AT ANY POINT IN TIME, YOU ARE EITHER A BELIEVER OF THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD OR A FAULT FINDER. THE MOMENT YOU BECOME A FAULT FINDER, AUTOMATICALLY, YOU CEASE TO BE A BELIEVER, FOR YOU CANNOT BELIEVE SOMEBODY YOU HAVE FAULTED ALREADY. REMEMBER, NOBODY GOES TO SCHOOL TO LEARN HOW TO FIND FAULT. IT IS A NATURE.
WHO HAS BEEN GOD’S COUNSELOR? PREACHED ON 26TH MARCH, 2017 PG. 35:33-34

WHY DO YOU TEMPT GOD?
We thank Almighty God. Whatever God does is for eternal purpose which we don’t know. God knows everything. He knows the end from the very beginning.
2. He knows all the problems that we will encounter in our journey through this life. He knows the number of hairs on our heads, such a person should be feared, and should be honored.
3. Hebrews 13:8 told us that Christ the same yesterday, today and forever. God can never change. He has maintained His stature from the very beginning.
4. All that He was known for, He keeps manifesting them in every dispensation; that is what makes Him unchangeable. So we thank God for the life He has given us.
5. We thank God for we are still alive and kicking, because if God wants to take your life today He will do it and you will not question Him. If He wants to cease your breath this minute, He will cease it and nothing will happen.
6. Even when you say, “Oh God I am so rich now, nothing can happen to me; if you do any how I put you in the prison, I will make sure you rest in the cell, I will make sure you die in the cell”, you said it because you have that connection.
7. You will be boasting; “whatever you do now, if you mess up I will finish you”. What if as you are making that statement Almighty God stops your breath there?
8. That is why He keeps telling us “that you know what you are thinking, you know what you are doing but what God is thinking about you, you don’t know”.
9. You can be boasting you are this, you are that, you can do this, you can do that, do you know what God has said concerning you? Do you know whether God is saying, that you will die that same minute you are saying that?
10. So, brethren we should fear Almighty God. Last Sunday, Almighty God was edifying us; in fact I think that was the shortest exhortation I have ever received from the Son of Man.
11. To what extent has God counselled you? To what extent has God been your counsellor? He said so many of us here have their own counsellors in the world.
12. They can be their own personal counsellor. Whatever they plan in their heart is okay for them. They will not consult Almighty God, and some have people in the world that they can consult to counsel them, but not Almighty God.
13. Then we begin to ask the question, does Almighty God not have the powers of the whole world in His hand? Is it not a crime for a student to consult a fellow student in a problem he doesn’t know and that his fellow student he is consulting does not even know the solution to that problem?
14. He has not even come across it in his entire life, and the student goes to consult him when the lecturer is there? Is it not a pitiable situation? Because if the other person that does not know that topic at all had told him something, maybe he told you do it this way or do it that way, two of you will end up failing automatically.
15. When we have a guide in our midst why do we go outside to consult mediums, consult other people? Whatever God is saying, He has a reason for that.
16. How can we be in this faith, claimed that we believed the Son of Man and we go out there to look for mediums to consult in a problem; You follow the heathens, you follow them to go and check.
17. Let me tell you, idolatry have eaten deep into the fabrics of every community. Whatever that happens they will say they will go and check what happened.
18. That is the thing that is reigning now. If we have Almighty God in our midst why do we consult other means? Even if we don’t go to consult mediums, charms and all that, have you ever taken your problem to Almighty God to give you solution or do you just go to Almighty God to tempt Him?
19. Do you go to him to tempt him to know what He will say meanwhile you have tailored all the plans you are going to use to circumvent that problem in your heart, you now say, ok, let me go and know whether He is as wise as I am.
20. If he says anything contrary to what you have in your mind, you will say in your heart that this person does not know anything. You will conclude that God is not wise.
21. You will now go and do what you want to do. For what reason did you consult God then? He asked us last Sunday the meaning of a counsellor?
22. Isaiah chapter 9, verse 6, a popular verse in the bible was read, and in that verse, God has five things that he is known for but the one that God, the Son of Man pin-pointed last Sunday was that of counsellor.
23. We have Mighty God, Prince of Peace, the Everlasting Father; all those things but the one Almighty God underlined was the Counsellor. Now He was asking us, to what extent have we consulted God as our Counsellor?
24. Do we do things the way we want and then we meet Almighty God to tempt Him and ask Him some questions?
25. Matthew chapter 19:1. “After Jesus had finished his address, he left Galilee and circled back to Judea from across the Jordan river. Vast crowd followed him, and he healed their sick. Some Pharisees came to interview him, and tried to trap him into saying something that would ruin him”.
26. Repeat that place. “Some Pharisees came to interview him and tried to trap him into saying something that will ruin him.” And tried to do what? Trap him into saying some things that will ruin him.
