Do you hear the Voice of the Shepherd? Do you understand the Voice of your Shepherd? I am the Christ of this Age, the Anointed One, the Messiah, the Redeemer. In Me, all that must be saved in our Age must pin their hope. Thus, if you cannot hear My Voice and understand me, it goes to show that you are not of Me. If I speak and you do not understand or you do not believe and the Scripture speaks, you do not believe, you do not understand; Nature speaks and you do not understand, do not bother yourself. You are in the region of the lost. You are an escort. You are an Agboro (a tout).

INTRODUCTION

PRAYER

Our Heavenly Father, we have come to You this evening to worship and to adore You, to exalt your Most Holy Name because You are the Almighty God that ruleth over the affairs of men.
From everlasting to everlasting, You remaineth the same God. You are the Ancient of Days. You have never changed and you will never change. You hate iniquity.
We therefore plead with you O God, to consider us in mercy and in Love. We have come to you as mortals, pleading O God that you search us and try us. Try our reins. See if there be any wicked thoughts, any wicked life we have lived, Father. If there be anything sinful in our life, Lord we pray Thee, search all of them out.
Forgive and place us on your righteousness, for your Name’s sake.
We are not standing in our righteousness. We are standing in Your own righteousness, which O God have been put upon us by faith in Christ, simply because we have believed in Him who has the power, even to save the ungodly.
We come O God, as filthy as we are. We come as sinful as we are, trusting in your ability O God, to cleanse, to restore and to reconcile us unto Yourself, cancelling our trespasses, not imputing them against us anymore because of what Christ has already accomplished for us.
Therein we stand O God in Your presence covered by Your glory this very evening. We pray Thee, give us enough grace, Father, to stay through in Your presence as we receive your word tonight which is able to sanctify our hearts, cleanse us from evil conscience, and give us a place among them that are sanctified by the faith in Christ.
We plead with You, O God, that your visitation in this Family worship this evening will be a glorious one, a wonderful one, heartwarming, Father, stimulating and at the same time reviving.
Do a similar thing in every family and in every individual. No matter where they have gathered, calling upon your name this evening, be there with them.
Some might be in the air; some, on the highways; some, on the high seas; some, oh God, in the dungeons; some, on the mountains, and some, in the valleys.
Wherever they may be, O God, even the destitute and the physically challenged persons, they all belong to You. They are the creations you made with your own hands. Father, wherever they may be, let there be, O King of glory, the Shekinah Cloud over all of them.
Stretch forth, O God, Your hands to the four corners of the earth and recover all that have exiled themselves from You. Restore the backslidden in the heart. Strengthen those that are faint-hearted.
Create faith and hope in those, O God, who are without hope and faith. Strengthen our feeble knees so that we will remain on our knees seeking Your presence at all times.
Tonight, O God, the Message we are going to consider, use it Father Divine, to speak to our hearts directly. And as we hear, help us to amend our ways.
May we never see any other person. May we never see any other family, but the Family of Christ. May we see nothing but children of God that are been addressed this evening.
Thank you immensely for hearing our prayers as we hand over this Fellowship to Your care the same way we hand over to Your care all that have bowed down before You, Father, even this very hour, no matter where they are.
Among them are the sick. Heal them all. Among them, O God, are those that have lost even every feeling of Godliness in them. Provided there is a little iota of truth that is still in them, Father, increase it as You increase the mustard seed.
Let them, Father, bounce back to the true faith of Christ, even tonight, on hearing this word. May we never, O God Father, destroy ourselves with our own hands by rejecting this truth or by turning our backs against the truth.
Tonight, may we open our hearts and receive this engrafted, inspired Word from Your approved servant, O God, Whom it has pleased You, Father, to nourish us tonight.
To Your Name alone, O Lord of Hosts, we give the glory and not unto ourselves for hearing our prayers for Your Name’s sake. Amen!

He is here; I owe no man no apology for saying the truth. I know I am dying for the Truth. Why must I be afraid? I better not. I know, one day, this place must be closed, we will scatter, every man to his home, every woman to her village. Then we will know whether you are godly or not. Godliness is not in the Church. Godliness is in your home. It is in your yard. It is in your business. It is in your market and it is in your everything. You come here to receive training and then you go outside to practice it. You see why you must worship God by revelation, that no man, no woman, no preacher will preach out your conviction, because you are certain. If He is not here, I would not be here. This is the truth. Amen.

LEARN TO BEHAVE YOURSELF

We do not waste our time. I am very very happy that we have come to a point where Brethren can no longer cover up the iniquities in their bosom.
Job made a prayer and said, “LORD, help me never to cover the iniquity in my bosom as Adam did which resulted to the first murder on earth.” Adam and Eve covered the iniquity in their bosom.
Then Cain grew up in iniquity and became the first person that shed innocent blood on earth. From that day, shedding of innocent blood started unabated even till today.
Job 31:33-34, KJV. ³³If I covered my transgressions as Adam, by hiding mine iniquity in my bosom: ³⁴Did I fear a great multitude, or did the contempt of families terrify me, that I kept silence, and went not out of the door?
I heard a horrible testimony from our Sister Mike Emmanuel when I got to the market today. She was shivering with fear for she has never seen such a horrible sight before.
According to her, she went to market at Ose Okwo-Odu. She said that unknown to her, there were two men who were quarrelling. She never knew the reason why they were quarrelling.
One ran back and pulled a matchet and went after the other one. People were crying and shouting on him to drop the matchet. The young man he was pursuing kept running according to Sister Mike, but was trapped by two Keke Napep tricycle drivers who could not give way for the boy to escape.
His assailant met him there and butchered him in the open market. He continued giving him matchet cuts. People could not even restrain the young man from killing his fellow human being in the open market. Women were running helter-skelter.
The young man escaped from that place where he was trapped with blood overflowing. He went after him again and continued matcheting him.
Sister Mike said that she nearly fainted. She saw a horrible sight.
I want you to see how bloody human beings have become. Human beings are now more blood-thirsty than ever before.
So, to you that are hearing this type of things, be very careful. We have had too many cases where students murdered their fellow students. I mean, murdered them in cold blood.
So, if you are in the schools and colleges, behave yourselves because the devil is now at work fully among the children of disobedience. If you receive any threat from your fellow human being to steer clear from him or else that he will deal with you ruthlessly, please run away from that place. Do not say that you are going there to pacify him. Do not ever repeat that mistake. Do not say that it is an empty boast or an empty threat. I bet you: he will carry out that threat.
If he says he does not want you by his side, please, leave his side. You do not even need him to begin to warn you. If you have discerning spirit, you will discern those that have already been impregnated by the devil. They are there just to wreak havoc.
So do not say that you want to stand or that he will not do anything. Definitely, he will do something. Chika, I hope you are paying attention because you are learning this your job where we have hoodlums. There are very many blood-thirsty young men there.
If they are holding their screwdriver or any implement or equipment, even hammer, they can use the hammer on your head and run away. So be very very careful.
Wherever you find yourself there or anywhere you find yourself, whether it be in the market place or anywhere, even on the streets, do not say that he is joking. Do not say it because you have been friends. Your friend can even murder you.
You do not know who provoked him. You do not even know whether he has been trailing you all the while or whether your presence has been a threat to his own life or whether you have been an obstacle to whatever he wants to perpetrate and you know it not.
So, if there is anytime you should work with wisdom with those that are within and those that are without, it is now.
When she was sharing this testimony before Me and some other people that were in the market today, I shivered. I said, “So all the people in the market could not hold the young man?” She said, “Daddy, everybody was running.”
She said that she never knew that the boy could use that matchet and continuously be matcheting all of the body of the victim including the head, the hand, and everywhere. For the boy had already vowed that he must kill him.
Can you imagine? It happened in the day and not in the night. What could be responsible for that type of quarrel? What could have provoked that young man to this extent?
If it is investigated, it could be a little thing. It could be mere verbal provocative words that he could no longer endure.
So the things that can provoke or trigger such tempers may be minor minor things which you may not value.
If you are fond of jesting, stop jesting. There are too many people that do not accommodate jesting. If you are trying to jest and he says, “I do not need it,” go your way. Chika, go your way.
Do not begin to tap him on the shoulder and behave as if he does not mean it. A small boy can kill the senior one. I am telling you the truth. Before you know it, he will stab you below the belt. And that is the end of the journey.
So let us be very very careful. I have witnessed it somewhere many years back where an apprentice used screwdriver to kill his fellow apprentice. He just stabbed him with that screwdriver on the chest. The thing pierced the heart of his friend. He allowed the screwdriver to remain inside the body of the victim and ran away.
I told you, “Whenever we gather here, prepare these microphones very well.” The batteries are here. You do not need to go to market to buy them. I bought enough. Do not ever make the mistake of giving me any used battery, especially when I am making tapes. A global Message.
So, please, I am appealing to all of you to learn how to behave yourselves. Number one: Bridle your tongues for your tongue can put you into trouble.
Number two: Control your emotions because there is a way you are going to react and you do not know that there is one whose temper is hotter than your own.
You think you are going to frighten him. Before you know it, he will pull out his dagger and then pierce your stomach there, especially these Keke Napep riders. A good number of them carry short short guns. Some carry bottle of all sorts. Some carry daggers, deadly equipment. They are ready wherever they are to fight and to kill.
Remember the hour we are in. This is the heat of the political era in Anambra state. We have rolled into the heat. In less than three weeks from now, Anambra people will go to the polls. That is why crime is increasing every day. So I do not need to go further there.
If you are foolish, remain foolish. If you are unreasonable, remain unreasonable. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.
Let us consider this Message. Our Brother handled it in his own family altar, his family worship, trying to check too many things that were not done properly in his house.
Being an integral part of the Family of God, he made it such that every Family of God must benefit from this Message, for we are running only but one family. Every family in heaven and on earth must be named after Christ.
For that reason, since he has sent it to Me, it is good that every other family will be partakers of this exhortation. So let us hear him this night.

