¹⁷As for the rich in this world, charge them not to be proud and arrogant and contemptuous of others, nor to set their hopes on uncertain riches, but on God, Who richly and ceaselessly provides us with everything for [our] enjoyment. ¹⁸[Charge them] to do good, to be rich in good works, to be liberal and generous of heart, ready to share [with others], ¹⁹In this way laying up for themselves [the riches that endure forever as] a good foundation for the future, so that they may grasp that which is life indeed. ²⁰O Timothy, guard and keep the deposit entrusted [to you]! Turn away from the irreverent babble and godless chatter, with the vain and empty and worldly phrases, and the subtleties and the contradictions in what is falsely called knowledge and spiritual illumination.²¹[For] by making such profession some have erred (missed the mark) as regards the faith. PROLOGUE

We will start. Already we are starting late. There is no reasonable excuse before God. I am happy seeing this number of faces. I am also happy that Brethren are responding to this Meeting. The Meeting is supposed to be monthly – every first Saturday of the month.
It is not by my decision, but by the instruction of He that gathered us. The Almighty God in Whose Name we are made strong. Yes! He is our only Source. He knows what is good for you and what is good for me.
And I believe He wants us to encourage one another and see how we can forge a way forward.
So, let us commit the meeting to God in prayer.

If you belong to the Elect, believing God to be a Man, it is an easy case. There is nothing difficult there. But if you do not belong to the Elect, it is an unbearable saying which attracts death penalty.

ENCOURAGEMENT: WE HAVE HIM IN PERSON [1]

Like I was saying before, we were asked to be meeting. We did not bargain for it. The aim is to know how we are doing, to tell ourselves the truth and encourage ourselves according to the ways of God.

All these years, we have been miles apart. All this while, we have not been gathering. We find it difficult to meet, to see and even to make phone calls.
So we should be happy because, from the day the Word of God went forth concerning this Meeting, we can be confident that, at least in every month, we are to meet to see one another.
We will also be able to discuss and to know how we are faring as a Family and as Children of God. Remember that the greatest family you and I have is this family of God in Port Harcourt.
That is why the Bible said that Christ is the author and finisher our faith. Your faith; my faith is in Christ. And in Christ, we are united as one indivisible entity.
Just like water is the element of fishes. Christ is the element for all the children of God scattered all over the world. For without Him, there can be no us. And in Him, we are strong. In Him, we have the power to live, to exist and to prosper and procreate.
Whatever that will lure you away from worshipping this God should be your greatest enemy.
I do not care what that thing might be; whether it be the troubles of this world or challenges. They were here before we came into this world, and they will remain here when we will die, if Christ tarries.
And let me inform you that there is no group, no family, no matter the religion they identify with, does not have challenges; that does not have what they are passing through as a family and as a people.
For there is no human being putting on this flesh that does not have problem, or who cannot fall sick from time to time.
I recall somebody I know that was very healthy bragging that he does not fall sick from month to month and even years. I said, “Okay, but try and be treating, at least, malaria from time to time. He said, “Forget it.”
We continued till the time he had acute cerebral malaria and it entered his brain. He was seen as one that is behaving as a madman, talking in slangs and slow motion. Thank God it was in the house. To carry him to the hospital was near impossible because he was ready to fight.
Finally, he was forced into a vehicle and taken to the hospital where he was admitted with his hands tied to the bed and placed on IV injection and other drugs. Four days after, he got well and discovered that every flesh tastes of sickness from time to time.
So, if, you have any reason to say that this God we are worshipping is not worth worshipping, it means you are Myopic.
It means you do not know that the people you also hear their voices on radio stations and other gatherings, going from meeting to meeting, going to gather for crusade, and those driving their SUV cars, are having challenges, trouble and sicknesses.
You will not also know that they have needs they are struggling to meet. You will not know that all that glitters is not gold.
Thank your star that you have a Man that is not ordinary. A Man that speaks and it comes to pass. A Man that brings events closer to you through prophecies. The Almighty God that heals your sicknesses and diseases without money, without fasting and praying, without sowing of seed and without tithes.