27. They didn’t know that Almighty God was wiser than them. Do we meet Almighty God this day, in our age, this Almighty God that we are worshipping now, the Son of Man, do we meet Him just to trap Him? Because we have so many Pharisees in our midst.
28. You want to know what He will say, meanwhile you have in your heart tailored plan of what to do. You just meet Him to know what He will say concerning it.
29. You see this Pharisees wanted to trap Almighty God so that they would ruin him. They don’t know that He is Almighty. Continue sir.
30. “Some Pharisees came to interview him and tried to trap him into saying something that will ruin him. Do you permit divorce? They asked.
31. Don’t you read the scriptures? He replied. In them it is written that at the beginning God created man and woman and that a man should leave his father and mother, and be forever united to his wife.
32. The two shall become one–no longer two but one! And no man may divorce what God has joined together. Then why, they asked, did Moses say a man may divorce his wife by merely writing her a letter of dismissal?”
33. You see! they knew what Moses said about it, they knew what Moses said and they believed in what Moses said about it, they now came to him to ask him how he saw it, to trap him.
34. Bring it to this our age, bring it to this our dispensation, to this our generation. Do you go to Almighty God knowing the scriptures, knowing everything, knowing His teachings in this faith, just to know what He will say concerning that thing as if He saw any person before he made any rule or gave any doctrine?
35. As if you are the person that God looked at and said that this doctrine must stand. There is nobody God looked at and gave his doctrine. It was from the Holy Spirit, directly from the Almighty God.
36. So if you know everything concerning a particular matter and you want to go to Him to ask Him, are you not a tempter? And you know what He can do in such situations.
37. He will never ever attend to that your question because He will see you as the devil, because when devil was tempting Jesus Christ in the Bible, at the end, Jesus told him, get thee behind me Satan.
38. “Then why, they asked, did Moses say a man can divorce his wife by merely writing her a letter of dismissal? Jesus replied, Moses did that in recognition of your hard and evil hearts but it was not what God had originally intended”.
39. Have you seen it? They came to interview him, God told them what to do and they said no, that Moses said you can divorce your wife.
40. They believed already in their minds that divorce is normal. Because if you come to me to give you solution to your problem, if I give you solution that I know will be good for you, you take it and go home.
41. But if you try to tell me: ‘but I think if I do it this way it will be better’. It means you have already planned what to do, you just came to tempt me.
42. “And I tell you this that anyone who divorces his wife except for fornication and marries another commits adultery“
43. Mind you, this was Jesus doctrine; we are not in Jesus generation. This was what He perceived. But we are just using this encounter to say that so many people can come to God just to tempt Him.
44. Knowing fully what the situation entails, knowing fully what we believe in that particular matter but the person may want to use that opportunity to chip in his own idea about the matter to see whether God can cave in to his own idea but God can never cave in.
45. “Jesus disciples then said to him, if that is how it is, it is better not to marry. Not everyone can accept this statement Jesus said, only those who God helps.
46. Some are born without the ability to marry and some are disabled by men, and some refuse to marry for the sake of the kingdom of heaven.
47. Let anyone who can, accept my statement. Little children were brought for Jesus to lay hands on them and pray but the disciples scolded those who brought them. Don’t bother him, they said.
48. But Jesus said, let the little children come to me and don’t prevent them for of such is the kingdom of heaven. And he put his hands on their heads and blessed them before he left. Someone came to Jesus with this question”
49. This is verse 16 now, right? This is the main place I want, continue from that 16 take it slowly: “Someone came to Jesus with this question, Good master, what must I do to have eternal life?”
50. See, they called him good master. They knew Him as a good master. If you know that somebody is a good master, when you come to that person, is it not what he tells you that you will do because you have already acclaimed him a good master?
51. “Someone came to Jesus with this question, good master, what must I do to have eternal life? When you call me good, you are calling me God, Jesus replied.”
52. Have you seen it? Jesus knew what was in their minds. Verse 17: “And he said unto him, why calleth thou me good, there is none good but one, that is God.” KJV.
53. Have you seen it? Why calleth thou me good? He knew that those people were calling him good master in their lips not from their heart.
54. He said, why calleth me good master? Only one person is good and that is God. Now see his encounter with this young man.
55. “When you call me good you are calling me God, Jesus replied, for God alone is truly good. But to answer your question, you can get to heaven if you keep the commandments. Which ones the Man asked?” Living Bible.
56. You see the problem? He knew the laws of Moses and what the law of Moses said. And for you to enter the kingdom of heaven you must keep all the whole laws, the whole commandments. So he said which one.
57. “Which ones? The man asked, and Jesus replied, don’t kill, don’t commit adultery, don’t steal, don’t lie, honour your father and mother and love your neighbour as yourself. I have always obeyed every one of them”.
