IT MUST BE BELIEVERS. IT MUST BE BELIEVERS. THAT IS OUR LITTLE TEXT TONIGHT. FOR THIS LITTLE SERMON THE LORD HAD LAID IN MY HEART. I WANT YOU TO REVERENTLY FOLLOW THIS WORD. THE LIVING GOD IS A BELIEVER. IF THERE IS ANY BEING THAT BELIEVES THE SPOKEN WORD, IT IS GOD HIMSELF. WHEN WE BEGIN TO COUNT BELIEVERS, WE MUST COUNT GOD AS NUMBER ONE BECAUSE GOD IS A BELIEVER. GOD DOESN’T WANT HIS STUDENTS TO ANSWER WHAT HE CANNOT ANSWER. HE MADE THEM TO BE WHAT HE IS.THAT IS WHY THE BIBLE CALLED CHRIST OUR SENIOR BROTHER. HE IS NOT ASHAMED TO IDENTIFY WITH HIS BRETHREN. WE CAN BOLDLY CALL HIM BROTHER AND HE WILL ANSWER US BECAUSE HE IS OUR BROTHER. CHRIST IS OUR LORD. GOD IS A BELIEVER AND HE BELIEVES EVERY SPOKEN WORD.

CHAPTER 1

 A BELIEVER BELIEVETH

ALL THINGS

Brethren you are blessed. We thank Almighty God for giving us such a wonderful opportunity to gather once more as a family. Because for few weeks now, we have been emphasizing on the need for having a spiritual worship. That God is no more interested in where you are worshipping, He is no more interested in how we are worshipping but how real is our fellowship, how effective is our fellowship.

2.           Whenever messages go out, whenever we receive messages, it is only our lives, our characters that will show people that this is actually the message we are receiving. Take for example, after drug production, to test how effective the drug is, it will be tested on a human being.

3.           If it is drug meant for a human being, it should be tested with a human being. Then that ability of that drug should attack or solve that particular problem for which cause it was given to you. Let us say it is a drug for headache. For the fact that when I gave you that drug that it calmed your nerves, that it normalized the headache, that means the drug has a potency of curing headache. That is why anytime anyone has headache, you recommend the drug to that person.

4.           So, if this message is capable of transforming my life, it then means it has the potency of transforming your own life too. That is why if it is good for me, it is good for you. That is why you see the Son of Man, He keeps on lamenting if this message is good for my family, it is good for my family it is also good for other families. Because the same truth is produced in His family, why? Because they have accepted that message.

5.           They have trusted in the source of that message, they know the source of the message, they have trusted the message. And now, they have applied the message and it worked out for them. That is why He said that so far it is good for Him, it is good for us.

6.           So, if the message is given to you and the effect of the message is not seen in your life, it is a clear sign that you never accepted that message.

7.           Just like the Pastor said that when you are given drugs for malaria and you are still shivering and someone is still recommending typhoid drugs. So what the person will do is to ask you, have you taken that your drug? Have you taken that malaria medicine first? Let us take our example from the scriptures.

8.           When the Lord Jesus told that man, go to the river, dip yourself in, how many times? Seven times. Dip yourself inside the water seven times. It took the spirit of God in that his servant to tell him, “Oga enter, you are not done and you are already complaining. Make sure it is seven times. He said what? Seven. If you are given anti malaria, you find out that when you take the first one you feel alright but it is not healing. It is not healing.

9.           After that first one you might feel alright but day two, the course of that drug now might bring out every sickness in your body, you now complete the dose for it to flush out that sickness. But you see people when they take the first three days’ dosage, they stop it, they are OK. They will not complete it, why? They are OK. And you will see that when that sickness will come back, it will now be times two of how it was before. It is going to make it do what? Breakdown very well.

10.        That is why when God will say look at the promise, see what God promised that all of us that we are sitting down here we are going to make it to paradise. You see people jump up but they will not wait to hear the complete instruction that only if you will obey, only if you will keep trusting till the end.

11.         Not that you trusted today, due to your obedience God has already recognized you and save you. That is why you see brethren, whenever God gives good testimony about them, they relax not knowing that you have to maintain this testimony till the end. It is not when you do it half way, we did not come to this faith to receive award. Our award is immortalizing this body. That is the award you will receive. That is the greatest gift.

12.        If you see musicians, they are singing so that they can be recognized. You see those ones immediately they got the recognition they went and relaxed, today do they hear their voices? They have faded. They will be saying they went on vacation, it is their business. You see that person the voice has been recognized, you see him struggling every day to show you that look at why I received this award. I am worth it.

13.        That is the truth because every day he keeps struggling, if it because of the money, he has gotten the money. If it is because of the fame, he has gotten the fame but he is still putting much effort to show you that yes when it comes to this one, he is the best.

14.        That is what we should be doing as children of God. When you come to that point that you have arrived that is when the devil will easily sweep you off your feet. That is why for some time now we have been hearing crosscheck your standpoint. Maybe you think you are still standing not knowing you are standing on your past glory. God is not even regarding you at all because you are still standing with what you had.

15.        So, for the effectiveness of the Word of God to be seen in my life, you first of all work out the full and complete obedience to that word of God. The man at the sixth time he started complaining because inside his heart, he thinks that once he enters the river everything will flush out at once. His servant now told him that what did he say? You are complaining but you just dipped your body in five times. It is remaining two. Dip yourself in first of all for seven times. That seventh time if you now come out and nothing happened then you can start complaining.

16.        Some people have received the Word of God maybe indicting them. They did not even calm down to hear what God wants from them. Their mind is in that indictment. “Ehh, look at what He said.” By so doing, you are arguing that Word of God, arguing that correction not knowing that when God corrects you, indicts you on any problem, He must also show you a way out. But with that adult sense, you will start racking sense, saying I did this or I did not do that.

17.        When you will be doing that, you will not see the way out which God is showing you. The devil will close that one. You can no longer see the way out, he will keep telling you, “See what He said. See what they said you did but you did not do it.” Even those ones which you did, the devil will now becloud you not to acknowledge those ones which are wrong. You will still be finding a way to justify yourself. This is because you are operating with your common sense.

18.        So, the effectiveness of this message will be seen in my life only if I will do what? Pay attention to the message; work out my own full and complete obedience to that message. If you don’t obey it, there is no way you can see the effect of that message in your life.

19.        Anyhow you take the message, if you are taking it haphazardly, if you look at your life, it must be that same way. If you are taking this message seriously, once someone comes in contact with you, the person will know that for sure you are in this Faith and you know what this Faith is all about.

20.        Most of our problem is that we do not know who is talking to us. Most people do not know the personality we are having dealings with. When we were listening to the message on Friday, God was telling us that He Himself decided to come, not any other person. That everything in this world has been polluted.

21.        Even in all the records of all the former prophets that God used even Jesus himself, has been corrupted. That we should go to all these sinning centers, all these main sinning places; sinning centers, that the name you will hear there is Jesus when they are sinning showing you that everything in this world have been corrupted. But the only thing that has not been corrupted is that Word of God which is God himself.

22.        When Jesus was talking to His disciples, He was talking to them in types and in parables but God himself has come to tell you that I myself, ‘I am my Word’. If I tell you this, if it is difficult for you, look at me. That one that is hard for you, look at me, to show you that God came to do things for himself.

23.        Maybe you can do anything you can do, anything you want to do but mind you; any utterance, anything you say against this Man, that is a direct challenge to God Almighty. You are not telling that to Him but to Almighty God. If I am sent to represent the governor and when I came you people slapped me, who did you slap? You slapped the governor. If I came and you mocked me, who did you mock? You mocked the governor.

24.        That is why He gave us that assurance that anything He says, anything He endorses be it good or bad, it is signed and sealed in heaven by God himself. Anyone He sanctifies is sanctified by God himself. Speaking out of the authority of He who sent Him, and not my own authority. Now, if He has conferred that authority on us, He has given us His own power, He told us that so far we have believed in Him that we have the right to be called His sons and daughters. That means that anywhere we are should be portraying nothing but Christ.

CHAPTER 2

THE AWFUL IMPLICATION  OF UNBELIEF

So, anywhere you are and you are portraying something outside Christ, that is what? Outward betrayal of the Faith. You have denied God. Let us look into this message – THE AWFUL IMPLICATIONS OF UNBELIEF compilation by our Pastor Emma Innah. Unbelief!

2.           God said that there is no disease, that there is nothing that can hinder a child of God from entering paradise more than unbelief. You see, a stone-throw to actualizing the promises of God, you see what? Unbelief stepping in.

3.           That servant, that man that had that issue, he dipped himself five times. He has done number one, done number two, done number three, done number four, done number five. What was remaining for him was number six and number seven. Unbelief came into him, doubt came into him. Is it true? Is it true? This one I have done it for five times, will this work? Because he has planned in his heart that the fifth one was supposed to heal him. Maybe the one in my hand will go out. At the third time, the one in my leg will go out. The fifth one, everything will go out and it will now be scars and by the seventh one I will be OK. That is his own thinking.

4.           Check the person that have done step one, step two, step three, step four, step five, remaining two more steps for him then doubt set into him because the Word of God ran contrary to that which he is expecting.

5.           That servant of God, if that servant never had the spirit of God in him to tell him to continue, that man would have stopped there and come and complain to Jesus and when he will come back to Jesus, he might be seeing Jesus as a mere man, you see him shouting “I entered that water and nothing happened”. Even when Jesus will be asking him, hope you entered the water seven times. He will say yes I entered but nothing happened.

6.           Why? Because his mind had told him that by this fifth time, look at what would have happened to me. When God will call you follow me, he has called you follow me. He asked you to follow him, the road would not be easy. It will not be an easy ride but I will be there to guide you. They have taken it in their hearts that when they obey God, when they see anyone, they tell the person anything they are doing saying my business will flourish, this one will happen, this one will happen.

7.           They have had many things they have in mind before coming to serve God. And when they fail to see it, they will slack. Which is the problem of all the end timers, all the ministers, it is their problem. God kept on rehearsing it on Friday worship. He kept on saying it and saying it. That impure thing, there is something you have in mind before coming to God.

8.           God said that we should come just as we are. Come the way you are. We have seen the instances of people that God picked from nothing and made them somebody but you already have in mind the something you want God to make me. I know that there are other things He can make me but see the one I want first. Once His word is running contrary to your own plans, you see the person backsliding showing you that right from time the person is not a seed of God.

9.           God told us that unbelievers will remain in our midst till the catching away of the saints. That they will be there. God even broke down the message. He even told us that due to the affinity even when you find out that that brother is a hypocrite, due to the affinity you have with the person due to the person has stayed with us for a very long time. And yet he refused to leave the Faith and still remained with us. Due to that affinity, you will not even have the mind to dump or discard the person. You will keep on accommodating that person but you know the person’s fate.