He reveals Himself to only His own, the Elect, so that when you hear His Voice anywhere, you will know it is no other person but God in the person of Apostle Peter Odoemena, The Son of Man.
You and I that will hear the Voice and know where the Voice is coming from; You and I that can see ourselves and see the God Almighty that will tell us the truth about the life we have, not looking at what He wants to get from your pockets, should know that you and I are the most favoured.
For people pray to see him, hear from Him and talk with him, but He hides Himself away from them, only to reveal himself to you and to me, carrying our infirmities and troubles, carrying our burdens and fighting our battles and giving us victories.
No wonder the Bible recorded that victory is of the Lord. Who is that Lord we are talking? He is the Lord you know. He is the Lord I know. And that should be your joy and my joy, for the same Bible says that they that know their God shall do exploit.
Have you not known and seen Him? Have I not known and seen Him? We have, and that is our stronghold.
For people gather, not knowing why they are gathering. Some gather because of what they want to gain out of it, but we gather because, we have known God and call Him by His Name.
It is a privilege. A very rare privilege that is hard to come by, for many long for it, but it failed them. Many pass Him on the road, but He blinded their eyes of understanding, making it impossible for them to know that He is dwelling among men here on earth.
If He had gone for the mighty; if He had gone for the well-to-do, you and I would not have known Him as the Almighty God.
Remember the Message God in despiseD places. He chose the silent part not known to the world and revealed Himself to you and I, not counting it robbery. He revealed Himself to a people that do not have a name. A people that would not even promote His course, for that is His calling – to come and do a quick work here on earth and go with the few that He would fetch from this untoward generation.
A generation that only believes falsehood and lies. A generation that thrives in evil and wickedness. A generation where people extol affluence, the source notwithstanding.
These are the reasons why The Son of Man would say that our Message is an offensive Message because we present the truth which is: follow the revealed Christ of your day and pay little attention to things of this world. The only voice that guarantees your salvation and eternal life.
Since I embraced this Faith, the Voice has never changed. It has never stammered and has never requested anything except your unwavering faith in Christ and obedience to the God-Man “The son of Man”, Apostle Peter Odoemena.
Sometimes, when I begin to think and ruminate over my past, I feel very happy. I feel like I am on top of the world. It is not for what I have, but for what Christ has done in me and what he has achieved through me. When you praise God for what he has done for you, there is the likelihood that He will do more.
To you and I, that are beneficiaries of the wondrous work of God, is it not courtesy of the power and grace of God? Even the life you have today, your children and anything you can call your achievements, are they not this God that made them possible?
Check your mates and your colleagues. Is there nothing you can see in them that would make you to bow your head and say God, thank you?
Specifically, I know how I started. And if you are in this Faith, and you do not look back at your past, to compare and then contrast, you will not know what God is doing for you or what God has done for you.
You will not know that at one time or the other you have called on God for one help or the other, and He swiftly responded and gave you relief from that sickness, from that trouble and from that attack, while taking nothing from you.
You will not know that there was a time you were jumping from place to place, seeking for life and seeking for how you can get better, but in His magnanimous nature, He stepped in and took control. And you breathe an air of relief staking nothing.
I use myself as an example. There was a time I was running for life. There was a time I felt that the entire world was against me. There was a time you can bring me to an air-conditioned room with security guarding the place, but yet, I cannot sleep. Put me in the best fortified place here on earth, yet sleep cannot enter my eyes. Even during day time, I was under attack.
Sometimes, it seemed as if they poured ice on me and my body will just shrink and die off.
There were too many experiences I had that made me realized that it could only be God that perfected the wonderful work in me. For that which native doctors, spiritual homes and their fasting and praying could not do the Lord Christ, The Son of Man did without asking for a dime.
That is why I said that you should count yourself happy and lucky to have identified with Christ, the true God. Do you know why?
Some people have their money. Yet, you see them running from place to place in search of life. Some offer sacrifices upon sacrifices. Yet, what is coming after them still takes their life.
Some people go from church to church, investing money, thinking that that is the way out. They are looking for protection and eternal life. Yet, that protection, they are not getting. Even the eternal life is a million miles away from them because they do not know the revealed Name of God in their day.
Believe me. Most of the things that happen to you and you survive; some of the things that happen to you and you wake up and get lighter and go about your businesses; these things happen to heathens and they end it dead. Some end up falling sick and being taken to places. Yes!
Most of the things that happen to me when I have not embraced this Faith and my people begin to run helter-skelter in search of solution happen to me today and I wake up stronger and healthier.
As a child of God, I believe He allows us to have this experiences so as to know that the enemies still come after us, but His Mighty hand is keeping us from their hold and even making us stronger.
What I am saying is that some protection end up destroying the families of those that go to seek for the protection in the world.
I mean that life from their families are being taken to keep them. But here we get all that free and it is even extended to our loved ones, for God says that His protection is for us and those that love us.
Check your experience with that of our fathers in the Bible. They prayed and cast their hopes on the Great Jehovah, the Lord God Almighty and at the appointed time, God came their way.
In this Faith, you do not stake any life. No sacrifice. Only pray and hope on the true God that heareth the prayers of His children.
I remember when I identified with the Faith early 2007. I told you that before then, I was looking for life. Yet, that life was not forth coming. The enemies where rejoicing and bragging in their charms and enchantments.
Remember, we are in the world where people brag with evil. They see evil as a way of life and as a tool they can use to harass, intimidate and humiliate people. They see evil as a means of bringing down their fellow man and those they do not like in their families.
Then, my father was working. I was being taken from place to place. When it seems as if it is getting better, suddenly, it worsens again.
You see, we gather to encourage ourselves. And I want to rehearse this story so that you can be confident where you are, having identified with the Faith of Christ, the power above every power, and the source of existence of all the true Elect of God
They were taking me around, but what baffled me was one particular native doctor they contacted for my father. One man from Mgbede a community in Egbema by name Chidi Mbaerilam did the connection. The native doctor is from Delta State. Two Hundred Thousand Naira [₦200,000.00] was what the native doctor charged.
You see! These things you see people doing, looking for houses for people is also applied in the church world and in every aspect of life, even making connection for you.
In connecting you to another person for help, they do it for certain amount of money that they will get for that connection. That is the point I am trying to drive.
(The Pastor was interrupted by Bro Emma who said that a Pentecostal pastor collected one goat for bringing a prayer to somebody’s house).
You can now see the percentage. The man collected additional 10% of the two hundred thousand naira (₦200,000.00). This thing happened in 2006. Imagine Two Hundred Thousand Naira (200,000.00) as at 2006, thrown to thin air without result.
You know, I am the first son of the family. And my father was thinking, “How can I watch my son die. Not dying out of sickness but out of attack of the enemies who swore by their wizardry, their charms and concoctions that they must close down our family for envy, out of jealousy and hatred.” I mean, people from the same family with us, though we do not bear the same name.
They vowed a vow that their own family, not our own family, must go. And they want to start with their first son. They are witches and wizards. They believe in their charms and concoction.
They have silenced many voices and caused many to live miserable lives. They do not hide it in my place. Are you getting what I am saying? They are opposed to progress and go to any length to distort anything progress
Everybody knows that family for being witches and wizards. And evil thrives in their blood. And I want to tell you that any family that finds such people in their fold; anybody that comes up in such a family where you have people from your extended family who are terribly bad and evil, must know his God before he can overcome and survive. This is because light hardly come up in such families.
The only news they like to hear is news of evil and not of good. The prefer darkness to light
Within that area where they have their tentacles, you hardly meet any young man or any family that will have youths that will survive and rise to become something because of their evil practices.
We are five boys in the family. They wanted to start from me. Five boys and one girl. So, my father thought it is something he can do by running here and there to protect his family and his children.
When they told him about that native doctor from Delta, he told the man [agent] to call the native doctor to come. Let him come and just do what he know he can do.
So the man came. And that was the last step that was taken before I ignored anything native doctor and powers of the so-called Bible carriers. The man came from Delta, collected ₦200,000.00 excluding the goats that were given to him. There are some other things the man said he would buy with the money for the sacrifice and concoction.
So after all that, the night the man finished all he did, I did not sleep. The following morning after the man had gone, because the man left around 3:00AM after they had finished what they did, I told my father that I did not sleep o. And that man, that native doctor does not have what it takes for me to sleep o. They combined their wizardry with that man’s concoction to give me the greatest attack.

Let Me tell you. it will take God to come out and say, “I belong to the tribe of Edom.” Call Me Son of Esau, if you wish. I am not lost. If you say it outside they will say, Tufiakwa. Some will say, “No wonder you are behaving the way you are behaving. No wonder.” I am not surprised hearing it, because, to them, Esau has no provision. But to us who have the full Word, Esau has a provision. The fullness is in the Bride.

ENCOURAGEMENT: WE HAVE

HIM IN PERSON [2]

I remember several occasions that they organized prayers at night in our compound and when we come out for the prayers we see birds [owls] coming to fight us.