58. Have you seen it? I have always obeyed all. Then why did you come to him to ask him knowing what the laws of Moses said and condition that merits you to enter the kingdom of God.
59. You must obey the whole of these commandments. If you have obeyed all of them, completely, you should rest and know that you are going to the kingdom of heaven if at all those laws could save anyone. Why do you now consult him, calling him good master?
60. “I have always obeyed every one of them, the youth replied. What else must I do? Jesus told him, if you want to be perfect, go and sell everything you have.”
61. He said, what else must I do? Did Moses say that you must do any other thing apart from his laws, his commandments, God’s commandments? Did he say you must do any other thing?
62. What else must I do? I have done all of them, I have kept them even from my childhood; I have done all of them.
63. “What else must I do? Jesus told him, if you want to be perfect, go and sell everything you have and give the money to the poor and you will have treasure in heaven, and come and follow me.”
64. This is now where God pinned the young man. He is claiming to be wise; you called me good, a good master, see what you are going to do. What did the young man do? He angrily went away.
65. “But when the young man heard this, he went away sadly for he was very rich.“
66. You mean all these riches? All these my houses, all these my lands, all these my cars, I should sell all of them so that I can enter the kingdom? He angrily went away. He knows the way to heaven, why then come to Jesus? Nobody can counsel you, if you don’t submit yourself to that person into to.
67. Nobody can be your counselor if you don’t submit to that person completely. Because if you want me to be your counselor, you should be able to do whatever I tell you to do.
68. You should be able to do it as I told you to do it. It is not when I tell you to do A, you go and do A+. It is not when I tell you to do A, you do A–.
69. No, if I tell you to do A, you do A, that is what we are saying in this ministry. If God tells you to do A, stop at doing A. Once you do A stop there, don’t add, don’t subtract.
70. If you add or subtract, it means that you already know the way, you are just coming to tempt Almighty God and that is why Almighty God is asking us, to what extent has He been our counselor?
IF YOU THINK YOU ARE FRUSTRATING ME, YOU ARE A LIAR. NO MAN HAS EVER SUCCEEDED IN FRUSTRATING GOD. AND NO MAN CAN SUCCEED IN FRUSTRATING GOD. ANYBODY THAT THINKS HE CAN FRUSTRATE GOD LET THE PERSON TRY. YOU WILL DISCOVER THAT YOU HAVE BECOME A SNAIL, WHO IN HIS HONEST ATTEMPT TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE KILLED ITSELF AND THE FIRE REMAINED.
WHO HAS BEEN GOD’S COUNSELOR? PREACHED ON 26TH MARCH, 2017 PG. 36:37-38

WHO IS YOUR COUNSELOR?
To what extent have we submitted to His leadership? If we know that we are wiser than God why then do we come here and call Him father, father, father? Why do we call Him good master? Why do we call Him all those high-high-high names, big-big names when we know that He doesn’t merit them? Why?
2. The young man was coming to Jesus, calling him good master, knowing that God in heaven is the only good master, and whatever that good master, that God, would tell him, he would do, but angrily, sadly went away.
3. Meaning that he had other things he believed that were better for him to do and enter into the kingdom of heaven than selling his entire property. He said no, this man you have said abominably.
4. “Then Jesus said to his disciples, it is almost impossible for a rich man to get into the kingdom of heaven.
5. I say it again, it is easier for a carmel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God. This remark confounded the disciples. Then who in the world can be saved?”
6. This remark confounded the disciples. Remember the twelve disciples; those that were close to him by day and by night. This word confounded them, they now asked, then; who will be saved?
7. They even asked him, what will be our gain? Peter said, we abandoned our things, abandoned everything we had and followed you, what will be our gain?
8. “This remark confounded the disciples, then who in the world can be saved? They asked. Jesus looked at them intently and said, humanly speaking no one but with God everything is possible.
9. Then Peter said to him, we left everything to follow you, what will we gain out of it? And Jesus replied, when I the Messiah shall sit upon my glorious throne in the kingdom, you my disciples shall certainly sit on twelve thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.“
10. Humanly speaking, it is impossible but with God all things are possible. I want to draw the text of my message from there. With God all things are possible.
11. I want to draw the text of my message from there. Peter and all the twelve disciples, they looked at the whole thing and said, “If this is it, how can somebody now be saved at the end”?
12. Peter said, having left all our nets and the fishes there, left everything even our brethren, heathen brothers and all, we left all of them and followed you. What will now be our gain since we have left all these things to follow you?
13. Jesus Christ said, humanly speaking, it is impossible but with God all things are possible. That is what we are saying today.
So you can title my little exhortation “With God all things are possible” but with you, you have limitation, with me I have limitation, but with God, God does not have any limitation.
