I told you, I have changed My mind. There were things I vowed I will not do for your sake, but now I will do more than that. Credit it to Me, if I do not do it, I am not The Almighty God, because I have come to a point where people are taking Me for a ride. I have become so cheap. I mean nothing in their eyes anymore because of over-familiarity and My friendliness with them. Thus, I am withdrawing too many aspects of My Deity. I am recoiling gradually and by the time I am through, the world will know that I am through.

THE HOUR WE ARE IN
Remain blessed brethren. Hope we are very happy? Indeed, the word of God energizes. It revives and quickens our mortal body. Amen. I have come to do nothing but to put us in remembrance of what God has been telling us in time past.
2. We know that we are at the last days, at the dying minute; so we should be very careful especially in this month April, in this month of Nissan according to the Jewish calendar. That the month of Nissan shall not pass away, so we should be very careful.
3. I am reading the message: The pains of labour and the joy of delivery explained. Page 21 from verse 2: “Where I am standing now, I can rightly say that it remaineth just a little thing. I am not saying it to frighten anybody. If we have any pre-occupation now than putting ourselves together, we are making the most grievous mistake that we shall regret.
4. If we have any pre-occupation now than putting ourselves together; God said, at this dying minute we are at home, that we should do what? We should use this period to put everything that is wrong in our lives right so that we shall be right before God. We shall be pure without fault, without blame before God, but it will take God to sanctify us. Amen.
5. If there is anything that should give you sleepless nights, it is putting yourselves together. For at a time when you least expect, the whole thing would be over.
6. At a time when we do what? Least expect, but God has told us everything. We are just waiting for time. God said, only time will vindicate him.
7. Page 24 verses 11 of the same message. “We are turning over the pages every day. Hence, you must know where the salvation vehicle is at any point in time. That will help you to know what should be your attitude; one, towards your fellow mankind, towards the faith that is saving your soul.
8. One, towards whom? Your fellow mankind. And what should be our attitude towards our fellow mankind? We should be at Peace with all men no matter whom the person is, because the salvation vehicle draweth nearer every day.
9. God said that we are standing on countdown 1; that it remains just a step into paradise. That we should be very careful of last minute manifestation of unbelief; last minute injury that can hinder you from entering the kingdom.
10. The translation God promised is not the translation of the world. But the translation of the elect which will take place in a twinkle of an eye-one second. We shall be transformed. It does not require let me go and come back. It is just breath in, breath out, finish. It is all over.
11. You see why you should be very careful; it does not require let me go and come. It will come through audible voice, through message. May be, when you will hear the voice; you will say let me go and call somebody, let me go and get my cloth, let me go and do this one before coming. You are not sure whether God will be there waiting for you.
12. God said that he is not waiting for us; that he is already going. That it is when he reaches the gate that he will know those that are following him. That for now, he does not know who is a believer or not a believer. Whether you believe him or not, he does not know.
13. Whenever he gets there, everything will be made clear. You will know who is a believer and who is not a believer. That no matter who you are, the word of God will spot you out at the gate. God said, if you have a figment of doubt; you shall never cross that gate. Amen.
14. You must be conscious of the hour you are in. Otherwise you may be left here. You may have your testimonies to share with the heathens and that is the testimony of the wrath of God. May it never be our portion, Amen.
15. You will go about saying; “it has happened, it has happened, I saw it, I saw it with my own eyes. But did you partake of it? No. I came late, something happened, you give so, so and so reason.” The person is the most miserable fellow. May it never be our portion once more again, Amen.
16. God said whenever we search and didn’t see the son of man; know that everything is all over. God said, if you are left here, your own is gone. Amen. Page 24 from verse 4. “Hear me very well, we are heading towards meeting the strongest opposition.
17. It is not going to come the way it came those days. But it will come to make life very unbearable for the sons and daughters of God. Nevertheless, we will remain over comers. I am just gathering myself together for the last battle.
18. Not my last preaching, but my last battle. For I know any moment from now, I am coming face to face with the man of sin that has deceived the whole world all these years.” Amen.
19. Page 32 from verse 32. “If he does not see Christ in you… God said it is only one man that will enter paradise, only one nature and that is Christ. That it is as many that are found in him that will be raptured with him.
20. God said we should strive earnestly to be always found in him at all times, in all situations; let nothing hinder you. That’s why I love that hymn: nothing between me and my savior. Not of this world delusive dreams. I have denounced all sinful pleasures. Christ is mine and there is nothing between.
21. It is that thing that will come between you and your lord that will hinder you from being in him. And when you are in him, you will know. If you are not in him, you will also know. Amen.
