¹⁰You are on your own. When you go beyond the Word of God that is revealed in your day, you are in front, God is behind, man and woman alike. Pass this information to your children. You will all be saved if you abide in Me and I abide in you. ¹¹But if you have reason to doubt whether I am able to save you, you are already lost. CIRCUMCISE YOUR HEART AND MIND [1]

You are blessed Brethren. We give God the whole glory and the honour for what He has done, putting us in remembrance of that which we have received in time past .

Of a truth, God really loves us, and He is really interested in our affairs. Sure!!! If He was not interested in our affairs, there is no way we will be receiving this kind of teaching, way back 26 years ago, still standing the test of time. Senior to you. Yes sir!
So, this morning, the Message really touched on each and every one of us because we can never stand up and say that we have lived fully as God expects from us.
Judging from the Message CHANGE YOUR HEART AND MIND, how many of us have circumcised our hearts and our thoughts to really suit what God wants from us.
From what we were reading from the Message [CHANGE YOUR HEART AND MIND], it says, “¹⁸What is the LORD requiring from us the Elect?” Obedience to His Word. You must be immersed in the truth spiritually, with your life and my own life showing that we have been immersed in the truth.
Also, the importance you attach to the Message you are receiving will determine your approach towards it. Sure!!!
If the people that were there at that time in 1997 really attached much importance to this Message, I believe that most of them will still be in the faith till today. Even those that left would have still been here till today.
But it is our inability to go back to the Word; to go back to the Message, and also our lack of seriousness towards the faith of Christ is what really affects us badly and negatively.
This is because the same way you and I take the Word of God, it goes a long way to determine how it is going to work in your life and in my own life.
So, this morning, I want us to continue with a Message I have here. The title is IT MUST BE BELIEVERS / DEPARTURE FROM GOD TAKES PLACE IN THE HEART; Preached on 15^th March 1993 & 4^th March 2001 at the Household of God, Onitsha by Okey Nwankpa & Bro. Amankem Uwakwe Respectively.
I will be taking my text from section two; DEPARETURE FROM God takes place in the heart; Preached on 4^th March 2001 at the Household of God, Onitsha by Bro. Amankem Uwakwe; from Page 81 verse 34.
³⁴Departing from God takes place in the heart. Here, it is either faith or doubt. The LORD also emphasized on faith on the Word which we are hearing in the Message CHANGE YOUR HEART AND MIND. He said that if you and I do not have enough faith to take in the Word of God we are hearing, there is no way we can act positively in our lives.
… Here, it is either faith or doubt. It is either faith to your obeying or doubt to your disbelieving. When it comes to the Word of God, once the Word of God is given to you, it is either faith will control it or doubt; for it to germinate. ³⁵Hence, the heart is the womb that receives the Word of God.
We have a Message Titled, CHANGE YOUR HEART AND YOUR MIND. If you have not changed your heart, is there any way the heart can become that womb that can house the Word of God for a very long time? No! Circumcise it!
The heart is just the same with the womb of a woman. If you plant a seed that has life on the land, and there is sunshine, as long as there is life in that seed, it must germinate not minding the type of seed it is.
³⁶It is the same thing. The Word of God is a seed. Once it is planted into the heart, the heart has water which is the Word of God. And if that heart accepts the Word of God, the Word of God will germinate.
So, can you see that you can be seated, echoing “Amen” to the Word of God, accepting it, but not with your heart. It is only when you accept it with your heart that it will do what? Germinate.
This is because for the Word of God to work effectually in your life and in my life, you and I must water it. You and I must do the necessary things a farmer does to his own farmland, for you cannot take in the Word of God and say, “I have heard it. I have believed.” No! Without the necessary action, there is no way it is going to work effectually in your life.
If you go to a farmland, mere putting a seedling into the ground, does it mean that the seed has germinated and grown by itself, or has matured and borne fruits? No! You must do the necessary things.
If the land is not giving it enough ingredients, what will you do? You will go and buy manure. You will go and buy what? Manure. You will water it. If there is no rain fall, what do you do? You will take your pipe and your bucket every morning to do what? You go and water it.
Is it not because you have attached a great importance to that seed you have planted? I am using this natural seed to type what? Spiritual.
Mere accepting the Word of God or mere hearing it can never work in your life if you do not do that which you are expected to do.
³⁶It is the same thing. The Word of God is a seed. Once it is planted into the heart, the heart has water which is the Word of God. And if that heart accepts the Word of God, the Word of God will germinate.
³⁷In all the ages, the heart has always been the battle ground for good or evil. Sure!!! So, in our own day, it is not an exception. It will not be different. God is mindful of the heart. … God is ever mindful of my heart and your heart.
Page 85 from verse 12. ¹²Thus, no matter how, jumping up and down, that is not the matter. The matter is: Has the Word of God revealed in your day, settled in your heart?
¹³… whatever we see happening on earth today has its origin in heaven. You see one departing from God from the heart, there was a being that first departed from God. The downfall of Lucifer first took place in the heart. Is it not true?
This is because he first of all formed that idea that he wants to be greater than God. Where? In his heart. And that was what led to his action.
Page 99 from verse 3. ³You see in every dispensation, as many as are not in God’s program, He blinded them, for them not to understand what God is doing. Departing from God takes place in the heart.
⁴You depart from God on the basis of what you are taught. The moment you depart from what you are taught, from the teaching, from the doctrine, you have departed from God. The Lord prophesied that their hearts must be made blind.
Jeremiah 7:24, Amplified version. ²⁴But they would not listen to and obey Me or bend their ear [to Me], but followed the counsels and the stubborn promptings of their own evil hearts and minds, and they turned their backs and went in reverse instead of forward.
The Living Bible. ^[24]But they wouldn’t listen; they kept on doing whatever they wanted to, following their own stubborn,

evil thoughts. They went backward instead of forward.