14. With Him, everything is possible. With Him, He can change your heart, even that your stony heart that does not accept anything from anybody, He can change it to be very, very receptive, to accept things. He can make it possible even when you think you cannot make it having soiled your hands in so many things.
15. Zacchaeus was thinking such in his heart; how can a wicked man like me, a tax collector, do you know how many people I have cheated? Where am I going to start from? He said okay, you know what, all the people I have collected their things, I will pay them back seven times fold.
16. Did Jesus Christ mind that statement? Did he mind that statement? He didn’t mind that statement. He ended up telling him today salvation has come into your house. This person that has the power of salvation in His hands, why can’t we give that person respect and honour?
17. This Almighty God that is in our midst that Has said 99 things and 99 things has come to pass, what is 100? Why can’t we reverence Him? Why can’t we obey Him?
18. Why do we find it difficult to obey Him when He tells us to do A, we will say no, we will do A but we will minus some things? If He asks you to do B, you will say no, I will do B but I will add something.
19. That shows that you are now the Almighty because if you are greater than the Almighty, you are now the Almighty. Is it not true? If you are the person that is greater than the Almighty, there is no need God being the Almighty again, you are now the Almighty.
20. But is that possible? Is it possible? No. The statement confounded the twelve disciples. They said if this is like this, who will be saved at all? How do we treat this type of issue? He said, humanly speaking, it is impossible.
21. You see, God’s way of salvation, God’s plan of salvation; that is why it is impossible to the world. That is why it is impossible to them. When you simply believe that this one man has the salvation in His hands to give to any person He wants to, the unbelievers find it difficult to believe.
22. They will be like, you mean, if I believe whatever you are telling me I will find myself in paradise, no matter what I have been like? Is it not the problem?
23. Saint Paul said no matter what you have been like, if you just put your trust in this young man to save you, eventually you will find yourself in paradise at the end of the day.
24. They looked at him and said this is not possible. When they are looking at it from the human point of view, it is impossible but with God all things are possible.
25. All things mean all things, no minus, no plus, all things. So if we have come to God, let us believe that He has the power to do all things because with Him all things are possible. If we cannot know that with God all things are possible, then our gathering here is in vain.
26. If we cannot believe that with God all things are possible then we have gathered in vain because it is Almighty God that will declare a people righteous without even having a single fault.
27. No matter the level of your iniquity, no matter the height of your iniquity, God has that power, that right to say I see no iniquity, there is no iniquity in Jacob, and that will settle it, I see no iniquity in Jacob.
28. Satan came accusing Joshua, accusing him of so many things. Joshua did those things but Almighty God was there, after listening to Satan, after listening to all the things Satan said, He said young man, I have seen no iniquity in him.
29. Satan I reject your accusations. Did Joshua do those things? Yes. But there is one that has power to cancel all those iniquities and we have that man in our midst today.
30. Our Kinsman Redeemer. Somebody that must come and speak in our own language for us to hear Him.
31. Surah 14:4. “And we send not a messenger except with the language of his people. In other that he might make the Messiah clear for them.
32. In other that what? He might make the messiah clear for them. Then Allah misleads who He wills and guides who He wills. And He is the Almighty, the all wise. We send not a messenger except those that has their language that will speak to them and they will understand.
33. And He closed the eyes of others, and opened our eyes. If you don’t believe what is said, what is written in the Bible, you don’t believe what is written in Quran, and what you saw with your eyes, all these supernatural photographs, which other one will you believe?
34. You don’t believe what is photographed and you don’t believe what is written, which one will you believe? You now become the proverbial African apple, that has defied both plucking down with long bamboo stick or hauling stones at it to pluck it down.
35. You know the tree is very tall. It is very hard for you to see somebody that will climb it. That means you have defied all plans of God’s salvation for you. You spurn grace and spurn law, which one will save you then?
36. I want us to begin to understand who we are having dealings with. He is not an ordinary man, though in a human form He is an ordinary man. He will enter bus with people and they will not even know who is sitting close to them.
37. He will enter keke or okada and they will say ‘shift this man, I don’t know what is wrong with you and He will say sorry.’ People will be saying all sorts of rubbish to Him not knowing that He is their maker.
38. They did so many things to Jesus in his own day. Even Jesus in his own day, they did not accept him. The Jews never accepted him, those he was sent to and Jesus was telling them, if they did all these things to me, how much more to you?
39. A servant cannot be greater than his master. So we all must pattern our lives after the master. When we come to the master we should know that we have come to the master, and His word should be yeah and amen.
40. His word on a particular issue is final bus stop. When you receive any counsel from God, end up at doing it the way He told you finish, don’t add.
41. It is not when you go; you want to hear what He will say so that when you get home you will call your brethren, you call people and tell them that you went to the Son of Man, see what this man was telling me.
