KEY FOR SURVIVAL IN THIS TROUBLOUS TIMES -WATCH AND PRAY

Luke 21:34-36 JCB ³⁴“But keep watch on yourselves, or your hearts will become dulled by carousing, drunkenness and the worries of everyday living, and that Day will be sprung upon you suddenly like a trap! ³⁵For it will close in on everyone, no matter where they live, throughout the whole world. ³⁶Stay alert, always praying that you will have the strength to escape all the things that will happen and to stand in the presence of the Son of Man.”

We must be at alert so that we would be able to escape the coming trial and temptation and most importantly to be able to stand before the Son of Man on that glorious morning when salvation shall be made complete.
The whole world is now in confusion. Everywhere is full of violence and killing is now rampart as Almighty God told us aforetime. There is bloodshed everywhere. People are being killed as fowls and goats as if they are celebrating Christmas. In fact there is nervousness on the land. This is because the Almighty God is about to destroy the whole human race for their willful disobedience to his word.
WALKING BLAMEESSLY BEFORE God page 73.…Pray that you do not get into temptation.³⁷We pray that we do not get into temptation…. Jesus prayed. The Prophets prayed. There is no teaching that forbids us from prayer.
Prophet Mohammed lived a life of prayer and he enjoined all Muslims to live a life of prayer.
Remember, this is difficult times, whatever we are experiencing today is a global problem or phenomenon and we can see that it has engulfed the whole world already. It is going to befall every living being here on earth irrespective of your tribe, language, religion or location; and the only people that can escape it are those that are found in Christ.
Let me tell us, watching without praying is likened to someone that got diagnosis from a hospital without prescription. Your sickness was diagnosed but the essential drugs that will cure your sickness were not prescribed for you. In the same vein, praying without watching is like someone who went to the pharmacy without knowing what is wrong with him. The medicine the person needed to cure his ailment is available but he or she does not know what to ask for.
The person does not ask according the will of God. The Bible said such person prays amiss and the prayer is a misdirected one.
I Peter 4:7 amp. But the end and culmination of all things has now come near, keep sound minded and self-restraint and alert therefore for the practice of prayer.
Maintain regular prayers if you want to survive at this had times. Remember it is not how long you have prayed but how effective is your prayer. The effectiveness of your prayer depend on your faith in the revealed Christ.
Get understanding of what time we are living in and be watchful in prayer. Prayer gives you the inner strength and spiritual agility so that you can stand strong in this difficult end times. I am saying that we all must invest, or devote most of our time in prayer, regularly, in order to keep our calling, our mission and election sure and clear, to avoid distraction and temptations.
To watch is to be spiritually at alert, is to be spiritually vigilant. You must be at alert as a night watchman, who although is alone in the darkness does not rely on his sight but also on his senses to detect dangers. You must see yourself as a night watchman who is alone in this wicked world.
Let us go to the message “BEWARE OF ESOTERIC LANGUAGE EXPLAINED page 8 verses 1-5,9 and page 26 verse 2 preached on 6^th September, 2009 at the house of God Onitsha by the Lord, Apostle Peter Odoemena.
Chapter one, The Value Of Sincere Prayers. From verse 1. “With effect from 6^th September, 2009, all Local Assemblies that make up this Bridal Faith should devote at least ONE HOUR during their Wednesday meetings to prayers.
Henceforth, Wednesday gatherings will no longer be preaching services only. It will be gathering for collective Holy Spirit inspired prayers.
For a long time now almighty God has been urging us to maintain regular prayers.
Pray as you are being led by the Holy Spirit. It is going to be from now on, a little preaching to steer up pure minds in the hearts of Brethren and the rest of the hours will be devoted to prayers.
Prayer quickens (activates) the word of God in you, prayer build strength in you, even to survive in the evil day. Prayer equips you with virtue. Without prayers, you must remain victim to all circumstances.
Without sincere prayer you will be prone or be vulnerable to temptation and evil. That is why for you to be weakened by the devil, he will first weaken you in your prayer life.
Verse 5. No matter the knowledge you may have acquired from the word of God, without prayer, you can never put any into practice, you can never overcome temptations without prayer. Even healing is impossible without prayers.
Through prayers, you break barriers surmount obstacles, win battles, cross oppositions and even bring the future closest to yourself.
Everything can fail you but prayer will not fail. If you live a prayer-less life, you will become victim to any condition. Prayer performs miracle. It changes your condition overnight.
So please rekindle the spirit of prayer in all of you. When you pray, do not be selfish intercede for one another and also intercede for the nation.
We go further. Page 26 verse 2. During the days of William Braham, do you know what he said? He said, “Pray constantly, make sure you are wrapped with the Holy Spirit.
Verse 9 As a result, at an hour like this, the Elohim is demanding sincere and honest prayers from us. Do not ask me why. May be something greater than you is about to unfold, maybe something greater than human beings is about to happen, for that reason, He does not want you to be ignorant; He does not want you to be taken unawares.
He wants you to fortify yourself, not only with the word but with prayers, so that the knowledge you now acquire can be transformed into dynamic and latent powers-dynamic and latent force that would see you through.
Surah 29:45. Recite what has been revealed to you of the Book, the Quran, and maintain prayer, truly prayer prohibits lewd acts and indecency, [defined as such] according to the Law. In other words, that is its purpose provided that the person adheres to [observance of] it. And the remembrance of God is truly greater than other acts of obedience, will require you for them.