10.        That is why in a message, God told a brother that if you do not change your way, you will see at the end that God has been dealing with you as a hypocrite. And the brother never paid attention to that word that echoed many years ago. Now, his life, he is still living it in hypocrisy and God has still been following him in hypocrisy. That is just it. 

11.        When God says something on your head and that thing God said is bad or negative, you do not do anything to change that your condition; you do not do anything to change that negative word or negative prophecy. Day by day you see yourself tilting towards that prophecy till you see yourself manifesting and living in that prophecy to the point of when they are saying look at a hypocrite, the fate of a hypocrite, you will now be used as an example. It is not for us to come and start telling you if you are a hypocrite your life will be this; your life will be that. He will say, look at this brother.

12.        To know how notorious a minister has been, God was admonishing the ministers telling them that when He is talking about a hypocrite, that he does not need to be citing examples for them, that He will be showing them whom they already know, look at him, pointing at him saying you people should look at him. You want to know who a hypocrite is? Look at him. Why? Because he does not know whom he is having dealings with.

13.        God said that if you use your human sense, it must stop one day. If you are following God cunningly plus your human sense saying that they will not find out, eh let me be doing it like that. If they say do it like this, I will do it the other way. One day, you will be caught. God saw that if you kept on gathering as multitudes that there is no way anybody can be saved. This is why he sent us to our homes.

14.        If you then know that thing which you have believed, go home and practice it. God will be watching us. Now, some families have not been privileged to see the Son of Man for a year plus. There are some families I am very sure, that have not seen Him throughout 2020 even till now. But the Son of Man is visiting every family one by one because He sent us home.

15.        God told us in the scriptures that He knows us, He knows our dwelling places. He does not need report from anybody, He goes directly. He knows the time He has fixed for His children so He goes family by family to know the families that are His and He has already marked every family that is His.

16.        Now he does not waste his time to come and be going to the houses of the unbelievers to know what they are doing. He goes directly to the houses where believers are gathered. God said that when two or more are gathered in my name that He will make His presence to be felt there. So, He does not have any business going to the family of an unbeliever because even if he makes His presence to be seen, they are not going to acknowledge that superiority. They are not going to acknowledge that superiority so He does not need to waste His time. He will go to where the believers are gathered, giving them His spirit, distilling His word in their hearts. That is it.

17.        Look at the encouragement we have had this morning. Even if we say let us close now, we are OK because now God has even brought us to a place that He has ejected His spirit in us which is now serving as a check unto us. I do not need Bro Lucky to come and tell me, ‘Chuchu, this thing you are doing is not good, Chuchu does our faith say this?’ You do not need to come and start asking me, “I do not understand this particular message, please explain it to me”.

18.        Now, you already know that this life I am living, it is good or bad. You do not need your neighbor to come and tell you that. For example, someone sends you to Cotonou, you are the only person there. You know what God wants from you. You will not now say because you are in Cotonou you have shifted away from Him. Na lie. Why? Because that spirit of God is in you.

19.        This message was preached on 16th November, 2020. I am reading from page 23 verse 16. Remember that the God we are serving is an unrecognized God to many. Although they are gathering in the fellowship with us, they are yet to recognize and acknowledge Him as God. And how will you know? Is it not by the way they take the things of God? Imagine when you go to a family and they have no regard for God. That means the God we are worshipping is still unrecognized to them.

20.        They take Him as a man of God, a man representing God. They are still seeing him as other ministers, other men of God. God said it is a lie that He Himself came down to see things for Himself.

21.        That is why you must find yourself where you belong to. One, have you really recognized who God is? Two, have you acknowledged Him as God? If you have done that then three, to what extent have you taken His Word serious? To what extent have you obeyed His Word? Or is it when the Word of God comes to you, you start disputing or is it whenever the Word of God comes to you, you start challenging, you start reasoning it whether it is in your favour or not.

22.        When the message goes out you say, “It is because of me.” Even when your name is not mentioned you say yes it is because of me. “Do you not see the example He is giving? They are preaching this because of me.” To show you that this God is still unrecognized to you. That first of all, you will recognize who this God is. Because if you do not recognize who He is, there is no way you will worship Him. There is no way you are going to obey Him; there is no way you are going to take Him at His Word.

23.        You will still be seeing Him as a mere man, you will keep seeing Him as someone that you can just toil with His Word. Someone you mock and get away with it but you can remember God told us in the book of Galatians, remember nobody mocks God and gets away with it. As a family, you people know that you are gathering in unbelief yet every day you are gathering mocking God, God said you are piling your punishment.

24.        It is better you bail out saying, yes you are not doing again. Some people have done it, they did not die. Do it and go and enjoy the little time you have, than still gathering in unbelief. God will keep on following that family in unbelief, following them as hypocrites till the end. Hallelujah! Amen.

25.        If you recognize that this is the person that brought you into existence, you recognize that you are a human being today is the love of this man who brought you from nothing to something and you recognize who He is. His Word will be making positive impact in your life, in my life.

26.        Your response to his word will convince Him that you have come to the recognition of who He is. Your attitude towards His messages will convince Him that truly He knows who I am.

27.        Check it, if you are a government official or let us say you are holding a very high position. You come and meet your friend that is looking for admission and tell him, ‘give me your jamb details’. The way the person will be following you up, you will see how he will be calling you every day asking you how far. It will now show you how serious the person is with what he is doing and the person trusts me that I can help him. Just because of that, you will be willing to help that person.

28.        Let us assume you called him demanding for his passport. That whole day you did not see him, he did not even call to ask of your whereabouts, two days he has not showed up. What does it signify? That the person is unserious and has no trust in you.

29.         So, even the person will be weakening you to help him. Hence, you are the one that wants to help him. Since you find out he is reluctant, will you kill yourself? You will now decide to stop because he is no longer pushing it. The person does not need it. You will not be the one forcing the person again.

30.        That is why God made that statement that He can never bribe anyone to obey Him. That all these years it has been like He has been bribing the brethren to obey Him. Then if you say you are not going to stay in the Faith because the Faith is not paying your house rent, the Faith is not doing this for you or doing that, go away.

31.        Remember that the God we are serving is unrecognized God to many. Although they are gathering in fellowship with us, they are yet to recognize whom this God is. To what extent have you worked according to his precepts? To what extent have you worked with Him so as to become perfect? Because He said that so far as He is perfect, we must all attain that nature of a perfect man and the perfect man is Christ and God said God’s nature is our ticket to paradise.

32.        You see all our messages being streamlined showing you that anyone that refuses to obey automatically, he has missed salvation. If you do not want to be perfect, how will you now attain the stature of a perfect man? You say you do not want to behave like Christ, how will you have the nature of Christ? So, you must follow that precept, you must follow that instruction.

33.        God told us that there is no further instruction we are going to get. There is no other thing like alarm, yes put it in the group chat, look at this, look at that, this one, put it in this one. Every instruction that you need is already in our message. Nobody is going to preach a new message now. Everything I am going to say today is what the Lord God has revealed to me which is in our messages. All we are going to do is to keep on reminding ourselves look at God wants from us. And God seeing us giving us those messages, in every message you open you see the reason why He said we should read it.

34.        Look at that Sunday we considered that message, we thought we had already gone to lockdown before not knowing that God had already seen it right from time. Tomorrow another will happen, you will be shouting, you will not know that right from time God had already prophesied about it. Amen.

35.        Walking with God, walking with Him means doing everything according to His command. Doing everything according to His instructions, working according to His rules. Doing that which is pleasing to Him at all times and not trying to do your own will but His own will. That is the only way you are going to find favour in the hand of God. That is the only way you can be satisfied and say yes God is satisfied with you.

36.        The psalmist said that when he wakes up in the morning, his contentment is not that he has money or this but his contentment is that everything is right between me and my God. That his contentment is that he is in right standing with God. Because he knows that by him being in right standing with his God, anything he is doing, he does not even need to come and be asking questions knowing it is God who is the person that is directing him.

37.        Anywhere he sees himself, he knows that he is going to be a victor and not a victim. He already knows that whatever he plans doing has already been a success. Why? Because he knows that he is in right standing with God. And that is why you see the true seed of God, anytime his relationship with God has been severed, what does he do?

38.        You see him going down on his knees begging for forgiveness to put everything right because he knows whom he is having dealings with. He knows that if things are not right, his security is questioned. Anything can happen to him at any point in time. Amen.

39.        Let us continue. We continue from page 29 from verse 30. If you believe that the Son of Man, Apostle Peter Odoemena, blessed be His Holy name to be the one that Prophet William Branham and other ancient prophets said would come and you end there, you have not known Him yet.

40.        In other words, if you end up only believing in Him without abiding in His word. You are not better than the devil who equally knew Him and trembled but have not abide in the truth. This is confirming our Friday message; he that runneth, hides and abideth.

41.        It is not knowing that this is the secret place. Some people during Noah’s day, when they were mocking Noah they knew that even if it rains that that is where they will enter but they did not want to enter that time with them. They knew within them, even when they were mocking Noah’s children, mocking Noah when they entered the ark, going about their businesses; they knew that if it starts tomorrow, that is where they will go to.

42.        Even people living around you, even your neighbors they know. They are hearing our messages, they already know. If anything happens tomorrow, they will meet you because once they see your composure, see how relaxed you are, they know your message, they know what you have been prophesying. They already know that if things turn out badly, it is this Lucky that I will still run to and ask questions.

43.        Even some of our wayward friends, anytime they need you, they will still come to ask you for advice. He will come and tell you his problem asking you on how to go about it. All of us have friends that are not good. We can always meet people that are not good. You will always meet someone that is off from others but there is something good which you are seeing in him and you want that person to do what? Change.

44.        No matter how notorious the person might be, whenever he falls into trouble, he will still come to you sharing his problems with you asking you how to go about it. He knows that if he finds any difficulty in life, you are the one he will run to.

45.        Let me give us an example. It is just like Shedrack your friend. No matter his difficult situation, he must tell Wizzy. If anything comes up, he will still tell Wizzy. You will even be asking yourself why he will be seeking your advice before embarking on anything. To show you how he is taking you, he already knows you are not an anyhow person.

46.        This is the work Christ has done in your life. But if you are here and nobody is meeting you for anything, nothing, nothing; when you mingle with heathens they are even mocking you. Which goes to show that the devil has rendered you useless among the children of God and even useless among his own children, the devil.

                             CHAPTER 3

OUR CHARACTER REMAINS OUR IDENTITY

God said that if you will come and only believe that yes He is the Son of man, the Almighty God, they prophesied about Him, this and that. You even preach more than the Son of Man and you stopped there, God said that you are still on the same level with the devil. He is not regarding you and that is why God told us that His ways run contrary to the ways of man.