You must be sustained by your experience. When a preacher is sustained by his experience, no matter the way the wind blows, no matter the trials, it is not for him because there is something that is holding him. There is something he cannot deny, there is something he cannot overlook. Take away the Bible from him, take away the sermon book from him, that thing is in him. It is his personal experience. Something he has seen with his eyes, heard with his ears and experienced with his own life. You know you can hear something without seeing it and yet you do not believe it. It will reflect in your life because if you believe what you heard, you will not act contrary. That somebody is acting contrary to what he has heard, it is a sure sign he did not believe it. If he believed it, he will be behaving as if he was there.

YOU MUST BE SUSTAINED BY YOUR OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

You are blessed Brethren. The message is titled WHO HAVE YOU BEEN LISTENING TO? Who is the king over your heart? An exhortation checking happenings in the family of Bishop Joe Ukpong by Bishop Joe Ukpong.
Who is checking the habits that were not sinking well with him, habits that were not in agreement with our teachings? The head of the family who happens to be a trustworthy Bishop. He did not cover the iniquity he observed in his house.
He knew that by checking it, too many other families that are in the faith of Christ will equally borrow a cue from him, for he is of the opinion that it cannot be his children alone that will be faulted, and need correction. Any other family can benefit from it. Iron sharpeneth iron.
Remain blessed beloved of the Lord. We thank God our Lord, we give Him all the praise, the honor, the adoration for He deserves everything, for He has done great for us.
He has granted us another opportunity to gather, to worship Him and to encourage one another. And as we have gathered, we have come to Him because we are not a people that are serving an imaginary God.
We know He that we are serving, there was a time we use to hear the Voice, “Be reverend! Be reverend! Close your eyes! Bow your heads!” And then, people were thinking it is an imagination. But a time came when they heard His footsteps walking around the Fellowship.
At another time, He decided to show us the body. And that is when He came to the pulpit and then caused the hand of an Elder, teacher Amankem to use his handset, not with the intention of taking any picture or imagining that God will be there. No!
He admired what was there, the decorations, and then on taking the picture, rather than seeing what he snapped, he saw a BEING.
The thing shocked him. He ran to his own twin brother and said, “See what I saw o!” And then looking at it, they saw that this is the Being [for which cause] we have been hearing, “Be reverend!”
And so we know, we are sure, and we are certain that He that has revealed Himself to us is always with us. Is that not true? That is why you see that when we come to Him, we come to Him so that He will sanctify and cleanse our hearts from all evil conscience, cleanse our thought, imaginations of our mind, so that His word will enter and have a home in all of us.
When you come before this God with a sincere heart, definitely, He will do something to you that will have an effect in your life. [Sure!!!] That is why it is said that experience is better than knowledge. Have you seen it?
God showed us something there for example. Now that Brother Timothy just left school, they are looking for an accountant. And the advert says, “An accountant with five years’ experience,” it has taken Timothy out of the way.
This is because of experience. So it goes to show that experience is greater than knowledge. When we experience something, we tell one another what we have experienced so that it will help you.
It was the experience of Gideon’s father that he imparted into his son Gideon. Are you getting it? Then the son said, “Lord, I want to have my own personal experience. This is my father’s own. I believe him that you did these great things in the wilderness. My father had an experience. Lord, I want my own experience”.
This is what God is looking for. That is why He told us, “From time to time, sit your children down and tell them your experience, [Amen!] not story because in this faith, we do not tell stories.”
In this Faith, we preach experience. what I have experienced is what I am telling you so that you, as my child, will now be inspired because I am not telling you stories.
It is just like I told the young man, “If you say you truly want to get in contact with this God, do not go giving Him the doctrine of your church, for He will never listen to you, for He never established any church. When you want to have contact with Him, tell Him, “Lord, I have read the Scriptures. Look at what the scripture says”.
I give an example. The Scripture said, “As it was in the days of Sodom, the days of Noah, so shall it be in the day of the Son of Man”
Luke 17:26-30, KJV. ²⁶And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. ²⁷They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. ²⁸Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; ²⁹but the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. ³⁰Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.
I have read it and I have seen the days of Noah. I have seen the days of Sodom. And I have not seen the Son of Man. You see, you are looking for somethingnow. He will be willing to help you because you have come to ask Him accordingto what He says in His promise.
But, if you are going to Him telling Him stories, He has no time for stories, for we are serving a living God. That is how He wants us to approach Him.
And that is why God says to ministers, “Preach your experience.” God took us to our families. When He took us to our families, I will now sit down and tell my children and say, “Look at my experience with this God.”
Then you will equally take your stand and say, “God, this is my father’s experience with you, but I want to have my ownpersonal experience.”
When I was reading Brother Timothy’s message which he was reading for us from his handset, he said, “A day came when I was coming back from the school, I went into the fellowshipcenter and I knelt down by the pulpit and I told God that I want to have my own personal experience, which is not my father’s own experience”.
Do you see that God began to respond to that thing which he asked for? And gradually, he has hadhis own personal experience because he made a good request. He told God what he wanted.
“My father had an experience with You, but I want to have my own experience like Gideon.” That is what God wants to see in the family.
That is the reason why we do not come telling stories. We are not Pentecostals. We do not come reading the Bible as a story book. The Bible is specific. We do not go claiming another man’s covenant.
We tell you this is what God promised us and look at what He promised us. He has fulfilled it all.
And God said, “Be sincere. Be straight forward. Say I cannot see it. Say you cannot see it.” Gehazi was straight forward. Hecame to the master and said, “Oh! Master, look at all these people surrounding us and look athow you are relaxed. You are not even worried.”
There was no way the master could help him there. He left him and said, “God, open the eyes of my servant, so that he can see them that are surrounding us”.
And when his eyes were opened, he saw those that were surrounding them. He acted like his master.
2 Kings 6:15 – 17, NIV.¹⁵When the servant of the man of God got up and went out early the next morning, an army with horses and chariots had surrounded the city. “Oh, my lord, what shall we do?” the servant asked. ¹⁶“Don’t be afraid,” the prophet answered. “Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” ¹⁷And Elisha prayed, “O Lord , open his eyes so he may see.” Then the Lord opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.
This is what we are saying. Knowledge and Experience have come to stay. I have told you time without number that Experience is greater than knowledge. You can know God, but if you do not have the Zeal, your knowledge is useless nonsense.
I want us to read something from the Message REPUTATION VOL 1, Preached on Sunday 21^st June, 2020 by The Son of Man, Pg 43 vs 51-54.
⁵¹I thank God who is constantly at work in all that really belong to Him, helping all of them to obey him more and more.
Is He not the one helping us? Good. ^{52 [13]}For God is at work within you, helping you want to obey Him, and then helping you to do what he wants you to do.
⁵³The same way the Devil is constantly at work in all hypocrites and in all unbelievers helping them to disbelieve God and walk contrary to the Truth more and more. Do you believe it? Say Amen.
If you believe it, say Amen. [Amen!] The same way God is working because he [the believer] has held unto Him, relied upon Him, and He is now working in you, helping you to believe Him and helping you to do the things He wants.
But you that has refused to depend on Him and rely upon Him, you cannot run from Satan. Once you refuse to rely on God, the next thing is you must rely on Satan. [Sure!]
There are no two ways about it. Look, there is no human being that is a vacuum. There are no other spirits we are talking about. We are talking about two spirits: the spirit of God, and the spirit of the Devil.
Once you just slip away from the spirit of God, the next thing is the Devil. That is what we read there. He said, “The same way the Devil is constantly at work in all the hypocrites.”
Remember, Lot’s wife was not an unbeliever. She was a hypocrite because she claimed she believed when she was not believing.
The same way the Devil is constantly at work in all hypocrites and in all unbelievers helping them to disbelieve God and work contrary to the truth more and more. Do you believe it? Say Amen, for that is the Truth.
⁵⁴^[3]And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. ⁴The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. [2^nd Corinthians 4:3 – 4, NIV]
³But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: ⁴in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. [2 Corinthians 4:3 – 4, KJV]
You cannow see it. Who caused it? You are the one who caused it. Just like you [my first Son] sitting down here. When you came into life, you met your father and you your mother. And all they were telling you was God, the word of God, and what you have met.
We are different from denominations. We have never said that we are the same. That is why, since you were born, you never saw us saying that we are celebrating Christmas. We never tookyou to anywhere other than to End-Time.
From End-Time, we came into the Bride Ministry. So when you came you were hearing these things, but you never gave your heart unto it. You see? You were just listening. This is the thing! Learning without practicing profits us NOTHING! [Sure!] You learn, but you never put it into practice. [That is pure truth!] Nothing at all.
You never practiced it. Once you leave our presence, you go away to practice your own, but once you are in our presence, you will pretend to practice it just like a cat.
A cat once in your presence will begin to rub your body, rub your body and rub yourbody, but once you leave, go and see what it is doing outside. It is jumping from this to that.
So learning without practicing profits us nothing. After learning, we must put what we have acquiredinto practice. That is when it works.
Look at Gideon. He sat down under his father, and his father was telling him, “See what this great God did in the wilderness”.
And after hearing what his father said, he now started telling God, “I have heard what you did in the wilderness. Myfather told me and I believed it. You did it, but God I will not say ‘my father’, ‘my father’ every time. I want my own experience so that anywhere I am, I will tell people that yes, as my father had experienced, I have experienced that same God too”.
This is because you must learn. Somebody must lead you to Christ. Somebody must lead you. There was a time the Apostle here was preaching and he told us that your background is different from our own background. Why? Our parents never led us to Christ. They never led us to Christ.
God helped us along the line and revealed Himself to us. Our parents never led us, but we led you to Christ. So your own foundation is better than ours. [Sure!]
We did not lead you to church. Our parents still led us to church. My mother said, “I am catholic”. My father says he belongs to Qua-Iboe.
When he found fault with Qua Iboe, he said, “Follow your mother”. Since he is not going anywhere, he did not follow her, but he told us, “Follow your mother”. So we followed her and we went to catholic. You see it? That is where they led us to. They carried us to church, but we led you to Christ. And Christ taught us something.
That is why He said, “The greatest miracle is the miracle of God giving us His Word which, if we obey, will do what? Cleanse us, sanctify us, make us holy, consecrate us and set us apart for God’s own use”.
That is the greatest miracle. There is no other greater miracle than that one. [Sure!] Today,parents are still leading their children to one denomination or the other, but look at the great privilege we have.
We met Him. The Man from the opposite direction. He came. We were not looking for Him. We were already under the shadow of death. We had no hope, only for Him to appear from the opposite direction and revealed Himself to us and gave us the Word which is the greatest miracle so that if we can clearly believe this Word, it can cleanse us, sanctify us and then we become vessels for His use. Is that not what He has been telling you that He can do?
And that is why I come to the point of this topic before my sub-topic. The topic is: WHO HAVE YOU BEEN LISTENING TO? If we are listening to Christ, then whatever we hear from Christ, we tell you as our children.
If you listen to us, whatever He told us and we acted upon it, the same way it had effect on us, it must have effect on you. [Sure!!!] Is it a lie?
It is what we heard from God as your parents that we have told you. We heard directly from Christ. That is why I am asking, “Who have you been listening to?
God said, “If your parents are sincere and spiritual people, if they are spiritual people, glue yourself to them. But if they are not, separate yourself from them and glue yourself to the spirit of Truth.”
This is becauseif you refuse to listen to the voice of your parents, if they are spiritual, you must make shipwreck, for your parents are telling you the Voice, one Voice they heard.