Today we are in a spiritual worship. Death takes place spiritually. That is why, in conclusion of my exhortation, BEWARE OF SPIRITUAL DEATH. BEWARE OF SPIRITUAL DEATH:” You see, God said today we are in spiritual worship and death takes place spiritually why? Those that must worship God must worship him in spirit and in truth.

YOUR WORSHIP MUST BE REAL AND SPIRITUAL

For anyone to survive at this hard times, you must maintain a constant habitual fellowship with God, your worship must be real and spiritual. This is the type of worship where Christ is the center of worship.

Remember that the purpose of worship is to enter into a right relationship with God Almighty and to reach Him. That means you must obey God in all matters which are related to your personal life. In other words, you must mould your character, behavior, conduct, in fact, you must build your life in accordance to the Eternal Word of God.
God’s nature must be your nature. This is the only way you can scale through this dangerous hour of darkness.
I am saying that we must live life of worshipful obedience, dedication and devotion to God.
Worship is a means of purifying one’s heart. As we continue to worship God in spirit and in truth, our heart becomes purified and become like a polished mirror in which the Divine light, the radiation of the Most High God are reflected until the potential sanctity of the heart is changed to reality and become the exact image of its creator in the whole realm of existence.
Any worship without a pure heart, with unsanctified heart is not worship but mere sensation. It is religion. For God to accept your worship it must be of a pure heart, a heart that has been sanctified by the Truth which is the word of God. So, an acceptable worship by Almighty God is one done with a pure heart, a heart full of reverential fear of God.
Thus the more you worship God in the spirit and in truth, the more your heart is sanctified and purified. Let me ask this question. Who is the beneficiary in worship? God or you. It is you that is benefiting. This is because whether you worship or not, it does not take anything away from Him. It does make Him not to be God anymore.
Worshipping God does not end here on earth it continues in paradise. So if you cannot worship Him here rightly you cannot be there in paradise to continue in worship.
Only those who worship in spirit and truth and worship has become their nature will be there to worship Him this time around in the beauty of His glorious splendor, because this is where His glory is fully revealed to His elect in its entirety. This is not a place where anyhow person will find himself or herself.
As far as God liveth He must be worshiped in heaven and on earth. There will never be a time where God will not be worship for He is worshipped forever and ever.
Do you know that as you worship God in spirit and in truth you will grow closer to Him and His will become your will and you will be transformed for good?
Real, spiritual worship helps to build or strengthen your relationship with Almighty God. It directs and changes your heart and perspective in life towards God and it gives you comfort for the present situation and hope for the future.
Let me tell us one amazing secret about spiritual worship, it pulls down the reality of heaven, the revelation of who God is into the heart of every true worshiper until worship becomes a way of life of such individual worshiper.
John 4:23-24. ²³A time will come, however, indeed it is already here, when the true (Genuine) worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth (reality); for the Father seeking just such people as these as His worshippers.
²⁴God is a Spirit (a spiritual being) and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth (reality). Is your worship real, factual and spiritual?
Until you recognize that no other being is worthy of our worship except He that has revealed Himself in our midst and this recognition takes place when Almighty God, the Divine essence inhabits the throne of your heart.
Brethren, time spent in God’s presence strengthens our relationship with God. I am saying that spiritual worship affects our relationship with God, it affects our attitude, thinking or reasoning. It brings about total reformation and transformation of the life of individual.
I want us to understand that worshipping the true God is a privilege accorded to us by God. That is why it is only few individuals that can worship God in spirit and truth.
If God is not revealed to you, your worship is carnal and in vain for worship is based on the revelation of who God is to you. That is why it takes God to reveal to us how to worship Him.
If almighty God did not appear in human form and revealed the true way, we would have remained idol worshippers; we would have been worshipping God in vain thinking we are worshipping God rightly. So He (God) came down to show us how and what it means to worship God in spirit and in truth.