22. If he does not see Christ in you, He does not see Christ in me, definitely, we are earmarked for execution. Whoever that fails to present Christ as his token… As his what? His token. We have a message titled “The true token”, and Christ is the true token. Christ is the true token.
23. Whoever that fails to present Christ as his token; the Passover for God’s children, surely, must meet with the wrath of God.” God is still hammering on it.. Page 42 verses 22. “I have known it that 98.5% of those that are in this faith are only in the faith to get enough truth which they would use to argue with people out there.
24. God said that’s the worst mistake you will make; being in this faith just to get knowledge of the truth. Even we that are preachers; St Paul even said it in the book of James and God is still repeating it, that you should not strive to be preachers because we preachers will receive the greatest judgment, seeing that we are not ignorant of the truth.
25. You see why we must at all times be on guard against the devil, against the enemy. You know we are not ignorant of the tactics of the devil; that is why we should be ready to overcome all his devices. It might come in any way, in any form, even from where you least expected. Amen.
26. They want to show people out there that what they are holding is the highest, no more, no less. In the message “As we wait at the gate of paradise” God said; sometimes people contact a deceiving spirit, they will think that they are with God.
27. They will be having mere sensation and euphoria, hearing the word of God only to be employed in arguments with the heathen in the streets; but when you look at their lives, you will see no impact of the word of God.
28. What will you call that fellow? God said it is better the heathens say he is living a godly life but what he is saying is hard for me to believe. Than to say what he is saying is truth but I don’t believe his lifestyle.
29. God said we should be very careful; that your lifestyle can hinder people from believing. And as well, your lifestyle can make people to believe. Amen. I call them, politicians, politicizing the faith of Christ. And Christ does not support politics, for politics is religion.
30. And there is no truth in politics, but God is truth. Amen.
31. I call them, politicians, politicizing the faith of Christ. And in every revival, it has always been like that: “Let me go and show them! Let me tell them! Let me make them unbelievers!”
32. You are making them unbelievers; you are not mindful of yourself. God said, we should first of all tell this truth to ourselves, digest it in our heart before going to tell anybody. Or else we fulfill the scripture; that you will help others in getting saved and yet you will not save yourself.
33. You will preach the gospel of truth and save some but you will not save yourself. You will escort them into the kingdom of heaven; they will enter and you will be locked out. May it never be our portion, Amen.
34. You may know the truth without believing the truth. Thus, I don’t know who believes the truth for preaching the truth. I do not know what? Who believes the truth for preaching the truth.
35. For nobody preaches the truth more than the devil. He knows the truth, he preaches the truth but he does not live the life of the truth. The devil can impersonate everything but he can never impersonate the life of Christ for he does not have the nature of Christ.
36. For he does not have Christ’s nature. Is it a lie? The truth is as clear as the day. Page 51 from verse 45. If there is anything that should give you concern, it is this arithmetic. God is talking about where the date of our departure is hidden.
37. The pains of labour and the joy of delivery. We cannot remain here laboring every day, crying every day, sorrowing, burying the dead, mourning the dead, no, no, no, no.
38. There must be a day when God will put an end to these things. I am not looking forward to seeing that day. I am saying that the day is with us here. We are at the last days.
39. Even St. Paul was telling Timothy that he should be wary of the spirit of the last days; and St. Paul even listed the attributes of the last days. I hope somebody can give it to me in the book of 2 Timothy 3:1.Seeing we are at the last days; once we can know the spirit of the last days, we will know how to avoid them.
40. 2nd Timothy 3:1 “Remember that there will be difficult times in the last days. People will be selfish, boastful and conceited… People will be what? Selfish, boastfuland conceited. And what will they boast with? Their money, their wealth, they will not boast with God.
41. They will be insulting, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful and irreligious. They will be unkind, merciless, slanderers, violent and fierce. They will hate the good; they will be treacherous, reckless and swollen with pride.
42. They will love pleasure more than God. They will go to the outward form of our religion but will reject its real power; keep away from such people.” (GNB). I will like to dictate it let us take note of this one by one.

THE SPIRIT OF THE LAST DAYS
I am saying that the day is with us here. We are already in that day. 2nd Timothy 3:1-5: “The dangers of the last days. You should know this Timothy; that in the last days there will be very difficult times…
2. We should know this brothers and sisters; now we are in the last days, we are seeing everything with our eyes. …in the last days there will be very difficult times. For people will love only themselves and their money. They will love what? Only themselves and their money; the god of this evil age.
3. You know, sometimes the devil will come to you trying to tempt you away from God telling you; “how can you be in this world without being corrupted? How can a fish be inside the sea without drinking water?”
4. It is true we are in this world but we are not part of this world for we are temporary resident in this world. We are looking for somewhere that is above. God said we should not lose the consciousness of who we are and where we are going to.