42. That I should do this, how will I do this kind of thing? I cannot do that rubbish. Which means you have the plans, you have already tailored the plans in your heart, how to do it. You have already known what to do, you just went there to tempt Him? And all these things happen in this faith.
43. God will advise so many people; a counselor is an adviser. That is the easiest and shortest word to the meaning of a counselor. An adviser, somebody that should advise you anytime you are in a confused estate.
44. Even in the schools and colleges, an adviser is very necessary and that was why every student must have academic adviser. If you want to graduate from that University, you must have an adviser.
45. And now we all have an adviser. Sometimes an adviser can have up to five students he is advising, eight students, ten students, but we have one man that is advising all of us, both people in Nigeria and people all over the world that visit our website.
46. They seek God’s solutions in the net and apply it in their life and it works for them. So why are we sitting down here tempting God. When He tells us to do something we say no, imagine me.
47. The young man went to Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ told him okay, you kept the whole laws? He said, yes of course, from my childhood. Okay, “what you are going to do now is, go home and sell all your properties, give them to the poor”
48. Then your treasure will be very much in heaven and then you come and follow me. The scripture said that the young man angrily went away because he knew all the plan of salvation for him before even he went to Almighty God.
49. He has already known what is required of him to enter the heaven, why then did he go to Jesus Christ? Many of us know what we should do to enter heaven, why then are you here?
50. Many of us have their own designed plan of entering heaven and we are just sitting here just like a goat that is moving because other goats are moving.
51. Whenever God gives a message, it is not for the people outside, it is for us. God has never given any message to the people that are outside. All the messages He is giving to us is for us. It is not for Catholic or CMS or whatever, it is for people that are in the faith.
52. Who has been God’s counselor? There is a message I have here “Who have been God’s Counsellor?” I want us to consider few verses there so that we know better this man we are having dealings with.
53. Chapter 1, that is page 14 verse 27. “Whatever you know me for, whatever by your own revelation I am to you is what Moses is to the children of Israel. As many as have that revelation bound themselves with an oath.
54. A man whom your disobedience to his instruction attracted death penalty, who could be that person? A man whom your disobedience to his instructions attracted death penalty, who could be that person?”
55. Let us see that we have a merciful father in our midst. Most times He will give many people instructions on what to do and they will ignore it. He will look at them and ignore them. But in the days of Moses was it like that?
56. Whatever he tells you, if you disobey him one bit, it attracts what? death as your penalty. But He is in our midst today.
57. “Joshua was not a messenger for as I worked with Moses so shall I be with you. (Joshua 1:5-7)”. Joshua was just a continuation of Moses ministry, God stopped Moses ministry half way because of his disobedience.
58. Did God have mercy? It is the same God that we are still having dealings with till today. Did God had mercy when He told Moses, speak to the rock and Moses struck the rock? Did God had mercy for him? God did not even consider how long He has journeyed with Moses, that He was the person that brought out all those people from Egypt.
59. God didn’t consider that, rather he struck Moses dead immediately. So Joshua continued from where Moses stopped. it was that same ministry. “Allegiance automatically was transferred. Loyalty was automatically transferred for the name of God has changed but God never changed”.
60. The name of God changed from Moses to Joshua. In our own generation it was changed to what? Peter, Peter the… But is he not that same God that started from the world go.
61. That same God that came to Abraham and said, wake up, I will take you to a land. That same God that met Abraham in Iraq and took him to Syria. God was asking us last Sunday, what is the religion of Iraq? What is the religion of Syria? All of them are Middle East. God met Abraham in Iraq.
62. Acts chapter 7 verse 1. He met Abraham in Iraq, told him I am going to take you to a land and that land was what? Syria. All of them, is there any one you can say that they have Christianity as their religion? All of them.
63. So we are not wrong when we say that God is a Muslim. There was never a time Jesus was a Christian. I told my classmate something about the God we worship, sometime 2014 or 2015 when we went somewhere to eat, I told him something about my belief in God, he was arguing with me so much; I told him Jesus Christ that you are even talking about, Jesus Christ was not a Christian, he was a Muslim, this young man that you are looking at His picture in this calendar (picture of Jesus Christ), does any Christian carry that type of hair, is it not Muslims?
64. This picture you people use to paint, somebody from Europe, from America cannot resemble this person in this picture. You know, if you study races and their looks there are some people that you will see; for instance, when you see people from China you will automatically know that they are from China, Korea, Japan or whatever.
65. It is clear. When you see Indians you will know that that person is from India. If you see Middle Easterners, you will know this person is from Middle East.
66. I told him this man cannot be a Christian, he said, Chibuzor, what are you saying? and till today this young man avoids me, because he doesn’t understand what I believe. I said that to confuse him.
67. He is now a catechist. You know, when you are telling somebody something and the person doesn’t want to believe you, you say something that will now confound the person the more.