Why? They could not circumcise their hearts. They could not circumcise their thoughts. Instead of moving forward, they started moving backward. Is it not what is happening today in our midst. Only a few are still progressing spiritually and physically.
The Message Bible. ²⁴“‘But do you think they listened? Not a word of it. They did just what they wanted to do, indulged any and every evil whim and got worse day by day.
Let me read a confirmation of that Scripture in the Message ARE YOU A SOLDIER OF CHRIST OR A SPECTATOR OF CHRIST? It was preached on 2^nd February 2003 at the Household of God Onitsha by former and late Apostle Silas Eze; Page 34 verse 15.
¹⁵Once you reject the Word of the son of man in this Ministry, you must run into trouble. Because of what? This (His) Message is the Message of Life.
¹⁶I always meditate about this Message. If you are a member of this family, and you have no one hour or two hours that you will sit down in your room and think about what is happening in this Ministry, you are not one of us.
¹⁷Both man and woman; both Sister and Brother. You must give this Message time. From that time that you gave to this Message your time, you will know whether you have backslidden or you are moving front.
He backslid. He moved backward and he died.
Page 37 from verse 22. ²²… Are you a spectator or a soldier indeed? Do you only brag that you are one of us. If your rifle which is the Word of God is very far away from you, you must run into trouble.
²³If you have identified that you are a soldier of Christ, what is your relationship with the Area Commander in our midst? Are you relating well with Him or are you answering that you are a soldier? A soldier with empty barrel or a soldier that has no bullet in his rifle? A soldier that is boasting here and there? …
²⁵Are you a soldier in this Family? Do you make sure that the Word of THE SON OF MAN registers in you? Are you sure you register the Word of THE SON OF MAN in you? Why? It makes you to be a soldier with every amount of strictness.
It is because we do not attach any strictness and strict importance to the teachings we have received, that is why we fall into error here and now.
I go back to the Message, DEPATING FROM God takes place in the heart; Pg. 104 vs. 18. ¹⁸A spiritual man gets insight into everything; he judges the value of everything spiritually so that he will not depart from God.
That is the reason this ministry is an open ministry. If you are not careful you strangle yourself.
¹⁹One can depart from God and still be coming to Church, but the doctrine, the conduct, the behavior, he will smash it on the ground, … He will do what? He will smash it on the ground. But is he still claiming to be one of us Yes! … yet speaking to others to uphold the teaching.
ARE YOU A SOLDIER OF CHRIST OR A SPECTATOR OF CHRIST? It was preached on 2^nd February 2003 at the Household of God Onitsha by former and late Apostle Silas Eze; Page 50 from verse 52.
⁵²THE MESSAGE [WHICH YOU ARE RECEIVING] IS AN ENERGIZER. IT IS A CATALYST. IT IS A MESSAGE THAT TURNS FALSE ANGELS UPSIDE DOWN WITH THEIR hands tied at their back. It is a message that places the devil IN constant confusion. IT IS A MESSAGE THAT MAKES NATURALS TO BE SUPERNATURALS.
⁵³IT IS A MESSAGE THAT MAKES THE UNBELIEVABLE TO BE BELIEVABLE. IT IS A MESSAGE THAT MAKES YOU THE MORE YOU LOOK, THE LESS YOU SEE. IT IS A MESSAGE THAT STANDS ALONE. IT IS A MESSAGE THAT WE KNOW WHERE IT IS COMING FROM.
⁵⁴THE MESSAGE OF THE SON OF MAN IS A WONDERFUL MESSAGE. A MESSAGE THAT YOU RUN INTO AND YOU HAVE REST, UNLESS YOU ARE NOT A SEED OF GOD. I DO NOT WANT TO REMEMBER MY PROBLEM AGAIN. …
Page 55 verse 65. ⁶⁵I have a nugget in the little Book by the son of man dated 12^th January 2003. “I am leading you to the sharpest curve in the history of mankind. If you are not flexible, or you are rigid or stiff, you must surely break.”
God said that He is leading you and I to the sharpest curve in the history of mankind. And survival is based on your being flexible.
What does it mean to be flexible? If you cannot move easily with the moving faith of Christ, you must be dropped.
This is because it is out of your own decision, “I cannot move from this ground” that will mark the beginning of your downfall. That is the beginning of your problem in this Ministry.
Remember that the Message that welcomed this Ministry said that we are like zombies. The Message said that zombies do not know anything other than to follow.
If you cannot leave that human nature; that lower nature; if you cannot leave it and allow yourself to be flexible in Christ, you are not going to make any headway.
⁶⁵… “I am leading you to the sharpest curve in the history of mankind. If you are not flexible, or you are rigid or stiff, you must surely break. You can never cross the curve.”
⁶⁶Then, what is that sharpest curve. You must know the sharpest curve so that you will escape. The sharpest curve is in Him. And He knows how to proclaim the sharpest curve.
And that sharpest curve is nothing but the Message that is coming. It is the Message which when you hear it, if you are not a Seed of God, you will fall away and run away. …
⁶⁸… What is the sharpest curve? How can I be flexible? Every true Seed of God must be flexible because God is flexible. Flexibility means “Easy to amend”. … Flexibility means what? Easy to amend; Easy to change.
… When God tells you to move to the right, move to that right. What is the right that God means? When God instructs you to do something, your ability to do it makes you flexible.

Can you judge Me? Who are you? Where will you stand to judge Me? What will you use as your parameter(s) to judge Me? How can you judge Me? Unless you want to die. ……. You do not know that I am your Justifier. You also do not know that I am He that will condemn you. if I set you free, you are free. Anywhere you like go. If the Son of Man sets you free, you shall be free indeed. There is nobody; There is no Angel, no matter where the person is coming from, that will condemn you. That is why I said [that] if I tell you to do something, do it because I said you should do it. Quote Me; “I did it in the Authority of the Son of Man.” Let the heavens challenge your action. Bring it before Me. If I say, “Do not try it.” Stop there. Do not move an inch. He that sent Me is still with Me. He has never left Me one bit.

ARE YOU A SOLDIER OF CHRIST OR A SPECTATOR OF CHRIST? It was preached on 2^nd February 2003 at the Household of God Onitsha by former and late Apostle Silas Eze; Pg. 62 verse 80.