Every Elect of God identifies with what God is doing in his day, not minding who the person might be. Then when you identify the person, it becomes very easy to obey His instructions; To follow One Voice becomes very easy. But when you by-pass it, you have missed the whole idea and this is the problem many of you are having. Many are looking at a Man and, by so doing, are by-passing the Deity. And God wants you to see Him first and then He will guide you to the Vessel where He is living.

PAY HEED TO ONE VOICE

Let me give you an example. God said, “All of us that came into the Faith before 1998, we were listening to so many voices. And that is why we made a lot of mistakes in our life.”
I cannot tell you that I, your father, did not make mistakes. I have told you about lots of mistakes. Why? Too many voices.
Today, we can now show you our old pictures. Where did it come from? One voice called Weston Fihala. Have you seen it? Too many voices.
Where were these voices coming from? Immediately they travel to Jerusalem, they bring one voice that you do not know where they got. And you will be thinking in your sincerity that since they travelled to Jerusalem, they got it from the Son of Man, whereas it is not from the Son of Man.
Martin Orji will go and bring his own, Ben will go and bring his own. Weston Fihala will go and bring his own. So we were listening to many voices.
You can see the bundle of mistakes we made. But immediately we decided to pay heed to one Voice, you cannot trace us to those mistakes again. [Sure!!!] For we said, “It is either the Voice of the Son of Man or Nothing. I do not listento any voice.” [Sure! One God, one Voice.]
I do not care whether it is Newspaper. I do not care what they say, whether it is news or not. So, it is not my business. My own is: What did the Son of Man say?
A man was saying that he knew the dream of Gambari who was a one-time ambassador. He was saying that he had a dream for Nigeria, and that Nigeria will one day become something great.
I laughed and said to myself, “I know that the Voice said, ‘Nigeria that is known for criminality and corruption, will one day be known for righteousness.’’’
That is the Voice I know. I am not listening to any other voice. Whatever dream they had, that is their business, but I know that that Voice will not fail.
One day, the world will say, “Let us go to Nigeria, for God is in Nigeria”. [Sure!!!] This is where I stand. It is either the Voice of the Son of Man or Nothing.
Anything He says, I will act like that, just like that man in the days of Branham. He said if God– and who is that God he was talking about? “William Branham”. –If He told him to go through the wall, he would go. He that said go through the wall will create a hole before I reach there, and I will pass. Then you will see me on the other side.
You would say, “How did you make it”? I would say, “I do not know. He said I should go and I went. I saw and I passed. But you came and you saw the wall. I did not know how I did it.”
Once the Son of Man has told you anything, do as He has said and forget it.
There is a woman that the Catholic call Mother Teresa. She was telling them that anything from God is very slow and painful. They use to quote all those things but they do not follow it, “Anything from God is slow and painful, but at the end, it is going to become the most beautiful flower. The most beautiful thing.”
It will turn out to be the most beautiful thing, but in the beginning, it was slow, for God does not do anything in a haste. No! God is like a farmer. Have you ever planted a seed now and then you get it harvested immediately?
There is a planting season. Then the farmer tills his farm and waits. Then at the end of the day, it is harvest. Do you plant today and tomorrow you get it?
These are the things we must get to know. That is why I am asking, “WHO HAVE YOU BEEN LISTENING TO”? That is where the danger is. There is only One Voice in the Bride that the True Bride listens to. And that is the Voice of CHRIST, APOSTLE PETER ODOEMENA [BBHMHN] The Son of Man, the Messiah.
A child of God who has been listening to the Words of the SON OF MAN has attained a height and has inculcated a culture, habit, and a tradition that can never never be influenced away from him or her no matter where he or she finds himself or herself. [Sure!!]
Why? Because as he is listening, the thing is now forming a habit he or she cannot do without. It now becomes a tradition to him or her.
So anywhere he or she enters and you tell this child of God anything, it is not for him or her. You are just talking to yourself. It has no business in the child of God
He has a tradition and a way of living. Outside that way, he does not care! But because you are listening to so many voices, my son, that is why when you enter Makurdi, you became another issue. When you come to Port Harcourt, another issue. When you come to Akwa Ibom, another issue.
You are just changing locations. What are you now? A chameleon Why? You have not taken the Word of life seriously. Once you have taken it you become addicted to it. You know what addiction is. If you are taking a certain thing, you become addicted to it.
There are people that were addicted to cigarette, just like our Brother David Mbah, whom God delivered from it. He could not do without smoking that time, but you cannot see it in his life again. The same God delivered him.
There are people that take kai-kai [locally-made dry gin]. When they wake up from sleep, they are not looking for food. If they do not take it, life is not good for them.
They must take it before moving out. They must take it before doing anything. Has it not become an addiction?
Yes! This is the same thing you see with Indian hemp. It is the same thing you see with other drugs.
In the same way, you can become addicted to the Word of the Son of Man which is the Word of God. If you do not take it, you are restless. If you do not go through the Message and hear His Voice, you are restless.
So, you take it before you see yourself calm down. Anything you are doing, you will see yourself doing it well because you have taken a dose of that which is your drug that you love and that is the Word of God.
That is why for a child of God, his habit does not change. He has a culture, a habit, a tradition that can never be influenced away from him. But if you are listening to any other voice or voices, you will be carried away.You will be easily influenced away.
Once your mind and your heart wonders away, where are you landing? You are landing in the Ds. How do I call it the Ds? Disappointment, Despair, Disaster and Destruction.
Have you seen where you are landing, why? You are listening to so many voices, instead of listeningto God’s voice.
My son,goingbeyond listening to the Voice of one shepherd, BE WARNED! BE WARNED! Is it not Scriptural? ONE SHEPHERD, ONE FLOCK, ONE VOICE.
Ecclesiastes 12:12, AMP. ¹²But about going further [than the words given by one Shepherd], my son, be warned. Of making many books there is no end [so do not believe everything you read], and much study is a weariness of the flesh.
John 10:16, AMP. ¹⁶And I have other sheep [beside these] that are not of this fold. I must bring and impel those also; and they will listen to My voice and heed My call, and so there will be [they will become] one flock under one Shepherd.
That is why we are messengers of the same Message. We do not add. We do not subtract. We speak where He speaks. We close our mouth where He is silent.
We act where He acts. We stay still when He has not acted. That is what it takes to follow leadership. That is what it takes to be messengers of the same Message.
Let us look at the Message God instructed us to study, which is titled, YOU ARE NOT TOO FAR FROM THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, BUT ONE THING REMAINETH. Volume 2; Pg. 31 vs 34-36.
³⁴God made it clear that it is in the period of waiting that people stray away in their hearts. … [Sure! Sure!]
It is in the period of what? Waiting, that people stray away from where? Their Heart.
…You begin to see inordinate affection, inordinate and unbridled desire. Desire to be this, desire to be that, things that run contrary to their belief. You begin to see people contradicting even their testimony, because their heart has been drawn away. And they are enticed. [That is pure truth!]
³⁵That is how idolatry begins. They begin to place many things first before God. [Sure!!] And God is saying, “O Sinful children that have found themselves in this dilemma, now is your time to make a U-turn.” He is offering you another chance by touching you another time. Another Touch of Love.
You see what He is doing there? I want you to stop there before we get to that place, I made a statement to you when you came from Port-Harcourt. I said that, asa good coach, I love to see my team playing the same pattern of soccer. Is that not true?
I told you that I want you to be a partaker with us. Even if you have to go anywhere always remember that your family is there and run back to your family.
I even used the Son of Man’s son, Wisdom, as an example. He is in Enugu, but anything that is taking place in the family, he runs back there because he is part of that family.
And truly, by the time you arrived God caused a blockade everywhere so that you will not go back. And you were recovering. That is the truth. You were recovering, only for this your current job to appear, and then your heart was carried away.
He saw the job and he started thinking, “I want to be this. I want to make this money. I want to do it this way.” You see? You return back to the old way. This was exactly what we were reading there.
It said, “³⁴God, made it clear to us that it is in the periodof waiting that people stray away in their heart. So the Almighty God knows that this happens to men. Then He came to the next place and said, “That is how idolatry begins. They begin to place many things first before God.”
They started placing many things before God. You will now begin to think that you can make it without God, and that whether God is there or not, you have the wisdom and you have the knowledge.
But you are failing to see that He gave you the wisdom. He gave you the knowledge.
Your cousin who is Obitiye looked at you one time when you told her something about her phone and said, “This boy has something upstairs about this computer and other things”.
You are gifted. Who gave you the gift? Almighty God. How did we know that this gift was in you? It was when you met Oma in Crest hotel in Jos, a Computer Technician.
Oma now coached you, and brought out those things. Oma told me with his own mouth saying, “Your son is such a person that anything he just sees, when you come back you will see him doing it, even when you never sat down to teach him.”
Oma was even afraid of you, William. He started restricting certain thingsso that you will not see. He said that they do not teach you, but the next time he comes back, he sees you doing those things, which he just did, simply from watching him do it, and then you picked it.
I can remember the voice of an American who said, “Give Nigerians ten years and they will be up there.”
So, somebody saw something in you and as a coach he brought the things out. But then, instead of using it to the glory of God who gave it to you, you are now using it against Him.
He is a merciful Father. He is a loving Father. After seeing those things, He said, “O sinful children that have found themselves in this dilemma.” It is a dilemma.
He knows the pain. He knows what is happening. That is why He told us something in the Message, “BEWARE OF SNAKE BITE”, for He knows the secrets of Satan. He started telling us to be careful as we worship God at home.
This dangerous man is following us. And then He said, “O Sinful children that have found themselves in this dilemma, now is your time to make a U-turn.”
He is offering you another chance. And God is saying, “O sinful children that have found themselves in this dilemma, now is your time to make a U-turn. Now is your time to make a U-turn.”
He is offering you another chance by touching you anothertime. Another touch of love.
If you do not reach out for this love He has extended to you today, tomorrow may be another story. [No more!] You see it? If you do not reach out now for this love that He is extending to you, tomorrow will be another story. [Another story!]
That is where the danger lies. What are you going to do now? Are you taking this love that God has extended to you, becoming like the prodigal son and returning back to God?
Being like David, who when he realized what was lying ahead of him, what did he do? He turned back and ran back to theLord.
Psalm 73:2-3, KJV. But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well-nigh slipped. For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
Psalm 119:58-60, KJV. ⁵⁸I entreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me according to thy word. ⁵⁹I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies. ⁶⁰I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.
I say, tomorrow may be another story. I do not know what the story will look like, but I believe that God does not speak in vain and that is the Truth.
Does God speak in vain? [NEVER!] That is why the Bible said, “Today, when you hear His Voice, hardened not your heart.”
Hebrews 3:7-8, KJV. ⁷Wherefore as the Holy Ghost saith, Today if ye will hear his voice, ⁸harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
Know it that worshipping God is a selfless sacrifice. Sacrifice yourself.
Look! Take a painful decision. No decision that will help you is easy. It is very painful. Painful decision that this is my stand, and I will never turn from it. Although it is painful, but you know that at the end it will pay off.
See what I am telling you about Mother Teresa, whom the Catholic keep quoting. I knew I wrote it somewhere. She said, “All the works of God proceeds slowly and in pain, but then their roots are the sturdier and their flowering, the loveliest.” But they come in pain.
Take a painful decision. See this love of God that He has extended to me. I will notplay with it. Are you getting it?