I am saying that His appearing in human form makes our worship real and spiritual and that is to those that have accepted, acknowledged and believed in Him as God.
Take note of the fact that only self-sacrificing individuals can worship God. If you are not self-sacrificing you cannot worship God. Let us confirm that in the book of Romans chapter 12 verse 1 from Good News version of the Bible.
“So then, friend, because of God’s great mercy to us I appeal to you, offer yourselves as a living sacrifice to God, dedicated to his service and pleasing to him. This is the true worship that you should offer.” GNT
Self–sacrificing worship is what God required from you. This is the essential, reasonable worship God needs from you and I. The scripture equally made it clear here that the essential and reasonable service, the art of worship God is requiring from us is to be a living sacrifice, a self-sacrificing worshippers which means to surrender oneself to Him and to live every day, every minutes of our life as a living sacrifice. This in fact is the whole duty of man on earth assigned to him by almighty God.
I am rehearsing these things so that we will know when we are worshipping God in spirit and in truth. Sometimes we mistaken the fear of God to fear of an object. No! The fear of God is to adopt the attitude of humility, obedience, respect, reverence and love before God at all times.
Fear that comes to you as a result of beholding a fearful object is not the fear of God. Such fear causes you to run away from the object for your dear life. But it is not so with the fear of God.
The fear of God is the feeling of love, hope and apprehension. Instead of running away from God you will rather run to God in the hope of receiving His blessings, protection deliverance and providence.
There are three categories of worshipers among us. First category are those who worship God with the hope of getting material benefits or the fear of being punished by God. These are the make-believers, conditional believers. They worship God for fear of being punished and not because they love God.
The bible said their God is their belly, for they think that all it takes to worship God is to get rich. They measure God’s blessing by the amount of wealth they acquired.
Romans: 16: 18. KJV. For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.
Philippians 3: 18-19. For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ.
Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.
They mind earthly things and the material things of this world gives them sleepless night and they can go at all length to get it even if it means defrauding and killing their fellow human being, provided they will get what they want.
The second group are those that worship God so that they can get honour among the brethren. They want to be prominent among the brethren. To such group of people God gave them an exalted position to expose them that they are hypocrites. They parade themselves as Apostles, Bishops, pastors, Evangelists and Deacons while they are rancorous wolves in sheep clothing. They are ostentatious believers.
Luke 20 :46 Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the markets, and the highest seats in the synagogues, and the chief rooms at feast. KJV
The last category are those that worship God because they are in awe of His might and because they love Him. These are the true worshippers who worship God in spirit and in truth and these are the kind of people God is looking for. In this last group their worship is propelled by Love. They worship God because they love Him.
Where do you belong to? Find out the group you belong to. The first group or the second or the third group.
In your homes you must worship God as though He is right there physically with you, you may not see Him but he sees you, there must be that spiritual aura that link you to God. This aura which represents his presence must always surround you whenever you are in the mood of worship.
But remember that only a true seed of God can worship God in spirit and in truth, others will be playing religion thinking they are worshipping God.
Anybody playing religion is deceiving himself or herself. Do you know that religion is the oldest weapon of deceit? Religion will only put you into the church but will not put you into Christ. Religion offers you social life, temporary happiness and eternal death but Christ offers you eternal life.
John 10:10 KJV The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Brethren, for us to worship God in spirit and in truth in this hard times, you must reject anything, everything that do not line up with God’s word and devote ourselves to God having our minds renewed through His word at all times that is coming to us every day and this will enable us to discern the perfect will of God for us.
This we will achieve by focusing and paying attention to the revealed Christ of our day who is no other personality than Apostle Peter Odoemena, the very Son of Man for guidance and direction for He is the only one that can help us worship God aright.