IN TIME PAST YOU HAVE NO FAITH, WHATEVER YOU CLAIM WAS YOUR FAITH WAS NOT CHRIST’S FAITH. BECAUSE NOBODY CAN HAVE CHRIST’S FAITH UNTIL CHRIST APPEARS ON THE SCENE. NOTE IT, CHRIST IS NO OTHER PERSON BUT THE ANOINTED ONE. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE FAITH OF CHRIST IN YOU UNTIL CHRIST REVEALS HIS FAITH, FAITH IS ALWAYS HIDDEN UNTIL IT IS REVEALED. Even Moses’ Faith, nobody has it until Moses appeared on the scene and then revealed his faith.

GOD OPENED THE EYES OF SOME
So what am I saying? From where we read, God closes the eyes of those people He want to close their eyes and He will open the eyes of those He want to open.
2. Those pictures they are painting, that person in that picture, that they are painting, can any person from Europe or whatever resemble any person that is in that picture? Now we have that same person.
3. Remember this person is in transit. He is in transit from the world go, from the days of Abraham. He has been changing his mask. William Braham said that it is just like in a play, one person will wear this mask and come out, go inside, change that mask, resembles a woman, come out again, another figure, goes inside again, changes his mask, resembles an old man come out again.
4. A different role, a different thing altogether but at the end it is that one man; God en morphe. That’s what he used to describe God En morphe, changing forms. He is that same person. At the end of the day He is that same God. And in our own age He has changed form and He is now Apostle Peter Odoemena. Now our kinsman redeemer.
5. When I came across that portion of Quran, I said wow! You see what this people believe, is in line with our message. No wonder God at this ending part of our ministry opened our eyes. Now God is trying to tell us from what is in Acts 10:35.
6. There is no religion we have not touched today. Go to the Great Sermon, we have touched Hindu, we touched all of them. We have touched Islam. We have touched Christianity.
7. We have touched all of them, telling you that in every nation; no matter your religion, no matter whether you are a Hindu, whether you are an Islam, a Christian or whatever group that is out there in the world, God will save whosoever he willeth as far as you are obeying his word.
8. And we are having dealings with that same man in our own age. This man that has the power to declare any person he wants righteous and declare any person he wants guilty and the person will remain guilty no matter how righteous the person is, He will say this person is guilty.
9. That person, can’t we fear Him? “He has now changed from Moses to Joshua. No other person but God, without God there is no deliverance. He promised a deliverer to come to the people in Egypt. Who went? God.
10. Who heard the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah? who said I have come to see things for Myself? Is it not God? As many as could not see Him as God likened Him to be a messenger”.
11. That is why they were telling Lot, bring that man that is there, bring him out so that we will fornicate with him, bring him out. Lot even pleaded with them, let me give you my two daughters, they are still virgins leave this messenger, they said no. That is when God now knew that Sodom is ripe for destruction. He saw it with His eyes.
12. “As many as could not see Him as God likened Him to be a messenger. When allegiance was transferred, loyalists bound themselves together with an oath, as we gave our allegiance to Moses, so shall we give our allegiance and it came to pass, if any be it a man or woman or a family that will oppose your word, that human being or family shall be exterminated from the surface of the earth“.
13. It is the continuity of that ministry and that is why the Son of Man has told us, He is running last but coming first. You know this faith is a relay race. After your own you hand the baton over to the next person.
14. And in a relay race somebody that is sluggish may start, in the middle of the whole thing there may be sluggish people but when it comes to the last person, the last person has to be swift, and he will correct all the mistakes of others. So the Son of Man is the one.
15. He is running last and coming first, correcting the whole mistakes from A to Z. Making sure at the end He will present us a chaste virgin without spot or wrinkle. Since we have such person in our midst, don’t you know that without that person we are doomed but with that person all things are possible?
16. That is why we should be happy that we have such a man in our midst. A man that can turn on the light. Whatever He says must hold regardless of what we say or do, regardless of what the situation may look like.
17. The situation may look very odd, very bad but has God said that? It is just like when He told the children of Israel, you see this Egyptians you see today, you shall see them no more.
18. When they are looking at them rushing after them, many of them in their hearts did not believe but God has said it, this people you are seeing today you shall see them no more. Where did all of them end the journey? In the red sea.
19. Did they see them again? Making the word of God to come to pass. We have such a man in our midst who will say something, even when you are looking at it, it is not possible for that thing to happen but with Him all things are possible.
20. Why can’t we line up behind Him? Why can’t we give all our allegiance to Him? knowing that He is the one that has the final say. Such a personality is one we must fear, we must reverence, we must honour.