At another time, we see bats flying in and out or our house when we go after them in an attempt to kill them, they will perch on the wall and disappear. What I am saying is that they change patterns and methods of attack.
I am not telling you hearsay. I am telling you my life experience so that you know that your God and my God cannot be compared with other gods.
I cannot forget the several times we entered the room and saw countless number of house flies. Those big green coloured ones everywhere in the house. Is it sacrifices they do from time to time opposite our compound?
Severally, in my dreams, I saw myself eating and when I wake up, I feel empty and out of place. To eat would be a problem because I will not have the appetite and that affected me psychologically.
When you have Christ, you have power to face the enemies and to overcome.
At one time or the other, when I fall asleep, I feel a sharp object being used to pierce my buttocks.
These are experiences that are worth sharing with you so that you know that God is good and is worthy of your praises and worship.
Back when I was in school, anytime exam comes up, I will fall seriously sick and will be shuttling for the examination to my home, and having terrible dreams all through.
There was a particular man that came for solution to my problem. After he left, he called my parents and told them that they attacked him while he was going and that they fought him all through that night.
These are my experiences, and it is quite good you know them because we are sustained by our experiences and if you do not have any experience sustaining you in this Faith, you are floating. You will not know the power of God and the advantages thereof.
So, it is not something that somebody told me. About the owl I was explaining before, we sometimes saw them from a little distance before you know it they descend and strike. And you will just feel certain jitters and shock. You do not talk about it when I go to bed to sleep.
After this last attempt at solving the problem, I told my father that it is beyond something he can rely on people calling native doctors or calling people to organize prayers. I told him that it is something I have to fight myself in another way.
By then I had discussed with Bro Collins. He is my friend. He is among the team of my friends that visited me in one prayer centre they took me to at Okwuzi then.
During that visit, he told me that there was a place he can direct me to [referring to Apostle Ugochukwu]and that I will see myself going about again freely without fear and without any form of fear of attacks.
The people fighting this course against me and against our family are from the same extended family with us. We have some lands in common, but they are devilish and evil.
In life, there are people who are very very dangerous. There are people who wish that, for they do not want any star to progress. They will not progress, and they will not want anybody else to also progress.
We are not the only people that the family has come after. They did it to several others and succeeded. They have quenched so many stars in our extended family Ogbom Ishiaku family in Umudiali, Aggah Egbema.
So after that day, I told my father that this thing has got to an end, hoping on the words of Bro Collins that I have to take it my own way.
He [my father] asked, “Dear, what do you mean? He said, “I hope you are not going to join all these cults or things like that.” I said, “What am I joining those things for? But I want to tell you. There was a time I opted to go and join secret cult because of the challenges and the pressure from these evil family.” He said, “Which cult will you join? If you join something blindly, you will end blindly.”
So that is why I said that the best place for anybody to find himself is in this Faith, where you just pray and have the power of God covering you. Just get connected to God. Very simple provision.
Sometimes you begin to meditate on the image of the person you are worshipping and that becomes your protection.
There are sometimes too, where you find yourself in a condition were you feel frightened, and you justimagine seeing God, you hold on to Him and within a fewseconds, the fear vanishes. Who is behind it if not Apostle Peter Odoemena “The Son of Man”
What am I saying? I called Bro Collins and told him that I want to join him to their church. He said, “Okay, that I should first come and see their Apostle Ugochukwu before their Fellowship day.
The day we agreed to meet Apostle Ugo, we went, saw him and he said that I can come on Sunday to see them and know what they believe. He told me that it is a simple Faith but difficult in the sense that they worship a Man as God. And that He is “The Son of Man”
That Sunday I went. After the Fellowship, he introduced me to Pastor Promise. That was how I identified with the Faith of Christ. I cannot forget the number of days I ran to sleep at Apostle Ugo’s house for fear of attacks and never feel any threat while in the house.
As if God knew and said that He wants to show me the power that is in the Faith, while in Apostle Ugo’s House, he would take me to another room and go back to sleep with his family.
I will sleep there and sleep like a baby. No pressure. No shock of any sort. The following morning I will come out and tell Apostle, “See o. I slept very well today o.”
You know, when you find yourself in a condition where you do not sleep day-to-day, week-to-week and month-to-month, you cannot be yourself.
So, we continued and after that, I discovered with that experience I had over there while passing the night at Apostle Ugo’s house that there is power in the Faith.
So we moved on. The day we went to Onitsha, we saw the Almighty God “The Son of Man”. He asked me, “Do you believe that this Faith can protect you?” That was at Onitsha. I said, “Yes, I believe.” He said, “Okay, you can now go. That your Faith will see you through.”
That was how I identified with the Faith of the Almighty God, the Creator of Heaven and Earth. That was how I got Life. So we left.
That night God revealed certain things to me in dreams. Two different dreams I had then helped to shape my faith in the battle with the enemies.
While asleep at night in my place, the same people came, about Six (6) of them in lines, and I was at our back yard. When I saw them, I left our veranda intending not to see them, as if it was real.
By the time I get to the passage, I heard one of them who is at the front screamed because he hit his leg on the iron chair at our veranda.
Suddenly I woke up and saw that it was a dream. I slept again and had another dream where somebody wanted to slap me and I held the persons hand. The person started struggling to withdraw the hand from my hold before I woke up, only to see that it was also in dream.
But there is onething with me. I never tasted any church. Not that my father is known for being a pagan or being a church person. He was just neutral like that. So I came up to be like him.
The lucky thing is that they made me to realize that there is God, because before then, I see those that go to church as people that somebody is using their brains.
The incident also helped me to locate my Source which is this Christ. This is the Faith where we have God in person to teach us the reality about life, both physically and spiritually. He will tell you that this thing is real and it is real. No kind of abracadabra of any sort.
That was how life came into me. Then we continued, and I was determined because God has shown me the signs that, although there are elemental powers, there is also the power of God that is mightier than every other power.
Believe me if you can. You cannot know the power in this Faith unless by revelation and definite experience.
I tell you of a truth, most of the things that happened to me before and my parents and relations cried and carried me about had happen to me severally, but the following day, I get up from bed stronger and more energetic than before.
This is why The son of Man would tell us that things that happen to heathens and they die happen to you and I and we do not know that anything happened to us.
I want to tell you that there are two things in life. There are people you can bring into this Faith and introduce God to them as a Man.
Even if they are dying, they will tell you, “Instead of me to confess this person as God, let me go and die in my house. It is better for me to go to my house and die.”
They may be in the Faith for 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or even 2 years, but they will pack their bag and go. They are not of this fold. The protection and salvation of God is not for them.
This is why I said that I am lucky to identify with the true Faith. This Faith gave me an insight into what I am taking God to be, and not like what I see people practice in the world.
This is because most of the people that profess Christ in the churches from my place are the people fomenting the trouble that is in town. They are the people that gather youths to spoil them, to radicalize them and to use them to get what they want. Yet, they are reverend fathers. They are pastors. They are overseers of churches.
I observed them and the way they live their lives. And I said within me that God must be very far away from them because of their characters.
Because of the way they behave, I say that these people can never have Christ, for a man is nothing but his life, which is his nature. They preach the word of God. Yet, they do not keep to what they preach.
So I identified with the Faith. I saw a Man that preach Christ. I saw His ways. I saw everything He is doing and I saw Him live the life He preaches, showing that that is His calling. He is God.
For everything He says, He told us, “Watch me to see if I do not keep to it.” And all that He is doing are pure truth and dovetailing to His Messages.
He said, “Stay away from anything trouble—land case and anything contest with the world. Avoid it. Do not be carried away by the material things of this world. We met them here and will surely leave them one day. They are the things the devil is using to hold the entire world to ransom.”
And if Christ had not come to redeem His own [the Elect] no one can escape it. He said, “Believe in Me. Believe that God sent Me, revealing His hidden secret that He hid away from the Israelite who requested the sign.”
You and I have seen the signs: the Pillar of Cloud, The Ball of Light and the dark Cloud revealing Him during Fellowship.

Go to the website: www.brideofchristministryworldwide.org Watch the supernatural pictures and see if you have ever seen such anywhere on earth, apart from Prophet William Branham that foreran this Ministry and pointed the entire world to this Ministry saying, “I see Him coming from one of the jungles in Africa. I will decrease and He will increase, but the world cannot believe him.”