5. That once you lose the consciousness of where you are going to, that you will join the people of the world. Set your affection on heavenly things and let the zeal of God motivate you every day.
6. For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God. Scoffing at God; we are seeing it now. Some are saying that God is so wicked; let him come and destroy the world if he wants that they are no longer waiting for him.
7. Some are saying they are not ready for heaven; that we should go to that heaven we are going to, that after they will come. And God is saying that there is no second chance. In this age, there is no second chance; once it is over, it is all over. Amen.
8. They will be boastful and proud scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. They will be unloving and unforgiving; They will be what?Unloving and unforgiving; two things we need: Forgive one another and love one another; but they will not have it.
9. Imagine a situation whereby you see people that were wronged by someone, the person will be pleading and they will harden their heart and say that he will never forgive you; that he will still go and think about it. And after thinking about it, he will not forgive you.
10. Imagine the type of nasty statement people are making and God is watching that person; after the person will want God to forgive him of his sin. They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control.And have no self-control.
11. And any human being without self-control is a miniature human being, a beast. They will be cruel and hate what is good. They will be what? Cruel and hate what is good. I want us to be taking note of these things; If possible jot it down. They will be cruel and hate what is good.
12. Any good man in the world now is a Jew guy. If you talk they will tell you that you don’t know what is reigning; come let me show you. In the book of Proverbs, the bible said; my son, when you see such people; do not join them. “Let us go to this place, we will loot everything, we will do this and that; do not join such people. Amen.
13. They will be cruel and hate what is good. They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. They will act religious but they will reject the power that could make them godly.
14. They will do what? Act religiously but they will reject the power that could make them to be Godly. Everybody is now going to church; everybody is now a saint. Anyone that finishes misbehaving; every Sunday, both the good and bad people will flood the church and be holy.
15. They believe that once they come to church, pay their offering or tithe; you go home and continue with your sinful nature. God said, that He can never be mocked. You can never mock God; saying that Christ has died for your sins.
16. There are some sins which the death of Christ on the cross can never remove. Iniquity, unpardonable sin; what you know is wrong and you willfully do it. St. Paul said it in his days; and my late father used to quote it; “even If I don’t tell you this thing, doesn’t nature teach you that you are not suppose to do this thing.”
17. I can do anything I want as far as God did not say contrary; but as a child of God, it is not all things that are fitting for me to do because we know what is good.
18. There are some things God did not tell us not to do; but you know that if you do it, that it makes no meaning, that there is no virtue in it; you avoid it. Amen.
19. They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that!” Do what?Stay away from people like that.
20. And we are seeing them everywhere. Both in the school; anywhere you are, as far as you are not here, you will see them. They might even come inside your house; God said we should we stay away from people like that. Amen.
21. I continue with the message. I am saying that the day is here with us. We are already in that day. But how many will be ushered into it remains the puzzle. Many do not believe in it.
22. Many do not believe in it. Some have not believed that there is something like eternity. I was telling my classmate about it and he told me that “this world will not be destroyed; that scientists said that this world will not be destroyed. That it is what they have been saying since.”
23. I told him; my friend, rethink! It is not what you think, for this world must come to an end. Many do not even believe in it. They think any day they die, that is all. Yes, they will tell you that if you want to see God you will go and die.
24. Are you waiting for the day you will die before you will see God? Are you sure you will have a second chance? Many do not even believe in it. They think any day they die, that is all. Many do not even believe in the resurrection of the dead, many do not believe in eternal life talk more of believing in the translation of their mortal body.”
25. And God said that once there is any figment of doubt in you; you will never cross there. What I am trying to say is that we should try at all times to see that no figment of doubt will ever have any place in our heart. God said we shall be translated by faith. Once you have faith, it will happen; it will happen. Amen.
26. Page 56 from verse 2: “Before then, there was a message, “The Apostle reveals himself to his people.” So, many people have stumbled, but the elect can never stumble. To the non-elects, every statement from God stumble them out. But to the elect, every statement from God solidifies his faith in the Elohim.”
27. You see, every statement from God does two things; to stumble the non elect away from God, and to solidify the faith of the elect. God said that this word must expose every hypocrite. If the person want, let him go and hide in the family; no matter the place, it must expose that person and stumble him out. But to the elect, it does what? It solidifies his faith in Christ.
28. Page 83 from verse 18: “I lie not in Christ. Anything can take you unawares not this delicate matter. Unless you are not in a right relationship with God. You see, once you are in a right relationship with God; what will God hide from you?