21. If He tells us to do A, we must do A and stop at doing A. we don’t go further. He tells us to do B, we will do B, we don’t go further. Don’t add, don’t subtract. But our problem sometimes is that when He tell us to do A we do A, we put another one on top of A. He will tell us to do B, we will do B, we subtract something from that B.
22. That is what killed Ananias and Saphira in the days of Peter. Peter did not tell them to sell their properties and bring the money. There is no place in the Bible where it was recorded that Peter forced them.
23. They said in their hearts okay, we are going to sell and we are going to bring the money to you. And they didn’t know that they were talking to the Holy Spirit.
24. They went home instead of doing exactly as they said, and as exactly as the Holy Spirit has directed, they said, let’s subtract some things from this, after all they don’t know how much we sold it.
25. Are you the one that have my land? Do you know how many plots that is in there? He now came and gave, thinking they were having dealings with ordinary person. Looking at Peter, Peter was an ordinary man, a poor man.
26. You can imagine what a fisherman would look like. Looking at him. A wretched fellow who does not have any money. He asked, Is it all? Just a casual statement. Is it all? And he said it is all. Before you know it he fell and died.
27. He instructed them to go and bury him. That same God is whom we are having dealings with today. He is merely changing mask; he is that same person.
28. Before you know it his wife came, the same question was asked; is this all? And God intentionally blinded her because if God opened her mind of reasoning she would have known that her husband left before her and the husband must have reached before her.
29. She should have asked, where is my husband? Before I answer this question where is my husband? You know somebody with reasoning will ask that question but God closed her senses of reasoning. And she just said that is all we realized, the same thing that happened to her husband happened to her.
30. That is the same God that we are having dealings with. Hebrews 13: 8. The same God today, yesterday and forever. If we continue to obey him into to, there is much benefit in doing what God asks you to do the way he tells you to do it.
31. You go to Him and He tells you to do it this way, do it that way. It may be painful to you now because this is not what you want to do, this is not how you want to do it but tomorrow you will rejoice.
32. Why can’t we give respect to that man that knows the end even from the beginning. Our reasoning is limited but his reasoning is unlimited, infinite. Our reasoning stops at a point but His own reasoning is infinite, it ends at infinity.
33. “When allegiance was transferred“, today allegiance has been transferred, from Jesus Christ to the man standing on two feet now, the Almighty God, Apostle Peter Odoemena.
34. Allegiance has been transferred and if we don’t swear our allegiance to Him; see what they told them in those days, anybody that does not obey you the way they obeyed Moses, we will put the person to death.
35. “We proceeded and we began to see Man of Sorrow from Galilee, likened himself to a son, likened himself to a servant and likened himself to a messenger but we forgot what the prophet foretold who we should expect.
36. They never said we should expect a messenger for he that will appear will be no other person than he that has the power to forgive iniquity and the Jews knew no other person that has the power to forgive sin if not the Almighty God”.
37. So who we have today has the power to forgive your iniquity and no other person has that power except Almighty God. Why can’t we obey Him?
38. “Hence they could ask the question, how cometh it that you say, your sins are forgiven, are you Almighty God that has the power to forgive sins?“
39. They never believed Jesus in his own day. God told us that these people that you see today that don’t believe the Son of Man, in the days of Jesus Christ, they never also believed. We are manifestation of those people that believed in the days of Jesus. Do you understand? Reincarnation is real.
40. If you see yourself believing the Son of Man today, you are the same person that believed him all the years. From Abraham to Moses till now. At the end of the day that same people that were there in the paradise in the beginning will be the same people that will go back there. No minus, no plus. That is why we are happy today.
41. Nobody got into this place by his power and nobody can be sustained in this place by his power. Only Almighty God can sustain any person in this faith. Even people that boasted that they could stand, they could do this, they could do that, where are they today? It is not by power.
42. It is telling you that God has the power to do all things. Because with Him all things are possible but without Him, all things are impossible.
43. Job 26:11, Living Bible. “The pillars of heaven tremble at his rebuke” The pillars of heaven tremble at his rebuke. “The pillars of heaven tremble at his rebuke and by his power, the sea grows calm; he is skilled at crushing its pride.
44. The heavens are made beautiful by his spirit; he pierces the swiftly gliding serpent“.
45. “The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished on his reproof.” This is the Almighty God we are talking about; whom the pillars of heaven tremble at His voice.
46. In the Sea, high sea with the disciples, they asked Him a question, master careth not thou that we are perishing? In their eyes they were all gone, they were dying because no matter how good a swimmer you are, and you cannot swim across.
47. Have you seen anybody that swam from Lagos to Rivers? So many things will happen to you on the way. It is either you jam fish, you jam crocodile, you jam all those big things, they will eat you and you die.
48. Master careth thou not that we perish? He was sleeping, He woke up and said, peace be still. That was just the word and everything stopped there. That person is whom is in our midst today.