⁸⁰Let me tell you something. SON OF MAN, YOU ARE HERE AND YOU ARE OUR GOD. INSTEAD OF ME TO BE ALIVE AND LEAVE THIS FAITH, IT IS BETTER THAT I DIE NOW THAN TO LEAVE THIS FAITH. …
Say it again.
⁸⁰Let me tell you something. SON OF MAN, YOU ARE HERE, AND YOU ARE OUR GOD. INSTEAD OF ME TO BE ALIVE AND LEAVE THIS FAITH, IT IS BETTER THAT I DIE NOW THAN TO LEAVE THIS FAITH. …
And it came to pass. The moment he was excommunicated because of his wrong doings; strong desire for money which took him to Bayelsa State, and which led him to duping people here and there, all in the name of doing business, He was excommunicated by THE SON OF MAN amidst some other Elders.
The Voice went forth that glorious day to the wife. He said, “Sister, Please please take note. Go and tell your people that you are going to put on a widow’s garment from now.” She slumped down. The husband slumped down.
Then the Voice went further, “I allowed others to go with the powers I conferred on them. But to you, being an Apostle, I am stripping you of all the powers and anointing, using you as first example.”
He ran crying. The next day, instead of continuing with the business, he became a barrow pusher at Nsukka, hiding his face. The money he duped, all of them gone. The next thing, he was buried. The wife put on mourning dress as a widow.
Did it create fear in the hearts of people? No! An unbeliever is an unbeliever. A pagan is a pagan. He was the one that told people from the sacred pulpit. He thought he was kidding. He never knew that the Almighty, the Supreme Deity was manning the pulpit.
And he said that instead of leaving this Faith, that he will prefer dying. Being the only son left in their family, he died.
Let us be very careful about this Faith. We do not share many testimonies, lest we create unnecessary fears.
John Ezumezu was the one who thought it was easy for one to be a preacher. The first time, he took permission that he has a Message. We allowed him to go to the pulpit.
Before our eyes, he was running around, raising his hand and trying to jump up. His drama continued for almost five minutes. I ordered the Elders to go and bring him out.
When he came out, his eyes opened brighter. He turned to us in utter surprise and said, “Are you not surprised at this?” I commanded him, “Tell us what is happening.”
He said that he was trying to catch up with the pulpit, but that the pulpit was towering higher and higher until his Bible which he placed on the pulpit was now standing above him and the pulpit. Fear gripped him that day.
After some months, he applied again and that he has amended his ways according to him. We sent him to the pulpit. That day became worse than the first day.
Because of that experience, he could not abide in the Faith again. Today, where is he?
IF YOU DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS FAITH, GO AND ENQUIRE. AND WHEN YOU WANT TO ASK QUESTIONS, ASK PEOPLE WHO WILL TELL YOU THE TRUTH, BECAUSE THOSE WHO ARE HYPOCRITES FROM THE BEGINNING CANNOT GIVE YOU USEFUL ADVISE. Why we ought to be careful.
⁸⁰Let me tell you something. SON OF MAN, YOU ARE HERE, AND YOU ARE OUR GOD. INSTEAD OF ME TO BE ALIVE AND LEAVE THIS FAITH, IT IS BETTER THAT I DIE NOW THAN TO LEAVE THIS FAITH. I DO NOT WANT TO LEAVE THIS FAITH. THAT IS MY GREATEST PRAYER. And then he left and he died.
Have you seen that physically speaking, he did not want to leave, but he did not do the necessary work for him to stay.
When the devil has seen you make this type of proclamation, what does he do? He waylays you night and day to make sure that you must fulfill that word wrongly.
Okey Nwamkpa made the same plea from the pulpit. He called the whole congregation saying that he was the greatest enemy of the devil that time; that the devil was all out to destroying him by luring him out from this Faith and that he is hearing many voices at the same time. Many voices.
He said, “How can a man in his right mind, who witnessed all these supernatural occurrences, and at the same time, holding this infallible word of truth? How can the person walk away from the presence of God and straight on into hell? Brethren please pray for me, for no man is above false anointing.”
REFERENCE SUPPORT: THE HEADSTONE preached on 11^th September 1994 by Pastor Okey Nwamkpa; Page 8 from verse 1 through 7.¹I am not the one holding myself. There is a Great Rock upholding me. If not for Him, I would have been no more today.
If you were with me last Friday night to Saturday morning, I did not even know that I will be in the pulpit today; nothing will ever make you to believe that I will be in the pulpit today. I am not the one living but Christ is the one living in me.
²I heard different voices here hidden somewhere. One of these days I will speak to your shame. Let us be wiser than the Pentecostals. Let us be wiser than even carnal men. Any time the Head of State is on the scene and he wants to speak to the nation, the man that will be minding the radio room will be very serious with it.
³If the message is distorted, that is instant dismissal. Ordinary worldly message. But foolish, blind ministers in this Church will see God on the Throne making use of this human element and nobody will be minding the system. They simply mount it and go away. That is why most of our messages in mixed-multitude were just distorted. A little while, noise.
⁴Try to know when the Devil is attacking the thing and when your own ignorance is attacking it. When a minister is using all these system, and you hear any strange thing, you do not need to be invited, go there immediately, correct it.
⁵Brethren, God has delivered me from the hand of death. That is why I want to share the testimony with you. Because I will not die, but rather live to declare God’s greatness. I will give this my testimony in Igbo.
⁶Brother Jackson, I owe you no apology. If you want, learn Igbo, if you do not want, do not Learn Igbo. What am I saying? It is now clear to me that all I have been passing through here in the name of sickness, the hand of God is not in any. Rather, God has been healing in order to put to shame all the plans of the enemy.
⁷The greatest enemy of the Devil now, is me. If you love me, I am revealing my appeal to the Church. Pray for me that God will deliver me from the hand of evil men. They have planned the way to kill.
After praying, the son of man went to the pulpit and said, “Well, you have made your request. You have prayed. You borrowed the words of Bishop Ebenezer. He was the one that held that pulpit and made that prayer saying that no man is above false anointing, but he did the right thing, for he recognized that fault and amended it.
But in your own case, let Me tell you. What I am seeing is the fulfilment If you go to that Message, WE ARE IN DANGER OF BEING CALLED TO QUESTION preached the same 1997.
He said, ‘I am seeing the fulfilment of this your prayer. I am seeing the fulfilment of everything around you already. Far be it from Me to wish you evil, but it is because you have not done that which you are supposed to do. You only repeated Bishop Ebenezer’s plea.” I left the pulpit and stepped down.
When it came to My turn to speak, I said, “Well, Look at what will befall you. I will remove the anointing from you, and you will blaspheme Me, call Me devil and call this Faith false. I will permit you to act rashly so much that nobody can restrain you. You will do too many evil things and speak great blasphemies that it will be very impossible for you to stand boldly and say, ‘I am sorry.’”
He was still sitting down there. Did all of them come to pass? All to the letter. Where is he today? God said, “He will remain a fugitive and a wanderer – a vagabond, the rest of his life.” Has he perched anywhere since then? No way!
REFERENCE: WE ARE IN DANGER OF BEING CALLED TO QUESTION; Preached on 5^th April 1998 by THE SON OF MAN, Apostle Peter Odoemena; Page 36 verse 36 to 40.³⁶Bro. Okechukwu Paul, the same way I am trailing the Pastor of the Church, is the same way I am trailing you now. I said I am trailing you. You have heard it from my mouth concerning the Pastor of this Church that I will not cease to excommunicate him from the Body of Christ.
³⁷I didn’t hide it from you because we work very closely. There are many things the Pastor of this Church doesn’t know about Me, but I have only but very few things that are hidden from you. I have touched on those things a little. If many do not know Me, you know Me.
³⁸Many things I don’t speak out here in Onitsha; many things I don’t tell individuals here in Onitsha, I tell you all those things. I take you far and there show you certain things; I mean, many things I do not even manifest in this Faith because of their unbelief. I take you outside and show you that side.
³⁹I AM NOT MAD. THE MOMENT I SEE ABUSE OF SUCH PRIVILEGES; I WILL CLOSE MY EYES AND THROW YOU OUT INTO THE WORLD, AND CAUSE YOU TO DO THINGS THAT WILL MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR FORGIVENESS.
⁴⁰This is because, if I don’t withdraw the Spirit from you, surely you will keep on crying and coming back, but if I withdraw the Spirit, you will be a mad man. You will behave rashly; do things that you cannot even stand and say, “Please, I am sorry.” What will cause it? Sheer carelessness.
So do not ever put yourself in that condition or state where God will speak evil of you and watch the fulfilment. This is because we have a Message that said that every Word from God is a prophecy concerning you and concerning me. It is a prophecy. Sure!!!
That is why a Seed of God does not want to be on the bad [evil] side. At all! Rather, every Seed of God strives not to be on the bad side of the Word of God. He [God] wants it that even if you are to be on bad side, let it be in the form of correction and indictment. Sure!!!
But if God will tell you, “This is how you will go or look at how you will end”, Brethren, if you do not make the necessary corrections at that minute, you must fulfill all. Without this, you must fulfill it.
And in so many ways, we give the devil the power to execute his plans in our lives.
God spoke concerning Chikezie Ukasanya from the pulpit in Onitsha and said, “For neglecting to take care of your wife and neglecting to visit her even in the hospital; fighting your children who came all out to restore and rescue their mother from death for many months.
Here in Onitsha, you came to collect your wife; women [fellow Sisters] were jubilating, but you could not rise up on your feet, Chikezie Ukasanya.
Because of your evil heart, God is going to afflict you with a sickness greater than that of your wife, and put you in the bed where you will be passing faeces and urine. Your eyes will be closed. You will be near unto death.
And this your wife will be the one to nurture you together with people you know not. You will not die. When the time is over, God will bring you back to your house, and you will be healed again.”

They noticed that I was about drawing a line that Bishop Chikezie will bury his wife without us. And I will stir his in-laws to skin him alive.
⁶⁷I know what I will do. Let Me just keep it to Myself. Keep on planning what you are planning. I am waiting for the execution, finish. I know that you have the heart. Do not worry. On that day, you will know your heart will not bear it, and your hand cannot sustain you. Yes! ⁶⁸See Brethren! Who knows the person that will die first? What if tomorrow you develop incontinence, urinating and defecating on yourself?
⁶⁹And that is the time you will like your wife to come and to be carrying you up and down. You do not know that tomorrow is pregnant and you do not know what it will bring forth. ⁷⁰You do not know what is before you even from now. You may say, “Even if it is death, let me die.” But do you know what you will suffer before you die? Did it come to pass?
This is for you to see that every Word of God that goes forth on any human being, just give it time. It must fulfill. And that is if the person does not make the necessary correction.
What happened when the Word of the LORD came to King Ahab? He accepted his guilt. He saw where he was wrong. Then he started making the necessary steps for correction. What did God say? When God has seen the level of seriousness in Him, God changed His mind concerning the punishment.
This is because if he had approached it casually or just shown remorse for it casually, that Word must still fulfill. It would not even register in the heart of God.
This is because God is mindful of every human being and His Word. He is very mindful of His Word. Because God has seen the attitude of Ahab, the Bible did not say how many months or years that attitude went on, for I believe it was for a long period of time.
It was not a transient decision that God took after giving Ahab His Message. We never knew how many months or years Ahab wailed and sought the face of the LORD.
He put on sack cloths and even poured ashes on his body.
It was not a one-day affair. Neither was it a two-day affair. This is because God is not swift in passing judgment against any human being. Neither is He swift in saving a human being. At all!
These are the two things we should know. God is not swift in passing judgment against any human being. Neither is He swift in saving a human being. Sure!!!
For you to be saved, you must pass through rigours. God must test you all round for you to merit that salvation He is giving you. Sure!!!
In the same way, for Him to hand you over to destructive spirit, He must give you a very long period of time, watching and watching you.
In the Scripture, it said that because they have disobeyed God for A VERY LONG TIME, God then handed them over to a reprobate spirit.
It is just like we were considering on Friday, when I made us to understand that the more you are disobeying, the more you are yielding to negative spirit daily. Everyday, you are giving God the go-ahead order to hand you over to destruction. This is what we do not know.
To all the fallen Ministers, it never started today. God had been warning and warning and warning and warning. But because they do not pay heed to the warnings, what were they doing? They were giving God the go-ahead order to hand them over to a destructive spirit.