29. Since Abraham is my friend; what is it that I will do without telling him? You see why it is good for us to be in a right relationship with God; to always be in the intimate presence of the almighty God. Being in relationship with God does not mean that every time you are at Nsugbe; every Saturday you are there with him listening to what he is saying.
30. The son of man even said that those that are in right relationship with him; many of them are not even relating with him physically. Those that are hooked up with him; many of them do not use to come close to him physically but spiritually. Your closeness to the son of man, if you are not careful; it will be for your destruction. But if you are wise; it will be for your salvation. Amen.
31. Remember, that is the only thing that will tell who is who. And there is nothing you can use to bribe your way through. No bribe, no pleading, no.” I hope you are following the message?
32. Page 91 from verse 18. “We are standing on number one, we have counted 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2; we are now standing on one (1), behind us is zero (0) which is the end. That is where we are now. Of course, you know that. No mistake about it. Have you heard it?
33. This place we are standing now is the most delicate, the most precarious, the most painful, Let me repeat it and dictate it. This place we are standing now is the most delicate, A little thing can stop you from entering. In the message we were reading, God said; if you go to a bank, a little thing or even your key can hinder you from entering. A little thing can hinder you; that is why it is very delicate.
34. The most precarious, the most painful. God said we must bear the heat, we must feel the heat, and we must witness it. The most troublesome, the most dangerous because life is about to be born into the kingdom. Unfortunately, sorry to say it; not everybody is standing on countdown one.”
35. Unfortunately, sorry to say it; not everybody is standing on countdown one even till today, even till this moment. God is still lamenting of all his efforts, all he has been striving for. But God said that somebody must be saved in this faith, somebody must be saved in Onitsha household and we are that people, I am that person; Put your name there.
36. God said, even if it is only one person that will be saved; why don’t you put your name there? With our mouth, we should speak grace, righteousness, and salvation unto our soul. This is the power of positive thinking and positive utterances; getting rid of all negativity from our life. For with the words of our mouth; we should comfort one another. Amen.
37. Verse 22: “For the sake of the life of the baby, the day must be cut short in righteousness. Amen.” Page97 from verse 33: “Do you know the evil that started in the Garden of Eden climaxed in this age?
38. The evil that started from the garden of Eden, the evil of all the generations; the bible said that the blood of all the prophets, including Abel, who was slain by Cain in the Garden of Eden must be required from the heads of the people of this generation. Is it not the Bible?
39. In other words, the son of man is in trouble. The accumulated judgment of God will break forth upon the people of this generation. You see why it is not possible to live a godly life as is desired, for you are passing through many things. If Michael the Arch Angel did not come, we are lost; for it requires the Elohim himself to appear and redeem mankind.”
40. You see why we are not having dealings with a man of God. That this is the accumulation of all the sins that has been done, both in the past generations, and in this generation. It will take the Elohim to come. He will not send anybody; he will come for him to redeem mankind.
41. Is he redeeming everybody? No. only few, his own, those that has been patiently and eagerly waiting for him. Verse 37: “If you are fond of postponing the fulfillment of prophecy to the future, I bet you, you will postpone your salvation into the greatest horror in this generation.
42. I repeat. If you are fond of postponing the fulfillment of prophecy to the future, I bet you, you will postpone your salvation into the greatest horror in this generation; which is the greatest tribulation where no flesh is saved.
43. Some will be saying that now we are at home, nothing will happen; small time it will end. That all these things they are saying; both the heat, and the one that is coming, that it may be next year. Do not worry, it will end very soon.” It is a word we mutter in our hearts.
44. God is saying that we should be careful lest we postpone our salvation. Postponing your salvation, does it mean that if it will happen tomorrow that it won’t happen again? No. When you have postponed it in your heart; you will now come and relax, you will now be like one of the foolish virgins.
45. That time you will be waiting for the last day and then it happens tomorrow or the next minute you were thinking of it. You will now become Mather, who believed that Lazarus will resurrect but that will be in the last day; not knowing that the last day was that day Jesus came there. Amen.
46. If you are fond of postponing the fulfillment of prophecy to the future, I bet you, you will postpone your salvation into the greatest horror in this generation; which is the great tribulation where no flesh is saved.
47. Look at this thing, postponing the day of your salvation is very simple. Like what God said, that the month of Nissan shall never pass away. And you will be postponing the month of Nissan; maybe now that the month of April is coming to an end, you will now say that it will be April next year when you are not sure.
48. You will be postponing it; you don’t know whether God has concluded to destroy the world in April next year and you have postponed it to that year. And God said; before he will destroy the world, he must have saved the elect. The elect has gone and you are still waiting for April next year; have you not postponed your salvation into the horror, the greatest horror?