Are you convinced about the God that has been revealed in the midst of the Bride who is demanding implicit obedience to His Word and instructions? Are you convinced that He is the True and the Only God? Are you convinced that He is the Real One? Are you convinced? That is number one. Conviction. ⁵The moment you are convinced, then cometh Commitment. Commitment. Commitment means becoming a partner. In business, you must be committed. If you do not commit money, you are not entitled to financial reward. You must commit something before you expect a reward.

FAITH EXPRESSED IN CHRIST DOES NOT DISAPPOINT

Now we go over to the sub-Topic that says, “WHO IS THE KING OF YOUR HEART?”
This is because it is the voice of the person you are listening to that becomes the king over your heart. Is that not true? Who is the king over your heart? You must have a king that is occupying and controlling your heart.
Let us go to the Message, REPUTATION Volume 1; Preached on Sunday 21^st June 2020 at the Bridal Lodge Nsugbe by THE SON OF MAN; Page 45 vs. 56-57.
⁵⁶No man is operating without somebody occupying his heart. Who is the king over your heart? That is the controller of your life. For the spirit that is in a man controls every activity in a man.
Yes! This is because the spirit that is in a man controls what? Every activity of that man.
⁵⁷How do I know the spirit that is in operation in me? It is through my manifestation.
If whatever that you are manifesting is not of God, then know that it is Satan and hate it. Once you hate it, you will never allow him to be a king over you.
Then you will look for the real King who will now rule over your heart. That is why you are either controlled by the Truth you have received and believed or by the falsehood you received and believed.
That is why we say, “Whose voice are you listening to? Who have you been listening to?” If it is the Voice of Truth, the manifestation is the interpretation.
But whatever you, William, have manifested, you can tell yourself the truth. You do not need Daddy to say anything or Mummy to say anything, or your younger brother or even your younger sister. You can tell the story. It is clear to you.
The manifestation showed you that it is not the spirit of God, but the spirit of the devil, because he is all out to destroy.
And that is why God keeps telling us that the devil does not mean well for you and I. He does not mean well. He is not happy. He knows that you are a bundle of talent. He knows it.
There are many things today whichyou never learnt because you went to computer school. You got these things on your own practices. A bundle of talent.
Anything you see you grab it. Use it for God. Use it in a way it is going to be pleasing to God. Say, “Thisthing I know, God you are the One who gave it tome, I want to use it to the glory and honour of Your Name.” And you will see Him help you.
We have already read it from Philippians, where it said that God is all out to help those who believe Him, making them obey Him more and more, and then to do the things He wants them to do.
At the same time, He is telling you that the devil is all out to make you also do his own. Have you seen the danger there? God is telling us that we should know that our lives are either controlled by the Truth we received and believed or by falsehood we receivedand believed.
Let us go to REPUTATION Volume 1; page 49 vs 1-33. ¹if you believe in the message that is meant to transform your life for the better, there is no way you will continue to walk in your old way of life. Sure!!!
But immediately you return to your old life, that goes to show that you dID not believe in that Message. [That is pure truth!] That goes to show you rejected it. God is giving you another chance.
²CONTINUING IN YOUR OLD WAY OF LIFE THAT IS SINFUL AND HATEFUL BEFORE GOD AND BEFORE ALL MANKIND TELLS EVERYBODY THAT YOU BLATANTLY REFUSED THE TRUTH, FOR ANY TRUTH ANY MAN REJECTS CAN NEVER WORK IN HIS LIFE.
Any Truth you reject, can it control your life? [NO!] Can it work? [NO!] YOU HAVE SAID NO! NO MEANS, “I WILL NEVER PRACTICE IT. I WILL NOT BELIEVE. AWAY WITH IT!”
So you said No to it. The Almighty God said that we have come to know that the Truth men reject are the very Truth that will help them. Any Truth you reject is what is supposed to transform you.
That you left means that you rejected it. So immediately you go back to it with your whole heart now, you will see that transformation power.
I kept telling you that I am believing one thing, that the prayer I and this your mother prayed, we did not pray it out of sentiment.
Let me tell you the Truth. I was what you will call a fanatic in the End-Time. Anything I hear from End-Time I will hold unto it. Nobody can shake it away from me.
That was why Bosworth thought and said, “Leave him. After, he will still return”. That was what he thought when this Message came. He said, “I know him. I know that anything he holds to, you cannot take it from him”.
That was the way I held End-Time. And that was the way I returned to this Faith. But so many voices made me weak, and made me foolish, but when I came back to my senses, I do not listen to anybody.
All I want is the Voice of the Son of Man. That is all. I cling to whatever He says for I know that heaven and earth will pass away, but not a jot of the Word of the Son of Man will go unfulfilled. You will see it come to pass. He is God.
BUT REMEMBER THAT WHEN WE SAY ABRAHAM’S BLESSINGS ARE OURS, YOU SHOULD ALSO KNOW THAT ABRAHAM’S TESTING ARE ALSO OURS.
He had to test Abraham [his faith for God]. Before you saw Abraham enjoy all he was enjoying, he had a test. He had to test Job before Job enjoyed all Job was enjoying. He took away everything Job got, and placed Job in a certain condition all alone, Job still did not deny God. Then He gave him back everything.
Are we serving a different God? This is the same God we are serving. He is the God that appeared before us. This has been His way. He must test the faith of the faithful.
That is why He now started shaking the supernaturals. He has finished shaking everybody. So He came back and started shaking the supernaturals. He wants to see whether there is sincerity in what weare holding.
You see it? If you continue in your old way as a sinful person, what have you gained? This is what I used to tell myself. “What have I gained in this old life?”
They came giving us false meaning of Grace. Grace simply means “unmerited favour”. Everybody was having his idea. “You can do anything. You are still a child of God.”
You cannot do “anything” and be a child of God. It is not possible. It is just like God said that a child born into a family, just as we are born into the family, you come into the family, and see what your parents are passing through, the determination will be to relieve your parents of what they are passing through, for you have come to a position that is better.
At your age, Brother William, I never went to a university. At the age of Brother Timothy, I never went. Yes! Your mother went to a polytechnic at a younger age, but she did not go back to complete it till an older age.
So whatever background that is given to you today, both spiritually and physically, we never got it from our parents. So why play with your own? Why play?
William, if you know where you would have been by now with your certificate, O my God, you would have been selling like hot cake.
Number one: You are a teacher. And do you know you are a good teacher? Apart from teaching your Biology in Education, you are now a computer teacher which you never got in the university.
At that stage in time, you can go further. God is even encouraging young men to go into lecturing. Look at an engineer in my work place there. The youngest professor. He said, “Oga, this professorship was supposed to come in 2018, but it has come in 2021. I thank God.”
The Youngest professor. Still healthy and very young. He does not have a child of your age. His first daughter is big and then a boy, while his second daughter is still in the secondary school.
Even his first child is just entering the university. His son is still in the secondary school, but he is a professor. That is to show you how young he is.
This is what God wants for the children, to let you know that the world is not better than you. Yet, you can serve God and still be where they are. You must not follow their wayS.