2.           Go to the denominations, once you can handle the scriptures well, call scriptures off head, recite scriptures, pray and sing well and you can prophesy very well, everybody will believe you. What they know is that you are a man of God. Even if you are sourcing your power from the native doctor or you are getting your strength elsewhere, they do not want to know.

3.           Once they have seen that which they want to see, it is over. That is why every church has been converted to a business center which even many of them do not care to show where their powers are coming from. They are even bold to tell you that there is division of labour in everything. Because they are now giving you what you want.

4.           But God will tell you, ‘see this person, if he likes he should read the scriptures and know the scriptures more than anyone, you see this person’, only God can tell you look at this man he is not in this Faith, he is not a seed of God and when God will be pointing at that person everybody is like ah! What did he do wrong? But once that thing starts manifesting, everybody will close their mouths because He sees the end from the very beginning.

5.           That is why we have been emphasizing on it, telling you that even if you did not do what God said you did, agree that you are guilty because He has seen your future knowing that your actions are tilting towards that angle if care is not taken because God knows human beings. Before one turns to be a highway robber, it started from pick pocket. Stealing little, little amounts and people will be taking it as a light thing before it will now culminate into declaring the people wanted. He started it at a very small stage.

6.           So once God sees the traces in you, you might not have even manifested it but once God sees the traces in you, He starts slamming on you like you have started doing it already before it is made public because He wants to do what? Kill that spirit; quench the fire of that spirit so that it can never be ignited in your life. Because if He does not do it, God said that it is better to check a problem than to solve a problem.

7.           I have seen you are living a bad life but due to the love I have for you if I tell you, you might think that both of us will now become enemies, then I will just leave you and accept you so that it will not spoil our relationship. It is better you talk when the thing just started to flush it out early than to live with it. God said that it will be more expensive to leave a problem than to correct a problem.

8.           So, once you are hearing that word of God, if you check yourself because you see that your conscience can never even deny anything it is telling you. As the message is going on, you know that one that touched you. He has already told you, ‘Chukwudi, see, look at what you did’. Even if you are forming stubborn, your conscience will be telling you that you are wrong.

9.           God is telling us to listen to that still small voice, hearken to that voice because it is that voice that will correct you from error. Because once you listen to that voice, it will help you. You have taken the message as truth. You have already acknowledged it is true. Automatically you are now trying to apply that message in your life because the revelation of that message has stopped you. You have gotten the revelation. Now you want to see the effect of that message in your life.

10.        That is why when you see a child of God, once he is hearing the Word of God, he is always quiet, understanding what the message is saying so he could act accordingly. Because if you do not act accordingly, everything you do is an exercise of negativity. Amen.

11.        I go ahead from the message AFTER ME COMETH NO OTHER volume 1 page 10 verse 15. I know I am harbouring people like that, who have been with Me over the years, following Me. All they know is that God is using Apostle Peter Odoemena. They know He received ordination from God and not from man.

12.        It is God that ordained Him. They do not know beyond that. You are standing on the periphery of the Faith. The tendency is there that anything can shake you out. You are not grounded. You are not rooted. You see the problems that many families are having? They have gone as a family, they know.

13.        Like our Pastor was saying that his lecturer said that anybody who does not have who he fears or regards, do not have anything to do with the person. Yes, they have already acknowledged that He Apostle Peter is God, anything He tells us to do, as He has given us instruction to go home, is anyone still coming to GTC? But there are some people that do not even know Him beyond that level. Because once you understand Him on the level of regarding Him as a minister of God or as God.

14.        Once you know him beyond that, you can now take him at His Word. Knowing that in whatever you do, He is there with you. There is no need to be living a two-faced life, you know that He is there monitoring all you are doing. So, anywhere you are to do something that is contrary to your belief, it will be very difficult because you know the spirit that is following me everywhere I go. Amen.

15.        Colossians chapter 2 from Verse 7. Amplified: Have the roots of you being firmly and deeply planted in him, Fixed and founded in him. At all times, fixed! No leave, no transfer. You are not planning to leave tomorrow; it is here or never. Yes? Being continually build up in Him, Continually build up in him not when you are fixed, you take it that you have arrived.

16.        It is not when you plant a tree that it will germinate. You are going to nurture that tree, you are going to nurture that plant to make sure it will grow into a very big tree, not only growing into a very big tree but a tree that would produce fruits not just normal fruits but good fruits for there are trees that produce bad fruits.

17.        So, it is not only when you find yourself planting, you say you have arrived. When you are planting, you will be fixed and you will be continually growing, continually building yourself. Being continually build up in him becoming increasingly more confirmed. Becoming what? Increasingly more confirmed. Every day your assurance will be waxing stronger and stronger. If it was 90 percent yesterday, today it will enter 91 percent. Every day you are adding, every day you are adding and you are taking it that you have arrived, continually.

18.        God said that for us to run this race we must be consistent and in continuity. It is not something you will say I have done it today then you relax. If you do it today, you do it tomorrow, a day after tomorrow, you keep on doing it. Yes? Becoming increasingly more confirmed and established in the faith, just as we were taught, and bounding and overflowing in it with thanksgiving. Amen.

19.        Let me read it from my living bible. Colossians 2 from verse 7. Let your roots grow down into him and draw up nourishment from him. If you do not recognize him as God, how can you draw nourishment from Him? How can you even fix your roots in Him? There is no way.

20.         If a farmer wants to plant, if he is not comfortable with that soil, he can never cultivate there. He must go to a soil that he is comfortable with. If it is loamy he wants to cultivate on, he will be very comfortable that this soil is OK, this soil is OK which will now be a very good place to plant this crop. You see him, he starts to plant.

21.        Now, the scriptures we read now made us understand that not only fixing yourself but continually building yourself. If you see someone that cultivated cassava today, tomorrow you see him weeding the farm, the next is watering it, he does this, he does that, what does he want? He wants the plants to grow well not just growing but to bear good fruits also. That is our aim; we have deprived ourselves of too many things of this world.

22.        What is our aim? To get that crown of salvation. Is it not our aim? But when you come into the faith and say, ‘eh I have arrived, you now stop. How are you going to get that crown? How is God going to see the completeness of your obedience?

23.        God told us that after doing all we are doing, all these things that we have been doing, toiling and laboring, at the end of the day when that garment will be given, when translation will be made flesh and you are not part of it, you know that that same fate the heathens will suffer, you will suffer it.

24.        If you like, let it be that you have been beside the Son of Man suffering with Him; it does not count anything. God can never see it as criteria for salvation. God said that salvation is not given anyhow. So far as you can never be controlled by the Word of God, God can never give you salvation. That is the only thing you know as a child of God.

25.        If the Word of God goes forth and it does not melt you and change your ways, know that salvation is not for you. Until you change that hardening spirit in you, grow it till you allow that Word of God to break that spirit into pieces, remold it to be a soft heart that will be if God should tell you to sit down, you sit down without doubting. That is the only way that even you yourself will confirm your salvation. Hallelujah. Amen.

26.        Let your roots grow down into Him and draw up nourishment from Him, seeing that you go on growing in the Lord. It is not let me come and see, let my brother keep on checking on me that I am growing in the Lord or your daddy will be monitoring, asking you whether you listened to the message or not. No! Now, there is nothing like if you want to travel, you call this person or that person. 

27.        Tomorrow if you decide to go to Russia, you wake up and go to Russia. You say you want to go anywhere, you do not need to call anybody, no need for meeting, no more writing of letter. There is now maximum freedom. Go and practice that which you believe. God said that we should see that we go on growing in the Lord and become strong and vigorous in the truth you were taught.

28.        Do you see the word? Strong and vigorous. Because you must meet people. There is this boy I met in my university days, what he voiced out, even you as a child of God will be tempted to meditate on it. Because we are human beings. What you say with your mouth is not something you can tell someone not to think about. Let us take it that you were passing thinking of another thing, you were not even listening to people’s conversation. 

29.        You were just going thinking of something else and you overheard them saying that Gburugburu is at Okpara square sharing money, you are not eavesdropping but you just passed and heard it.  If you open this door, your heart is already charged. “Let me enter Okpara square oo”. See what this people said but you never met them.

30.        That is how it is. Let us say that you are here and they are hatching out an evil plan, once you have heard it, you have heard it. But look at what this scripture is saying that see that you grow in the Lord and you become what? Vigorous in the things that you have been taught. Do you know what is being vigorous?  If you see a catholic, meet a catholic and you come and tell him something that is against Catholicism, though he may have many things he questions about Catholic. Yet he can never leave there, for that is his believe.

31.        You see how vigorous they are. If you go round the world, Catholics are known for showing themselves anywhere they are. They must show you, even if you like finish praying and do your traditional practices; they must add in the name of the father, they must show you that they are Catholics. That is what God now wants from us.

32.        We have been over taught, He wants us to not only be conversant with this truth but to be vigorous with all these things that we have been taught by no other person but The Lord Himself. Amen.

33.        Let your lives overflow with joy and thanksgiving for all He has done. Don’t let others spoil your faith and join with their philosophies. Today, philosophies can be picked up from anywhere. It is no longer sold. Before, philosophy and logic is something that once you know it, you are a genius. People will rally around you.

34.        Tons of this world have been destroyed by human words. God is now telling us, don’t let others spoil your faith and join with their philosophies, their wrong and shallow answers built on men’s thought and ideas instead of on what Christ has said.

35.        Remember when our Pastor was admonishing us with that quote “That we should normalize being different”. When you enter a place and notice that you are different from every other person, see it as normal. Do not come and start feeling inferior because naturally God has already created us to be different. He has already created us that anywhere we step our feet, that we must be different.

36.        At any point in time you enter and they merge all of you, you are all seen as the same, know it that something has gone wrong. But if you come in and they want to discuss something, they tell you to wait behind. Be okay with it. If they tell you to go outside, let them discuss. 

37.        Hold your head high, open the door and leave, when they finish discussing, if they tell you to enter, you enter. Do you understand? That is what this verse is telling us. They might start criticizing you, “Church boy. Jew man” calling you all sorts of names, accept it with joy.

38.        People call us names. We are hearing such statements.  You might see a pastor’s son trying to stay hiding simply because he is the only one in that lodge going to church. Before you know it, because of shame, he will not attend again. 

39.        You see people influencing people with their philosophies and ideas. They will try to circumvent that which you know is right into resembling falsehood. They will force you to follow the trending one.

40.        The world is after what is trending but the Almighty today is telling us we should not be bothered. Do not allow someone’s philosophy to spoil your joy. If you are a child of God, they may even try to criticize all your plans.