49. That same God that said peace be still is whom we are having dealings with today. He is merely changing mask. He will come out as Peter and go back. He will come out as Jesus and go back. He will come out as Paul and go back.
50. He comes out as many of them, he goes back. Now, He has come back again as Apostle Peter Odoemena. To do what? To tie all the loose ends.
51. Why can’t we be joyful and happy in Him for He is the one that has come to bring all things to righteousness, bring all mankind to God and when this man will tell us something, this God will tell us something, we will say no, we don’t believe it.
52. Is it not over familiarity that is killing us? Because we know Him, we know where He is coming from and this over familiarity is what killed the twelve disciples.
53. They never believed who they were having dealings with, although they believe in part but in some of their actions, they showed that they never believed.
54. If Peter knew who he was having dealings with when He told him, before this time tomorrow, before cock will crow you will deny me three times. If Peter knew that that person was the Almighty God, even in front of his eyes he picked Marcus’s ear and fixed it back just as it was before.
55. He doubted and said, no, it is not possible, forgetting that it is only with God that all things will be possible. Peter was sure, basking on his own experience.
56. He did not even for once say God please help me, please help me not to deny you. He thought that he could do it by himself. He felt that he could be his own counsellor. He didn’t know that there is somebody that has the power above him and God said, for my word not to come to pass, heaven and earth will pass away.
57. For that word to come to pass, to show Peter that he is an ordinary man,
58. “This person resembles one of those people that followed him, He drew his sword, if you come near I will finish you’. All of them ran away. The second person now came, this person resembles one of his disciples. I don’t even know that person, he denied.
59. The third person came, he denied and when he denied the third person, cock then crew, he looked at Jesus Christ, at that time Jesus Christ was now tied hand and feet.
60. Jesus Christ looked at him to make sure that his word came to pass. That is the same person we are having dealings with today. He has merely been changing forms. He will come as this person, go back, come as the other person, go back.
61. lf you actually did some drama in your secondary school, you will understand this thing. Drama is different from play. One person can act a drama. If it is a stage like this, there will be something like demarcation that cover this place, the person can enter through this place, change his costume and come out. He may come out in the first time dressed like a woman.
62. You will not know that he is that same person. He will enter inside that place again, come out dressed like a man this time around, a young fine man. He will go back again, he will come out again dressed like an old man, walking as a very old man. It is still that same man.
63. He will enter inside that place, come out again, he will resemble a very young under-sixteen girl, he is still that same person. That is how God has been changing but at the end of the day, that person is the one that has been changing pattern, changing forms, changing forms with costumes.
64. Believe you me, there is a costume that I am going wear today and you will not know that I am a man, I will go and make up now and come out. You will not know me as a man again, I will resemble a very fat woman.
65. I will be that same person. That does not mean that I have changed from Chibuzo to another person. I am still that same person. That is what God has been doing. He will go back, change, come out again and that is why the whole world have missed Him.
66. They think that He will come back the same way He went, that same way He went up is the same way He is going to come down. He said that all eyes must see Him and that is how they miss God.
67. If He comes down here in Nsukka, will people in Opi see Him? Somebody descending from the sky here in Nsukka, people in Opi will not see that person much less of Enugu or the whole world.
68. That is what the bible used to blind the whole world. We have known and we have seen Almighty God face to face, have dealings with Him.
69. 1 John 1:1 said that we have touched Him, we have seen Him, He is God’s message of life. If you still go by what the world say, that nobody can see God and live, then you don’t have any business staying here.
70. If you have not overcome that level of ignorance that people are manifesting here and there, that no eyes can see God and live; that is still a stumbling block to so many. If that stumbling block is still there in your life, then you don’t have any business staying here because we have seen Him face to face.
71. Psalm 62:11. With this man, with this Almighty God in our midst, all things are possible but without Him all things are impossible.
72. Psalm 62:11. KJV, “God has spoken once, twice have I heard this, that power belongeth unto God.” God has spoken once but he heard it two times, that what? Power belongeth to Almighty God.
73. Proverbs 3:5 and 6. KJV. “Trust in the Lord with all thy heart”. With what? “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and Lean not unto thine own understanding”
74. And Lean not unto thine own understanding. “In all thy ways, acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy path.” In all thy ways do what? In all thy ways do what? Acknowledge Him. Let Him be your counsellor.
75. Let Him do everything for you. If you are going somewhere with a person higher than you, do you fear? Just take children for instance.
76. If you tell a child, come let’s go somewhere, the child will be very happy. The child will not even know where the person is taking him or her to.
77. He will simply follow because he knows that there is no way that person that took him will harm him. That is how we should relate with Almighty God.
78. “If you want favour with both God and man and a reputation for good judgement and common sense, then trust the Lord completely, don’t ever trust yourself.” LB