You can serve your God and still remain and be greater than them, but you played. Is it late? No! Even in the university, there is institute for continuing Education, where instead of four years they are reading it five years [on a part-time basis] because you are a worker.
Some ladies at my work place like Mary and Cynthia are all reading and working. Why? Their parents could not afford it. So, they are now doing theirsmall business right there as she is selling in the shop. She is now in 200 Level, remaining 2 years.
The other one is Grace. She has finished. What were they doing? They are working. While doing their small small work and going to school in the evening and they are through. Grace is through, waiting for youth service. They will still go to Youth service. Very young girls.
Faith has long range vision. Faith expressed in Christ does not disappoint anybody. Why? Faith is patient. Faith is always saying, “I must succeed. I must touch the sky”.
But when you do not have Faith in Christ, you cripple your ambition, you become short-sighted, and minor minor things; trivial trivial things that attract the attention of heathens will pre-occupy your mind.
You begin to desire elemental things of the world. You begin to degrade yourself. And when you degrade yourself, you ridicule yourself. You will eat food meant for pigs because you have degraded yourself by lowering your ambition.
These are the things that we are talking about. There is nothing late with God. God is the wisest God. That is why He said, “Stop!” Do not continue what you are doing. Just do want He wants you to do and then get ahead. You will see yourself strike. It is not late. God said, “I am giving you another chance.”
Please let us continue. REPUTATION Volume 1 page 50 vs 6-7. THERE ARE MANY WAYS WE CAN SAY, “AWAY WITH CHRIST”, FOR CHRIST IS THE ANOINTED WORD. AND WITHOUT THE WORD, THERE IS NO GOD. IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD, THE WORD WAS WITH GOD, THE WORD WAS GOD AND IS STILL GOD.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [John1:1. KJV]
That is the Truth. So, when you reject anything you are hearing, you are rejecting God. And when you reject God, who is going to help? This is the danger you do not see. Onceyou reject His word, you have rejected Him. Then who is going to fight for you?
It is just like you refusing to take things that will help your immune system. How is your immune system going to fight the diseases that are coming in?
You can no longer fight the diseases. That is why you collapse, and the next thing they say is that you are no more. Your immune system has broken down. What then is supposed to do the fight?
That is why God said “that He that is in Me is greater than the temptations, greater than that trials, and is greater than he that is in the world.”
That is why a child of God is not afraid as long as he is living through and standing with the Word of God. His statement is: if the Lord does not permit anything, it will never happen. [Sure!!!]
No matter what anybody is saying about you or about me, it cannot work until God permits it. That is why He said, “Try to stand at My right hand, for all that are standing in my right hand, no desire of anybody will ever happen to them. Only My own desire.”
Then why will you not strive to stand at His right hand? Know that worshiping this God we are talking about is a selfless sacrifice just like Abraham. Give yourself over to God first. Then you will give Him anything. Abraham gave himself over to God.
That is why when God said, “Leave your father’s land and come to a land I will show you”, he left. “Abraham, give Me your son”, he gave. You see, this is because he had already offered himself.
If you do not offer yourself, how do you think THAT whatever God is asking you to do, you will do it? You first of all, offer yourself to that God. Then whatever He is telling you to do, there will be no difficulty. You will carry it out no matter the shame.
Who will believe the story of your mother and myself? Who will believe that we just walked away and came into a city and look like people who never enjoyed their life? People believe that this set of human beings never stayed in a flat?
We started staying in four rooms which is a flat, though the toilet was bad, in 1994. We were in two rooms in 1990. When he (William) was born, we were already in four rooms, just the two of us. We did not have anybody. We had four clear rooms.
You jumped from one to the other, to the parlor, and into anyone you like. That was what you were using to learn to walk as a baby.
Then we moved, Timothy came and joined you in that same place. Peace was not born there. She was born in abattoir. She had remained in a flat till she became a grown-up lady.
Will she believe that her parents will come to this condition? But when we tell people, it looks as if we are story tellers. We know the steps we took. For it is better we please this God than to please ourselves.
I cannot forget the Voice of God when we were moving to Nasarawa. He said, “Let Abraham be careful where he has chosen to settle his family.”
Let us go to the message, YOU ARE NOT TOO FAR FROM THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, BUT ONE THING REMAINETH Volume 2; Preached on Sunday 15^th December 2019 at the Household of God Onitsha by THE SON OF MAN; Page 37 verse 47.
^“47WORSHIPPING GOD IS A SELFLESS SACRIFICE. Yes! IF YOU ARE NOT SELF-SACRIFICING, YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO SERVE GOD.”
You see it? If you are not self-sacrificing, you are not qualified to serve God. For you to be saved, your zeal must be accompanied by knowledge and your knowledge must be accompanied by zeal.
William, you have the knowledge, but you do not have the zeal. And that is what is giving you problem now. No zeal but the knowledge is there. If you stand to talk about this true faith, one can never believe that you can go the way you are going. That is to show you that it is knowledge, but the zeal is not there.
Please use the dictionary and let us see what zeal is. From Merriam Webster dictionary: [1] “a strong feeling of interest and enthusiasm that makes someone very eager and determined to do something.” [Sure!!!]
Please wait a little let him hear it, for that is exactly what he is lacking. The strong interest. We are saying—William, are you hearing me? For you to be saved, your zeal must be accompanied by knowledge and your knowledge must be accompanied by zeal.
You cannot separate the two. You must have to merge the knowledge you have about God with the zeal you have towards the worship of God. Have you seen it?
Now we want to look at the dictionary meaning of zeal. [1] “a strong feeling of interest and enthusiasm that makes someone very eager and determined to do something.”
Have you seen it? Please repeat it again. [1] “a strong feeling of interest and enthusiasm that makes someone very eager and determined to do something.”
When somebody has no ambition, he will equally have no zeal. Your ambition must be accompanied by your zeal to achieve that your target.
Meaning of ZEAL: [2] “EAGERNESS AND ARDENT INTEREST IN PURSUIT OF SOMETHING.”
So that is exactly what you are lacking. But as for knowledge, you have it. If you are to stand and talk of the Faith you belong to, God knows that many will bow down to what you are saying.
But it is the zeal that you are lacking. And Almighty God said that for you to be saved, you must merge them [knowledge and zeal]. That eagerness or that zeal must be in you.
That is why I said, “Take a painful decision that ‘I will not rest till I have seen a total change in me’”. I am telling you the truth, only if you know how proud of you I was in Crest hotel and Gardens Jos.
Every time Oma comes and is talking to me,– and when he is talking to me –he is talking in the presence of all of them late Tom today, Emenike and others are cheering, “Your son has this one, Oga. Do not play with that boy o. Look for money and train him.”
That is why we did not play with you. I wept when you were collecting prizes from school, to the extent that Timothy came and used some of your mathematical set. Peace as well used what you collected as prizes. Every time it is William Ukpong! Every time it is William Ukpong!
I wept. I said, “God help me that I will get the money to send this boy to school.” That is why when you got admission, there was no hope. Your mother had to go to Kaduna.