He is a perfect example of His Message. Even in the Faith, He does not have, “My beloved” or “My son”, for He treats everybody as equals.
No wonder Jesus said in Mark 3:31-35, thus:³¹Then Jesus’ mother and brothers arrived. Standing outside, they sent someone in to call him. ³²A crowd was sitting around him, and they told him, “Your mother and brothers are outside looking for you.”
³³“Who are my mother and my brothers?” he asked. ³⁴Then he looked at those seated in a circle around him and said, “Here are my mother and my brothers! ³⁵Whoever does God’s will is my brother and sister and mother.”
There is no kind of issue you will have that God will take side for any reason at all, no matter the person or persons that are involved.
In short, let me tell you. You are in the right place. As long as the Bride of Christ is concerned, God does not have anything, “This is my son” and “This is the one I co-opted from the world.”
When it comes to caring, and indictment, the aim of indicting you and I is to bring us to the truth that is evidenced in the Faith.
You are lucky. I am lucky. We have Him in person. And our prayers should be that He will continue to be with us in this flesh till the end because if He is not here with us, I tell you, too many things will go wrong. Flesh will begin to dictate.
But if He is here, the anointing in Him that supersedes even the way He acts as human [that is in every other way any human being acts] and cannot allow Him to bend the Message and the doctrine one bit because I have come to know that He is doing what He is doing because there is a greater force in Him directing Him to act and behave this way.

God is found in the East and not in the West. That is why I am not a Christian. Have you heard why I am not a Christian? Ok! I am a child of God. I AM THE EASTERN STAR. I am a child of God posted here for a purpose. Posted here for a purpose, AS THE GREAT EASTERN STAR SHINING IN THE GENTILE WORLD FOR THE SAKE OF THE ELECT TO GET YOU RECONCILED, FOR YOU WANDERED AWAY. If I am not sent, you will not come. I came and then released the Word; The Word magnetized all that belong to Me, for no man can come to Me except the Father brings him to Me. I know My sheep, My sheep knoweth Me. My sheep heareth My Voice and I call them by their names.

WE HAVE EVERY REASON TO THANK GOD

God does not determine His way nor His life. It is that power in Him that guides Him and directs Him on what to do and what not to do.

That is why He does not have favorites, “This is my own”. He does not curry the favour of any man.
As long as you are in the Faith and you are called by the Name of God, our Christ, when you misbehave, God chastises you with the intent to correct you.
Severally, He has indicted many of us publicly, and our adversaries felt very happy that, at least, God will finally push us away. Only for them to hear the next moment, “I cannot allow this Brother or Sister to waste with the world. What a wonderful God!
So what am I saying? That was how I had my entrance into the Faith of Christ. And till today, we are continuing.
Then the people that vowed that they must eliminate us [eliminate me], I was shocked to see that even when they felt that they have progressed, God humiliated them. God reduced them to naught.
God used them to show His power. He dealt with them like He did to Pharaoh and his armies. God degraded them and clipped their wings. Today, they operate with regrets.
God cut off all that they got through evil practices. Brethren, fear and honour God. Trust and believe in Him and see the power of God in action.
When you believe in God, He raises your consciousness and keeps you under His shadow. Things that come for you will C ome to Christ, for he is your anchor.
That is why the Bible said in Psalm 91 that – He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.Even though they fight till today, God has made a mess of them. We are by far better than them.
The family they vowed to eliminate; the family they want to impoverish using their evil means, they cannot be compared with them today. They are no match to our family. My God has used them to show His power. What they do is just to sell family lands, their lands. Even the houses they have; the house they built, they sell.
Anyone that managed to build a house will just sell. Their children become native doctors and live despicable lifestyles because they imbibed the evil culture and practices of their parents.
Imagine where somebody will be in the community, manages to build a house, but goes on to sell it and become a tenant in that same community. That is the extent of their own development. I mean, one family.
That is why God said, “Do not ever see evil and venture into it. Do not ever see anybody doing evil and identify with that person. If you grow up and see your parents practicing evil, caution them and stay away from them so that you will not share from the seed of their evil doing.”
Remember, God gave us the Message, “RETRIBUTIVEJUSTICE” and He also told us about, “GOLDEN RULE”. He said that what you give is what you must take.
He said “Throw a ball on the wall, and you will become the goal keeper. Throw up a stone upward and it will come back to the ground.”
When I entered the Faith, these were the Messages that were very much on ground. You see. Whatever you do, remember that there must be consequence[s], either for good or for bad.
So as we go about our businesses, watch your back. Know that whatever you are doing, you must pay for that one day.
So they are paying for it today, but the people they vowed not to let live, are living. They are in the worst of condition. When you are with God, you are with majority. You are with power. The power of God does not just happen over. It takes gradual process.
God meets a man and watches you. He can leave you even up to five years or ten years to monitor how you walk with Him and to see if you are merely paying lip service to His Word. That is God for you.
God does not behave like all these people that are in other religious group or cults and things like that can do just something overnight. That is just what I call abracadabra.
He will give you time. Has he made any promise to you? Watch and wait for it patiently, and at the appointed time, you will see the manifestation without struggle; Without fasting and praying.
So, the same people they vowed to destroy are people living better than them now. We are five boys like I told you. The second to our lastborn is now in the UK (United Kingdom).
He was working in Port Harcourt before he got married. And after that, he relocated to UK. He has land at Mgbuoba NTA road in Port Harcourt.
Our second son, my immediate younger brother has built his house years back and packed out of our family house. The third one, the one following him is completing his upstair in the village.
Our last born is in Port Harcourt he has an upstair in a choice place at Rumukurushi in Port Harcourt. He has another fenced land at Eneka also in Port Harcourt. He lives at Woji where he pays over six Hundred Thousand per year. He rides Honda Crosstour.
So, when you compare us in our family, you will see that I am the least person out of the five. The one at UK, sent five Hundred Thousand Naira recently to buy my mother motor cycle because she has arthritis and cannot work about like that without walking stick. She depends on people to carry her about if she has anything to do outside.
We do not compare ourselves to people, but I am only trying to tell you the extent God is working, not only in my life, but in the life of my siblings because, if they had neutralized me, they would have laid hold on others. And I believe that God is extending His mercies to them through me.
I want to rehearse my life and my history so that you will know. So that when you look at your past and see your present, you will be able to tell God, “THANK YOU”.
If I do not thank God every time, it means I am an ingrate. If there is nobody to thank God in the Faith of Christ, I should be the first person to wake up every day and say God, “I do not know that I can be alive and have the confidence to walk about without fear. Live forever”.
So, we are in a world where people are terribly bad. This world is where evil spreads like flood.
The reason why you see that our number in this faith is very small is because THE SON OF MAN holds the truth and truth has always been repressed in all the Ages. A sure sign that we have the Word of God.
If the churches or the church world has what we have, the number that you see in their gathering would not have been up to that, because the Word of God is truth and it is always against the way we live our lives.
The Message of God is always against the life of human beings. This is because it completely reduces your choices in life. It makes you to have checks-and- balances. It polices you about.
You do not just wake up and do anything you want to do. You are free, but the Word of God puts you in chains. The Word of God polices you.
Take for instance. If you are one that likes wearing bangle and chains, and you embrace this Faith but you hear that we do not wear chains, and that is what you love most as what makes you feel complete, what do you think will happen?
You just dress to catch attention, but you embrace the Faith and hear that we do not look like this oo.
In fact, I want to tell you that, God prefers his children to look different from the world. Simple look. Not very attractive. Not dressing to catch attention
(Bro Emma interrupted- You are saying looking like Mgbeke? It is truth. We do not wear trousers as women).
So, to a normal human being, he will just pack his load and go. He will say God forbid!
Imagine here in Rivers State. This is just the number of people we have in the whole of Rivers State because the other church is based in Imo State. So, here in Rivers State, it is just this number of people.
But, go to other churches, the entire place here cannot accommodate them. So, you are lucky I am lucky to have known Him. Count yourself lucky.
Obey God and fear God. God can, because of you, save your entire lineage and family.
I want to tell us categorically that God is not limiting his protection to me, but by extension to my family and my siblings.
If I do not confess these things, there is no way I will say that I am not doing myself harm. That was how I embraced this Faith of Christ.
The story you just heard is just a little compared to what I passed through. I do not sleep one hour without them coming to press me.
There was a time I was taken to another herbalist in Delta State. We went there spent the money I cannot mention. You do not talk about other spiritual centres they have taken me to, just for me to have life.
Yet, the life was like hell. But now if you say, “Let this place fall”, I will also say, “Let the place fall” as long as I know that my hands are clean and that I am hooked up to God, and that God is with me. As long as I know that God is not against what I am doing. I do not know if we are getting what I am saying?
God gives protection, and He will give you guidelines on how He can guide you. Stay away from troubles. Stay away from evil Do not think bad against anybody. Do not plan evil against another person.
As long as I can keep to all these things, and believe that He is my all and all, I tell you, wherever I am, I am confident that nothing will swallow me, except that which is in me.
I remember when I was kidnapped and the ransom paid by THE SON OF MAN. And I was released after 14 days in their captivity. When I came back and narrated what I passed through in the hand of the kidnappers, God said, “Those that kidnapped you are very small boys.”
He said that some of them are 21, 22, 25 years, but that the oldest is 27yrs. He said that they have eaten more than they can chew and that the one that is 27 years cannot smell 30. The same with all of them.
After some months a dreaded local vigilante group (OSPAC) instituted by Ogba Egbema Ndoni and Emohua local government councils killed majority of them. Police killed some and their leader who gives out the guns they use, who is Nigeria’s most feared criminal ‘Don wani’ whom they were bragging and telling us that time in their camp that if we have anybody that we can contact that only his phone call will release us and even make them pay for causing us to pass through torture become enemy to Rivers state government.
Twenty Million Naira bounty was placed on his head by governor Wike for threatening him and his wife. Few months later, security operatives captured and killed him in his hidden place at Enugu state. Is that not wonderful?