If I, the Son of Man (The Fountain) will find time to study these Messages, not minding that I am the Source of the Message, who are you then to feel that you have arrived. You only pack a big library and do a little preaching. No! ……. This Faith is your life. Your life is tied to it. Hate this Faith, you hate your life; you hate your future; you hate even your children. Once you hate this Faith, you are likely to commit suicide. That is why I do not beg anybody to be in this Faith. Neither do I persuade you to leave. But when you think you are being deceived, you must come back with your own testimony that: “I nearly died.”

Departing from God takes place in the heart; Page 120 verse 12. ¹²… for once a man or a woman gets his/her heart prepared to receive the Word of God, God will be out to help them. …

Once your heart is ready; Once you have prepared that heart and made it ready and very ready to receive and accept the Word of God, God will be all out to help you and to help me.
Let us not forget the parable that we read last week concerning a man from whom demons were cast out. Demons were in him. The demons were cast out.
The Scripture said that his heart was clean, swept and decorated, but empty. You can read it from the Book Matthew Chapter 12 verse 40. You will see it. The man’s heart was swept, clean and well decorated, but empty. No Word of God was there.

The moment you find yourself in this Ministry, God has cleansed you. I told you that seeing yourself in the Bridal Ministry is not salvation. Rather, it is a step in the right direction. That is how I placed it. A step in the right direction. It now behooves on you to make that step [in the right direction] to become something useful for you and for me.
Take for instance. For you to become an engineer or a doctor or a lawyer or any profession, you must write UME, secure admission into a university. It is a step in the right direction.
But if you fail from your year one to your final year and you do not have any certificate, can you call yourself an engineer, a lawyer or a medical doctor? No! Impossible! This is because you did not do that which you were supposed to do.
Then, students might be thinking that mere getting admission into the university has made you to become that professional immediately. Is it possible that mere getting admission or entering into that course has made you a professional? Never never!
Even in school, they will tell that you are a potential this or a potential that. Have you become that? No!
All that come into this Faith and claim “We are children of God. We are children of God”. No problem. Everybody accepts that he or she is a child of God, but what are we looking out for? The life you are living. The life that comes out from you that says that you are a child of God.
You that claim to be a child of God, what are we going to see from you? What are we getting from you? What are we seeing from your life? That is what goes a long way to telling us how long you will stay in the Faith.
This is because what killed many is that coming into the Faith without any expectation or without any clear-cut plan of what your life should look like after you have embraced Christ.
Most people entered with the impression that they have come into the Faith of THE SON OF MAN. We have come into the Faith. They say that this is the place that will give us eternal life. Finish!
But for you to do that which will enable you to get that eternal life and alsoa peaceful life here on earth, it behooves on you as an individual.
God has given you His Word, but He is not the one that will force it into you. You are the one that is going to accept it. You are the one that is going to allow it work effectually in your life. You are the one that is going to practice it. Are you not the one reaping the rich benefits? Is it going back to the son of man? No!
It is just like we heard this morning when the son of man said that most of the people in this faith think that He is struggling to get saved. Never!
He is the Captain of the Salvation Boat which we have in our day. Does the pilot of any flight struggle to carry the passengers to their destination? Does the pilot appear late in his scheduled assignments?
Are the passengers not the ones that will be rushing to make sure that they do not get to the airport late and miss their flight? The passengers are the one who pray that their flights are not cancelled nor delayed for another day.
Brethren, does the pilot rush or hasten so that he does not miss his own flight? Never! This is because without him, you are not going anywhere.
Let me give an instance now. If you go to Anambra airport, after boarding and everything, and the pilot is not there; or he is on his way to the airport, are you going anywhere? What they will tell you is “Exercise patience, for the pilot is coming”. Finish!
If you like stay there for two, three, four hours or more, you are not going anywhere until that pilot arrives the airport. You cannot even fly the plane. You do not even know the air navigations. It is only the pilot that knows it.
The same way it is with this Most Holy Faith. People think that THE SON OF MAN is preaching that He might get eternal life or that your salvation will be a great thing to Him. Never, never! He has been existing alone.
The Almighty came to take up a people that will dwell with Him eternally. Does it mean that He has not been dwelling there ever since? He has been dwelling there.
So whatever we are receiving, let us take heed to it. Knowing that we are the ones reaping the rich benefits. If we disobey, we are the ones that are going to suffer for it. This is because the consequences of disobeying God must start physically in your life.
If you were once a Seed of God that was taking the things of God serious, the moment you drift away and yield to a wrong spirit, physically speaking, the hand of God will leave your life.
Before you fall spiritually, watch your life. Physically, there must be a downfall. Physically, there must be a downfall. There must be a recline in certain aspects of your life. Sure!!!
And only the people that are very well acquainted with you will discover it.
To know one thing, the prayer life will cease. The eyes of revelation will go blind that he cannot have the desire to read Sermon Books again.
So, physically speaking, when we are talking about falling away from the Faith, one yielding to a negative spirit, it starts physically before it can go spiritually. Physically, the person will lose interest in the things of God. Physically speaking, even to pray will be a problem.
Then watch the life of that individual and watch his family, for there is no way you will abandon God and still see the hand of God in your life or in your family. In your business, there must be a downfall if you are a true Seed of God.
Check from the Prophets down and all the Kings that ruled under God. What happened? When they were found in one error [sin] or the other, what happened?
Physically speaking, a plague will be sent into their country or into their family. Or they will lose one of their children.
A plague is sent to the farms or to their animals. They will start dying. That is when they will now consult the Prophet and ask him, “Please, what has happened?” This is because there is no way God will be happy with them and such a thing will be happening unless it is a test from God.
When David sinned, how many deaths were recorded in his family? Check down the line in the land of Israel.
Page 120 verse 12. ¹²… for once a man or a woman gets his/her heart prepared to receive the Word of God, God will be out to help them. Amen!!! Once your heart is closed to hearing of the word of God; God will also be out to deal with you. Sure!!!
Once your heart is closed to the hearing of the Word of God, God is also out to deal with you. He will make you a spectacle and use you as an example of a hardened unbeliever.
The Bible said that God hardens the heart of unbelievers. God Himself hardens their hearts so that they will not, in any way, find this salvation. No matter how they try to search, they will not get it.

Because of this unbelief, God hands people over to the spirit of delusion to believe lying words. That is why He said, “My little children, Let no man deceive you, for because of such things, cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.”

Now, the Message for our Sunday School is titled CHANGE YOUR HEART AND MIND. If a change of heart is not important, I do not know why God should be hammering on it. It is very very important and that is why God is still hammering on it till today.
The heart is very deceitful and desperately wicked. Who can know it?
That is why we have a Message that was handled during the COVID-19 Lockdown titled, CLOSE THE DOOR OF YOUR HEART TO YOUR KNOWN ENEMY. It never said unknown, but known enemy.