49. And God said it is the greatest tribulation where no flesh is saved. Now I am going to the word. The pains of labour and the joy of delivery. We are having our labour, the labour has started. Whether you call it early signs or first labour; labour has started. Will it go back again? No.”
50. Hope we are following the message? I go to the message, “The Bride has been sealed in.”The bride; is it those that are in GTC (government technical college)? No. God has been saying that there is no way he will save everybody that is sitting down there (GTC).
51. Then, why don’t you put your name among those that will be saved? I am among the bride, we are among the bride. It is not by professing with our mouth only; but by our lifestyle and character that we shall know those that are among the bride. Amen.

WHAT SHOULD BE OUR ATTITUDE?
The bride has been sealed in. preached on 12th January 2014, at the household of God, Onitsha by Apostle Peter Odoemena. The son of man. The supreme intelligence. There is a quote here I will like to read: “The word holds the rapture (Translation).
2. Rapture is by faith. Rapture is by what? Faith. You must have faith that it is real. God said that we will vanish in a twinkling of an eye. Where will we vanish into? Into the thin air, into the clouds of heaven.
3. The word holds the rapture (Translation). Rapture is by faith. Somebody has to speak it. Let me just tell you; HE who gave you the invitation to come on the 7th of April, can’t HE change his time if HE wants? We are behaving as if he is coming from somewhere to take us away. What will take us away is presently with us. We are sitting live with him.”
4. But is it all that has believed this? No. There are some that are still doubting the statement, and God said; those people can never dwell with him even in the next generation if there will be, but there won’t be any other. Amen.
5. Page 39 from verse 14: “Thus he said, “don’t be quick in calling me devil or God; keep still. Don’t be fast to judge.” A little while, some were doubting. He called them and said; “continue to doubt and I continue to move.”
6. A little while he said; “I am not waiting for you on the way, I will keep on moving; it is when I get to the end that I will be waiting for late arrivers. For I know that all of you have different levels of understanding, different levels of faith; but when I get to the end, every doubt must be cleared, then you can give me a name.” To God be the glory. Amen.
7. Page 45 from verse 30. “I remember the voice said; “Brethren follow me, don’t mind their hostilities, they are coming to me to bow down. What I don’t know is the time. Some will bow down when I will save them; some will bow down when salvation is over.
8. You see why we should be very careful. Some will obey when it will save them and some will obey when it will no longer save them. Taking treatment after death makes no meaning, it is useless.
9. Some will bow down when I will save them; some will bow down when salvation is over. And today, he has come; he has gone for the Ark is sealed. God said that the ark has been locked.
10. Anybody that is saying that it is now that we are in our homes that he came into the faith, the person is a liar; he does not know what he is saying. He is deceiving himself for he knows his state right within him. If you are there (in the ark of salvation), you know; if you are not there (in the ark of salvation), you also know.
11. God said that what he is doing now is fortifying those that are in the ark, so that they will not jump out through the window. And today, he has come; he has gone for the ark is sealed. I am throwing people away, I am only doing replacements.
12. If I notice that you are not walking with me; I will bench you so that you will be hearing the story, use somebody to refill your gap and you will remain in the fellowship with me.” You see why this period is very delicate, very, very precarious; you should be very careful, I should be very careful.
13. Page 46 from verse 34: “When you are striving for mystery, you are not crowned; until you strive strongly, you will not win the trophy. Like we illustrated about the golden trophy cup. The golden cup which is the world cup. People were playing believing that they will get to the end. You know, all of them were aiming at getting to the end, but the truth is that, only two teams will vie for first and second position.
14. The two will play finals. One will be number one; the other will be number two. But it is not so in heaven, it is not so with paradise. It is either you are number one or never. There is no room for second position or third position.
15. No room for third position in heaven. I don’t preach purgatory. If you do not make it with me, you have missed it. If you do not make it with the son of man, you have missed it.May we never miss it, Amen.
16. Any man that never made it with the messenger of his day; missed it. I am not a savior to William Branham’s disciples. I am not a savior to Jesus disciples, but whoever that crosses over, has an added advantage.” You see why God have counted me worthy, counted all of us worthy, putting us in this ministry.
17. God said in the message, “Moment of truth” that we should be the people that should be boasting, because what we have is enough to make us to boast. You know what it means that you have Christ in you; that you are a child of God. Wherever you are, when others will be boasting with their wealth and riches; that thing in you will tell you that you are a child of God; you will be very proud of who you are.
18. Page 53 from verse 50. “Remember the word or the statement which said; “By the time the son of man will be revealing himself to the entire world, the whole thing is over; the Bride must have been sealed in. Have it fulfilled? Yes. Is there any country you will go to that this word has not entered?