Believe it if you can. Every revealed truth is for mankind. Every secret belongs to God. So keep on coming to God so that He will reveal those secrets to you. Until you get it, do not stop coming to God. Has HE made Himself visible to the Elders? Yes! To the entire Congregation? Yes! Now we have known HIM fully? Yes! Even if others do not know HIM, you know HIM that existed from the very beginning. Behold your God cometh. Your God is in your midst.

BLAME YOURSELF AND NOT GOD: DO NOT FOLLOW THE VOICE OF A STRANGER; preached on Sunday 30^th September 2007 at the Household

PATTERN AFTER CHRIST, FOR WE HAVE HIM IN PERSON

So, be happy. God gathered us [1] To encourage ourselves, [2] To tell ourselves the truth, and [3] To live His Life. He says, “Watch Me. Watch the way I do things. Watch these steps I am taking. Take your steps according to My ways. Pattern after Me.”

How many of us are patterning after Christ [after God]? If I must progress, I must pattern after the Person I am seeing as the Almighty God. Pattern after His examples. And if I am patterning after Him, surely there must be progress.
Am I not seeing Light around me? I am! Even if I compare myself to my siblings and say they are better than me, I am also progressing in my own way. It is said that it takes gradual stepwise progress for the monkey to turn into a baboon.
Yes! So what am I saying? Be happy. And when you hear that somebody is prospering, be happy with that person. Do not just say eh! Do not be envious of anybody for anything at all.
Believe that what you do not have today, tomorrow you may have it. The place I cannot get to today, tomorrow, through God, I can get to that place.
I recalled the Message I told you was very much on ground when I embraced the faith “Golden Rule”. If I think good about another person, then that good will also come to me.
But the moment I try to do evil against another person, if another person plans evil against me, the person will get me. Sure and certain.
That is the Faith where we are. That is what makes it to be dicey. Because people hate to tell others the truth, they also hate one that will tell them, “Do not do things this way. Do it the other way”.
And when you embrace this Faith and continue in evil, you will never have rest of mind. Things will be going front and back. Your life will be filled with trouble.
Be confident in the Lord God you are worshipping. See it that what you do not have today, you will have it tomorrow. Do not ever look at anything as something that is too hard or too much. Do not look down on anybody, for nobody knows tomorrow.
Few days ago, somebody called me, and that is one of my brothers. He said that he wants to deck his storey building. He said that everything they will use for the work is available, and that he felt that he should let me know before the actual work would commence.
I told him that it is a very good news, “Go on with it.” Some people will say, “Is it not somebody—a little boy—to whom I am senior?”
See! Let me tell you. The reason why you see some families not progressing is because, amongst them, they hate themselves.
(Apostle Ugo interrupted- they grumble against and envy even themselves. The beneficiaries of the same thing that will come to them are the ones fighting it. People that will benefit if you survive are the ones grumbling).
Even fighting it. So that is why I told you that your prayer and my prayer every day should be that this our God should continue to be with us. If he leaves you or leaves me today, you are gone. We will have troubles.
Before us, He has made ugly statements about some Brethren today. After a month, two months, you hear Him turn back and say, “Oh no! I remember what this person did some time ago in this Faith. This person cannot waste. Oh no! This person did this. He did that, and God recorded it as good for him. Even if for no other thing, but for that singular act, I will bring him back, either dead or alive.”
Outside Him, people who are not in the faith, people who call this faith names will taste eternal life. But you and I who is in the Faith cannot taste eternal life. I mean that outside God, “The Son of Man”, those who do not know God, and who speak evil of God will merit eternity.
That is what I mean when I said that if God leaves you and I in this Faith, people who are arch enemies of Christ, The Son of Man, arch enemies of God will have eternal life, but you and I can never see that Life because carnality will dictate.
So that is why, your prayer should be that He should be with you, be with me and be with us till the end.
Each time I look around, I think back, and I say, “God is wonderful. Am I really this person?” Many people are very quick in forgetting how they started.
That is why you see somebody who was suffering before God put smiles on his face. He forgets that there was a time he was begging for bread. Somebody running for life, but when God shows him a little favour, he forgets his past and even turns rebellion against God.
Some go as far as Brethren to Brethren to win people to their side to speak evil against God. It should not be so. Such life should not be seen among the true children of God.
When you know how you started, how life tossed you up and down, how the enemies tormented you and tried to squeeze the life out of you, you owe God nothing but worshipful obedience to His Words and to the things of God.
Remember there are people you saw yesterday, but who have passed on. Are you in anyway better than them? Do you think that it is by your power that you are still alive? Can’t you see that it is God at work?
We were told that no distance is too short, for some people die as they want to cross the street and buy something. Some die even in their vehicles while driving.
So, anybody that will make you to lose consciousness of the Lord, “The Son of Man” and the Almighty God Who was called and ordained in these last days to bring salvation to this generation, run away from that person. Whether he is in the Faith or not.
Remember, God has told us about the fallen Prophets. They are still in our midst. By their actions towards God and the things of God, you will know them. Even by the way they live their lives, you will know that they are not with us spiritually.
And such people can make you to forsake God and lose his protection and the eternal life from the Lord. God told us that the devil is not in the sky. He is down here with us on earth. That devil is in you. It is in me.
The way I live my life determines where I belong; whether to the Lord our God or to the world. That is why it is expected that the life I am living should bring glory to God and not a condemnation.
For what you do and the way you live your life can make people to condemn you and condemn the Faith, thinking that your actions are inspired by your Faith.
They will say, “Is this not that man that says he sees God? Is this how his God behaves? Tufiakwa!” That is dragging the Name of the Lord our God to the mud.
But if I portray a life worthy of emulation and they hear, they will say, “Okay. At least, his character is good, but it is just that he said that God is a Man.”