He has given us that privilege. He has given us Divine Inclusion. Now He is asking us to pattern after Him. That it is patterning after Him that will give us what? Salvation. Eternal life.

THE SECRET OF OUR SALVATION PREACHED ON SUNDAY, 9^THAUGUST 2020. PG 68:36

CHRIST THE ROCK OF SALVATION

The Bible made it clear that Christ was the one leading, guiding, protecting and providing for His people in the wilderness on their way to the land of Canaan, the promised land. He is the only one that knows the way and that is why anytime they refuse to pay heed to the voice of the Eternal Rock that is leading them, calamity will befall them.

1 Corinthians 10: 3-4 “And by a miracle God sent them food to eat and water to drink there in the desert; they drank the water that Christ gave them. He was there with them as a mighty Rock of spiritual refreshment. ⁵Yet after all this, most of them did not obey God, and he destroyed them in the wilderness”
Have you seen it, that those that refused to obey the voice of Christ were destroyed not minding their position among the people. How we ought to be careful for God is not a respecter of persons or personalities.
This rock which is Christ was revealed to them of old just as it is revealed to us today. It was the source of life and also as a source of spiritual foundation for their spiritual life or spiritual existence.
When you obey the voice of Christ, the Rock of salvation revealed to you in your day, you are sure and certain of obtaining the promise.
The Rock was guiding them against error pending when He will make full manifestation of Himself to his people in the future. Hence, Moses warned that anybody who refuse to obey Him when he appears will be rooted out among his people.
Deuteronomy 18:15 “The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken”
We were therefore warned never to play with the voice of this Eternal Rock when it shall manifest in human form and today the Rock is here with us as promised.
In the wilderness, the people rejected the Rock which is the source of life and begin to fashion for themselves another guide that will lead them to the land that flows with milk and honey. They went as far as desiring to go back to Egypt, desiring the gods of the Egyptians.
Let me tell you, if Christ is not the Rock of the foundation of your life, you can never listen to and obey Him.
Christ has remained the solid Rock that sustains life and at the same time giveth life to whosoever that lays hold on that rock.
Putting your trust and paying allegiance to any god means that the foundation of your life solely depends on that god. You are building your trust and allegiance and life upon that god. You are saying that you cannot do anything without the help of that god, meaning that the foundation of your existence or life is dependent on that god and that that god is capable of protecting, guiding , saving you from calamity and capable of providing for all your needs hence, your entire life depends on that god.
So if Christ is the foundation of your life, then you must allow His words to rule your life. You must obey Him even in the minutest details because you know that He is the source your life.
Remember we are talking of Christ, the Rock of ages. There is no generation or dispensation or age that this Rock does not appear to guide His people in that path of truth. In our own age also the Rock is here again with us.
There is one remarkable thing about this Rock, He bears different names in different dispensations or generations. I mean the Rock comes with dispensational names. In time of Moses He answered the I AM THAT I AM. In time of Abraham “I am the Lord God Almighty’. In our own day also, we all know the name He came with.
I want us to know that Apostle Peter Odoemena, the living terbanacle of Almighty God, God emorphy is the Rock of salvation and rejecting His voice or words means destroying yourselves.
He is the rock that has been rejected by many even in our midst yet they are claiming to be ardent believers of the Son of Man. Disobeying His words or instructions means you have rejected Him.
Acts. 4:11-12 Jesus is the one of whom the scripture says, ‘The stone that you the builders despised turned out to be the most important of all.’
¹² Salvation is to be found through him alone; in all the world there is no one else whom God has given who can save us.”
In the time of the Apostles, the salvation name was Jesus the Christ but today the salvation name has been revealed to the entire world of elect.
Follow me to the book of Matthew chapter 16 verse 16 I want to read something there.
I say also unto you thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; the gate of hell shall not prevail against it.
Take note of the name ‘Peter.’ The truth of the matter is that the Lord Jesus Christ was not referring to Simon Peter standing there before Him but a future body he has prepared for Himself to dwell in the future.
If he is referring to Simon Peter it then means that the church would have been build upon the foundation of falsehood because Simon Peter was a hypocrite who led the people away from Christ, from the Truth and the gate of hell would have prevailed against the church. Thank God who use St. Paul to rebuke him for his hypocrisy.
Brethren, in the day when he shall come in the human form, as a man, with the name Peter he shall gather members of His family, the church, the Household of God scattered abroad, all over the world in truth and will revealed Himself, His original body to them.
In that day no falsehood shall find it’s way to that unique family because they are built upon the foundation of Truth, the power of hell cannot overcome that family for Christ, the anointed One, the supremely righteous One is the solid Rock holding the foundation of the family.
There is no other time this prophecy has come to passed if not in our own day where He has appeared in human form and He is gathering His family from all the corners of the earth. Is it a wonder why people are surging to the websites?
Whosoever that believes and pays heed the voice of the Great One, Apostle Peter Odoemena has escapes from death to everlasting life.