Some said, “Who is this man that has claimed everything about God”. But who has challenged Him? If He has claimed, where is the person who is coming to challenge Him that He is not that God?
Let us go to the same Message YOU ARE NOT TOO FAR AWAY FROM THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, BUT SOMETHING REMAINETH Volume 2; Page 121 verse 50.
“⁵⁰It behooves somebody to introduce you to God. …”
That is the truth because what your father is doing is nothing but telling you the reality. It behooves somebody to introduce you. Somebody must introduce you. Somebody must tell you the truth. That somebody can even be your junior and then tell you the truth, lead you, and guide you to Christ.
Is it not God that guided me back to my village? Did anybody come and take me? He is the One Who guided me back home after 23 years.
For 15-16 solid years I married my wife with children, my wife does not know where I came from. Her friends used to tell her that she married a spirit.
And that was why when she called from the home town in Okwo-Nsit here with that her phone, The Son of Man on the phone said, “You have seen that you did not marry a spirit. What was the name of that phone? Motorola c116.

You see it now? I must tell you the truth that we have come to the reality. It is real. Hence, the background that you have, I never had it. The background Timothy has, I never had it. The background Peace has, her mother never had it.
So why play with God when you have a good background and then you have a Supernatural Being who is supporting you. The sky is just the starting point. It is not even the limit. Why?
You have Him that can guide you. He that will tell you, “Do not go that way. Leave that thing. Come this side.”
But many do not have this Guide that we are talking about. And they are still struggling. They are still making it to the top like I just told you of the young professor.
Every minute and seconds they are in the church. Everyday o. There is no day that man does not enter inside the church. So, to him he believes that God is the one that helped him to get to where he is. Imaginary!
But you have the Reality. So, let it be known to you that this is the point you come to that revelation to know that what will help you is your self-assessment.

I am not sent to everybody. I am sent to the lost sheep of Israel. I am not sent to everybody. I am not a worldwide Minister. I told you that. I came in search of My own. Anywhere I see that My own, I will make noise, he will embrace Me. My sheep heareth My Voice, they follow Me. The only thing that will attract them is My Voice. Once I speak, they will follow Me.

WHAT IS THE SPIRIT CONTROLLING YOU?

YOU ARE NOT TOO FAR AWAY FROM THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, BUT SOMETHING REMAINETH Volume 2; Page 144 vs. 27.
You must come to this revelation, what will help you is self-honest assessment of what has been happening in you and still happening in you, your attitude, your performance, your response to God and to fellowship of God and of the brethren, of the affairs of family you claim you belong to. What is the spirit controlling you? What is your nature?
The Voice said that you must come to this revelation. And what will help you is self-honest assessment of what has been happening in you and is still happening in you. Your attitude, your performance, and your response to God and to Fellowship, even of God and of the devil and of the affairs of the family you claim you belong to. What is the spirit controlling you? What is your nature?
You have heard Brethren complaining that you are running from them. Is that not true? You are far from Brethren. You do not fit into your family.
Recognize what your family is passing through and be adamant. Stand and say, “Oh! I want to help my parents out of this condition.”
the Son of Man says “At My age now, I cannot travel to many places. I assign those places to Wisdom and he goes there with gladness. Go and do this. Go to Lagos. Go to Owerri. Go here.” And he is off with joy. Why? Because he is happy that his father assigns responsibilities to him and that he can now fit into the shoes of the father.
That is why God said that once that revelation hits you, the thing that will happen to you is sincere-assessment of what has been happening in you and is still happening.
Find out. That spirit is not the spirit of God. It creeps in. At any time he sees you yielding to God, then he will come. He will strike. He does not want you to completely yield yourself [to God]. Then that is when you have to fight, and say, “I must yield myself to God”.
But at any point you want to yield yourself or you are giving yourself in, you will see the enemy. He will arrive in a very tricky way.
He arrived with this job you are currently doing. He came in a very cunning way and dragged you back to your old way, back to your old friends, and back to the thoughts of things you used to do before, pointing you away to worldly girls and worldly friends. That is what it is doing to you.
They will tell you, “Ah! There is no problem now. You are a son of God no matter what you do”. Just as many use certain Messages and help themselves, that even a mad man is still the son of the family. Even if he is an imbecile, he is still the son of the family.
Do you think that he is the cause of the imbecility? He was born that way. The madness, was he the one that caused it? No! Something came upon him, but he still remembers that he belongs to that family.
And that is why when something happens to you like this, still remember where you came from and run back. For that is the love of God that He has given to you.

¹²So, when you reject the word of God, you have rejected God and God has labelled you a Reject! If you just reject His Word, He has labelled you a reject.
¹³If you watch Saul, king of Israel, immediately he disobeyed God’s instruction and rejected God, the prophet Samuel told him clearly and in clear terms, “King Saul because you have rejected God, God has also rejected you!”
The question I want to ask is this: Do you think that what Saul did was his first time? You see, he did it before, and nothing happened. Have you seen it? Now when he went and did it again, that is when he ran into trouble.
So you do not know when that last time has come to you. The same thing happened to Lot’s wife. You think that that thing she did was the first one? That was not the first one. She has always played with the Word of God.
God takes records of iniquities. Something you know you should not even attempt or dreamof doing – something that should not even be mentioned around you – but you harden yourheart and do it anyhow. God takes record of all.
So this time she wanted to play again with the Word of God and that was what sealed her doom. This is what happened to Saul. He has done it before. And when he repeated it, before he knew it, Samuel told him “It is all over. God has rejected you”.
And once God rejects a man, what is his hope? It is finished.
¹⁴^[26]But Samuel said to him, “I will not go back with you. You have rejected the Word of the Lord, and the Lord has rejected you as king over Israel!” [1 Samuel 15:26 NIV]
REPUTATION Volume 1; Page 56 vs 23-27. ²³You can believe with your mouth and reject with yourheart. … [Sure!!!] You can believe with what? Your mouth. And reject with your heart.
And even teach others. Yet, reject the Message; You reject that same Truth which you believed with your mouth, with your brain, and also pass it on to other people.
… DID YOU GET THE MESSAGE? ²⁴ACCEPTING THE TRUTH THAT CHANGES LIVES HAS NEVER BEEN AN EASY TASK, ESPECIALLY TO A HEART THAT IS NOT READY TO REPENT. HAVE YOU SEEN IT? [Sure!!!] AND HE IS NOT TIRED OF HIS WICKED WAYS.
That is the thing. He must be tired of those wrong ways because God said that accepting the Truth that changes life has never been an easy task, especially to a heart that is not ready to repent and he is not tired of his wicked ways. He will look at it and say, “What makes it wickedness”.
Any way that is contrary to the Word is a wicked way. Anything or any step you take which is contrary to what God approves as His rightful way is wickedness before God. [Pure truth!]
²⁵That is why when you are not tired of living wrong, make no mistake of identifying with God.
You see it? When you are not tired of living wrong, make no mistake of doing what? Identifying with God.
But, if you are really tired of all these wrong things– because I was glad to read your text, but my happiness will be if you maintain it, — if really it has come by revelation, your word clearly says, “I do not even know how I came into all these whole mistakes, but I am done!”
But before you know it, you have run into many mistakes. These mistakes you have done, do you not know that God can deliver you from all?
As long as you are tired of them, just tell God you are tired of them, “I do not want these things to follow my life again. I want to be a new person, brand new, that even those who knew me before will be wondering if this is William.” That is the kind of thing that God is looking for. [Sure!!!]
²⁵That is why when you are not tired of living wrong, make no mistake of identifying with God. [Sure!!] ²⁶Otherwise, you will incur the wrath of God, [It is incontestable!] for hearing the word of God without putting it into practice is blasphemy.
It makes you a mocker. It makes you a scoffer. It makes you a blasphemer, and God will never hold you guiltless for blaspheming His Name, for scoffing at His name and for mocking Him. He will never!
REPUTATION Volume 1; Page 59 vs 33-34.³³^[7]Do not be deceived and deluded and misled; God will not allow Himself to be sneered at (scorned, disdained, or mocked by mere pretensions or professions, or by His precepts being set aside.) [He inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God.] For whatever a man sows, that and that only is what he will reap. [Galatians 6:7 AMP]
For whatever a man soweth, that and that only is what he will reap.
³⁴PUNISHMENT AWAITS ANYBODY WHO HEARD THE TRUTH AND BECAME DISOBEDIENCE, STUBBORN, STIFF-NECKED, HARD-HEARTED AND UNREPENTANT. AMEN.
That is the Truth. Punishment awaits such. So after hearing the Truth and you are determined, I bet you, you will see the hand of God. God said that you do not know the power that is in this Messages that are lying here.