Let it be that people will have that notion that we are good, but that our offence is that we profess that God is a man, living among men and is with us.
I am happy. I am very happy. See my son there. For the enemy wanted to make life very miserable for me. They did everything possible to exterminate our family starting from me. They did everything possible to make sure I will never have anything called a family of my own, talk more of having children, but the Almighty God I worship disappointed them.
Is it not enough to make somebody happy? These are the testimonies of what God did for me without paying a dime and without fasting and praying. It sounds like a joke or like play, but it is real. And nobody is adequate to tell this story but myself.
Maybe, you do not know that some people marry, but after some years, they will still be looking for a child. They start moving from one prayer house to another. They will be moving from one shrine or native doctor to another.
But because you married and your wife got pregnant without stress, you do not know what people pass through to have a child.
I work in a hospital. Severally, I have received calls asking if we do in vitro fertilization (IVF). Some call to enquire if we allow for surrogacy – a situation where they contract somebody that will get pregnant for them. They pay, and at the end, the person who paid will come and carry the baby.
These are the extents people are going for a child. So you can now see what we are saying. You can now see what we get from God free of charge. You can now see what people do to have a child, but we have all free of charge.
So, you are lucky. I am lucky. I am happy that God called us together, and He knows what is required of us at this hour.
He told us earlier [1] To encourage ourselves, [2] To draw closer one to another and [3] To build faith in Christ using our experiences and the Messages we have received.
We pray that God should help so that these Messages we hear will have its desired place in our hearts.
But instead of the needed fruits from the Messages, our character is still filled with dishonour, ridicule and shame to the Faith and to our families.
If you and I have known God, our duty should be to work to be like Him in character and in manifestation.
We are still being influenced by material things. Our hearts are still being lured with money that we end up not having.
Among us are still people that go to any length to make it—yet, becoming more impoverished, forgetting that by faith in God our Lord Who rewards honest struggle, He can fulfill His Word and put smiles on your faces. Has he promised and not fulfilled it?
That which I do not have today, can be a toy for me tomorrow, if I follow Him fervently. That is one thing about life. You do not predict life, but you move undeterred with hope and confidence that, if God is with you, change must surely be in your favour.
There are people who started very poorly in my place, but today, they are the image makers of their families and the community at large. They are the people that the community will gather, and in their absence, no decision will be taken. And if there is any decision you have taken, that is for you because they are not there.
If there is anybody here that is not happy to identify with the God Whom we are worshipping or that has anything at all that will make him to feel that he is discouraged from worshipping this God, let that person raise his or her hand and tell me.
Remember we are having a meeting and we are also having a direct contact with God. Tell us that problem, that challenge or that thing you feel that has dampened your feeling that God is a man in our midst; or the existence of the God-Man in our midst.
Remember that. even in the days of old, in the days of Moses, there were people living large that were not among the Israelites. In the land of Egypt, were the Egyptians not doing well?
When God wanted to deliver them, He made things very difficult for the Israelites so that He can govern them as His own.
They suffered and I believe that that is why God told us that our experience cannot be different from that of our fathers. That is why you should know where you belong.
Now, the churches that were flying choppers, you see somebody buying up to two or three choppers. I mean jets as their own. Would they tell their members this truth.
How many did Jesus Christ buy in his own time? People that built cathedral from here to Eleme Junction and to Oil mill, how many did Jesus build in His own day?
In the days of the Prophets, they were moving from place to place. All that have represented Christ suffered dearly. Many died in the hands of their fellow men. Some ran into the caves because they held the truth about God in their days.
Today, we have God that is hated by the world. And you are having the same experience that is peculiar to that of the Israelites. Remember that we are the spiritual Israelites in this Gentile land.
Our own is even better because nobody is pursuing you. The only thing is that you are being challenged by situations – the economy – which is general.
And God had given us Messages years back, preparing our minds that things cannot and will never get better. He told us that bad economy is not limited to you. It is everywhere and the same with both those in the Faith and those outside the Faith
(Bro Emma interjected, “It is even worse outside”).
It is worse outside. There are people that will hear that we clap hands here and come to see if there will be food for them to eat so as to, at least, quench their hunger.
Apostle Ugo interjected- Pastor, I saw one church at Oyigbo that their sign board bears, “Stop, Pray and Eat.” And they put a picture of food there. Since I have been driving through that road, people have been going there. I do not know whether it is for the food or they are using it to catch people because people have been rushing thereeven till now.
Even till now! I have been seeing that place. And people have been going there.
Bro Emma interjected- People are saying the woman is using peoples’ destiny when they come to her church and eat, yet people are going there and even coming out with take-away plates.
That is to tell you how bad the economy is. The people that died while going to collect food items at Port Harcourt Polo Club, was it not poverty that caused it?
So, what are we saying? You should be happy that you have God in person. You should be happy that God is teaching me, and teaching you, telling you things that will happen in advance.
There is a Message He gave us that we can never be the worst hit. And we have never been the worst hit.

Watch out Brethren. Rejoice in the Lord. I say rejoice in the Lord for you are a peculiar people that in your day, in My own day, God is coming down so low and walk with man.

BUILDING PLAN: GOD’S PLAN TO ESTABLISH HIS CHURCH VOL 1; preached on Sunday 26^th September, 1993 at Abagana; Pg. 23 vs. 15

WORSHIP AND REVERE GOD

If we are comparing ourselves to people that fly choppers or helicopters, and people who drive the best of SUV cars, you do not know what they do to make their money.