(5) One that is struggling and (6) the one where the devil is the king in the heart, using his kingly seat as a throne in that man’s heart. So, there is no way you can dislodge him from the heart of that person, for the devil carried his seat and sat in that person.
That is why I said that this Message is the continuation of the Sunday School. Departure from God takes place in the heart. It is because you cannot change your heart. Your inability to change your heart will also lead to departure from the truth in your heart.
If our hearts were circumcised, by now, God will not be speaking anymore. If by now, our hearts have been circumcised fully, God would not have been hammering on the heart any longer.

⁸It is not by your power. It is not by your might. It is just by the grace of God. And the grace of God says, “I will save whosoever I willeth. Anybody I want to destroy, I must destroy, innocent or guilty.” ⁹Thus, the only way to run away from destruction is to line up behind Him. Stand behind Him. If you go in front, you destroy yourself because the moment you go in front, you leave Him behind.

Departing from God takes place in the heart; Page 123 from verse 22. Once your heart is lifted up to serve God, once you are determined to serve God from your heart, the first evidence will be all that is contrary to God, you will destroy them, for departing from God takes place in the heart.

Our inability to destroy them and our following God for following sake are the things that have landed us into more troubles than good, for there is one thing with God.
If you do not change completely and you start following God saying you are following Him, knowing fully well that you as a human being have not changed your mind or heart for one day, you are bringing more troubles upon yourself. Sure!!!
Even one that is a heathen and who does not know the truth is better off than you. Sure!!!
You will see that from your condition when God will handle your case that it will be better you never even came into contact with the truth than following the truth with insincerity of the heart. Sure!!!
A typical example that was among us is Chinedu Ugwu. If his heart had been changed after He met Christ, where he finds himself now, is it where he will be today? Never never!
It is better that he never even embraced Christ at all. This is because the moment you say that you have embraced Christ, you bear it in mind that you will be ready to bear all that will accompany it.
And if you are not strong enough, but come to God with your lips, it is better you leave immediately than for you to stay. Run away because the more the number of years you stay, the more condemnation you are bringing upon yourself. Amen!!!
At the end, the same fate you will meet if you had left earlier is the same fate you will meet for still staying till the end.
It is applicable to the daughter of Brother Philip. That is the daughter, Phoebe. Where is she today? And many are equally heading towards that side. Many are heading towards condemnation.
Marriage, you will not enjoy. Life, you will not enjoy. Peace, you will not have. You forfeit heaven. You forfeit everything that is associated with heaven. You start suffering from here till eternity.
This is because the more the number of years you say you spent in God in insincerity, that is the number of years the devil had been twisting your mind and twisting your life so that you will never see that you have been stagnated in one place, and you are moving backward, thinking that you are moving forward.
From the Scripture we read, it said, “Because of the stiff-neckedness of their hearts; the stubbornness of their heart, they chose to do things the way of their heart”, they started doing what? They started going backward. Amplified version of the Bible said that they reversed and started going backward, instead of forward.
Jeremiah 7:24, Amplified version. ²⁴But they would not listen to and obey Me or bend their ear [to Me], but followed the counsels and the stubborn promptings of their own evil hearts and minds, and they turned their backs and went in reverse instead of forward.
The Living Bible. ^[24]But they wouldn’t listen; they kept on doing whatever they wanted to, following their own stubborn, evil thoughts. They went backward instead of forward.
Are they in the Congregation? Are such people in the Congregation? Yes! In a Ministry that is moving forward, but you are moving backward, ask yourself why?
In a Ministry that is moving forward, a Message that is moving, the level where we are now is not where we were in 2020. Instead of you to try to be moving forward with the moving Message, you started going backward.
The person will engage his vehicle gear in reverse, knocking down human beings, seats and everything, causing varying degrees of damages. Is that a good thing? Never, never!
When you draw back, the spirit of Christ will no longer be pleased with you. We are not among those that draw back unto perdition, but we are numbered among those that move forward to the saving of our souls. Where do you belong to?
Have you seen why we should pay heed to the Word we are hearing? This is because the more the Word of God is going forth, once you are receiving it with your whole heart, demons are being expelled from your life. Sure!!! They are being expelled from your heart.
You will not know the number of demons that have been expelled until you sit down and have a review of your life. Sure!!! What you were in time past and what you are presently now. And the desire you are having now.
These include the thoughts and imaginations of your heart and what is occupying your heart now. You will see that they are now different from what they were in time past.
It is lack of this review to know wether you are moving forward or backward that has made so many people in our Faith; in this Ministry to be stagnant or even moving backward.
At a time you should sit down and ask yourself, “[1] WAS THERE A TIME I WAS PRESSING FORWARD? [2] WAS THERE A TIME MY HEART WAS RIGHT WITH GOD? [3] NOW, WHAT IS IT LIKE. [4] IS IT STILL RIGHT OR HAS IT BEEN SEVERED? HAS THE RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD BEEN SEVERED?”
It is the lack of all these questions that makes people to start moving backward. This is because they do not ask themselves, “[5] WAS THERE A TIME I WAS BETTER THAN HOW I AM RIGHT NOW?”
As a human being, for you to be growing physically, you have to be growing spiritually. The same way we have physical imbeciles, we also have spiritual imbeciles. And they are in our midst.
Who is an imbecile? A human being that does not grow, develop nor assimilate anything. He does not grow mentally. He does not grow spiritually.
Spiritually speaking, we have spiritual imbeciles. They are only growing in size and in stature.
The moment you have closed your heart to anything Word of God, know of a surety that in just a period of time, you will become a spiritual imbecile.
This is because even the little that you have will be taken away from you by the Almighty. Sure!!! Even that little that you have, the devil will snatch it away.
You will not understand until the time you will have a family of your own. You will look and look but you have nothing to tell them. You cannot even sing songs, talk more of praying.
You will not even have the zeal or strength to open Messages. That is when the person will see the damage he has caused in his or her life.
Last Friday, Amobi family came here. While we were talking, the man who represented Amobi family disclosed to us that the two daughters of Igwe Amobi also had been dismissed from their jobs.
They have packed down to Ogidi now together with everything they were living with. What is more? Ifeoma, who married the second husband has been divorced. The people brought her back shamefully, demanding the bride price.
What is responsible for all these things? This one has married two times and divorced twice. The other one married two times and divorced twice. Is it a good development?
And their brother Olisa was dismissed also. And all of them are now at Ogidi, having nothing to do and having no food. They are now turning to Onyedika. Can you imagine? They are turning back to the girl.
You see! Whatever that impaired your growth spiritually must impair your growth physically. That thing that hinders you from growing spiritually; that thing that impairs you from receiving the Word of God and from organizing your life, physically speaking, that thing will not also help you.
It is a destroyer! It is what? A destroyer. Whatever that is not good physically is not also good spiritually.
So that pattern of life which you have assumed for yourself, of which physically, people are still lamenting and talking about you till today, spiritually, it will never help you.
When God is all out to destroy anybody for mocking Him, number one thing you will notice is that God will give you what I will call anointing that will make you to be forgetting all His Messages, all His warnings and all His instructions. You will develop forgetful spirit.
This is because if He will allow you to be remembering them, you will correct your errors. And before God will allow that to happen to you, He must have warned you for several years, and you remained unchanged until you begin to take God for granted.
He will now allow you to develop forgetful spirit so that you will be deceiving yourself. Thinking that you are deceiving God, you deceive yourself. Staying in His presence means deceiving yourself, for when you hear, you will not act on it.
The moment you cross the gate, God will use broom to clean your heart and your brain so that you do not remember it, lest you act right. If you act right, God has evidence to save you. Is it not true?
Then, He will make you the more you look, the less you see. The more you hear, the less you understand so that your willful rejection of the truth will never be forgiven.
What is killing us is that we want to see the practical side of the Word of God in our lives when we are not yet ready to accept the way that can lead to that reality.