41.        Do not allow their philosophy to spoil your joy. Even, do not allow the philosophy of your own brother spoil the joy of your salvation because it is the highest deceit. There are wrong answers built up on men’s thoughts and ideas.

42.        The message we were considering on Friday- CROSSCHECK YOUR STANDPOINT from the scriptures when Jesus was telling them about the things he will go through before he was crucified. Peter was resisting, the message told us that peter was still operating from the human level.

43.        When he was listening to what Jesus was saying, he was seeing it from the human perspective, human angle. That was why He asked him to come. Due to that human sense, he forgot He whom he was having dealings with was God. He then called God to a corner to advice God.

44.        It is just like me now, I am the manager of a company and I employed you. I am the one that owns the company and I told you, look at my decision, Bro Lucky as the human resource manager; look at my decision. You now called me to a corner to explain to me that I am taking a wrong decision. Where were you when I instituted the company?

45.        When Jesus was telling them about the things that he will go through, where was Peter? When Jesus was commissioned, where was Peter? Was it not Jesus that called Peter and converted him? And yet he never accepted to be converted, that made Jesus to tell him that whenever you are converted, strengthen your brethren.

46.        Jesus already knew that Peter can never be converted. He knew that nothing can ever make this old man to be converted. His spirit started looking for Saint Paul. He found Paul and saw that he had the zeal. Peter was still alive and was given an instruction. He was given an instruction, instead he took them into the temple and started carrying turtle dove. That made him to even want to kill Saint Paul when Saint Paul came in.

47.        When the spirit of God leaves a man, he can be violent and do dastard things. Once the spirit of God leaves you, you can do anything. You can even go to the point of killing even that messenger of God, that direct person that brought the message to you.

48.        You saw the testimony our late Pastor Obinna gave. Even when God asked Pastor Chinemezu to go and rescue them, he kept on insisting, he kept on resisting because once the devil wants to deceive you, he will close your eyes, blind your eyes even that your human reasoning, he will block it. You cannot reason again.

49.        That human reasoning you have been using, human sense. When God says something, you weigh it. When the devil will want to destroy you, you will not even reason anything. If you take a decision, you are already hell-bent on that decision. Let us never allow such spirits to ever anoint us. Amen. Let me complete the verse.

50.        Don’t let others destroy your faith and joy with their philosophies. There are wrong and shallow answers built on men’s thoughts and ideas instead of on what Christ has said. Amen. So, let us normalize being different. We should not be scared when we enter in a place and find out we are different why? Because God has already made us to be different. The spirit in Him, the spirit in you is already the difference. It is that separating mark.

51.        That separating line between a Godly youth and a worldly youth is Christ in the life of that youth. That is what brings about that demarcation.

52.        I continue. Page 34 from verse 44. Have you known God to this point that no matter your demonstration, you can never stop God from what He is going to do?When the ministers slumbered thinking that due to their slumber that the faith will go off.

53.        They did not know that God was making a new move and God said that whenever He is making a turn that you should hold on strongly to the Faith so that when making that sharp curve, you will not fall off. It is just like Udi road in Enugu state. Because of the bends on that road, once you are approaching the bends, you must try to hold something in that vehicle in other not to disturb the next passenger because of the shaking.

54.        Hence, the bending is affecting everyone in the vehicle. You try to hold that your position so that you will be comfortable and also not to make another person uncomfortable. Before we went home, messages have been going forth. What was God doing? Trying to prepare us for the sharp bend.

55.        Some people felt too big to obey the message, now when the message took a new curve, they fell off. So, in their minds they think that the movement will halt waiting for them to rise up. What is more, the ministry zoomed off. The message even changed to the point that He (God) said that if you notice that you are in a wrong lane different from that of the message, you should summersault to the right lane even if it is by accident.

56.        Even if while summersaulting, you break your hand. It is better you break your hand or even die on that right path to show you that the pace at which this message is running to the end, if you do not keep pace you can never make it. That is why God said that if it will take you to break your head or be in a wheel chair, you should do it to make sure you are in paradise. To show you that this message is not stopping for anybody.

57.        To show you that even if I, Apostle Chukwudi, start having unbelief, that this message will do what? That it can never stop God from doing what He wants to do. My belief can never make the Son of Man’s family not to be the best family. If I decide to be a rogue now, that I will be wayward, it can never make the Son of Man’s family not to be the best family. It must still be an exemplary family rather God will now use me as an example to the world; have you seen it?

58.        Tomorrow, if you decide you will be a blasphemy to God or be a hypocrite, you will have your position with the heathens. You see why God said you should keep pace. Continue to keep pace. It is not something you will do today and stop. You plant your seed today and go. Plant, fix it, it should be permanent, continually building yourself. Hallelujah!

59.        Let us go further. Go Back to the Beginning page 42 verse 10 through 11 preached on 20^th April, 2003. God said that the greatest battle if there was any is the one you bring upon yourself which is the battle of unbelief. The greatest battle is the battle you bring upon yourself. That word of God has gone out. “Take this bottle of water, drink it you will be alright.” It is God that said it. Even if He uses Pastor Wisdom to speak to you. Pastor Wisdom passed the message to you telling you “Bro Lucky, daddy said I should give you this bottle of water that if you drink it, you will be well”. Instead of obeying Him, you now say, how come it is Wisdom that is telling me this kind of thing, that it is water that will heal my sickness?

60.        Have you seen the battle you brought upon yourself? It is not a battle that Pastor Wisdom brought for you. You will not say that it is because of the conflict existing between two of you. It is the battle you brought upon your own self. Instead of obeying the simple instruction, we start doubting.

61.        All of us were here last Sunday and we saw the power of God in my life. The instruction was, drink it according to that dosage God said and you will be fine. That thing alone, God used it to wipe everything in my system. “Take the glucose three spoons and fill it with Lucozade.” It did the work antibiotics could not do that made me to be standing till today. That is the power of God. What if I started conflicting? That there is nothing Pastor Wisdom would have said that will make me to take it. That already the two are sugary, how can I mix the two together? That it will turn to sugar.” Now tell me, will that ever have effect in my life?

62.        One sister was having issues and she met the Son of Man. She met the doctors and they were prescribing drugs that worth eighty-five thousand naira. The Son of Man told her that the only problem she has is that she does not have sugar in her body. Take this bottle of stout and drink. Finish it before me! She drank it. Before evening, she came back with testimony. Our sister Mary is a visible testimony.

63.        You have to have that sweet relationship with God to the point that God will always be interested in everything about you. Even when the sister was writhing in pains, God had to tell her “Is it not yet time for you to have your own testimony?” Only that question alone is an assurance that God is all out to solve my problem. He wants to do something.

64.        Imagine you now, God will call you Bro Lucky and tell you, “Is it not yet time your voice should be taken serious by your people?” There is a difference between collective promise and a direct word coming to you. There is no experience greater than that. Is it not yet time for you to have your testimony? Healing has started immediately. Healing has started at that point in time. To ask you that question, if the sister never recognized whom she was having dealings with; where that word came forth from.

65.        Joshua and Caleb ran into Rahab’s house, when our Pastor x-rayed it, we understood it very well. We saw that it did not take them to start preaching a sermon. There was no need to reason about it. Hence, it was due to circumstance that made them to be in that covenant with the woman. There is nothing else if not that. They saw that we cannot do anything. The only thing we have to do is to enter into agreement with this woman, if not this people are killing us. Automatically, they had to enter into a covenant with that lady and God must confirm immediately.

66.        Imagine if Caleb started doubting. They never consulted any flesh and blood. They went straight, “Madam, look at what we are here for. If you can do this for us, look at what we will do for you. Are you in for it? Hence, they were standing in the Authority of the Almighty already. When they were fighting that war and the sun stood still, unbelievers in their midst will not understand that it is God in Joshua.

67.        It is the unbelief in Aaron that made him to mold that golden calf. If he ever acknowledged Moses was he himself God, immediately the people asked him, who granted us this victory? He will point them to Moses. Even when he was faced; when Moses first asked who is on the Lord’s side? Who was the first person to rush? Aaron. He knows and yet that unbelief is still in him.

CHAPTER 4

KNOWING YOUR STATUS

 IN CHRIST

If you are asked, who made you who you are? Will you think twice to call the name of God or if you are in a gathering and they say “In Jesus name”, you start muttering “Through Christ our Lord we pray”. You know what to do.

2.           God is telling you that the highest battle you can bring upon yourself is unbelief, doubt. If a native doctor concocts a charm for you, if you do not believe that native doctor, can you boldly come out? If they are shooting guns, you will still be scared. But once you believe in the native doctor, you will boldly come out even while they are shooting. But if you do not trust him, you will keep hiding. You may even tell somebody to cut you with knife for you to confirm.

3.           Why? Because you do not trust in him. Do you understand? But if you see someone that goes to a higher and stronger native doctor, believe and trust the native doctor. When you see him, he is always confident of what he has. He is not shaking in mind.

4.           Even if there is shooting everywhere, he is confident that the charm can never disappoint him. And due to the faith he has on the native doctor, he can never be disappointed. You can still see another person who will go without the charm working. Why? Because before the person came, he has already nullified the belief that it will not work.

5.           When God promised Sarah, she said amen but there was a silent remark that she made which nobody else heard apart from God. Abraham said amen, Sarah said amen but there was a laughter which was not heard but was spoken in the heart. God said, ‘Sarah, why did you laugh?’

6.           The moment you make that first remark in your heart, that is the voice God keeps seeing. It is the first voice that guarantees if you are still a child of God in every circumstance. It was from the message of Friday we read when Jesus was talking about the Pharisees and those that were around him that were walking against him. God has to make us understand that it was not something they were doing physically, it was something happening in their hearts and he caught the thoughts of their hearts.

7.           That is why God said that the thoughts of your heart ring loudest in my ear than the words of your mouth. Unbelief! This unbelief has stopped many people from actualizing the promises of God. I will give us an example. The Israelites after their toils and labour, crossed the red sea, did you know that when they were about approaching Canaan, people were sent to enter the land and bring fruits and bread. So, that land was not a dreamland.

8.           Some people have been there and they confirmed that it exists, and even brought the fruits which they enjoyed. But do you know that some people were still harboring doubts? Are you sure that the land is okay? After bringing us from Egypt, you are still taking us to Canaan where we will not see all those things that are in Egypt.

9.           They started harboring doubts which made them to start sliding their feet. Their minds started going back to Egypt. They started blaspheming God and God marked all of them. A stone throw into that land. Unbelief! God is telling us that it is the biggest battle you will bring upon yourself. What brings unbelief? Doubt. Once you doubt one, the devil will capitalize on it and supply you with many.

10.        The greatest battle you will bring upon yourself is the battle of unbelief. What is more, unbelief is a matter of the mind and a matter of the individual. If there is a civil war, it is in you, it cannot be in everybody. Sin is unbelief and it is always heavy. It leaves a man or a woman in a confused state.