They do not have any message or messages from their preachers restraining them from doing evil. Some maybe passing through terrible things you do not know.
Look at the flat opposite this my own. The person that has that flat has Toyota Corolla. I tell you that for more than four years now, he has not renewed his rent. Check there. You will see the notice placed on his door with his properties inside the flat.
The man is in the village o, operating from there to town. Tell me. If you see him in his car, will you believe that he has a car, but he is not married. Ask him about marriage he would say that life is not good enough for him to settle down. But he is close to 50. Before he finally relocated, he was begging for money to fuel and be able to drive the car.
The day he came, he told me that he does not know what to do nor where to pack his properties to, because if he comes to carry them to the village, people will say, “After staying in the town, he was unable to pay house rent” and that he is taking his things to the village.
He told me that it is better he stays in the village pretending that it is politics or something that made him to be operating from the village, while his properties are in Port Harcourt.
The owner of the house has told him that he is taking him to court and that he should come and carry his property so that he can rent it out.
I am saying this to let you know that the people you see going on vehicles, you do not know when they bought the car. You do not also know how they bought the car. You do not know their present situation, whether they are begging for money or not.
Any day I go on afternoon shift and comes back in the night, I see executive cars, SUV cars, running town service, carrying passengers.
(Apostle Ugo interjected- Immediately after work in the evening, because they are avoiding Tax Force Team, come and see the type and great number of executive cars that will be the road, running town services.
So, what am I saying? What you think you are passing through is not limited to you. Even if you think that it is because of this Faith, people who are in the world are also suffering more than you.
Bro Emma interjected- Many that ran away from Omoku and came to Port Harcourt, house rent has chased all of them back again. Even those who are from Omoku as indigenes have now run back to their village and are presently living in their village house.
So, life is like that. I was surprised one day when we were somewhere outside. One man came and jokingly, they were asking him a question. The man told us that things are not as thought.
He is a well-to-do man. He has a upstairs in this town. He has a car. The wife is also a medical doctor working in BMH [Braithwaite Memorial Hospital] Port Harcourt. They are comfortable, but because he opened up to tell us the truth “This life is not as one thinks”.
This life is just pushing everybody up and down. As you are thinking, so everybody is thinking. Life is hard. Your challenges are not peculiar to you. That is the point I am trying to make. What you are passing through is not restricted to you. There are millions of people passing through that.
The only thing is that the government of your country is not considering whether there is anybody suffering or not. They do not know whether we exist or not.
Apostle Ugo interjected- Just like God told us in one of the prophecies that the government will make things harder for us. God said that if you are expecting them to make things easy that you are wasting your time. And that is what they are doing).
I tell you this: You have every reason to rejoice for seeing yourself where you are.
Now I want to ask you one pertinent question. If God had not stopped us from gathering generally, and we still meet over there at GTC (Government Technical College), do you think that you and I would have still been going to Onitsha to fellowship on Sundays like we normally do every Sunday? Do you think that it would have been easy for Brethren to just move and go to Onitsha?
You know why it would have been impossible. Even if we have money to send you or you have money to go, you cannot go because over there, Anambra is a no-go-area.
The day we went there. The day we went for condolence to see the Almighty for the death of Mummy, I cannot remember how many poles we trekked. As you move like three poles you come down and trek four poles. Not one place. Not two places.
(Bro ThankGod interjected. It is not only in Anambra State, but the whole of South-East.).
So, I want to now let us know that God seeth afar-off. He knows that these things are coming down to the point where you and I cannot gather again. He now said that everybody should go home. He said, “Go home and worship from your house.”
Sometimes, when I think about where we are and the prophecies that led to it, I bow in awe to the Almighty God our Lord. You see me shake my shoulders. I do not shake it because of the troubles or out of anything, but out of the reality of the Faith we are in.
When there was no sign of any such thing on the land, the Lord declared them. And today, we are living with them. I say, “What a Great God we have.”
I tell you, even this first Saturday, for Brethren to gather, it is only God that knows how they come, talk more of gathering on Wednesdays and Sundays. Do you think it would have been easy for you? It is not easy.
You are worshipping God that seeth afar-off. We should be happy. We should be happy that we found ourselves where we are. Pray that God will continue to be with us. Pray also to Him that He will continue to keep fit.
This is because, even God Himself is also tired of the situation. He is also tired. He is tired of the tense environment. From the Messages, you will know that He is tired, He is praying that that which made Him to come here to sojourn with us should hasten the fulfillment so that He will just go and rest.
It is not easy for Him because when you look around and see what is happening around, you get discouraged. Sometimes, you feel like weeping.
Every true child of God is praying that God should wind up the entire program. Even people who are not in the Faith, many are praying that the whole thing should be over because of the widespread violence, killing and evil in the world. Too many people are praying that the world should come to an end.
So, what are we saying? You do not have any reason to be discouraged. I do not have any reason to be discouraged.
We do not have any reason to ask, “Why am I where I am in the Faith?” This is because, life is just like that. We are born free, but in chains.
If there be anything that should make you happy, it should be the presence of God in our midst and the Word of God that is fulfilling before our very eyes.
When there was no sign of anything Kidnapping, militancy and things like that, the Lord spoke. And today, we cannot just jump up by 5.00AM and go out anyhow for fear of being robbed or kidnapped.
If you are nabbed, you stand the risk of losing everything you have. And that is, if they spare your life. Even along this our street, nobody walks anyhow, for people are very much afraid. It is not easy.
I feel that it is important to give you this little exhortation because I know it can help you to be encouraged. It can lighten up your spirit to know that God is with you and that He is with me
You remember that I was kidnapped out of disobedience to God’s Word, for He told me, “See Bro Igwe Amobi and come back with him.” I gave Igwe Amobi my marriage list and left for Port Harcourt. You see the danger of going against the voice God.
When God “The Son of Man” looked back but did not see me, He asked, “Where is Bro Obinna?” They said that I have left. He then said, “Good. What will bring him back will bring him back”. Did that thing not bring me back? It brought me back.
What happened? It landed me in the kidnapper’s den, and the same Person I ignored His voice turned out to be my rescuer.
You are in a Ministry where you have one step to life and the other step death. The choice lies heavily on making the right choice.
I can remember that on that day we were kidnapped, we trekked from the time when the kidnappers struck around 5:20PM till around past 09:00PM. That night, I did not go again to the work I was running to catch up with. Any lesson for us to learn?
So, worship God. Revere God. That is the point I am trying to make. When God says, “Stop here”, do not take any step further. Remain there and focus only on His instruction, obey that instruction without looking front and back.
The reason why most of our Ministers and most of us do not make any headway is because we tend to listen to a voice outside the Voice of God.
Yes! Some of us take the words of our fellow Ministers more seriously because of what they intend to get from the Minister indirectly or the promise they got from such Ministers.
As we are in this Faith, see it that whatever thing God cannot do for you, nobody can do it for you. It is only God that blesses a man. It is only God that makes a man great.
Go against the word of anybody you hope on for succor and he will forget about you completely and even walk against you and against your ways.
But to God, it is not like that, for he will hit you hard and still draw you back, knowing that you can never be better outside.

Remember where I started. Where your prophet and My own prophet who foreran this Faith told us what we would expect in the last days. Elohim in human form back in the Bride, doing the same works. That which He could not accomplish that time, because His time was short, He will now accomplish through the Church – The Bride. Son of Man to be revealed in the last days in the body of flesh. Christ standing here on earth in the form of a man in the Church. Everything in the Church, not in the world.

WHATEVER GOD SAYS, DO IT

So, if you are privileged to hear from God, whatever He says, do it and stop there. Do not listen to any other side talk. Not even the voice of another Minister should distract you from doing it, especially if it is a direct command because that might lead to your doom.