YOUR CHARACTER IS YOUR FAITH

You do not know the power till you have taken these words into you and they find a home and a resting place inside you. You will then see the power that is in these Messages.
People will just look at it and think we have a wonderful library. There is power in these Messages that can transform somebody, change you, and make you what others will see and say, “How did this thing happen to this man?”
REPUTATION Volume 1; Page 60 vs 36-37. ³⁶This is because whatever that touches on character, touches on Faith, for Faith is character. True or false? [True.] ³⁷Your belief is reflective in your character, my belief is reflective in my character from head to toe.
That is the Truth. Any character you are displaying is simply your faith. [Sure!] That is what you believe. [That is truth!] What I am displaying is simply my faith. [Sure!] It is my faith that does not permit me to do certain things.
Almighty God said that even in the shrine, even with all these worshippers of idols, it is not everything that their God permits them to do.
So how can your faith permit you to do everything? Whatever you want to do, your Faith will permit you to do it?
It is not like that. There are things that you will stand before somebody and say, “Oh! These things that you are asking me to do sir, with all due respect, what you are asking me to do is contrary to my Faith. With all due respect, I respect you, but what you are asking me to do is contrary to my Faith and I cannot do it because that will be a slap to my God. I am slapping Him directly on the face by rejecting what He told me to do and doing your own.”
Who is there to save you in time of calamity, and in times of trouble? That is what you must understand. Where and who do you identify yourself with? You must find out. Where and who do you identify yourself with?
If you are in any gathering, the part you are playing, the role you are playing, the area you have identified with will make us know who you are and where your interest is. For I can enter anywhere, but I will do things according to my faith. [Sure!] I will act according to my faith.
Whatever my faith does not permit, I will not do so, for I know that whatever trouble I enter into, all in the name of refusing to do that thing which is contrary to my faith, God will deliver me.
Let me tell you the truth. I have come to the point where I know that there is nothing any human being can do if God does not permit it, For nothing happens by chance.
That is why He asked that question, “Can there be trouble in the city and I, the Lord has not caused it?” Neither can there be peace in the city and He has not caused it. He is the cause of it. So whatever that is happening, He permitted it.
It is just like when we sit down to say that Benson Abounu, the deputy governor of Benue State, Nigeria is helping Peace. It is God using Benson Abounu. If Benson is left alone, he will do to her what he is doing to your mother. He will refuse to send anything to her.
Has he not received the proposal he requested for? Is he not the same person who used his mouth to say, “Write a proposal”?
What has he done about the proposal? But look at Peace. Because God wants to use him to help this girl come out of school without her being a burden to anybody.
That is why he said, “Where and who do you identify yourself with?” Are you identifying yourself with the children of God or are you identifying yourself with worldly people?
This is because if you are identifying yourself with worldly people, you cannot avoid their ways.
That is exactly why God said you cannot resist a leper’s hand shake as long as you are his friend. So if you do not want to shake that his leprous hand, do not go near him.
Somebody will be telling you, “Ah! Nooo! I am just with them.” They must influence you. One or two times you can think nothing is happening, influence is going on gradually. Satan is very tricky. So you must be wise.
That is why God said, “Do not hide your identity wherever you are, for this is your security.” Do not hide your identity. If I do not believe, I do not believe, but what I stand for is what I stand for.
The help of man is vain. It is the Almighty God that makes a way. I will tell you that if God wants to do something, once the time He has attached to it reaches, you will just look at it, and you will be surprised to see a wonderful thing that occurs. [Sure!!!] I am telling you the Truth. [That is pure truth!]
The breadfruit falls to the ground in its due time. There is time for everything beforeGod.
REPUTATION Volume 1; Page 66 vs. 56. ⁵⁶And wherever your interest is that is where the spirit that is in operation in you is leading you to.
So, what is your interest? That is why you see that we ask this question, WHO HAVE YOU BEEN LISTENING TO? And WHO IS THE KING OVER YOUR HEART?
This is because as long as you are meeting with people, words are spirits. Whatever they say, even if you do not do anything about it, it has anchored in you. Tomorrow it will cause something in you and you will go to try that thing.
For, it is all these people that say “Ah ah! Do not worry. All these people that are giving loan, we can collect and we will not pay. I have done it.” What will they do? Then you will go and try. And your own will be worse.
This is what my mother told me when I was younger than you in the secondary school. She said it clearly. My mother speaks Efik language very well, not Ibibio. She used to speak Ibibio one or two, just like I used to do. I learnt it from her, for, you learn more from your mother than your father. [Sure!!!] Is that not true? [That is truth!]
If I was to learn this Ibibio from my father, I would have spoken it rightly because he speaks it fluently, but he also joins her in speaking Efik because that is the one she knows very well.
So she told me that in Ibibio they called me “untuen” which means pepper. She said, “Watch what I am telling you. You are my only son. Anywhere you go, people will be doing things and nobody will hear anything, but immediately you go and do your own, everybody will hear.” [Sure!!!]
You know when your mother is telling you something, you will say, “All these people with all this their proverb”, but that is what is happening in my life and that is what is happening to you now.
Others will do the same thing that you did o, and they will escape. People will not say anything about it, but immediately you put your hand there, your own becomes national anthem. Everybody has known about it. Why? You should stop and ask yourself.
I must be a different person. That is why this thing is happening to me. If you were to be like them, the worldly people, you would have been escaping all those things they are escaping.
Why is your own different? Why are you not escaping? It is because you do not belong to where they belong.
But you do not want to realize that you do not belong then and still want to continue. You are failing because you have not stopped. The Message says, STOP AND THINK.
CONSIDER: Am I really among those people? Why are they doing these things and are succeeding, but I am not succeeding?
That is the same thing I also stopped and thought. This late Tom, he managed Hotels together with some others. You know all. They are making their illicit money, but when I was managing my own hotel and I tried to look into all these things, did it work for me? It never worked.
If it worked for me I would have been able to have bought this and that. If God permitted it to work for me, then He has allowed me to go contrary to His Word, even when I am His own child. How can He permit it? But to them, He will permit it because they are not His own.
He said, “Do not watch their prosperity. Watch their end”. Watch their end. Watch what is going to be their end? That is why He said that wherever your interest is, that is where the spirit that is in operation in you is leading you to.
Let us go to REPUTATION Volume 1; Page 76 vs 28-30. ²⁸Through your physical manifestation, we will know whether you fear God or not. Is that not true?
So by your physical manifestation, William, I noticed that the spirit of God left you. If the fear of God was there, you would have known that this step you took He knew, and even when He told you that you have a question to answer, there was no fear in you. Why?
Through your physical manifestation, we will know whether you fear God or not. The fear of God left you. What caused it? The leaning away from His Word took away the fear of God. A certain atmosphere you now found yourself was encouraging you that you will succeed.
That was why, if you noticed when I said that your business was failing, you insisted that it was not failing. Then God came and proved it to you. Today, it has crashed.
Let me use the words of your junior sister. She said, “God has allowed sickness to hit my brother and break his leg so that he will not move around again.”
But you did not catch it then. Now He broke your leg again. Do you not know that sickness comes from God? He knows what is best for you. He knows what will pull you down and He allows it for a reason.
You are His child. He will do everything to save you. He said, “If you are my sheep, if you are stubborn, I will break your leg but who will carry you? I will carry you”.
But if you read Hosea 6 you will see that He broke our leg; He injured us, and then He will start healing us. Good.
Hosea 6:1, NIV. Come, let us return to the Lord. He has torn us to pieces but he will heal us; he has injured us but he will bind up our wounds.
²⁹Is there any other way we can judge and conclude that somebody has no fear of God if not through his character and manifestations? There is no other way. This is because the manifestation of everything is the interpretation thereof. True or false?
³⁰By their fruits, by their character you can place everybody where they belong, including your own self, for you know who you are. You know what you are manifesting and you know what the Word of God says concerning your character.
That character you are displaying, you know what the word of God said concerning it. And character is a formation of the spirit. Is it not true? There cannot be a character change without a message whose source is God.
So character is a formation of the spirit. Not spirits o. Spirit. So whatever character you have at a particular time was formed by a certain sprit. It is either the spirit of God or the spirit of the devil that such character is displaying.
That is why the Voice said clearly that character is a formation of the spirit. There cannot be character change without a Message which source is God.
The only thing that can change that character is a Message that the source is God. Do we have it? Sit down. All our Messages that we are holding today is the power of God. And that is why He sent us back to the Message.
I prayed earnestly and I said, “God there is a reason why you sent us back to the Message YOU ARE NOT TOO FAR FROM THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN BUT ONE THING REMAINETH.”
There is a reason, and that was where I saw the reason in volume 2 where He said “I am giving you another chance.” And this is another chance. It is to the prodigal son, and you are one of them.
Nobody should tell you anything. And nobody told you anything. We have told you what we want to tell you, but nobody forced you to send the text you sent. Did anybody force you? It came from your heart. That is what God wants.
He wants to see you understand that something is happening to you. Look at the series of problems just following you within a short period. And you could not see it at the beginning when we were saying this thing that all the spoiling of your machine at work and everything that God was behind it. I said that nothing happens by chance.
He said can there be trouble and I the Lord did not cause it? So do not look at only good things. He causes trouble. He causes sorrow. He causes sickness. He causes pain, all in the bid to bringing His own person out of the condition that he is.
What is He trying to make you see? He is trying to make you see that this way you are following is not right. And He knows what will make you to see it. So He is the One Who is doing this thing to help you out of that condition.
How does He [God] do it? By injecting the right Message into your heart. And this Message is the life and spirit of God.
When you yield yourself to the Message, the spirit takes over your being. You become a minister – a powerful minister to that spirit – ministering its characteristics to the whole world. And that is Christ.
When you yield yourself, He will do something. I believe something is taking place in this family and to you in particular. God wants to rescue you from where you fell. He is the same Person who brought you out from Markurdi. The same God. This is because your mother tried all she could.
Everybody did the best they could do. He now caused you to come down. He is the same Person who brought you. He is the same One that is directing you back to the right track. Hear His voice. Play not with it, for there are examples you can see.
We have seen Saul as one. When he [Saul] did not know, he played the last one that finished him.
In another one, we saw Lot’s wife. That thing she was doing before, she went and did it again at a point when she did not realize was the last hour.
Do you know why this voice is saying what He is saying now? You do not know what is going to happen. He gave this Message and has not said anything again.
This is the last Message we just read before Friday. Have we got any other one? You will hear His Voice today. There is something taking place, and that is why He said that if you play with this love that has been extended to you, you do not know what the story will be tomorrow.
So, my Son you need to pause and think. I just want to hit a target, I will come down for it is Sunday school, are you getting it?