19. It has entered all countries even villages, towns, nooks and crannies in the world; it has entered everywhere. Amen. Remember the word or the statement which said; “By the time the son of man will be revealing himself to the entire world, the whole thing is over; the Bride must have been sealed in.”
20. Seeing that we are at this dying minute, just a step forward is paradise; what is expected of us? You know some people were at the gate, because they have overstayed, their hearts were defiled at the gate. And God said that anybody that has a defiled heart will not enter there.
21. God have now start afresh while we are still standing at the gate, revealing to us the tactics of the devil because the devil is too much; he trails us to the extent that he even trails us at the gate. That moment you are standing at the gate, the devil is there with you.
22. You should not give up until you have entered. God said we should be very careful, that we might stay long at this gate. And while we are at this gate, do not leave, do not lose hope, do not loose guard; because that time you are standing at the gate, the devil is also there, trying to inject a figment of doubt which will condemn you before God. May it never be our portion.
23. So at this period in time, what does it calls for? Total soberness and total obedience. See, you see this thing God have been saying, that the greatest manifestation of love is forgiveness; and what will dwell there is love. God said, if it is possible; forgive somebody seventy times seventy in a day.
24. Is there any way somebody can offend you to that extent? No. What does it mean? Forgiveness has no limit. I will like someone to give me the book of Colossians chapter 3 from verse 13: “Bear with each other and forgive one another…
25. Do what? Bear with each other in their weaknesses, tolerate one another and do what? …forgive one another. If any of you have grievances against someone…” (AMP)
26. “Be tolerant with one another and forgive one another. Whenever any of you has complaints against someone else, you must forgive one another just as the lord have forgiven you. (GNB)
27. “Make allowance for each other’s faults… Do what?Make allowance for each other’s faults. God said we should develop a very broad heart, very large heart that will accommodate or tolerate every type of weakness; because there is no day you will not see somebody’s weakness.
28. There is no day you won’t be offended by somebody. There is no way you will stay for a whole day without somebody offending you; it is impossible, you must face it. And now that we are facing it, we should learn to tolerate them and by so doing, we will develop a very broad heart; and as we are doing so, the lord is forgiving us of our own.
29. Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the lord forgave you, so you must forgive others. Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony.” (NLB)
30. James chapter 5 from verse 16. “So then, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another.” (GNB)Amen. What I want to point out there is prayer. God said at this point; we should pray always, pray for one another.
31. Verse 15. “This prayer you made in faith will heal the sick, God will restore them to health and the sins they have committed will be forgiven” (GNB)
32. James 5 from verse 15 (LVB): “Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven.” And if you have committed any sin you will be forgiven.
33. Though we all have our weaknesses; just like last night we were treating the case of our sister, what flashed into my mind or heart was, “since we have tried everything, we have done everything, told her everything, then what should we do? Why don’t we try prayer? We should pray for our brothers and sisters, we should pray for her too.
34. God said prayer goes where nobody can go. Since you have tried everything, you have done everything, have you prayed? Can prayer fail? A prayer that is done with faith, love and sincerity, can it fail? You see why at each point in time, we should not lose our prayer life.
35. God said once you lose your prayer life, the devil is trying to get you. The moment the devil succeeds in weakening you in your prayer life, he has weakened you all round because your prayer life is what is holding you; if not, how do you communicate with God?
36. I remember when we were still in school; we were taught that “prayer is the way by which we communicate with God.” James chapter 4 from verse 7 through 10. “So then, submit yourself to God… We should do what? Submit ourselves to God.
37. God is saying that we should be humble, be meek in spirit, be easily entreated. So then, submit yourself to God, resist the devil and he will run away from you. Resist who? Resist the devil and he will run away from you. No being is irresistible, the devil can be resisted.
38. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands you sinners, purify your hearts you hypocrites. Be sorrowful, cry and weep; change your laughter into crying, your joy into gloom. Humble yourself before the lord and he will lift you up.” (GNB)
39. “So, humble yourself before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come close to God, and God will come close to you… Come close to God and God will come close to you. It did not say that God should come close to you.
40. God is standing on one place; God is just like this chair placed here. If you come close to the chair, this chair will be close to you, and you will be close to it. If I go far from the chair, this chair will be far from me, and I will be far from it.
41. And God is saying that if you know that thing that is making you to stay away from God, to be far from God; it is that thing that will deny you eternal life if you do not remove that thing from your heart. That thing you don’t want to lose because of eternal life; if you are not careful, that thing will hinder you eternal life.
42. That is why I do ask myself what that thing is? “Is it house that will still collapse? Is it money, common paper that man created that can burn or expire? Or is it motor that can even kill you and get burnt?” What is that thing that will hinder us? Do you now see that this world is nothing but vanity? Vanity!
43. Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is being divided between God and the world. Let there be tears for what you have done.”(NLB) Amen.
44. 1st John chapter 5 from verse 20 through 21: “We know that the son of have come and has given us understanding so that we know the true God. We live in union with the true God, in union with the son Jesus Christ, this is the true God and he is eternal life. My children keep yourselves safe from false gods…” (GNB) Amen.
45. “And we know that the son of God has come… And we know what? That the son of God has come. But we are not having dealings with the son of God, but with the almighty God; because both the son and the father are one.
46. And we know that the son of God has come, and he has given us understanding so that we can know the true God. And now we live in fellowship with the true God because we live in fellowship with his son, Jesus Christ. He is the only true God, and he is eternal life.
47. John was telling the people in the days of Jesus Christ; so we are in the position of John and we are telling it to one another, that the son of man is the true God in this dispensation. And now we live in fellowship with the true God because we live in fellowship with the Son of Man.
48. He is the only true God, and he is eternal life. And he is what? The only true God and eternal life. Come unto him o ye nations and be saved, for he is the HE that liveth and was dead; somebody say amen.
49. Dear children, keep away from anything that might take God’s place in your hearts.” (NLB) Amen.That’s what I want to point out. Dear children, dear brothers and sisters; we should do what? Keep away from that thing that will take God’s place in our hearts.
50. The word of God should have its resting place in our heart. Verse 21: “Little children, believers, dear ones; guard yourselves away from idols, false teachings, moral compromises, and anything that will take God’s place in your heart.” (AMP) Amen.
51. God said that, idol is whatever we put first before God; so we should get rid of everything that takes the place of God in our hearts. Romans chapter 12 from verse 1 through 3. “So then my friends, because of Gods great mercies to us I appeal to you.
52. Offer yourselves as a living sacrifice to God dedicated to his service and pleasing to him, this is the true worship that you should offer. Do not conform yourselves to the standards of this world but let God transform you inwardly by the complete change of your mind… But let God do what? Transform us inwardly.
53. Did it say outwardly? No sir. Where God is looking at us is in our heart not at our physical appearance. God said that if the way our faces are, is the way our hearts are that he will not have problem with us. But unfortunately, mere looking at our faces, we are painting a picture of what we are not.
54. So we should try as much as we can to make sure that nothing takes the place of God in my heart, in your hearts. “Then you will be able to know the will of God – what is good and is pleasing to him and is perfect. And because of God’s gracious gift to me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly as you should.
55. Instead, be modest in your thinking and judge yourself according to the amount of faith God have given you.” (GNB)
56. Verse 3: Because of the privilege and authority God has given me, I give each of you this warning: Don’t think you are better than you really are. Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us.” (NLB) Amen.
57. Jude verse 20 through 24. “But you my friends, keep on building yourselves up on your most sacred faith. Pray in the power of the Holy Spirit, and keep yourselves in the love of God, as you wait for our lord Jesus Christ in his mercy to give you eternal life” (GNB)
58. “But you dear friends must build each other up in your most holy faith. Pray in the power of the Holy Spirit, and await the mercy of our lord Jesus Christ, who will bring you eternal life. In this way, you will keep yourselves safe in God’s love.” (LVB) Amen.
59. In this waywe will keep ourselves safe in God’s hand. I want to join it with the book of Galatians chapter 6 from verse 1 through 3. You will see that all of them are pointing to one thing “keeping ourselves safe in God’s hand.
60. Galatians chapter 6 from verse 1 through 3: “My friends if someone is caught in any form of wrong doing, those of you who are spiritual should set him right… My dear brothers and sisters,if any one of us is found in any form of wrong doing, those of us who are spiritual should set him or her right.
61. God said that there is something he wants us to be doing when we were still fellowshipping at GTC (Government Technical College). He said that maybe one of us might do something that is wrong here in the family, and God will be expecting to see what will be our action; and our action will be “he faulted, he is wrong; we will clamp down on him and excommunicate him.”
62. But it is very difficult for God to see us looking for a way to bring him back and set him right so as to restore him in the fellowship of the saints.
63. That whenever God is hammering on a brother or a sister for what he did that was wrong, that it is that time that you will see some brethren bringing messages to God to support that what he or she did was wrong, they will be saying “well, God said it. Do you see how he fulfilled it; God said it he will do so, so thing.”
64. But whenever God will be saying the good things a brother or sister did, they will just laugh and keep quiet. God said that he have not seen the level of love for one another that he wants to see amongst us. We should love one another; help one another even in difficult times.