When you understand the different personality traits, the knowledge will help you to deal more effectively and friendly with your brethren, your children and even your associates without, your neighbours and even anybody else without offending the spirit of God at all. It will make you to be at peace with yourself and maintain a conscience void of offence before God and man. You will acquire such a peace of mind this wholesome knowledge avail, helping you to avoid overtly or covertly criticizing or condemning yourself and others.

MAINTAIN A CLOSE RANK WITH GOD AND WITH ONE ANOTHER IN LOVE

In the message ARE YOU SURE YOU ARE STANDING WITH CHRIST? Preached on the 8^th January, 2023 by the inexhaustible Fountain, the Son of Man, Apostle Peter Odeoemena. The Lord says and I quote. “Now to the rest of you who are still with me, I told you that this year is not going to be a pleasurable ride, the indices have started rearing their heads that the entire human race here in Nigeria must face the worst difficult times ever.

If care is not taken, the Bride of Christ will resort to trade by batter. Trade by batter which is communism, was already predicted by William Braham. Trade by batter is not socialism. Communism will win the battle against socialism.
Community life was what saved Israel in the land of Egypt. Community life was what saved Israel from the land of Babylon in the hands of philistines. Community life is what will save us at this hour.
If you do not close ranks with one another, and indulge in community life, truly speaking to survive will be very difficult. For government has decided to frustrate the already frustrated people.
In spite of the hardship that is imposed by the introduction of the new currency, prices of all essential goods are still on the rise. While income are still stagnated.
Remember that it was community life that saved the apostles in the time of invasion of Jerusalem by Romans in AD 70
FORGIVENESS preached 6^th January 2008 by the Son of Man Apostle Peter Odoemena at the Household of God Onitsha. Page 139 verse 68. Moreover until the love of God radiates in your hearts, one to another, God is not with you.
Until the love of God without hypocrisy radiates in your hearts, one to another, you can never render help to one another; you can never render acceptable services to yourselves, even coming to fellowship will be a problem because, once the joy of salvation is shattered because of hatred, grievances and so on; once fellowship is mentioned, you murmur and grumble, you become very, very weak, your legs will be cold because you are going there to provoke yourself to anger.
Ephesians 4: 1-3, amplified. ³⁰And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God [do not offend or vex or sadden Him], by Whom you were sealed (marked, branded as God’s own, secured) for the day of redemption (of final deliverance through Christ from evil and the consequences of sin).
³¹Let all bitterness and indignation and wrath (passion, rage, bad temper) and resentment (anger, animosity) and quarreling (brawling, clamor, contention) and slander (evil-speaking, abusive or blasphemous language) be banished from you, with all malice (spite, ill will, or baseness of any kind).
³² And become useful and helpful and kind to one another, tenderhearted (compassionate, understanding, loving-hearted), forgiving one another [readily and freely], as God in Christ forgave you.