11.        Once sin enters your heart which is unbelief, you are limping between two opinions, you do not know if you are right or wrong. You may be querying many things and you will be thinking that the former is better than the latter because you are no longer sure of what you are doing. Doubt has set, faith has vanished.

12.        Brethren, we have one common enemy and that enemy is unbelief. Unbelief! Not trusting God leads to consequences. It is the rejection of the revealed truth, the rejection of the revealed God of your day. The rejection of His doctrines and His teachings, distrust for His promises and faithfulness. You see what unbelief does to a human being. It will make you to forget from that point where God has picked you. You will now be confused.

13.        Let me give an example with all these ministers that have failed. What is the reason? Unbelief. Today, nobody knows who is Pastor Christian Dike, nobody knows who he is. Why? Unbelief. God said if you are a hypocrite that the places of the hypocrites will be seen no more. If we are saying it, no you will not understand, you will think it is by death. You will be alive and nobody will even ever remember you. That the places of hypocrites and unbelievers will be seen no more.

14.        Their places because God knows that it is a place, they occupy a place. Because in that place now, as they are sitting you will be taking them like they are the powerful believers. You will take it that anything they do is their lifestyle but you do not know that they are million miles away from God. That is why God said that anything I am giving you and you do not understand; any instruction be it message, that you should do what? Look at me. Look at the way I am living the life.

15.        If you say you are a youth and you do not understand, look at His children. If you say you are a mother and you do not understand, look at the wife. You are a father and you do not understand, look unto the Son of Man and He came to do what? Correct all anomalies.

16.        Jesus Christ never had a family but from the scriptures we saw that he is not going to live a long life. But in His second coming, He is going to live a long life and from our calculation, He has lived double of the first advent and from the confirmation, He said He is going to have spiritual children.

17.        Those spiritual children, He is going to witness them in His second advent. No man of God ever produced a family, all the families, go and check it except Noah’s family. Even in that Noah’s family, he had an errant son. Check David, is it David’s family that you can use as an example? Will you use the family of Abraham or the family of Jacob? He himself came to correct every anomaly.

18.        That which you think you can use for an excuse is no excuse. You want to ask about babies? He will show you His grandchildren. You talk of youths? He will show you. You talk about a mother? He will show you. You talk about a father? He will show you. Now He does not only want you to be Him. Now, He can also comfortably give you examples of families just as He used our Brother Joe Ukpong as an example with His family. Why? Because this is a family that has accepted the Word.

19.        This is the family that is applying the Word of God according to His instructions. It is not according to their own will.  “Because of this, let us do it like that.” Not according to their own understanding, not according to their own will but according to the will of God. That is why God is now using them as an example.

20.        When you see them and you will see reasons why God is using the family of Brother Joe Ukpong as an example. And God was telling us that we should strive that He uses us as recommendation for good and not for evil. Many people have now turned out to be what?  References for evil.

21.        If you are asked to meet this brother, you will say no. If you are told that a brother wants you to work for him, after reasoning and reasoning, you will say no, that you do not want his problem. Why? Because you have known. But if you are a recommendation for good, everybody will want to have dealings with you. Amen! 

22.        IS YOUR TICKET VALID AND OKAYED Page 79 from verse 4-6. Preached on 27^th September 2019. We have a common enemy which we should collectively fight. What is that common enemy? Unbelief! You leave your enemy and fight your brother and fight your sister. Our common enemy is that thing which will hinder us from reuniting with God in paradise and from realizing God’s promise of eternal life.

23.        What is that common enemy? Unbelief. No matter where it is found. Tomorrow if the family of Bishop Joe Ukpong is found in unbelief, can they be in paradise? Never, never!! But for fixing their feet, planting their feet, planting their faith, planting that family in Christ and continually building their family in Christ will give them what? Eternal life. Let us not forget that scripture.

24.        They have anchored their faith, they are building themselves continually and that is the only way they are going to get saved. God is saying that any family that is found in unbelief and we have found that disobedience to God’s word is a sign of wickedness. It is the greatest manifestation of unbelief.

25.        Any family wherever it is found that family will be lost. That is why God said we should collectively fight out all traces of unbelief from among us beginning with our families.

26.        Beginning with ourselves. How will I fight out the unbelief in my family if I have not fought the unbelief in me? If I am still found in doubt. If the word of God comes to me, I am still doubting, I am still trying to think; I am still using my human sense, I am still reasoning, I have not anchored fully, how am I going to help my brother? You will help yourself first before you help others.

27.        That is why God said in the book of Galatians that when you are correcting your brother you should be watching yourself, taking heed to yourself. As I am preaching, I am taking heed to myself because tomorrow if I am found in unbelief God will do what? Mark me and place me in the same path with unbelievers.  

28.        From the message CHRIST IS THE IDENTITY OF EVERY ELECT Page. 88 verse 40-42 preached on 8^th February 2015. “Is it possible for one to be following us from the very beginning even till now without entering into Christ for one day because of unbelief, doubt, hypocrisy, manifestation of unbelief? Yes!”

29.        See God asking us a question, is it possible that somebody will follow us from the beginning, from when this Faith was commissioned, from when the ministry of the Son of Man was commissioned, followed us till when the Son of Man died and his second ministry took off immediately, the person is there.

30.        When God visited us in the pillar of cloud, the person was there, visited us and revealing the Godhead, the person was there, showed us his body, the person is there, all these manifestations, the person is still there and yet the person is what? A hypocrite. Why? Because of doubt and unbelief.

31.        Imagine John the Baptist who prophesied. The name John the Baptist, why did he become a Baptist, it was because of this ministry of Jesus Christ. That was why he became a Baptist. Why do you think he was baptizing people?  He knows that, that Christ must be baptized.

32.        Anybody he came to touch and that spiritual sign occurs; he has already placed a sign. He knows the sign, he knows what he was looking for. That anybody this thing happens on his head, that is the person, I am declaring the person.

33.        He started baptizing people, immediately it happened to Jesus Christ, the baptism stopped. He did not baptize anybody again. Why will the baptism continue since he has found what he was looking for? But did you know that at a point John started asking if he was really the person, even to the point of asking people to go and ask him, are you sure that he is the one to come or do we wait for another? Imagine, John who was the Adventist for that day, for that race. For that race of Jesus Christ, he was the one who was forerunning that ministry.

34.        The forerunner of the Ministry now became what? An unbeliever instantly. Why? Because of doubt. The doubt set into him, he started asking if he is really the one. “Is it him?” Check it, that little condition, that little buffeting that will come to you, you will say, am I still a child of God? Is the Son of Man still God? That is how doubt starts.

35.        Doubt starts with all those little, little things. If He (God) still goes into trials, still goes into temptation, who are you? If the devil could tempt Jesus, who is Judas? Who is Peter? You see why God is saying you should take heed to yourself. The devil will not rest until he is given his place and God said that he is going to punish the devil once and for all.

36.        He is going to put an end to this beast once and for all. So far he has not been destroyed; he is still looking for more people that will be with him. God has told us that anywhere the majority is, know that God is not there. Right from the creation of the world, the devil took three quarter. Check out of everything, the devil took three quarter.

37.        That is why God said that when this calamity and evil will be befalling this world, that it will never stop until three quarter of the world is cut off. To show that God knows the proportion that goes to the evil one. That the devil will never rest until all of them are placed one side. That you followed from the beginning, you provided your vehicle, you accompanied the Son of Man to run around everywhere, you did a good work, a commendable work but it is not a record for your salvation.

38.        That I preached the good news, I knew this, I did this, I did that, the Son of Man is using me at Onitsha, I preached the highest volume of messages, God said it is not a recommendation for salvation. God said that even if His wife is found tomorrow in unbelief, that she will be put out.

39.        But He said that He is grateful unto God that His wife and children which God has given to Him can never be corrupted, that they are above corruption. They are incorruptible. When I heard that statement, I was very sober. This is what every seed of God should strive for. Always make sure that God will make such commendation.

40.        Come to that point where God will say that, do you see Bro Lucky? There is nothing you people will do, there is nothing you will do to him that will make him blaspheme this Faith. Who does not want that kind of remark? God knew Job very well, He was sure and certain and he said, you see this Job, go and try him, he will never, even if his family should die, that Job can never deny Me for I know him.

41.        So imagine the kind of trust and how much God knows us. Let me read from psalm 139 verse 1-4. Oh Lord, you have searched me thoroughly and have known me. You have done what? Searched me thoroughly and you have known me. It is just like when people are envying Apostle Ojiakor, God has searched and knows him.

42.        God has tried him, weighed him, God has known his frail and God knows his weakness. At any point his weakness tries to buffet him, God knows. It can never make him to what? Stop being a seed of God. God has known that this is his weakness, he has tried him and known him. I have known everything that causes this problem, is it because we are still here. I know that if he is in paradise, this man can never be a trouble to him. This is the kind of recommendation we need.

43.        With that settlement as a child of God, you are settled that tomorrow, even if you are on stroke, you can never be found in unbelief. Let it be that you lost all that you are made up of in one day, yet it can never make you to say that He is not God. That even in your adversities, you will keep acknowledging him as God. Acknowledging and professing of His faithfulness to your life. That is only what you can see in a child of God. You can never see it in the life of an unbeliever.

44.        An unbeliever attributes his failures to the devil, his success to God but a true seed of God attributes his failures to God, his achievement to God, his everything to God because devil does not have a hand in his life. Hallelujah. He knows that he does not have any dealings with the devil. The devil can never make me to fall, God made me to fail so that I can attain higher heights. That is the orientation of a child of God.

45.        That is the orientation, the notion a child of God goes with wherever he is. He is not afraid that the devil will make him to have accident. He believes that it is God that tells him, do not enter this vehicle or enter this vehicle, do not do this, do that.

46.        When our pastor was going for service in Adamawa, he saw a fresh car he wanted to enter, but God told him to enter the rouge car, that is the one you are going with. What is more, the vehicle took him successfully to Adamawa. The well decorated car might be spoiling on the way. At any point in time, even if you are child of God, God’s decisions for us are not palatable.

47.        At the beginning, you take it like what is this? But you know that that is the right direction. Even though it is rough but you know it is the right way. O Lord you have searched me thoroughly and have made me. You know my down sitting and my uprising. You know my what? My down sitting and you know my uprising.

48.        You know where I am strong, you know where I am weak. You know those situations I cannot stand, you know those situations I will see as nothing. He knows me very well. Every morning when you wake up, your heart will be very free because you know that God knows your heart.