65. When the person is wrong, love him and because of the love you have for that brother or sister, you will correct him and bring him back to the family; you should not chase him away for that is not the solution. We should try at all times to motivate one another unto love and good works. Amen.
66. My friends if someone is caught in any form of wrong doing, those of you who are spiritual should set him right but you must do it in a gentle way and keep an eye on yourself so that you will not be tempted. Help carry one another’s burden and in this way you will obey the law of Christ.
67. If you think you are something when you know you really are nothing, you are only deceiving yourself.” (GNB) You see that they are the same thing, they are flowing. If you think you are something when you know you really are nothing, you are only deceiving yourself. Amen.
68. “Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin… If another believer; did it say an unbeliever? No. The person is a believer. Before you call that person a brother or sister; the person is a believer. A brother or a sister means that the person is within the fold, the fold of Christ; he is a member of the family, the great family of God.
69. Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin… If another believer is overcome by sin; does the devil look for those that are his own? No. Does the devil tempt those that are his? No. He, the devil knows that they are his own already; then is it not the children of God that he is after?
70. Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself… And while doing it, you should be on guard; be very careful that you do not fall into that same temptation.
71. Before you will be trying to save one that is about to be drowned in the water and the both of you will get drowned; or you will save him and you will get drowned. We should be wise and careful.
72. You who are Godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself. Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important.” (NLB)
73. “Brethren, if anyone is caught in any sin; you who are spiritual. That is, you who are responsive to the guidance of the spirit are to restore such a person in a spirit of gentleness not with a sense of superiority or self-righteousness, keeping a watchful eye on yourself so that you are not tempted as well guarding one another’s burden.
74. And in this way you will fulfill the requirement for the word of God, the word of Christ, the law of Christ, that is the law of Christian love.” (AMP) Amen. You see that God is still emphasizing on one thing, which is love.
75. Galatians chapter 5 from verse 19 through 21. “What human nature does is quite plain. It shows itself in immoral, filthy, and indecent actions; in worship of idols and witchcraft. People become enemies and they fight; they become jealous, angry, and ambitious.
76. They separate into parties and groups; they are envious, get drunk, have urges and do other things like this; I warn you now as I have before those who do these thing will not possess the kingdom of God.” (GNB)
77. Those who do these things will not possess the kingdom of God. You see what God have listed, so we should be very careful that we do not fall into it.
78. Galatians 5 from verse 19 through 26: “When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarrelling, jealousy, out-burst of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, envy, drunkenness, wild parties…
79. Not just party, but wild parties! God said that the hour we are in now is not the hour for eating and drinking or merriment. Envy, drunkenness, wild parties and other sins like these. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the kingdom of heaven.
80. Is there anything more plainly than this? No sir. That anyone who lives such type of life will not inherit the kingdom of heaven. Continue reading. But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruits in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control.
81. There is no law against these things. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have nailed the passions and desires of their sinful nature to his cross and crucified them there. Since we are living by the spirit, let us follow the spirit’s leading in every part of our lives…
82. Since we are living by the spirit, let us follow the spirit’s leading in every part of our lives. Our prayer should always be that the will of God will always be done in our lives. Let God have his own way and not us having our way.
83. Since we are living by the spirit, let us follow the spirit’s leading in every part of our lives. Let us not become conceited, or provoke one another, or be jealous of one another.” (NLB)
84. Verse 25 through 26: “The spirit has given us life; he must also control our lives. We must not be proud or irritate one another or be jealous of one another.” (GNB) Amen.
85. Titus chapter 3 from verse 7 through 10. “So that by his grace we might be put right with God and come into the possession of the eternal life we hope for.
86. This is a true saying. I want you to give special emphasis to these matters, so that those who believe in God may be concerned with giving their time to doing good deeds, which are good and useful for everyone. But avoid stupid arguments… God said we should not engage ourselves in unnecessary arguments, stupid arguments.
87. But avoid stupid, arguments, long list of ancestors, quarrels and fight about the law. They are useless and worthless. Give at least two warnings to those who cause divisions, and then have nothing more to do with them.” (GNB) Amen.
88. I conclude with the book of 2nd Corinthians chapter 13 from verse 11 through 14. This is God’s final greetings to us, my final greetings to you. Dear brothers and sisters, I close my letter with these last words: I end my statement, my preaching, and all the exhortation today with these last words.
89. Be joyful. Grow to maturity. Encourage each other. Live in harmony and peace. Then the God of love and peace will be with you. Greet each other with Christian love. All of Gods people here send you their greetings. May the grace of the lord Jesus Christ… and we know who our lord is? Sure.
90. May the grace of our lord, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.”Amen. Thank you for giving me audience and remain blessed in him eternally. Amen. Rise up on your feet let us pray.
