soul. For once we lose sight of these things; we will now go after acquiring wealth. “Nna, I must make it. Look at my mates.
26. They are doing fine. Forgetting the hour we are living in. These things are earthly possessions that will end here. Like what we heard this morning, nobody knows. When you are planning for the future, do you know what the future holds for you? No!
27. We do not know what the future holds for us. It can only take God to guide us and protect both our present and the future for us.
28. Let our character or moral disposition be free from the love of money[Including greed, avarice, lust and craving for earthly possessions] and be satisfied And do what? Be satisfied.
29. …with your present [circumstances Oh no! with our present circumstances…and with what you have]; For He [God] Himself has said, For who? For He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you…
30. I will not what? In any way. As long as we remain faithful to God, taking His Word serious. God has made a promise that He will not in any way, come-what-may fail us.
31. For He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will]…
32. Brethren, how many times? I will not, I will not, I will not. God has sworn by His word that as far as we remain faithful, He will never. For God looked at everything He could use to swear, He decided to swear by His name.
33. For everything that God does is eternal. So as long as God has said it, He is able to do it, as long as we remain focused to these things He has told us.
34. [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax my hold on you)! [Assuredly not!]
35. Brethren, do we need any other thing? God has given us everything. Even swore by His name, that as long as we remain faithful, we will never, even if we receive the fair share of everything that is happening, God said that we will never be the worst hit.
36. For He is always there taking care. He has taken the responsibility already making ways for us even where there is no way. Brethren, let me summarize.
37. We have to focus. Let us pay attention to our focus. Any day your eyes, your minds, your hearts, any day any of them is taken away from your focus totally, you are going to be totally lost.
38. Remember that Jesus saw these things before He asked the question, “What shall it profit a man if he will gain the whole world and lose his life”. Bear it in mind.
39. The way we are highlighting all these things, if you are not intelligent, you may use material possession, crave for materialism to replace salvation, replace Eternal Life.
40. You will come to a point where you will begin to think that Eternal Life is nonexistent.
41. Brethren, let us pay strict attention here. The lockdown has been ease and it now looks as if corona virus is no longer effective again.
42. Forgetting that it is prophetic. God has decided to pause it. Remember that when this thing started, many people, even the heathens were begging God to please have mercy on them.
43. But now, it will now be doing them like, “Forget that! Whatever that appears will certainly end one day. It started one day and it will still come to an end.”
44. So even if tomorrow when the final lockdown will be effective, they will still think that it is business as usual, not knowing that it is the word of God coming to pass.
45. You will come to a point where you will think that Eternal Life is nonexistent, then you are doomed till Eternity. This is why from time to time; it is of a necessity that you call yourself to order. Call everybody to order, show them their limitations so that nobody will be removed from the target both men and women, adults, infants, everybody is involved.
46. The same way we highlight marriage and children, and things like that, we begin to have a feeling that without marriage, no more heaven.
47. BUT A DAY IS COMING WHEN YOU WILL KNOW THAT THOSE THAT ARE NOT MARRIED WILL BE CONSIDERED BETTER THAN THOSE THAT ARE MARRIED.
48. THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED BETTER THAN THOSE THAT HAVE CHILDREN; ACCORDING TO THE BIBLE WHICH SAID THAT A DAY IS COMING WHEN YOU WILL HEAR, “BLESSED IS THE BARREN THAT NEVER HAD A CHILD. WOE UNTO THOSE THAT HAVE CHILDREN”.
49. Brethren, is it not what is happening today? Many Families because of family pressure, many have removed their eyes from the weightier matter for which cause, a whole family, none could be selected by the drone.
50. Hence, if the children are not pressuring the man, the pressure from in-laws will be affecting him. Business, everything.Just like what we heard this morning.
51. But as for we youths, nothing should ever remove our eyes from God.
52. Remember we do not have all those catalogue of pressures around us. Is it not to feed yourself and some other little things? What is more, to my own surprise, look at what God is saying that some youths are now found in criminality, in all those evils that are should not be numbered among the elect of God.
53. Let us here, who God has adopted for Himself, co-opted, integrated into His own Family where He is now teaching us on a daily basis. Let us not fall victim of all these things, for if we ever do it, we will be in danger of being called to question. To God be the glory.
54. REMAIN IN YOUR SANCTIFIED ESTATE AS WE SEE THE DAYS APPROACHING.