49.        If tomorrow you are accused wrongly, he knows your heart. That is your own consolation that God knows me, He knows my weaknesses, He knows my strength. You know my down sitting and my uprising, you understand my thoughts afar off. You sift and search out my path and my lying down and you are acquainted with all my ways. And you are what? Acquainted with all my ways.

50.        God can never say He does not know my ways. He does not know Brother Lucky’s ways. Maybe tomorrow you say I am going to Kaduna. What are you going to do in Kaduna? You can only ask one who you do not know his way. But for every child of God, Daddy I am going to Calabar. He will ask hope all is well? Go! Because you know that any selection you are making for yourself is good for you.

51.        You sift and search out my path and my lying down and you are acquainted in all my ways for there is not a word in my thought still unaltered but behold O Lord, you know it altogether. Stop there.

52.         Let me read from living Bible. O Lord you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit or stand, when faraway you know my every thought. You chart the path ahead of me and tell me when to stop and rest. (LB).

53.        God now designing your path for you. Why? Because you have leaned your whole understanding on Him. You know that there is no other person guiding you if not God Himself, the Almighty God Apostle Peter Odoemena. The Son of Man. That He is the one guiding you. You are now leaning on Him. He is the one now telling you, “Lucky relax or it is time to work, go and work”.

54.        You chart the path ahead of me and tell me where to stop and rest. Every moment you know where I am, you know what I am going to say before I even say it. You know what I can do even before I do it, you know me. Even if I am bragging that I did this and that, you will be laughing at me because you know my frail. You are saying you can do this and that. Go knows me, knows what I can stand. He knows that if any trouble comes my way, He is going to solve it because He knows. That is why when I heard that statement I was very, very happy.

55.         So, God has known me to the point that He knows that nothing can corrupt me. Nothing can take me out of that way of truth. If they are talking about falling away, He knows that it is not for His family. When He said I am going home, that you people will make me go home and prepare my own family, He knew. How many days did it take, He has already presented His family to the world and telling them to see. Because He knows them.

56.        God knows that if we did not worth that example, He would not have placed us as an example. That is why any testimony God is giving on my head, I am accepting it. It is not boasting. Tomorrow if God says that I am not leaving this brother to paradise because of this thing, let that brother boast everywhere with it, this is not boasting, it is a recommendation. God has recommended you to the saints.

57.        If God can tell Apostle Ojiakor “look at, this way we are friends here, do you not like it? I want us to be exactly like this over there too. I do not want to lose you”. Everywhere he is going, he needs to hold his head higher because he is important to God. God does not want to lose him. That fact alone, that even if you call the Son of Man today and you happen to have a problem with him, you will not cry.

58.        Look at Bro John Onyia, is there anything that will happen between him and the Son of Man today that will make him to start shouting, “Oh, I am dead, I am not in the faith”. He knows that it is a normal thing, a father and son can have issues but it does not stop him from being his father. The prodigal son knew that he was the son.

59.        He knows that even if it things turn out to be difficult, and my father gets too angry, he will at least make me a slave. As long as he has seen me, He will not allow me to start feeding like a pig, let me go home first. Because he knows his route. He knows. When Apostle Ojiakor had issues even to the point that due to the hot anger of the Lord where he and Apostle Kelechi was. God had to even withdraw the promise He made to show you that God is now angry with Him.

60.        God is angry at me. For Him now to even go to the point of withdrawing a promise. Do you know what that promise means? A promise of eternal life, God withdrew it. That instead of losing you, that He prefers putting you in grave. God had to withdraw it.

61.        Then, if you want to be lost, be lost. He found his way. He knew that this is my father. Let me go back and know where this problem is coming from. He found out where the problem was, addressed it, pinpointed it, worked against it, made sure he worked and strengthened the relationship, made an open confession and everything and the relationship came back. At the Passover feast, we heard God now calling him the most favoured Apostle.

62.        Do you know what it means? Do you know what that authority and confirmation means? Tomorrow even if he is in paradise, like now they are saying Apostle Paul that did this and that. Look the most favoured Apostle of all apostles. If you like call Apostle Noah, Apostle Paul, Apostle Caesar. For me now, I am the owner of this place, look at the most favoured apostle. Hallelujah.

63.        Is there any recommendation greater than that? But imagine if he folded his hands like his counterpart Apostle Kelechi that God has said this and that, by now his place would have been seen no more. Why is the devil attacking his family? Why is the devil doing everything? It is because he wants to spoil that their good record, drag them to the mud so that his good testimony will be withdrawn. So that that confirmation God has made on him as the most favoured will be withdrawn from him.

64.        And this is what the family should see as a collective idea that this authority God has recommended to our daddy that we must continue to wear it to eternity and uphold it till this mortal flesh will be translated. Once they have it as a collective idea, the devil is like a small boy to them. How can the devil come and buffet us in our family?

65.        Once he comes, we already know that he is the devil. Everybody has known that to be the devil so nobody will see it that it is Chuchu talking, it is daddy talking or mummy talking. We know that it is the devil we are fighting. If it is the spirit inside me, it already knows it is the devil. I am not fighting my brother, I am fighting the devil. If he leaves, my brother is still fine.

66.        So, I am not fighting my brother, it is the devil I am fighting. So, God has already conferred many, many authorities on his children, recommended many of his children fit and ready for salvation and the devil is now saying that oh!, it is good, he has conferred that salvation to you and you are sure of your salvation but so far it has not been given to you, I can still collect it. That is the decision of the devil.

67.        I know already you are saved but so far you have not entered, I can mar your testimony and if you do not take heed to yourself, you see the devil using you as an example to mar your record. The person that was prophesying the Faith with full force and later you see him backsliding. Everything is the decision of the mind.

68.        When God said that the ministers are slumbering, it took Brother Ben Okezue from all the end-timers to say that he is still a youth and not an old minister. He is not an old man, that he is not an end timer, he is a youth. When youth ministers are counted, he should be counted also that he is among them so that he can continually build himself in that his taproot which is Christ. Because if you do not work for it, God can never give it to you.

69.        God can never see someone who slumbered, who feels at ease in the camp, God will now meet you and confer you saying that you are an example to all youth. Never! Never! You must do what? Work for it. If Brother Goddy Ikechebere never lived an upright life, how would God recommend him as a saint? It is because of his life, right? He lived that life. If you like, be inside the prison and live that life regardless of what people are saying, God must identify you. No matter who you are, if you like be a soak-away man, God must identify you.

CHAPTER 5

GOD IS PERFECT IN HIS WISDOM

Who of all people believed that in Onitsha faith, if they keep Apostle Kelechi and Bro Goddy Ikechebere that God will pick bro Goddy as a saint? Nobody will ever believe it, telling us that God’s ways run contrary to the ways of man.

2.           It must always and will continually run contrary to the thoughts of God and that is how you will know that you are a child of God. If God’s plans do not run contrary to what you are planning for yourself, watch it very well, it is not the plan of God.

3.           Pastor Wisdom: It must run contrary to your own, it is one million miles away. The first step is that it must get you annoyed. To show that it is not in consonance with what you have in mind, it must provoke you to wrath but within that provocation lies love, in that provocation lies understanding if you give in, in that provocation lies peace if you will give in, in that provocation lies the needed rest you need to have in Christ if only you will give in. And being able to give heed to that produces an opposite result of that correction.

4.           Who would ever believe? He is not one that makes noise in the fellowship. Or even during contribution, he is not one who can contribute heavily. Hence, he had nothing. Everybody sees him as a useless man. There is nothing that will be said that they will call his name but look at who he is among everybody in the Bride. He is a saint. Do you know what it takes to be a saint? Who will believe it? If we are asked to number saints, we all have in mind those that will be number one. That is why the record of the last fellowship we had in Onitsha before the lockdown.

5.           It can never be erased from my memory because God is perfect in his decision. When God made the selection even when he was calling you people out, nobody knew his plan. Brother Nwobu come out, where is pastor Wisdom? When I sat down I said, ah ah what is happening? Did Wizzy do anything? Secondly, Bro Lucky, I said haa! Two of them wey dey Enugu, problem dey o. That was what my mind told me. That this one pastor Wisdom and Lucky are called, who knows what they did that they tagged them along Elder Nwobu because my mind was processing everything. Hence, God spent time before you were given the instruction.

6.           Even before they gave you people the instruction, you people were standing neutrally. I was like Wizzy and Lucky with Bro. Nwobu, which connection? Where is Elder Chibueze? Bro. Simon Agu, everybody chilled. Take the bottles and anoint the saints. Do you know what it is? The last anointing that marked the closing of the fellowship. The worship of the saints as multitude that you were among those who laid lands. There is no confirmation greater than that.

7.           What concerns you with an unbeliever? If they are saying people are slumbering, is it your business? He knows you. That is why as a child of God, when you look at your foundation, you see that this thing you are doing, you are greater than it. An elder says, “I watch my revelation”. Watch your experiences; from there you will get the needed strength. You do not need to be scared again. Even when the message hits hard, you know it is not for you.

8.           What God is saying at the end, there is something I am looking for here. Confirmation of my salvation is what I am looking for. Each time I listen to the messages, all I want to hear is what God is saying confirming our salvation, confirming my faith to know if there is still time. But what gives me joy is that, every day I keep hearing that we are rushing towards the end.

9.           Watch every cassette player, once it is about to finish, you see it running faster to show that it is running towards the end. That is my joy. Look at how swift events are happening. This one is happening, this one is happening, everything God is saying is now a daily prophecy and fulfillment.

10.        He made a statement when we went to Onitsha. He said, in the end, how will you know you are in the end? When the Son of Man speaks, do not wait for two days, do not even wait for the next day, it is happening immediately and the testimony of Sister Mary. Already if you are a child of God, you already know the time table.

11.        Once you start listening to the message, you hear the Son of Man saying as we see the days approaching. As we are running faster to the end. You see him lamenting. There is nothing else I am looking for because I know. What are you still doing here? What do you want to do that you have not done? Let me now make you understand something. Even as you are struggling to make ends meet. Remember a day is coming you will be like papa Uwakwe. At that point, even if you have millions in your account, it cannot mean anything again to you. You watch your sons doing well, your daughters are happily married. What else are you struggling for?

12.        Life will always come to that point where you will get tired. When God was talking about mama Ikebude, during the lockdown, He said that He went to where mama is and anointed her, that where mama is that no sin can be imputed on her. That she is above sin. Do you know what it takes to be above sin? What does it take to be a saint?

13.        What severed Adam from God, is it not sin? What severed the devil from God? Is it not sin? And for God to now tell you that this thing that happened to the devil is not with you. That what made Adam not to enjoy Eden, you are above it. You are above sin. When God said that my family is above corruption, none of my children can be corrupted, they are what? Incorruptible.