Whether you like it or not, He that is in your midst, Apostle Peter Odoemena is the promised Spirit of Truth that will come and lead you to the knowledge of all truths. He is the same Spirit the world cannot receive because they cannot see Him, but you see Him. You know Him for He is abiding with you. He is dwelling with you. You have no excuse to give.

THIS IS THE TRUTH THAT CHANGES LIFE

Yes! There is a source. Water is spirit. There is a spirit causing it. You have a source. If that thing you are doing is contrary to the Word of God, what will that spirit be? The devil.
¹²If it is the devil, devil is sponsoring your bad habit. If it is God, God is the one sponsoring your good habit. How does He [God] do it? By injecting the right message into your heart.
¹³The devil will also inject wrong Message into your heart. [Sure!!!] The same heart he is using into your memory,and then they will begin to clash. [Sure!!!] Whoever that wins will dominate your life. … [That is pure truth!]
You see what he is doing? God will inject and the devil will also inject because you caused it. When you have eaten from the table of the Lord, also from the table of the devil.
So, God injected and the devil also injected, the devil won because you took less of God’s word and more of the devil’s hence that of God is now suppressed and that of the devil magnified.
¹³…Of course! God cannot share a temple with the devil. Good! He will just go. ¹⁴Any spirit you yield yourself, you will become a minister, a powerful minister to that spirit, ministering his characteristics to the whole world, whether it be Christ or devil. True or false? Amen.
So you can see clearly these things we are talking about. If you received a sound doctrine that changed the lives of others, but your life remained the same, it is a sure sign that you said no to the Message. [Sure!!!] You never welcomed it.
If the same Message that changed somebody’s life is not changing your own, that means you rejected it. [Sure!!!] You rejected it. That is why it did not have that effect on you but it had effect in another person.
If you received a sound doctrine that changed the life of others and your life remained the same, it is a sure sign you said No to that message.
Changed their vision. Once your life is transformed, your vision will automatically be transformed. If you were short-sighted, you will begin to seeafar off. You will begin to see the worldin plainer view.
Any correction you do not accept cannot help you to amend your ways. Any correction!
Even if I make correction, your mum makes correction, your brother makes correction, and your sister makes correction, if you do not accept it, it cannot help you. [Sure!!!]
Yes! If you do not accept it, it cannot help you to amend your ways. You will only accept correction when you are tired of living wrong. Only if you are really tired of this kind of disappointment and disasters in your life repeating and repeating. Why?
Your testimony is now disaster, instead of testimony of coming out of that which you got into. Is it not tiring? It is tiring.
One will stop and say, “Why is it that my own is like this? It is because I am taking a wrong step. For if I am taking the right step, it would not be so.”
For example, if you are going to plaza and then you enter the double lane and move that way in the opposite direction thinking you are going to plaza, will you arrive at plaza? [Never!!!]
If you follow Udo Umana, it will take you to another street and to another direction straight to Oron Road.
So, let us follow these things. Know that whatever Truth that you receive, whatever you are doing, God is watching it and He is helping you, for He said and I quote, “You that know that true God and the things He likes, and the things He hates, do not close your mouth. I have told you that character makes a personality. There are people that hear the truth, know the truth, but do not believe, for which cause their character have remained the same. [Sure!!!]
From the day they joined the Faith, no change. A sign that they have rejected the true Christ. As long as you are accepting this truth, there must be a change in your life. A visible change that everybody will know.
After all, our northern brethren know about what is happening to you. Now if it continues happening, they will know it is a repetition of what has happened before.
But if they see a positive testimony when they look at what is happening in your life, people will be glorifying God that “Oh! William has really changed.”
Before we close, REPUTATION Volume 1; Page 101 vs 38-39. ³⁸So I do not give you a message for giving sake. I aim at transforming your life, making your life better so that you can achieve your objectives in life. Sure!!!
³⁹Have you heard the target? That the reason the gospel of Christ is coming to us is to change our life, so that we will live a good life, so that we can achieve our objectives in life. Is it a lie Brethren? So that God’s objective for creating us will be made manifest.
He said, “So I do not give you a message for giving sake. I aim at transforming your life, making your life better so that you can achieve your objectives in life so.”
Have you heard the target? That is the reason of the Gospel of Christ coming to all. It is to change our life so that we will live a good life, and so that we can achieve our objectives in life. Is it a lie Brethren?
It is so that God’s objective for creating us will be made manifest. What is the greatest love we have received if not this?
Look at what God is doing. He will be telling you, “Go to this particular Message. Take this particular Message.” Even when we do not have it, He will send the soft copy into the hand set.
What has God not done? Look at His efforts. Immediately He says go to a Message, He will not even wait to find out whether everybody has it. He will send the soft copy.
Even if it is in the family of those that have it, He knows that it is only one copy that they have in that family. So the rest will be using their phone. Have you seen how He is making things easier and simple for us, so that we will be able to take these things in.
In closing, I want to read Colossians 3:16, AMP. ¹⁶Let the love [spoken by] Christ [the Messiah] have its home [in your hearts and minds] and dwell in you in [all its] richness, as you teach and admonish and train one another in all insight and intelligence and wisdom [in spiritual things, and as you sing] psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, making melody to God with [His] grace in your hearts. Amen.
What am I closing with? I am saying, that you should let the WORD spoken by Christ, Apostle Peter Odoemena [BBHMHN], The Son of Man, the Messiah have a resting place in your heart and mind, from where everything good will begin to happen.
I repeat: Let the Word spoken by Christ, Apostle Peter Odoemena [BBHMHN] THE SON OF MAN, The Messiah have a resting place in your heart and mind, from where every good thing will begin to happen.
On this note, I say, Remain blessed for I believe l must have hit at the point I want to hit and I believe that God will surely help us all. And we will live to rejoice and thank the Lord for what He is doing in our family. Amen.

PRAYER

Our heavenly father, we thank you this morning for waking us up from our beds. thank you for Your visitation last night. Thank you for upholding us in Your Faith even till this day.
We commit the keeping of our souls into Your hands, trusting You to be a faithful Creator capable of upholding that which is entrusted to Your care till the end of the world.
Father, we are sure and certain that our Faith in you will never fail us. We are sure and certain that the promised Eternal life belongs to us.
This morning, help us to behold the wondrous truth out of Thy Word. As we feed O God, from Your fresh manna this morning, enrich our souls, increase our understanding, wisdom and knowledge of who You are, and Your demands from us.
May the Word we are going to hear this morning, father revive our mortal souls and sanctify our hearts. Purify us from all evil consciences, that we may stand right before You and before humanity.
We extend our prayers to every other family that is called by your name. Globally O God, You know Your own. Reach out to all of them from the four corners of the earth. Harvest all of them for Your own preservation.
We thank you, believing O God that we shall know ourselves fully as Saints gathered from all the ages when we shall meet with You, never to part again in paradise. Until then, keep us waiting. Keep us praying. Keep us watching.
May we never draw back from following You. May we always match on to the saving of our souls.
As we listen to this Message this morning, use it to beef up our faith for Your Name’s sake O God, we pray. Amen.