If you do that, you will be obeying another voice outside the Voice of God. God called us to obey Him, to listen to His Voice and then to do every bit of His instructions. Whenever He says “Stop!”, stop there and be happy.
Another thing is this: Do not ever, for any reason at all, think you have known too much or that you know how God will behave at any given time.
Be a fool to God forever. Be a fool. By being a fool, I mean, remain where He asked you to be.
(Bro Emma interjected. A zombie provided you are obeying God).
Remain a zombie. Obey Him. Let it be that people will call you names.
There was a call I got one day, and after I finished answering the call, somebody that saw when I was running helter-skelter in an attempt to have a quiet place came to me and told me that he saw me running here and there like a mad man shaking. Is it the Son of Man? I said, “Yes! My creator called to discuss with me.”
How can I be ashamed? It is only a foolish man or a thief that can be ashamed when bombarded with questions. Do not do anything that God will call you to question for failing to carry out His instruction.
God will forever defend and protect you when you walk with him and is not ashamed to defend the faith anywhere you find yourself.
So, I am happy that I have this God in person. I am happy also that He remembered us and told us to begin to meet monthly.
Today, we are sure that we can see Sister Uche, Sister Nkem, Bro Emma, Elder Dike and others at least by the beginning of every month.
I do not think there is any time we had the opportunity to meet and discuss in order to share our experiences like this if not this great opportunity the Lord has given us. There is nothing as good as that.
If I see anyone of the Brethren from other Local Assemblies any time, maybe it can take like two years depending on the event that would lead to that, do not be discouraged because the reason why God told us to go home and continue worshipping is for your good. It is for my good.
God knows the best for telling us to go home and worship. It is only now that we know those that are ready to worship Him. It is not only gathering that makes us children of God. What makes us children of God is in our hearts and in your consciences.
And when you surrender to the wrong ways of life, you have walked away from God. When you hide your identity because of what you intend to achieve or get, you compromise your conscience and compromise the Faith.
Nobody sees you but the All-seeing eyes see you. That is why I believe that our conscience is our policeman. The things you did before and God overlooked, if you do it today, He may not overlook like that again, for the book of record is filling very speedily.
Whenever God re-echo that He takes note of everything we do here on earth, my mind flashes to the dream I had few years after I embraced this Faith. That was in the year 2010.
We were gathered for a function and in that dream, I was at the back. The venue of the event was an open place. We gathered and were waiting for the Son of Man, andall of a sudden, He came and gave a brief Message and started shaking some Brethren.
I started wondering why He “The Son of Man” was shaking some people and bypassing some, only to shake another. Immediately, A Voice asked me, “Are you querying why I was shaking some and abandoning some?”
I became tongue-tied, moping in awe as to how He caught what I was saying in my mind. Moreso, I was at the back in that gathering.
Before I knew it, the Voice said, “You want to know why I was not shaking some. Watch!” I looked beside the corner and saw a brother in that dream prostrating for a cow; bowing for a cow. And immediately, the Voice said, “This is why I am not shaking all.”
And soon after that, He came to where we were standing and shook me after shaking Pastor Chijioke. That is Bro Chijioke then. I woke up after that only to see that it was a dream.
So, God takes note of everything you and I are doing, whether they be good or bad. It is better you never tasted this Faith than to be in this Faith and think you can behave anyhow or think you can scoff at the Word of God.
We have read Messages where husband and wife were discussing about God and the following day God exposed what they discussed in their bedroom.
So why can that not make you to know that, in everything you are doing, God is taking record and ticking it, either good or bad.
If I do not worship God– if I do not have confidence where I am– if I did not obey God when we were gathering in our various households, I cannot also have confidence in God now nor try to live the life of our Message now that we are worshipping from our homes.
We were told that there is no habit that is too difficult to break. You can also break them for change is the only thing that is permanent. You can stop that lifestyle bringing demarcation between you and your God. You can stop your ragamuffin lifestyle that does not give room for progress and advancement, both in the Faith and in the world.
Any life you know cannot help you to build a family– any life you know that cannot help you to become something tomorrow, run from that life.
Show me a foolish man, and I will show you one that thinks that he can grow through serving another person’s needs, thinking that he will become something from there. That is a foolish man. You get nothing but peanut.
Serve the need of God by surrendering to the Faith in truth and in spirit, and see gradual changes that would culminate into a better future.
Whatever my parents are doing, and I know they have negative consequences or they are contrary to the Message of God that I hear every day, I will be the most stupid person to buy that their lifestyles. That their idea.
God said, “Learn from where your parents failed and then, correct that.” It will be very bad to see were they failed and still key in to that.
You can still change. Change is the only thing that is enduring. You correct the ills because you want to be good with God. You are not being good with me.
As I am, I do not pray that any one of us here should not be in good terms with me and then have his or her name in God’s bad record. No! Serve God’s interest, and not the interest of any Minister or anybody outside this Faith because of what you intend to achieve.
It is better you have a good record with God and then, have loggerheads with me or any other Minister.
But when you are faulting God, you are faulting me. If I fault you today and then fault God, I have done more harm than good to myself.
So, be happy. Work to improve your record with Christ, for the Voice has told us that it is you that will walk your way into God—to the gate. Nobody will stop you from walking into Christ. You are the one that will walk your way into God by behaving well.
Walk your way through. Obey God. Do not see anything as something that is too hard for you to do as long as it has to do with Christ. Maintain your relationship with one another in Christ. We have Messages on that.
And then, be very careful about the associations you keep, for one can be ruined by the association he or she is keeping. You can be ruined overnight.
There is nobody I cannot stay with because, at my age and at your age, we can differentiate between good and bad. At my age, it will be difficult for anybody to misdirect me, unless I give in because of what I want to get by doing the persons bidding.
People have a smart way of buying peoples consciences by presenting what they know the person needs, but there is nothing you can give me that will make me to change my stand about what I want to do.
How much do you want to give me in the first place? If somebody gives you two million or three million naira, the highest thing you can do is maybe to buy a vehicle or do one or two things, and the money will vanish, and you returned to begging again. They say money is never enough. The person giving you money still needs money. So why killing yourself.
It cannot sustain you. It cannot. That money cannot sustain you or even help you to do anything meaningful tomorrow. You will fall back to your previous estate. Are you getting what I am saying?
So, that is what I mean when I say that you will be a fool to find yourself in a condition where somebody can use money to push you up and down.
Like election is coming, some people will give you one naira or two naira to buy your votes. Some will use money to make you to do what they want you to do, even against your brother.
Even in the office, anywhere you find yourself– anywhere is anywhere– believe that you are who you are and that the thing which you do not get today, you can get tomorrow.
Equally believe that the thing which God cannot give you, you can never get it anywhere. Whatever you want to achieve by force, you end it by force.
But if God, on His own, wants to give you that thing, you can be sitting here and you get it without struggle.
So, position yourself to the point where you will see it that it is God and God alone that determines everything about you. That way you will begin to see the light from nowhere.
Remember the saying that Rome was not built in a day. Let me tell you that growth is a gradual process. It is just slow and steady.
And as you continue adding, you see the extent you will become. It is said that it takes gradual stepwise progress for the monkey to turn into a baboon.
I want to thank all of you for coming, and I appreciate your presence. You have come to obey the Lord our God that told us to meet.
Nobody should fool you. Nobody should fool me. We should be our brother’s keeper. We should always keep our words, keep to time and also carry out everything we are doing in accordance to the Voice.
Do not take the things of God as secondary. It should be primary. If we consider the things of God as secondary, I wonder how we can make it in life because it is that thing that you call secondary that determines how your future will be.
So God is God, no matter how you go about it. Do not be disturbed or troubled by your present condition. I have come to realize that people who want to make it quick do not last, and still, they do not make it.