²⁰Brethren, from everlasting to everlasting, God is God. He is worthy of trust and confidence. Many of you were not in this Faith that time. Consider from the time you enlisted into this Faith till today. See how the Son of Man took off. See the path He trailed and remained steadfast in spite of all oppositions. In spite of all rebellions, all attacks, physically and spiritually, He remains undaunted, immovable, and unshakeable. ²¹Are you not astonished? If this Faith is of a human origin, by now, it must have collapsed. Imagine a situation where people that walked with Him will conspire against Him to frustrate everything, yet He will trample upon them as if nothing happened and continued roaring, because He is on a salvation mission. He does not reply anybody. He said, “Until I get to the end.”

DEPARTING FROM GOD TAKES PLACE IN THE HEART [1]

There is nobody in this Faith that does not want to have a peaceful family. There is nobody in this Faith that does not want to have his family obeying God.

But that which you are supposed to do; that price you are supposed to pay to reap that reality, nobody is ready to pay that price.
As an individual, in anything you are doing physically, even in your business, if you are not ready to sacrifice a lot of things and pay that price, there is no way you can reap the rich benefits of that business. That is pure truth!
Spiritually speaking, if you cannot avail yourself by opening your heart to the training of God, there is no way that life of Christ which you see people talking about can be made manifest in your life. Impossible!
You will constantly marvel at the ease with which other people even live the life of the Message, even asking, “How does this person do this?” It is because the person allowed Himself to be trained by God.
Daily exercise! It is what? A daily exercise. It is a daily routine in Christ this is because there is no pause in Christ. There is no break. There is no Holiday in serving God, But in too many families, they are on holiday right now.
Some people give themselves spiritual holiday. Sure!!! What is that holiday? “For six months, we will not open any Message.” Yes! There are some people like that.
Do they open the Messages in the house of Shadrach Onah? Is he at home? He is at Egerton Street now.
There are people that give themselves spiritual holiday. The same way we have public holidays, for they give civil servants public holiday, that is the same way there are people that give themselves spiritual holidays.
Some will tell you that the Word of God is continuous and inexhaustible, “Let me go to my destination first”.
And the moment you activate that holiday in your life, watch! That is when the devil will come with extra demons greater than himself to come and rule you. They will give you more holidays.
The devil will come to give you enough reasons to extend that holiday. Yes! And from that holiday, what will happen? You see retirement setting in. That is what is killing many of us in this Faith.
This is because this Faith is a forward ever movement. No pause. No rest. Move while the Captain is moving.
But many have relaxed with the impression, “All is well with Me and my family. Nothing is happening. My children are not around. It is just me and my wife.” Thereby going on spiritual holiday.
And what has this resulted to? They do not even have anything that can renew the right spirit in them. There is no Word of God that can touch their heart and even move them to do what is right at any point in time.
Why? They have given themselves holidays which they are not even supposed to give themselves in the first place. A child of God does not go on holiday. Worshipping of God does not accommodate going on holiday.
Can a man in his right mind go on hunger strike. Never, never! Never! That is true! Can you go on hunger strike? Can you wake up and say that for three days or four days, “I will not eat anything”? you will faint. You will even run and look for food immediately.
That is the same way it is, spiritually speaking. Many people starve themselves and go on hunger strike spiritually. Why? It is because they do not know the value of the food they are getting spiritually.
You should know the value of the Word of God, which is the food which you take in to be alive spiritually. We eat rice. We drink tea. We eat everything to look healthy and to maintain this pest house.
Spiritually speaking, that life; that soul that will live even after you are dead, what enriches it. Is it not the Word of God? Sure!!! Is it the rice and beans that you eat? This is because this pest house, you will drop it one day.

That spiritual life; that which constitutes right living in you that has formed your character, that is what is standing before God, and not this pest house.
What you are here will determine what you will be in resurrection. You cannot be anything higher or lower than what you are. Sure!!! There are no two ways about it.
In the resurrection, the grave will not change what you are. You cannot die an unbeliever and resurrect a believer. Never, never!
So, the problem is our inability to nourish that spiritual life that will be translated, not this flesh.
Remember, our flesh will just take that immortality. But what will propel that translation to occur in your life is the spirit. It is happening in the spirit and not in this flesh. Sure!!! What will propel that translation you are waiting for is your spirit.
For you must be justified in the spirit. MUST! And that is before you can talk about anything else. Even in the Book of Psalms, He said, “If My ways please you, ask and you will receive.”
Psalms 37:4, Amplified version. Delight yourself also in the LORD, and He will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart.
Did He say that it is your body or how fat you are that pleases Him? No! He said, “If your life and your ways please Me, ask and I will grant any request you make of Me.” Is it not because the person has lived a satisfactory life?
Remember! Why are we emphasizing on spiritual growth? Spiritual growth goes a long way to dictate how your life will be physically. This is because if your spiritual life is dead, physically speaking, you are a walking corpse.
You are what? A walking corpse. Anything can go in and go out of your body at any time. Do flies follow a living human being about? No! Is it not a corpse that they follow?
Spiritually, there are many people that are followed about by droves of flies. Yes! This is because they are now spiritual corpses while they are still living. Decomposed spirits.
And what does it produce? You will see the person and his or her life will be useless. He or she cannot even have anything called character that anybody can emulate. Why? It is because he or she has allowed the spiritual life to become dead. Rotten!
And remember, we have a Message that said that the worst thing that will happen to you in this Ministry is to be dead spiritually, yet, coming to Fellowship.
Departing from God takes place in the heart; Page 124 verse 24. ²⁴Watch a man or a woman whose heart is not perfect before God. He or she walks in his or her own ways. And whatever he or she does will be contrary to the Word of God. His or her heart is not perfect.
What does that mean? When someone’s heart is not perfect before God; in this Ministry, your heart is not perfect in the sight of God when you are not walking in line with our doctrine, with our conduct. That is when your heart is not perfect before God. … ²⁷Departing from God takes place in the heart, for that is where you must guard.
That is where you and I must do what? Guard. Departure from God takes place where? In the heart. Welcoming of the devil takes place where? In the heart. Welcoming of God takes place where? In the heart.
99% of every human decisions emanate from the heart and not from the brain. Yes! Your brain retains information. What pilots everything that goes to the brain is from the heart.
Even the words of the mouth. Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh. It never said out of the abundance of the brain. No! Even if you say you do not mean it, God has recorded it.
The brain retains. The brain helps you to retain, but everything that emanates from that brain starts from the heart. It is the heart of a criminal that has propelled his brain to manufacture ways and avenues on how to go for robbery. Is it not true? Sure!!!
The robber has resolved in his heart that he must go for the robbery. And all that he set out to do. “I must be an armed robber.” “Let me lay in wait on the highway. I must get some people I will kidnap.”
Apart from the thought being in his heart, it is now the brain that will bring out the way and form the strategy for the actions. The strategy is formed where? In the brain.
But where is the main aim knocked out from? The heart. The formation came from the heart and the brain will now give the individual the strategy.
The heart is the battle ground where truth and falsehood are in direct opposition, fighting themselves. Am I making sense. The heart is the battle ground for either good or evil.
Truth and falsehood are in a fierce battle in the heart of man. And the one you give support is the one that will win the battle. And that one that is winning will tell us who you are and where you are heading to. And it must show in the character of that individual.
Is it a matter for argument? It has already manifested. In a battle that is difficult to end, is it not a human being that is stoking the fire. He has not agreed that the battle should come to an end.

²¹Anything contrary, we are in danger of being called to question. Look, My Brethren, the hour we are in is the hour that your focus and My focus should be as that of the Guide; as our Leader. For any man that is crossing this ocean of life, and you know that you are in a life jacket, what will you do Brethren? ²²We know what a life jacket means. A life jacket is a plastic type of substance which is filled with air. It is what sustains you and I. That life jacket is the Son of Man, the Word of God made flesh in our day.