I PETER 4:7-11MSG “^7-11Everything in the world is about to be wrapped up, so take nothing for granted. Stay wide-awake in prayer. Most of all, love each other as if your life depended on it. Love makes up for practically anything.
Be quick to give a meal to the hungry, a bed to the homeless—cheerfully. Be generous with the different things God gave you, passing them around so all get in on it:
If words, let it be God’s words; if help, let it be God’s hearty help. That way, God’s bright presence will be evident in everything through Jesus, and he’ll get all the credit as the One mighty in everything—encores to the end of time. Oh, yes
Complete Hebrew bible. ⁷“The accomplishing of the goal of all things is close at hand. Therefore, keep alert and self-controlled, so that you can pray.
⁸More than anything, keep loving each other actively; because love covers many sins. ⁹Welcome one another into your homes without grumbling.
¹⁰As each one has received some spiritual gift, he should use it to serve others, like good managers of God’s many-sided grace —
¹¹If someone speaks, let him speak God’s words; if someone serves, let him do so out of strength that God supplies; so that in everything God may be glorified through Yeshua the Messiah — to him be glory and power forever and ever. Amen.”
The Holy Quran also enjoins us to hold to the rope of Allah which is love among ourselves. Surah 3:10. “Hold fast all of you together, to the Rope of Allah and be not divided among yourselves.”
But Almighty God warns us to be careful about Nicodemous visitation. Nicodemous visitation is one that its main purpose or aim is to deceive and lure people away from Christ. Therefore He (God) warns us that we should not give room to such evil visitations or conservations.
In the time of the Apostles it was analog visitation but in our day it is digital visitation. The evil man need not to come to you physically but through wireless communication such as WhatsApp which almighty God has warned that it is now the highest means of committing heinous crimes.
We must gather in the presence of God in one accord, in love, in one mind, in one spirit and in truth.
THE SECRET OF RAPTURE/TRANSLATION VOL. 2 preached on 19^th December 1999 at household of God Onitsha, Anambra state Nigeria by apostle Peter Odoemena page 46 verse 6 “This is exactly what we need now. We must gather together in His presence in one accord, in one heart, in one spirit, in one mind, in one purpose and say, “Lord, the Son of David help us”
Help us to escape this holocaust that is about to fall befall entire human race, from this hour.
Page 44 verse 12 -13. Now, I urge all of you to close ranks with one another. Visit one another. Check on one another. Show concern for one another. Show affection. Avoid anything that will bring disaffection between you and the Brotherhood; between you and the Sisterhood. Avoid it completely, for it will not be in your best interest.
God wants to see a Unique Body devoid of bitterness, rancor, acrimony, division or variance. God wants to see nothing but Perfect LOVE. And this LOVE is without hypocrisy. It is from the heart of hearts, so that if there be any mistake, it can be easily addressed as a mistake common among men, for no man is immune from making mistakes. If one is falling, let another help that one up.
Page 113 verse 41. I AM TALKING TO YOU, WHAT DO YOU DO AT A TIME LIKE THIS? GO ON YOUR KNEES AND MAINTAIN REGULAR PRAYERS. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO ASK GOD, SAY, “PLEASE GOD, SAVE US FROM THIS HOUR.” Amen.