14.        Do you know what it takes to be incorruptible? Do you know what it means? There is a message we heard, have you escaped from the corruption that is in the world through lust? Check it, God will now say that you are above corruption. Nobody can be corrupted. If you now know the message and you claim the message and say yes, spiritually, I am a member of this family, I have my alignment with this family and I am making sure that I am working in consonance with what is coming out of this family, you yourself is above corruption. It is very, very simple.

15.        Do you know what it takes for an old woman, a woman for that matter to be above sin? The other day, the Son of Man went to visit her and we heard it in the tapes, good testimony following her. What is bothering mama? Mama that has gone to abroad, what is bothering you now, she has seen all. If it is money, she has seen money. If it is to travel, she has travelled out. Nothing is bothering her again. All she knows is get me food, drink water, let me do this one. The world understands this life better than us.

16.        One man was telling me that the essence of all these hustle and bustle of the day, that it is for the grave. That if we can ignore this and know that after the whole hustles of the day even the wars, in the process of getting this money that we want, you end up killing your brother, killing this person, having this misunderstanding on earth, having an eternal severance from your parents, from your friends. That the end of all these things lies in the grave. 

17.        If we must take one moment in everyday to acknowledge this, that human relationship will be improved generally. Because what are we struggling to hold in this life? Nothing. There is nothing you will get now that assures you of the security of tomorrow. People that have dollar, check people that have enough dollar as at five years ago, if they tell them that today, it will be nothing, they will not believe. People that had millions of naira before like five years ago, if you tell them it will amount to nothing now in this present economy, nobody will believe.

18.        What do you get? It changes from time to time. Why having a strong grip on it then? Why? To the extent of severing you from your creator. That which your creator has given to you, that which your creator has created has allowed the creature to have a permanent problem with the creator.

19.        So, whatever we are using, we are holding against God, is it because He kept you alive to think about it? He gave you the opportunity to breathe that is why you have something to hold against Him. This is the truth. If He takes that breath away from you, does a dead man talk? With total submission to the will of God. You do not have the will of anything but the will of God.

20.        At that point in time, everything is happening inside you. If we can recognize this, our relationship with God and with one another will definitely be improved. What is it? What are we fighting for? God did this, God did that to you. If you can calm down and see it from this perspective, surely things will turn out well between us and God.

21.        Because He gave you the life that is why you are holding something against Him. Because He gave you the permission to survive that. Because he gave you the permission to overcome that sickness that is why you have the guts to say that He is not supposed to do this. But if that situation had swallowed you, if that situation had gotten rid of you, will you still have the mouth or the guts to stand before Him?

22.        I discussed with bro John and told him that what people fail to understand in this life is that your story can never be the same. God said from time to time, that we compare our experiences with those that came before us. I told us that we are not worshiping a new God. This is an ever evolving God. He is the same for He evolves from age to age to suit the people He is sent to.

23.        If Jesus was sent to this generation that was why He kept telling us that you are worshipping the most patient God. The God we are worshipping is the God that brethren in their families will discuss about this God, insult this God and still come to fellowship and God will not strike any of them dead.

24.        There is the level of misunderstanding, level of quarrelling, level of grievous statements that is made about the Son of Man and families which if He is to judge, none of them is worthy to say amen in their house fellowship but still what happens, God ignores it. He still gives them the grace to see the next day, the opportunity to see if they can fully come back to know that it is out of the abundance of love I have for you that I am reaching out to save your soul.

25.        If God refuses to save me today, it adds nothing to Him. He saves me today, it does not stop Him from being the Almighty. Not he that runneth but the Lord that showeth mercy. One point the Pastor made when the fellowship was starting was, he said that because sin is not instantly punished, that is why men have dedicated themselves to committing sin without restraint.

26.        Imagine if Son of Man asks you something, you lie and fall down instantly. Let us take the days of Ananias. Assuming the nature he took in the days of the Apostles, we would have remain only four serving God by now and nobody will serve God bountifully due to fear and trembling. With fear, you cannot worship God in love. It is out of that love that you express yourself. He gives you that opportunity to pour yourself out. That is why we sing:

27.        Song: Break me, melt me, mold me and fill me. Spirit of the living God, fall afresh on me.

28.        The worst thing that will happen to you is at any condition you find yourself; you let the spirit of God leave. If the spirit of God leaves a child of God, what you will manifest, if your tape is to be played to you, if God gathers all that have been happening in your heart and play it as a tape to you, tears will be rolling from your eyes to see the level of backsliding you have done just from your heart meanwhile nobody heard you while all those things were happening. That is why we say no matter what, “Take not your Holy Spirit from me, my God restore unto me the joy of my salvation and renew the right spirit within me.”

29.        And what? Renew the right spirit within me. Because if He does not renew it, I bet you, it must surely leave. The moment that joy is tampered with, you start finding fault with God, finding fault with everything. You see yourself to be an embodiment of all knowledge and all truth.

30.        When the message is going on, you can never leave your heart open to receive the instruction. The worst thing that will happen, the level that will now crown it all is having somebody, having a person or having an authority whose words stand a better place in your heart than God. You now have one you report God to, “Look at what I heard they said today in church. Imagine what this people are saying and they still call themselves brethren.” That authority now you are quoting, what is his relationship with God?

31.         What is his stand with God? When the devil comes to kill somebody, he will remove your sense of reasoning. He will block your physical eyes and your spiritual eyes, close your heart to meditate, shut your heart against all good corrections that there is nothing you will hear and take it serious. While hearing it, your whole body is burning; you will feel like tearing the person apart so that you do not give an ear. By the time the spirit leaves you, God said that before you will pick up yourself if there will still be time, that is what? Second captivity of the devil.

32.        And God said that it will hold you for a very long time. Because you have overcome the first one. Any tactics you are going to use to escape, it will hold you to make sure you will remain in that garrison. I really thank God for today because if not from the Word of God, you can never know your position in God.

33.        If they are saying crosscheck your standpoint, is it not the Word of God you will use? It is our standard. It is from that Word of God. Once you bring it to yourself, you hold it and crosscheck to know whether you are still retaining that testimony which you have been retaining. If it so good, you know; if it is bad, you know.

34.        HOW CAN WE ESCAPE IF WE NEGLECT THOSE THINGS OF SALVATION IN OUR OWN DAY PROVIDED BY GOD THROUGH THE SON OF MAN, APOSTLE PETER ODOEMENA preached on 27th September, 2020 at the bridal lodge, Nsugbe. A fool is the one that discovers his errors and continues in it. That is only a fool, a fool.It is not that I showed him his error, he himself discovered his error and yet he continued in it.

35.        If I discover now that taking alcohol destroys my liver and makes me sick always, yet I ignore it and continue drinking, it is only a fool that will recognize that this is my problem; this is the reason why I am dying and yet he continue in it. 

36.        It is better you do not discover it and perish than discover your error and continue to live in error. Always have it at the back of your mind that it is more expensive to live in error than to correct an error. It is easier to correct an error than to live in error. If you know that thing which is wrong in you and I know that which is wrong in my life, it is better we correct it.

37.        Whatever we are expending or forfeiting by correcting it is nothing to be compared to the eternal punishment that awaits us. That life that is hindering God’s blessings, if you decide not to live that life so that it will avert God’s punishment, you do not know what you have saved yourself from. Is it not better you leave that life than continuing in it and facing the wrath of God?It is very, very bad.

38.        If we refuse to correct the errors and carry it to the judgement throne, who will bail us out? Whatever that will cost you to remove the spirit of unbelief in your heart, in your family, it is nothing to be compared to eternal punishment in hellfire. Anything it will cost you to root out unbelief in your life at this closing moment.

39.        Remember we have a message BECAREFUL OF THE LAST MINUTE MANIFESTATION OF UNBELIEF. That is what is killing many people. That minute, a second because God told us that in a twinkling of an eye that this whole thing will be cut short. Seeing that I do not know that second, I do not know the day. God has already picked that day.

40.        God said that once that time reaches, once that time approaches, that it can never be overdue by a second. It can never be what? Overdue. So that day has already been slated. God said it is a secret in his Heart. We have heard it that no matter what we are doing, on day one day, everything is going to be cut short.

41.        Due to that I do not know that day, even if I know that it is on a Monday, in that Monday, I do not know the second, I do not know the hour that contains the minute that contains that second. This second we are talking about, there is something more than a second. 0.8 is a second. It is called millisecond. A second is 1, 2 seconds, 3 seconds before you get to 60 seconds that make a minute but before you get to 1, there is 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 that is why if you check the speed of light it is 3.7*10^-22. This -22 is 0.0000×7 and if you calculate it, it is not even close to a second.

42.        So, the speed of light is not even close to a second and God is telling us that once he speaks out that word, our translation is embedded in the power of the spoken word. Once that word goes forth, it will not even take up to a speed of light for us to be translated. So you see, once you miss it, you have missed it. God said that the calamity that will befall this world, once you are still wearing this mortal body when it happens, know it that you are passing through the great tribulation.

43.        Nobody is going to be safe. Once it happens, it has happened and you have missed it. It is not something you will say let you kneel down and pray or start practicing the message, once you miss it, you have missed it. Let it never be our portion. Amen.

44.        Let me continue from page 117 of THE INVESTIGATIVE JUDGEMENT OF GOD BEFORE THE TRANSLATION OF THE SAINTS preached on Tuesday 8th September, 1996.

45.        We are now in the harvest period. The sickle has been brought in and now this is the time where there is no remedy for sin. This should be our watchword. Take it that that hour you are living a life contrary to the message, take it that there is no remedy for sin.Tell yourself there is no remedy for sin so that even if you make things right that you will not continue to live that ungodly life again knowing that there might not be any remedy again.

46.        During the harvest period, a farmer that came to harvest something, if he sees a cassava that is not good, he does not have any time. Once he sees that the top is not good, he throws it away and put the good ones in the basket. Then that one that was mistakenly put in the basket, when you get home, you find out that the head is not good but the body is good, you cut off the head and start managing it.

47.        But during the harvesting time, nobody has that time to start checking it. The good ones are entering the basket, the bad ones are entering the fire. Is it not so? That is why God said that in the harvest period, there is no remedy. When God has thrust in the sickle to harvest the world, once God has thrust in the sickle to select those that are His children making the selection of families that are in Christ, He does not have time for those still making atonement for sin; No. He is only all out for those that are His.

48.        And God declared it. He declared it to us saying, “I am all out to save whoever is mine.” That wherever you are, that the devil cannot even hold you. So will the devil also fight to take whatever that is his. Whether the person is hiding in this family, in this Faith, the devil will find you and take you.

49.        We are now in the harvest period, the sickle has been thrust in and this is the time when there is no remedy for sin, no remedy for unbelief. Any manifestation of unbelief now signals eternal death. Why? We have seen all the manifestations of God, all these manifestations; we have seen the visible manifestation of God in our age. Why unbelief? What is the basis for your unbelief? Amen.