DEPARTING FROM GOD TAKES PLACE IN THE HEART [2]

Departing from God takes place in the heart; Page 125 verse 29. ²⁹We see that the Word of God is a seed. That is what is planted in the heart. And it comes by hearing the Word of God. …

This Message we are receiving now is a Seed. And where is it going in now? It is going into your heart and into my heart. And that is if the individual accepts it.
Then for it to germinate, what do you have to do? You have to water it. You have to enrich it more and more. You have to expose it to available sunshine.
What is that sunshine? Prayer, studying of the Word of God. That is the only thing you use to nourish that Seed which is the Word of God you have received.
… If your heart is not receiving the Word of God, there is no way you can behave well. …
If your heart is not receptive to the Word of God, mark it here. There is no way you can behave well. That is why I told you that there are so many heathens that have the fear of God in their hearts. Do they know the truth? No! But they have the fear of God controlling their lives.
That is why you see most of them in the society. They have not been privileged to meet God, but they still have that fear of God and still instill it in their various families.
So let us not breathe it down that it is only in the Bridal Faith that you can act well. No! there are many heathens that are better than some of us that call themselves children of God.
³⁰… this is where you must fight. Your heart makes it a battle ground where truth must reside,… Did it say you should make it where falsehood will reside? No! the Message said, “Make it a battle ground.”
Have you seen that it is always a fight for truth to dwell in the heart of a man. This is because, naturally, a human being is a free moral agent. I made us to understand it last week that a human being from the definition you got from the school [both primary and secondary] is a free moral agent, but when it comes to God, that definition is dead. It is what? Dead.
If we should live our lives according to our heart desires [do as you wish], none of us will be here till today. That definition is dead in relation to the things of God
…[This is] because once your heart gets misled with false seed planted in your heart, contrary to our Faith, you are defiled. …
Have you seen that everything evil starts as a seed. You must sow that seed of evil first. And the devil is an expert in helping a human being to grow a seed that is planted to his [the devil’s] favour.
Just plant a seed of evil thought in your heart and watch how the devil will come even without you inviting him to help you nurture it to limelight.
Because it favours the ground. For the ground is you, the individual. When the devil gives you anything that is favourable to you, you will respond immediately and develop it.
That of the devil is very swift and fast, but that of God takes time. It takes years. And God keeps on nourishing and growing the seed. You see the person, after true struggles, sacrifices, hurts, persistence and everything, you see the person being used as an example.
On the other hand, that of the devil germinates very fast. In less than two months, it has already started bearing fruits. That is one thing with the devil.
… once your heart gets misled with false seed planted in your heart, contrary to our Faith, you are defiled. You can never join in the translation for translation first takes place in the heart.
If you have not been transformed within, do not think of translation without. Your heart must be made perfect before you as a human being can strive for perfection. That is a true heart. A good heart.

Page 128 vs. 36. By the faith we have, we are built for habitation for God’s spirit to dwell in us.
By the Faith we have, we are built as God’s own habitation for the Spirit to dwell in us, but so many people have now taken it the wrong way.
By the Faith we have, did it say we are built for the devil? No! It is because you have yielded to a negative spirit, to the evil one. That is why your heart becomes a pillar and ground and home of the devil. And you will see it ruling your life.
And there is no way it will not affect the people surrounding you twenty-four hours of the day.
For them not to be caught up in the same evil as you have been caught up, it will take the mighty hand of God. It will take the mighty hand of God to severe that individual from that error.
We heard it this morning that it is very difficult for one to live a life away from the life of his or her family, unless that person is privileged to move out of that family, if it is evil.
If the family is evil, for you to separate, it will be very difficult because these are the people you see every day. Every day, you eat and dine with them. You sojourn with them. Twenty-four hours of the day, you are among them.
So, to save you from such a spirit, it will take God to bring you out from such a place. And that is if you have a contrite heart – a heart that is open to God. But if you still have the same heart and still accept the same evil as the person that introduced the evil, believe you me. You must be a part and partaker of that evil.
Page 129 vs. 39. So that is the reason we must make sure, I must make sure that none of us departs from God in our heart for that is the ground where departing takes place.
That is the ground where unity takes place. If you are the type that do not care about our doctrines, you are in danger always.
If you are the type that do not care about our doctrines; if you do not care about the Messages you have received; if you do not even care about what you are exhibiting, your life is in danger always.
Before I come down, let us read out a quote from the Message, WE ARE IN A STRICT BUSINESS WITH GOD preached by Apostle Timothy Ukpong on 30^th April 2023; From Page 119 verse 18.
Has God confirmed your faith? Membership of the Bride of Faith is not your guarantee. …
Brethren, have you heard it? Membership of the Bride of Christ is not my guarantee, and it is not your guarantee. That you have seen yourself in this Faith, I will keep on saying it that it is a step in the right direction. It is a privilege!
It is a privilege and also a step in the right direction. Has God confirmed your faith?
… Your guarantee is inclusion into God’s Family.
YOUR GUARANTEE IS WHAT? THE GUARANTEE IS YOUR INCLUSION AND MY INCLUSION INTO GOD’S FAMILY OWN FAMILY.
And what will include us into God’s own Family? Is it not the life of Christ Brethren. Can sin include you into God’s Family? Can one with an impure heart and an evil conscience be included into the Family of God? Never never!
What includes you and I into this supreme Family of God is what? The life of Christ. That is why if we see anybody that is not living that life, we stand up against it because it is not the life which we have received from God.
… Please do not rest until you can boldly declare your status in THE SON OF MAN. ¹⁹If you are found in Him, guard your position jealously in these remaining few days, for the devil is not happy with you.
If you are found in Christ, do what? Guard your position jealously. How do you guard your position? Is it not by guarding your heart? Is it not by guarding your heart against evil and foolish thoughts. That is the way you guard your position in God if you have been found in Christ. And also minding your affections and your delights.
You should be minding your own affections and I should mind my own affections, for the devil is not happy with you and I. And the devil is not happy with any Seed of God.
Is it a lie Brethren? Is there any one who can say that the devil loves him or her? It is the one who serves the devil’s interest that benefits from the services of the devil. That person is the devil’s partner in progress.
Even in 1 Peter 5, it says, “Be alert. Be ready at all times, for the devil who is your adversary is round about you roaring like a lion, seeking whom to devour”. Did it say physically? It is happening spiritually.
REFERENCE: 1 Peter 5:8, KJV. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
It is when you go on spiritual holiday that you have given the enemy who is the devil the opportunity to come into your life and make it his habitation.
So, at every moment, guard against spiritual holiday, putting it this way for everybody’s understanding. This is so that young, old and everybody can understand it. Guard against spiritual holidays, for that is what leads to second captivity in the hands of the devil.
Going on holiday when the battle is still raging on?
Remember we have a Message where God spoke concerning us and said that any day you wake up alive, feel or touch your body or pinch your skin, and you are still feeling pains, know that the battle is not yet over.
It is only when you wake up and see that your flesh has been translated, that is when you can say, “Yes, I can now rest.”
So, until then, keep striving. Keep moving forward. Keep fighting because the devil is not happy with any one of us here. Not even one person here. The devil is not happy with us. In everything guard against spiritual holiday.
Brethren, on this note, I say, thank you and remain blessed.

That is why I can say, what I preach I received from no man. No man is backing Me. No way. I know who is backing Me. If He fails to confirm all these things, He is guilty. That is why I continue telling you, “Seven thunders have not uttered their voices.” Do not worry about it. But every day, try to make sure your life is the life of Christ. Measure your faith with the Word. Relax your mind. It would not take you by surprise. It is for you, and it is for Me, if we remain steadfast in this Apostle’s doctrine.

PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD

We thank God for the Word of encouragement. We are still riding on, guarding against going on spiritual holidays. When we went home, the LORD took out His time to lay the foundation, apart from the preparation He made ahead of time feeding us and giving us enough food so that we will get ourselves well-armed.

We are not fighting carnal battle. We are not fighting carnal warfare, physical battle or physical warfare. No! We are battling against spirits. And these spirits metamorphose into human beings at times. They are unseen human beings.
We are battling against unseen spirits that are at work all over the whole world. For that reason, the weapons of our warfare are not physical. They are not carnal. They are also spiritual.
Spiritual warfare requires spiritual weapons. Spiritual warfare requires a spiritual approach. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal. They are spiritual. They are mighty through God.
For that reason, you must put on the whole armour of God that you may be able to withstand the devil and his attacks. Otherwise, you will always be a defeated soldier. You may be even be captured alive. While you are still alive, he will take you to his own camp and imprison you there.
I have given you the Message that you may know what the weapons of spiritual warfare are all about.
Anybody who is on a spiritual holiday had already been captured. It is easier to capture a soldier that is sleeping in the warfront than to capture one that is fighting and firing. It is when you stop firing that your enemy can now capture you by hand. Is it not true?
So, the weapons of our warfare are absolutely spiritual. God said, “For that reason, you put on the helmet of your salvation.” Wear it on the head.
Even from the time of old, the Prophets prophesied what you will use. You do not use ordinary physical rifle or machete. The helmet of salvation must be there. The breastplate of righteousness, for with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness. With the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.
You will guard up your loins. Put on your belt. That belt must be fully guarded. That is the full dressing of the soldier, with the boot and the water bottle, with the dagger and with the rifle.
What will you use to be your belt? The Word of God. Use it as your belt to hold fast yourself in the waist so that there is no way the enemy can drag you about.
Then prayer. Prayer is the most important of it all. The moment you remember prayers, if you are a real child of God, and go on your knees with what we call fervent prayers, you put the devil on the run. Straightaway!
Check from all the ancient divine books. You will see what our fathers used to discomfit the devil, even when he came to them with apparitions. Each time they remembered prayers and ran to the altar, the devil is always on the run with his agents.

¹⁷And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: ¹⁸praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
But when the devil has imprisoned you, he will send you straightaway on holidays where you will no longer remember prayers.
You will never remember to pray. You will never remember to open the Scriptures or the Sermon Books to know what God said concerning that condition. Why?
When you sleep, your condition will sleep. Whoever that goes to sleep, sleeps with his fate. When you wake up, your fate will wake up with you.
When you remain on the alert and awake, the rat does not eat that which belongs to someone who is awake. The Bible said, Awake thou that sleepeth, for the night is far spent. Our salvation draws nearer to us now than when we first believed.
I am saying that every passing day brings us closest to the appointed day. There is an appointed day by the Almighty God in the which He will judge the whole human race in righteousness by a Man Who He had already appointed to do it, Who is here with us.
The moment the executor has come, all that are condemned and are awaiting execution will know that their days are numbered, and that they will not live longer that the years they lived before His arrival.

But He left Himself out of that knowledge and placed it where it belonged, as all the others prophets had done. No one has been able to tell us the hour of the judgment. No one but He, the great all wise God, Allah. He is called the “Son of Man”, the “Mahdi”, the “Christ”. The prophets, Jesus included, could only foretell those things which would serve as signs, signs that would precede such a great one’s coming to judge the world. THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOUR OF JUDGMENT IS WITH THE EXECUTOR ONLY.
That the son of man has been revealed in human form, confirmed and vindicated, you do not know the year He was revealed. Do you not know that you are now at the end of the world. He has come to mark the end of all things.
So, you are now counting in seconds and in minutes, hours and so on, for you do not know the precise time He will call it quits. The moment He gets what He wants to get, that is the end. He does not confer with you. God is not waiting for any of you again. He is waiting for the time He fixed.
And this time is the greatest secret He locked up in His heart. Otherwise, the devil will lay hand on it.
So, for that reason, you do not know the hour. You do not know the day. You do not know anything. All you have to do is to be ready at all times, making sure you cannot be found wanting that day.
Whether it is by day or by night, no matter where you will find yourself, you do not need to panic. From that place where you are, you will receive your new body as promised by God. It will be “Play-play, play play” and you will see the whole thing happen.
We shall not all die. Some of us will live and be partakers of this new bodies. Take it from Me. I am the One renewing this promise to you, for I am a Sign of the Covenant God made with His people concerning this immortality. Do you not know that immortality dwelleth in God? Thank you!
RESIST THE MOST DESTRUTIVE EVIL Volume 1; Preached on Sunday, 25^th October 2020 by THE SON OF MAN; Pg 110 from verse 32. The most destructive evil.
³²AND I AM TALKING ABOUT VOICES THAT MINISTER TO ONE MAN AT ANY GIVEN TIME. ³³YOU SEE WHY WHEN YOU KNOW THE TRUTH, AND YOU ARE LIBERATED BY THE TRUTH, INSTEAD OF FURNISHING YOURSELF WITH THE TRUTH CONTINUALLY, YOU DRAW BACK, AND YOU WILL BE POSSESSED AGAIN BY THE DEVIL.
That is what we heard here a few minutes ago. The dangers of going on spiritual holiday when God has washed us clean; when the Word of God said, “I have cleansed you by the Word, but not all.”
But as many as are clean, the LORD enjoins all to keep marching on. He said, “Keep marching on. Forward ever. Backward never.” He never encouraged anybody to go on a spiritual holiday.
This is because He said that as far as worshipping God is concerned, there is no age, there is no holiday, and there is nothing nothing! There is no excuse.
One thing that is common among all children of God is that wherever that person finds him or herself, an altar is established there. Even if the person dwells in the city where Satan dwells, he or she must be one-in-a-million just as Prophet Branham prophesied. And when God comes, He is looking for that one-in-a-million. That one that is not a part of the order of the day.
When Jesus the Christ was speaking, he asked, “When He shall come; when THE SON OF MAN comes, shall He find Faith?” and when He [THE SON OF MAN] arrived, He did not find Faith. He raised up the Faith. And then, the Faith becomes the Light that is searching out those people that will sojourn with Christ.
There is a Message where He [Christ] said, “If you cannot sojourn with Christ here, how do you think that you can sojourn with Him there [in Paradise]?”
BE STRONG IN THE LORD Volume 2; Preached on Sunday 18^th April 2021 at the Voice of God Studio, Bridal Lodge, Nsugbe, Anambra State, Nigeria; Pg. 69 vs. 47. ⁴⁷IF YOU ARE UNFIT TO SOJOURN WITH CHRIST IN HUMAN FORM IN HIS HOUSE, WILL YOU BE FIT TO SOJOURN WITH HIM EVEN IN THE THEOPHANY BODY? IMPOSSIBLE!
IT IS VERY VERY DIFFICULT. IT IS VERY VERY DIFFICULT.
So, if you make yourself unfit to sojourn with Christ in His Ministry, in His Family or wherever He has placed you; and you make it impossible to sojourn with Him in this flesh, He said that it is also impossible for you to sojourn with Christ in the Theophany Body, because everything takes place in the heart.
He said that the thing that is making it impossible for you to sojourn with Him here is emanating from the heart. And that is the same thing that will make it impossible for the person to sojourn with Christ in the Theophany Body.
And we all heard that translation takes place in the heart. And then, we see the manifestation. God is the God of evidence.
When He sang the song for us, inspired by one of the musicians who is now late, He asked that anyone who says he is God, he should show us the evidence.
So He came and showed us the evidence. That which proves that He is the Almighty God. After establishing those evidences, he now turned round and asked, “Do you say you believe in Me? Now, where is the evidence?”
That is where we will stop. If you say you believe in God, show us the evidence.