50.        Let me take again from the message. Page 127 verse 23. What we are expecting now is the superlative degree of evil and punishment of evil. It is relaxed again and God allowed it to enable him watch the behavior and the reactions of people whether they learnt lessons within the period of the lockdown into covid and mass death.

51.        God allowed the mass death of covid to linger on so that they will know that death is still here. Immortality is not yet with anybody except the Almighty God. Many escaped from Egypt because they believed and followed. In the wilderness, instead of continuing, unbelief set in. Do you understand? They have escaped from Egypt, found themselves in the wilderness, instead of continuing, unbelief set in. Did God spare them? No.

52.        That is why He (God) said, be very careful lest in anytime there be found in you an evil heart of unbelief for departing from the true God. For any doubt that has already set in you, you have done what? Departed from the true God. Because you cannot be standing on that salvation of the word of God and yet doubtful. You have stepped out. I cannot stay inside this room and be complaining, this room is a nonsense room. No, I must step out. If I now go out, I will say, you see that room? It is nonsense place. You cannot be standing on the salvation of God and yet there is doubt in you. You have stepped out of that salvation for doubt to set in.

53.        When the evil heart of unbelief is traceable to you, departure from the true God is traceable to you also. Have you seen it? All these things work hand in hand. Once evil heart of unbelief can be traced to you, you have detached from God. Will God spare you? Never.

54.        The story in the wilderness is our example documented for our learning, for we are living at a time when everything shall come to an end. For that reason, He has allowed everybody accumulate all these weapons ofwar fares which God will now lay hand on to eradicate mankind. The greatest is what? Unbelief.

55.        Due to that unbelief in you, God will lay hand on it and use it and destroy you. God said He has closed their eyes of understanding lest they will know that they have erred and their sins will be forgiven them. Due to the fact you have taken it that you are disobedient, God will now carry like seven coconuts and add to your head to make your head stronger to keep on refusing His words so that He will use it as a veritable ground to destroy you.

56.        The greatest weapon of mass destruction is unbelief. There is no atomic missile that is as dangerous and as destructive as unbelief. For that reason, He has allowed human beings accumulate all weapons which God will then lay hand on to eradicate mankind so that in the end God will be justified by his statements which He said in the book of Genesis that henceforth I will no longerdestroy human beings I created, human beings will now destroy themselves.

57.        How? Through unbelief for the greatest burden is the burden of unbelief. The greatest sickness is the sickness of unbelief. The greatest destroyer is unbelief. Let it not be traced into us in this family. Amen.

58.        Banish it, delete the word unbelief from our heart dictionary. Our live experiences be it good or bad provided we are here for our desire is to be wherever you are, wherever you live, wherever you die, wherever you will be buried, wherever you will resurrect from now till eternity. It is unbelief that is leading them to whatever they are doing, is it not true?

59.        If you do not believe that God is alive, will God protect you? Will God bless you? Will God give you eternal life? Trust not in your own riches. Trust not in the arms of your own flesh or your own strength for the world boasteth in their power, they boast in their strength, in their armor but we boast in the name of our God. Amen.

60.        Follow me to this message: HOW CAN WE ESCAPE IF WE NEGLECT SO GREATLY THIS SALVATION GOD HAS GIVEN US Vol.2. Preached at the household of God, Obosima, Imo State, Nigeria on 15th August, 2020 by our Evangelist Ben Okezue. Page 25 verse 20.

61.        If you are  doubting, despising and rejecting the Son of Man who is the Word made flesh, you are doing so because you are God’s enemy. But will you bear what will befall Gods enemies? Despising God means despising His Word for God is His Word. Rejecting God means rejecting, neglecting the Word and personality of God revealed in your day.

62.        Today, anyone who doubts, despise and rejects the Son of Man did the same thing to the Almighty God Himself. Brethren, did we not hear this now? This is the confirmation. Any disobedience, any doubt, any unbelief towards the Son of Man is a direct challenge to the Almighty God and it marks you as an enemy of God. God has told us that if there is anything we should fight, anything we should be careful of, it is that last minute manifestation of unbelief.

63.        Let me lastly read something from this message on page 98 from verse 12. That we must note that in every salvation mission, there must be a last minute instruction.Brethren we should do what? Note that in every salvation mission, there must be a last minute instruction.

64.        The angels of destruction became the angels of salvation to lot’s family. They were given the last minutes safety instruction which determined their salvation which we are receiving today. The Son of Man giving us last minute instruction that will save us from the wrath of God from being part of this destruction. Lot and his two daughters obeyed but his wife refused and neglected the instruction as her manner has been and look back.

65.        If you were living in the day of Moses and you refused to spread the blood on your door at the last minute safety instruction. Even if you were the most holy, the angel of death must strike you there. So, as the Son ofMan in this last minute is dragging out all of us  from every unbelief, doubt, unfaithfulness and worldliness, if you fail to take His last minute instruction serious, he will not be liable for your destruction.

66.        The doctor has given you drugs telling you that since you are diabetic, see what you will be taking, you go home and refuse to take the drugs, if you die tomorrow, are we going to hold the doctor responsible or hold your people? We are going to hold you responsible because the remedy was given to you and you refused to take it.

67.        Now He is giving us the last minute instruction that will save us from destruction. Tomorrow if you are destroyed, nobody is going to blame the Son of Man rather you are going to blame yourself not God.The last minute cleansing and reawakening of the bride have become very necessary to avoid having any casualty. Let us beware of last minutes manifestation of unbelief. Let us beware of last minute unbelief which leads to negligence, carelessness and ends in great disappointment. You see?

68.        Due to carelessness and check it most people who are not abiding in the Word of God, who are not abiding under the shadow of the Almighty is because of their carelessness. They are not careful, they are now careless with the Faith of God and now they have lost their positions.

69.        Let us read the book of Psalm 34 from verse 11 through 16. Amplified: Come you children listen to me, I will teach you to revere and worshipfully fear the Lord which the Son of Man is doing, teaching us to revere and worshipfully fear the Lord. ¹² What man is he who desires life and longs for many days that he may see good? Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit. Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit.

70.        Because if you do that, that is only when you have the boldness to do that, that is only when you can say God you know my heart, you know my ways, you even know my utterances before I make them. Why? Because you have kept your path clean. Because you have refrained your tongue from evil. Refrain your lips from what? Deceit.

71.        ¹⁴ Depart from evil and do good. Depart from evil and do what? Do good for that is only where you will have rich benefits. Seek, enquire for and crave peace and pursue (go after) it. Nothing gives peace than abiding in the Word of God. So, God is telling you that you should always seek and enquire of the Lord. Crave for that Word of God for that is the only thing that can give you peace. Wherever peace is, the bible is telling us that we should pursue it.

72.        Make sure that you enquire. Are you sure, this thing that is like this, let me see, I must get it. God said that we should keep on knocking, knock, knock and do what? Knock. That He must answer, that He must open that door for you. When God asked Solomon, ‘what do you want?’ He asked for wisdom. God gave him wisdom and everything that accompanies wisdom. Imagine if he was foolish to ask for wealth or to ask for power, I do not think he would have made such record which the bible said about it.

73.        The eyes of the Lord are towards the uncompromisingly righteous. The eyes of the Lord are towards the what? The uncompromisingly righteous. Now look at what God is looking for. You see the extraordinary picture of a true seed of God. The extraordinary feature of a true seed of God. He is looking for the uncompromisingly righteous. Not saying you are a righteous man, your righteousness is uncompromising. At any point in time, you can never compromise.

74.        There are many people who claimed they are good. When they come before people, you see them pretending to be good. They will drop that thing which they are doing, they will try to do that which that people are doing so that he can still maintain that record that he is a good man. If he goes here, he will still do it, he will keep changing.

75.        God does not want us to be a chameleon. God does not want us to be two-faced. He wants us to have that original nature which is Christ’s nature. The eyes of the Lord are towards the uncompromisingly righteous and his ears are open to their cry. Amen.God said you should ask and it shall be given you. So far you have that uncompromising righteousness of God, that His eyes are towards you, his ears are open towards your prayers, your pleas and your supplications.

76.        ¹⁶The face of the Lord is against those who do evil. The face of the Lord is what? Against those who do evil. Hallelujah. I am reading from living bible. Sons and daughters come and listen and let me teach you the importance of trusting and fearing God. Do you want a long good life? Then watch your tongue. Keep your lips from lying, turn from all known sin and spend your time in doing good.

77.        Try to live in peace with everyone, work hard at it. For the eyes of the Lord are intently watching all who lives good lives and He gives attention when they cry to Him.  But the Lord has made up His mind to wipe out even the memories of evil men from the earth. Not only that your place will be seen no more, but your memory will be wiped off. Nobody will be remembering what you did before again. Even when you are brought into the picture, nobody will be interested about you.

78.        You see what God does to an evil man. Even while we are still on earth, that your memory will what? Fade away. Your place will be forgotten and your memory will be wiped off. Just like we are now, even if the person is mentioned, you cannot remember his deeds. Let us take it for example, if you call Apostle Silas now, is there anything you can say about him?

79.         I am just giving us one example. Former apostle Silas who has died, now I called his name, what did you remember? Can you name any message that can be credited to him? His place has been forgotten, his memory also wiped off.

80.        He lived a useless life. God said that whenever we hear His word, harden not your heart. You do not know when you will hear it again. So, let this message now serve as an energy booster. Since we have received God’s commendation, we know that yes from our daily experiences, from things happening around us that yes we are still in God’s program.

81.        We are no longer the two-faced people. Wherever our parents are, they are very comfortable that, “Yes, all is well between my children and God.” Hence, he does not make such sacrifices which Job made. “Incase my son sins,” no. My son has grown to that point that he knows what will bring problem between him and God.

82.        No need for me sacrificing. I am at rest that he knows, he has grown to the point that if tomorrow his relationship with God is severed, he knows, and he must do everything to bring it back. Not only he knows that he is not in a good relationship but he must do everything to do what? Reconnect.

83.        A true child of God does not avoid God. He always takes the story of that prodigal son. I love God. Anything that happens, he must repeat it to show you that you are in the right track.

84.        Whenever the story of the prodigal son is rehearsed, we will not use the story again, we will use the story of Apostle Ojiakor. You see that the story is not different. It came to a point when God banned him from calling him. He stayed for days. Apostle Ojiakor that speaks with Son of Man every day now came to a point that they were no longer talking on phone. 

85.        But he found his way back. Made an open confession and found his way back, reconnected with his father and things started working well for him again. God is telling us that now we still have the chance, hearing the instruction that you should run back to God. As I thought on my ways, I ran back to God. You are blessed brethren.
